Abstract

The ability to think critically has become a demand in the 21st century. This paper describes how culinary arts students' soft skills ownership profile after participating in online learning through the communication media application used. This study is survey research, processed by quantitative description. The research subjects were the culinary arts study program students with diploma 4 and bachelor's degrees, Department of Food and Clothing Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The population of this study is all students who are part of ongoing online learning. Samples were taken at simple random. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via google form; the goal was affordability from the aspect of place and time. The study focuses on mastering soft skills in learning and innovation skills, especially critical thinking and problem-solving. The survey results show that Catering lecturers widely use online media, such as the Google Meet application, Google Classroom, and Be-Smart. More than half of the soft skills profiles displayed by culinary arts students show critical thinking behaviors (61%). The behavior of critical thinking soft skills that is quite prominent is the ability to think rationally, consider well to solve problems and be able to make creative solutions to tasks found during learning. Online learning implies that it is necessary to increase human resources, especially lecturers, in optimizing online media applications. Students need support in the form of triggers and the preparation of learning tools that can awaken critical thinking skills.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health services are a very important part for various community backgrounds. People who prioritize health will seek health services from various service providers such as hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, and midwives. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Nursing Services on the Level of Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of the Advent Hospital Pavilion in Bandung. The research design used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method that is associative, Analysis using the t test was carried out using SPSS version 22. The test results showed an F count value of 7.366, with a significance value of 0.000. The F table of this study is 2.76. The F test and t test show that nursing services: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously and individually affect patient satisfaction. Keywords: Nursing Services, Patient Satisfaction, Nursing Services.  ABSTRAK Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting bagi berbagai latar belakang masyarakat.  Masyarakat yang memprioritaskan kesehatan akan mencari pelayanan kesehatan dari berbagai penyedia layanan seperti rumah sakit, klinik, dokter, perawat, dan bidan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelayanan Keperawatan Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Paviliun Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bersifat asosiatif, Analisis menggunakan uji t dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 7.366, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000.  Ftabel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 2.76. Uji F dan uji t menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy secara simultan dan secara sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Keperawatan, Kepuasan Pasien, Pelayanan Keperawatan

