Introduction Periventricular leucomalacia (PVL) is a major causeof neurodevelopment delay in premature infants, so early detec-tion of the preterm infant at high risk for the subsequent develop-ment of this lesion is critical.Objectives To determine the prevalence of PVL in premature in-fants hospitalized in neonatal ward, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospi-tal using cranial ultrasound scans and define its characteristicsMethods Premature infants hospitalized in the neonatal ward fromJanuary to July 2003 were included in this study. Clinical featureswere retrieved from medical charts. Ultrasound scan was performedonce, after the age of 7 days and interpretations were read sepa-rately by two consultants of the radiology division.Results Fifty-one infants were included, 21 with <32-week gesta-tion, 30 with >32-week gestation; birth weight range were 1000 to2600 gram. Nineteen infants had cystic lesion and/or dilatation ofthe ventricle from the cranial ultrasound scan. The prevalence ofPVL in gestational age (GA) of <32 weeks was 6/21 and that in GAof >32 weeks was 13/30. Risk factors found in infants with PVLwere maternal infection, respiratory distress, sepsis and circula-tory failure.Conclusion The prevalence of PVL in preterm infants in CiptoMangunkusumo neonatal ward was higher than that was reportedin developed countries. Maternal infection, respiratory distress,sepsis, and circulatory failure which were commonly found in theseinfants were factors to be considered as risks for PVL

Background Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is expandingrapidly and was reported double in several places in Indonesia Toour knowledge, reports regarding HIV-infected infants are stillscarce.Objectives To investigate the incidence of HIV-infected infantsborn to HIV- mothers who had received prophylaxis therapy at birth.Methods A prospective hospital-based cohort study was held fromJanuary 2003 until December 2004 in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hos-pital, Jakarta. The inclusion criteria were mothers with positive HIVand their infants had been given anti retroviral (ARV) therapy. Thebabies were followed up monthly and the status of infection wasdetermined by PCR at the age of 4 weeks and 6 months. Outcomewas measured based on PCR assays or clinical signs of HIV in-fection.Results The mothersâ€™ age ranged from 19 to 27 years. All of themwere carrying their first child and only 41% mothers took ARV pro-phylaxis. Almost all mothers underwent caesarean section and theinfants had formula feeding. HIV infection was diagnosed in 7 in-fants and 2 of them had RNA assays more than 5,000 copies/ml.Six infants were negatives whereas 3 infants were diagnosed asindeterminate HIV infection and needed further examination. Oneneeded no further investigation as the mother was seronegative.Conclusions Preventing HIV transmission from mother to infantcan be done by giving ARV during prenatal, intrapartum, and post-natal period to the newborn. In our hospital, transmission was con-firmed in 6 of 17 infants. Unison protocol must be used and popu-lation of HIV-pregnant mother must be registered in order to knowhow high the transmission rate among Indonesian HIV people

