Abstract

With advances in technological development, people’s needs for fast and readily available services are on the rise. Therefore, many conventional banks started to develop their own brand of digital banking to accommodate these needs. This research is aimed to analyze the effect of third party funds (TPF) toward profitability and credit risk, effect of credit risk toward profitability, and indirect effect of third party funds toward profitability through credit risk by using path analysis method. This research shows that TPF do have a significantly negative effect toward credit risk and similar result of TPF toward profitability, a positive but insignificant effect of credit risk toward profitability, and lastly, TPF shows a direct effect toward profitability, which means that credit risk functioned as a partial mediation effect between TPF and profitability.

Abstract

Students have numerous demands in education sectors, both for academic and non-academic activities to increase their soft skills including in participating for national and international competitions. Consequently, the students felt frustated with the burdens and demands leading to academic burnout. Therefore, it is needed to encouragethe students with external and internal motivationto ovaid the academic burnout. This research aims to investigate the effect of learning motivation on academic burnout (Student Study of Management Study Program at Bumigora University). Questionnaires were collected from 204 respondents of management study programs for semesters 2, 4, and 6. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results showed that there is negative efffect on the motivation of students of the Management Study Program at Bumigora University on Academic Burnout of 46.48% but the effect is not significant.

Abstract

Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is a natural tourist area that offers a unique view of the slopes of Mount Rinjani, Lombok. The view is dominated by hills, mountains, expanses of rice fields, and traditional houses that have very high historical value. Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is located at the foot of Mount Rinjani. The address for the Pusuk Sembalun Tourism Park is on Jl. Jl. Wisata Gunung Rinjani, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). This study uses the concept of a promotional mix in the form of advertising, personal selling and sales marketing. This study uses a descriptive method using qualitative data. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, observations or coming directly to tourist attractions, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the form of promotion strategy implemented by Umbul Square Tourism, namely advertising using various TV stations, billboards, and various social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and websites), needs to be implemented in the procurement of waste management according to the category, minimizing use of non-environmentally friendly vehicles. The promotion strategy plays an important role in increasing the number of tourists, the promotional activities carried out by the destination manager are good and need to be improved again so that they are more famous, and tourists want to return to Pusuk Sembalun Tourism

Abstract

Tim peneliti melakukan observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat, khususnya di dunia bisnis. Kemudian tim peneliti menemukan adanya permasalahan di PT. Jembatan Nusantara Sheet Branch yaitu berkurangnya efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam mengelola persediaan perusahaan berupa bahan bakar, oli, dan lain sebagainya karena telah terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga jumlah karyawan berkurang. Metode yang dipilih peneliti dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research). Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan objek pelayanan kepada divisi Management Inventory & Logistics dapat memberikan perubahan alur kerja yang ada pada divisi Management Inventory & Logistics. Karena kegiatan pengabdian ini, karyawan dari PT. Jembatan Nusantara dapat menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang tertunda selama beberapa bulan serta menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan karyawan sehingga kinerja perusahaan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Pos Indonesia (Mataram Head Office). The population in this study are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, totaling 92 people. The sample in this study used the census method, namely the entire population was used as a sample of 92 people. This type of research is quantitative using a causality approach. The analysis used is SEM analysis and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with OCB as the intervening variable. Suggestions in this study is the number of employees with productive age, PT. Pos Indonesia can use these employees as a forum for finding new ideas to develop the company.

Abstract

One of the goals of an employee working in a company is to get career development. However, there is often a bias towards indicators of career development in Indonesia in general, namely career development based on performance or seniority. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors are more dominant between performance and seniority which form the basis for career development decisions in PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. This type of research is included in associative research using survey methods in collecting data. The analytical tool used is t-test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the more dominant factor that forms the basis for career development decisions at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is employee performance.