Abstract

The declining quality of education in Indonesia has significant implications, particularly for human resource development. This study investigates the impact of sales promotion on the interest in using Brain Academy by Ruangguru, mediated through consultative selling. The research aims to determine whether sales promotions effectively increase students' interest in utilizing Brain Academy's educational services. Using associative methods and descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, the study sampled 250 high school students from a population of 6,672 in Sukabumi City, based on data from DAPODIK 2023. Data collection involved observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. Findings indicate that sales promotion significantly influences consultative selling, which in turn significantly affects students' interest in using Brain Academy. However, direct sales promotion did not significantly influence interest in use. The mediating role of consultative selling was confirmed, demonstrating its importance in effectively translating sales promotions into increased user interest. The study concludes that Brain Academy's marketing strategies should emphasize consultative selling to better address student needs and enhance the effectiveness of sales promotions. These findings provide valuable insights for educational service providers aiming to boost engagement and usage through targeted promotional efforts.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on brand image and purchase intention, as well as the mediating role of brand image in the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. The phenomenon observed is the increasing role of online reviews and digital recommendations in shaping consumers' perceptions of brands and their purchasing decisions. This study used descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The study population was 356,410 residents of Sukabumi City, with a sample of 200 people randomly selected through probability sampling technique. Validity and reliability testing was conducted using SPSS version 23. The results showed that E-WOM had a significant effect on brand image with all items on the E-WOM variable and brand image declared valid (r_hitung > r_kritis). In addition, brand image also has a significant influence on consumer purchase intention. Brand image acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of E-WOM on purchase intention. Cronbach's Alpha values for brand image, E-WOM, and purchase intention show high reliability (>0.60). In conclusion, E-WOM and brand image have an important role in shaping consumer purchase intention, with brand image strengthening the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. Effective marketing strategies should focus on improving brand image and leveraging E-WOM to drive consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe human relations, physical work environment, and work ethic. Then to analyze the effect of human relations, physical work environment on employee work ethic at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency. This study uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jaya Mandiri totaling 58 people using saturated sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, the measurement of this study using a semantic differential scale. In this research analysis technique, namely using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, research model testing (F test), and hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the results of the study, it is obtained that the relationship between the variables of Human Relations and the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.874, including the criteria for a very strong relationship, the magnitude of the influence of Human Relations on Work Ethic is 0.667, and the magnitude of the influence of the Physical Work Environment on Work Ethic is 0.615 or 76.4% while the remaining 23.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Kesulitan keuangan adalah hal yang biasa terjadi dalam organisasi. Beberapa badan usaha milik negara, terutama Asuransi jiwasraya (persero) dan PT Garuda Indonesia (persero) Tbk, membukukan kerugian. Perusahaan Wakita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Dengan perkiraan nilai tukar Rp14.000 per dolar AS, rugi bersih PT Garuda Indonesia mencapai Rp23,37 triliun pada September 2021, naik dari U$1,07 miliar pada September 2020; PT Waskita Karya (persero) Tbk menjelaskan penurunan kerugian pada kuartal I tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Altman Z-Score untuk mendeskripsikan data secara kuantitatif. Data sekunder dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, termasuk laporan keuangan seluruh BUMN tahun 2020 dan 2022, digunakan untuk analisis ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik Altman Z-score dalam menghitung kebangkrutan menyebabkan kesulitan pada PT Garuda Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Begitu pula dengan PT Garuda Indonesia yang masih dalam kondisi distress pada tahun 2021 dan masuk dalam kondisi grey area pada tahun 2022, sedangkan PT Waskita Karya Tbk masuk dalam kondisi baru. kondisi distress pada tahun 2020, masuk ke zona aman pada tahun 2021, dan kembali pada kondisi distress pada tahun 2022.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the influence of Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth and Profit Growth on Company Value is described. The population in this research is textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022 period. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. With a total sample of 19 with saturated sampling. Using secondary data collection techniques and descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests with normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f). The statistical results of the f test (Simultaneous Test) show that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of the variables Liquidity, Tax Avoidance, Sales Growth, Profit Growth on Company Value. Based on the statistical results of the t test (partial test), liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Company Value. Meanwhile, Tax Avoidance has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value. Furthermore, Sales Growth has a positive and significant effect on Company Value. And Profit Growth has a negative and insignificant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Green marketing has now become an alternative strategy that can increase value for the company's business. Green trust that runs well to succeed green marketing and there will also be green online purchase intention for consumers. This study aims to determine whether Green Marketing affects Green Online Purchase Intention through Green Trust as a mediating variable on The Body Shop products in Sukabumi City. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents with SEM analysis techniques using AMOS software version 22. The results of this study indicate Green Marketing has a significant effect on Green trust, Green Trust does not have a significant effect on Green Online Purchase Intention, and Green Trust can mediate the relationship between Green Marketing and Green Online Purchase Intention for The Body Shop consumers in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

E-commerce service performance is very flexible, where users cannot ensure that the online store provides the best service (e-service quality), so this must be considered by every e-commerce because excellent service quality will increase user e-trust thereby creating online repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-trust in mediating the relationship between e-service quality and online repurchase intention. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approach. The population in this study were residents of Sukabumi City with an age range of 15-49 years. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents who were then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) techniques with the help of IBM SPSS AMOS version 24. The results of data processing show that e-service quality has a significant effect on e-trust with a Critical Ratio (CR) value of 9.552> 1.65 (the value on the t-table for a significance level of 5% is 1.65). E-trust has a significant effect on online repurchase intention with a CR value of 4.021> 1.65 (the value on the t-table for a significance level of 5% is 1.65). And e-trust successfully mediates the relationship between e-service quality and online repurchase intention with a value of 2,954.
