Abstract

The problem in this research is that the motor skills of upper grade students at SDN 190 Pekanbaru are not yet known. The aim of this research was to determine the motor skills of upper class students at SDN 190 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research, with data collection methods using test techniques. The subjects used in this research were 41 upper class students at SDN 190 Pekanbaru. The test used was a motor ability test. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research show that the motor skills of students at SDN 190 Pekanbaru. There were 6 students (14.63%) who had good motor skills, 30 students (73.17%), and 5 students (12.20%) who had good motor skills. So it can be concluded that the upper class students of SDN 190 Pekanbaru, have motor skills mostly in the medium category with a total of 30 students (73.17℅).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve civics learning outcomes by using the snowball throwing learning model to third grade elementary school students at Negeri 6 Talaga Raya, Central Buton Regency. The design and model used in this research is the Kemmis and Taggart model which includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The results of the study were based on the results of observations, tests and pre-cycle evaluations of 33% or 5 students who completed from 15 students. Then the action of the first cycle achieved classical learning completeness of 53% or 8 students who completed from 15 students, and in the second cycle increased by 87% or 13 students who completed 15 students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the snowball throwing learning model can improve learning outcomes in Civics lessons in grade III SD.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the analysis of the characteristics of questions using Classical Test Theory in Civics Lessons in Elementary Schools. This research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Busoa, totaling 26 students and the objects in this research were the questions and answer keys for the Civics Class Odd Final Exam which consisted of 25 multiple choice questions made by the teacher. The data collection method uses the documentation method. Data analysis uses Validity, Reliability, Difference, Level of Difficulty, and Effectiveness of Distractors which are generated with computer assistance through the ANATES program. The results of this research show that: (1) in terms of validity, there are 9 valid items in the questions (36%) and 16 invalid items (64%). (2) in terms of reliability, the questions have low reliability with a reliability coefficient of 0.65. (3) in terms of Discriminating Power, the poor category is 2 items (8%), poor 6 items (24%), fair 7 items (28%), good 9 items (36%), and very good 1 item (4 %). (4) Judging from the level of difficulty, with difficult categories 5 items (20%), medium 9 items (36%), easy 11 items (44%). (5) Judging from the effectiveness of distractors, with categories very good 4 items (16%), good 3 items (12%), quite good 6 items (24%), poor 7 items (28%), and not good 5 items (20%).

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab pada anak-anak di daerah pesisir pantai sangat penting, terutama mengingat pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri yang seringkali berbanding terbalik dengan penurunan moral anak, khususnya di daerah pesisir. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan lebih mendalam mengenai pembentukan karakter disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab pada anak-anak di daerah pesisir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan expo-fakto, yang berfokus pada pemahaman perilaku manusia berdasarkan pandangan mereka. Penelitian expo-fakto ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau memotret gejala nyata atau kondisi sosial, khususnya terkait karakter religius anak-anak di wilayah pesisir. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Boneatiro Barat dengan populasi seluruh anak usia sekolah di desa tersebut. Sampel penelitian mencakup 30 anak usia sekolah yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan metode probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket atau kuesioner yang terdiri dari 18 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter religius, disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab pada anak-anak di daerah pesisir sangat penting dilakukan. Peran orang tua terbukti sangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk karakter religius anak-anak

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Daya ledak Otot tungkai dan Koordinasi mata tangan Terhadap Kemampuan Smash Bolavoli Klub Dishub Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Klub Dishub Kota Pekanbaru. berjumlah 14 Orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini 14 Orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Korelasi. Instrumen Tes dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan tes Loncat tegak, Lempar tangkap bola dan Smash, kemudian data di olah dengan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dibuktikan dengan analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan tidak terdapat Kontribusi Daya ledak Otot Tungkai dan Koordinasi mata tangan Terhadap Kemampuan Smash Bolavoli Klub Dishub Kota Pekanbaru dengan nilai rhitung (0,406) < rtab (0,532)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi Power Otot Tungkai dan Kesimbangan Tubuh Tehadapap Kemampuan Tendangan Depan Atlet Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kabupaten Siak. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasi ganda. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah atlet silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kabupaten Siak berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes power otot tungkai dengan standing broad jump dan tes keseimbangan dangan stork stand serta tes tendangan depan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Terdapat kontribusi power otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tendangan depan atlet silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kabupaten Siak dengan besaran kontribusi yaitu sejumlah 31.02% (2) Terdapat kontribusi keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan tendangan depan atlet silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kabupaten Siak dengan besaran kontribusi yaitu sejumlah 48.86% (3) Terdapat kontribusi power otot tungkai dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan tendangan depan atlet pencak silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Kabupaten Siak dengan besaran kontribusi yaitu sejumlah 51.16%