Abstract

Lobbying merupakan salah satu skil dalam komunikasi untuk mempengaruhi orang lain dalam suatu tujuan atau maksud tertentu. Namun tidak sedikit orang menyadari pentingnya dalam menguasai bagaimana tehnik dalam memenangkan lobbying. Tak terkecuali Himpunan Mahasiswa Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian (HIMASEPTA) yang mendapatkan beberapa kendala pada saat melakukan lobbying dengan beberapa perusahaan sasarannya seperti gugup/grogi, pasif, dan kebingunan bagaimana cara agar sasaran mereka mengikuti apa yang menjadi tujuan mereka. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, HIMASEPTA memberikan wadah untuk meningkatkan potensi anggotanya dalam penguasaan lobbying, yakni melalui program Upgrading Anggota dan Pengurus HIMASEPTA. Pelatihan ini menggunakan Model Goad dengan pendekatan interaktif dan persuasif. Sasarannya yakni Anggota dan Pengurus HIMASEPTA periode 2021/2022 dan pelaksanaanya di Aula Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Bumigora. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan mengenai lobbying ini diantaranya: (1) Timbulnya kesadaran pengurus HIMASEPTA akan pentingnya Lobbying, (2) Meningkatnya keterampilan pengurus HIMASEPTA mengenai teknik-tehnik lobbying, khususnya dalam penerapannya pada program terdekat yang akan dilaksanakan, (3) Pengurus HIMASEPTA mampu menganalisis situasi atau kondisi lingkungan dan karakter siapa yang akan dihadapi saat melakukan lobbying, serta (4) Pengurus HIMASEPTA memiliki kemampuan perencanaan sebelum, saat dan sesudah melakukan Lobbying.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak perusahaan yang mengalami kerugian pada masa pandemi Coronavirus disease 2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat laba perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendanaan hutang dan ekuitas perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor industri dasar dan kimia, sektor aneka industri, dan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dengan 160 sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik dekriptif terhadap laporan keuangan perusahaan pada tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan metode analisis uji beda independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang menggunakan sumber pendanaan ekuitas memiliki laba lebih besar dibandingan dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan sumber pendaaan dari hutang, artinya perusahaan dimasa pandemi sebaiknya menggunakan sumber pendanaan dari ekuitas. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan manufaktur untuk memilih sumber pendanaan yang paling tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan finansial dan risiko yang dihadapi.

Abstract

English becomes one of the most fundamental subjects should be taught in a tourist destination including in the seashore area in Ampenan (Kota Tua). Collaboration with the youth community namely Ibra and Yayasan Saling Jaga Indonesia (previously the name is Yayasan Saling Jaga Indonesia). Community has a positive impact on the area involving economic and environmental aspects. Teaching English with implementing Rubbish Payment (one of RELASI’s program) encourage children and young people to be more aware to their environment and maintain the seashore place to become a good tourism place in Mataram. Some certain materials concern on environmental matter therefore by imbedding environmental issue in the materials pursue and open up the learners’ mind to be more aware to their surroundings, particularly to the plenty of rubbish in the seashore. Communicative teaching methods and designed authentic materials used in the teaching and learning process. It is expected that this program could promote and assist the government of West Nusa Tenggara to reduce, reuse, and recycle plastics that becomes one of the most current problems in the worlds, especially in West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

Financial literacy is widely believed to be very important. The aim of this community service activity was carried out to reflect the team's awareness that youth financial literacy in Lombok is still very limited, especially in relatively small boarding schools. As it is known that most of the students at the Nurul Jannah Orphanage do not have complete parents to provide basic education regarding financial literacy, the orphanage is seen as the right location to be given insight and knowledge related to financial management. The method for implementing financial literacy education in this community service is through project based learning. This community service began with thorough need analysis, material delivery, and project-based learning attended by 50 students. The results of this community service activity shows that the students are able to implement the material presented in financial management based on wise budgeting between needs, wants, savings, and investments. Not only that, participants were also able to design a simple business according to the capital given by the team.