Abstract

Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) merupakan salah satu bentuk demokrasi tingkat lokal. Pilkada Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta 2017 menunjukkan petahana tak mampu mempertahankan kekuasaan. Situasi ini dipicu oleh sejumlah faktor, di antaranya keterlibatan Habib Idrus bin Hayim Alatas dalam Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2017 yang ia ikuti sebagai perwakilan umat Islam dan budaya Betawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, prosedur pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Habib Idrus bin Hasyim Alatas mendukung pasangan Anies-Sandi dengan menggunakan modal sosial dan kulturalnya. Habib Idrus bin Hasyim Alatas berperan sebagai legitimasi agama, fasilitator, opinion leader, dan penggerak massa.

Abstract

FPI (Islamic Defenders Front) is a social organization that has consistently positioned itself as the opposition since the reform era. However, during Jokowi's administration, the attitude of the FPI opposition was more dominant compared to the government before Jokowi. Using Robert A. Dahl's opposition theory and Maurice Duverger's pressure group theory, as well as qualitative methods, this research wants to see the reasons for FPI positioning itself as the opposition, find out the form of FPI's oppositional stance and FPI's affiliation with Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) political opponent, then analyze the relationship between between ideological and political aspects of FPI's oppositional stance during Jokowi's administration. The results of this study show that the FPI oppositional movement is divided into two, namely the FPI oppositional movement based on ideological aspects and based on political aspects. This includes proselytizing, political support for Jokowi's opponents and pressure movements such as the 212 Movement.

Abstract

The general aim of this study is to find out the identity of the Butonese ethnicity in the 2018 Southeast Sulawesi Governor Election which specifically aims to find out the strategic efforts of the Ali Mazi - Lukman Abunawas camp in attracting Butonese ethnic sympathy in the 2018 Southeast Sulawesi Governor Election as well as to find out the factors which caused the Butonese to choose Ali Mazi - Lukman Abunawas in the election for the Governor of Southeast Sulawesi in 2018. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing data where the data was obtained from interviews and documentation which were then described in the form of descriptions. The results showed that the causes of Butonese ethnic support for Ali Mazi and Lukman Abunawas were influenced by sociological factors of Butonese voters as in making their choice, people in Southeast Sulawesi who were ethnic Butonese were still influenced by ethnic traditions and ethnic similarities. The victory of Ali Mazi, who incidentally is a native of Buton, is influenced by the Butonese ethnic community, which tends to vote based on having the same ethnicity or the same clan as them. The strategic efforts of the Ali Mazi – Lukman Abunawas camp in attracting Butonese ethnic sympathy in the 2018 Southeast Sulawesi Governor Election, namely by using Butonese ethnic language and symbols during the campaign period. The language derived from the Butonese ethnic group is a channel of communication for regional head candidates. Ethnic language becomes an instrument in making an emotional approach because there will be a feeling of belonging between the candidate and the community.

Abstract

Leveraging strategic information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) through value chain analysis has emerged as an important pivotal approach to enhance hospital outcomes. This study aims to develop a framework for integrating IS/IT strategies at Datu Sanggul Hospital, a Class C facility in South Kalimantan, to achieve precision healthcare delivery. The research methodology encompasses data collection via document studies, stakeholder interviews, and observations, coupled with rigorous data analysis and validation techniques. A strategic model formulates algorithms and system architectures guiding implementation of critical IS/IT initiatives like telemedicine, customer relationship management, and executive information systems. Robust IT strategies, including data center development, cloud computing, and disaster recovery planning, optimize operations and resource management. Mapping business needs to tailored IS solutions ensures precision across financial reporting, inventory management, employee training, and interdepartmental collaboration. The proposed approach aligns IS/IT strategies with operational objectives through value chain analysis, enhancing patient care quality, operational efficiency, and resource optimization. Positioning the institution for precision medicine, this framework drives innovation and improves health outcomes in healthcare's evolving landscape.