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran problem solving fisika terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah kelas XMIPAdi MAN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment designs) dan penelitian desain pre eksperimen (one group pretest-postest design). Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik sampling purposive yang diperoleh siswa kelas X MIPA 2 ( N = 37) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIPA 3 (N = 38) sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk hasil belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Uji-T dua sampel independen melalui nilai rata-rata posttest hasil belajar yaitu thitung > ttabel (2,47 > 1,99), sedangkan hasil analisis deskriptif kemampuan pemecahan masalah melalui nilai rata-rata (posttest KPM – pretest KPM) menghasilkan 63,5. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran menggunakan model problem solving fisika terhadap hasil belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalahKata kunci: Model Problem Solving Fisika, Hasil Belajar, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Loyalty at PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The population in this study were 310 employees of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used was 175 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula with a convenience sample technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method used SPSS statistic 25 for descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 3.0. This study proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract. As social beings, of course we are required to know each other and be able to interact with other individuals. Each individual has different characters and characteristics. In carrying out his daily life every individual will be faced with various differences that cannot be avoided, one of these differences is religious differences. In the context of da'wah in the digital era, visualizing da'wah values in the form of films attracts more attention. like a documentary film released by National Geographic Entertainment entitled Jerusalem wants to convey that in one area religious tolerance is very high, considering that the area is a historical place for the three major religions in the world, National Geographic Entertainment describes this in the form of a documentary film The purpose of this study is to find out the signs of each scene in the form of dialogue, picture taking or gestures as well as signs of the existence of religious tolerance values in the Jerusalem documentary film as in the Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 256, according to Umar Hasyim, there are three symbols which shows the value of tolerance, namely giving freedom to believe in religion, respecting religious attitudes, and giving truth to differences. The method used in this writing uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach (qualitative description). These symbols have a dominant role in their religion. In the film Yerussalem there is a diversity of religious cultures which is symbolized by things that appear. Described in the film, people carry out their daily activities simply. found from seven scenes that became a reference for the discussion and referred to the formulation of the problem that the author raised in the 2013 Jerusalem film which showed the missionary message contained in the film, and discussed religious tolerance in the film, considering the author used content analysis techniques, according to with reference to Harold D. Lasswell, namely by systematically recording symbols or messages, then giving interpretations. Content analysis can be used to analyze all forms of communication. Abstrak. Sebagai makhluk sosial, tentunya kita dituntut untuk saling mengenal dan mampu berinteraksi dengan individu yang lain. Setiap individu masing-masing mempunyai karakter dan ciri yang berbeda-beda. Dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-harinya setiap individu akan dihadapkan dengan berbagai perbedaan yang tak bisa dihindari, salah satu dari perbedaan tersebut yaitu perbedaan agama. Dalam konteks dakwah pada era digital memvisualisasikan nilai-nilai dakwah dalam bentuk film lebih menarik perhatian. Seperti film dokumenter yang di rilis oleh Nasional Geographic Entertainment yang berjudul Jerusalem ingin menyampaikan bahwa disatu daerah tersebut toleransi umat beragama sangat tinggi, mengingat bahwa daerah tersbut merupakan tempat bersejarah bagi ketiga agama besar di dunia, National Geographic Entertaiment menggambarkan hal tersebut dalam bentuk film dokumenter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui petanda dari setiap scene baik berupa dialog, gambaran pengambilan gambar atau gesture serta pertanda dari adanya nilai-nilai toleransi umat beragama dalam film dokumenter Jerussalem seperti dalam quran Surat Al-baqarah ayat 256, menurut umar hasyim, ada tiga simbil yang menunjukkan nilai toleransi yaitu memberi kebebasan untuk bertuhan, menghormati sikap beragama, dan memberi kebenaran atas perbadaan.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif (deskripsi kualitatif). Simbol-simbol ini memiliki peran dominan terhadap keberagamaan mereka. Dalam Film Yerussalem terdapat keberagaman budaya beragama yang disimbolisasi oleh hal-hal yang nambak. Digambarkan dalam film tersebut masyarakat melaksanakan aktivitas sehari-harinya dengan sederhana. ditemukan dari tujuh scence yang menjadi acuan dari pembahasan serta merujuk terhadap rumusan masalah yang penulis angkat dalam film Jerussalem 2013 yang menunjukan adalah pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam film tersebut, dan membahas terkait toleransi umat beragama di film tersebut, mengingat penulis mnggunakan Teknik analisis isi, sesuai dengan rujukannya kepada Harold D. Lasswell, yaitu dengan mencatat lambang atau pesan secara sistematis, kemudia memberi interpretasi. Analisi isi dapat digunakan untuk menganilisi semua bentuk komunikasi.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the development of increasingly widespread electronic media. This makes it easier for da'i to convey da'wah messages, one of which is through short films. This study uses content analysis from Creswell, data collection techniques through observation and descriptive documentation with a qualitative approach. The purpose of the research is to find out the da'wah messages contained in the Millenial Ustad Web Series episodes one to four. The results of the Millenial Ustad Web Series research in episodes one to four, there are three Da'wah messages which include the message of Akidah containing faith in Allah SWT and faith in God. God's decree or destiny. The message of Sharia in this study includes worship, muamalah and Islamic law, such as the obligation to wear the hijab, stay away from usury and the prohibition of bribery. The moral message in this study is the obligation to be filial to parents. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan media elektronik yang semakin luas, hal tersebut memudahkan da’i dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah salah satunya melalui film pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi dari Creswell, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun tujuan penelitian mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam Web Series Ustad Milenial episode satu sampai empat. Hasil penelitian Web Series Ustad Milenial pada episode satu sampai empat ini, terdapat tiga Pesan Dakwah yang meliputi pesan Akidah berisi tentang beriman kepada Allah SWT dan beriman kepada ketentuan atau takdir yang ditetapkan Allah. Pesan Syariah dalam penelitian ini meliputi ibadah, muamalah serta hukum islam seperti kewajiban menggunakan hijab, menjahui riba dan larangan suap menyuap. Pesan Akhlak dalam penelitian ini yaitu kewajiban berbakti kepada orang tua.

Education is a necessity that cannot be separated from human life. The existence of this education can form a moral and thinking human being. Education in schools/madrasas is expected to be able to build and improve various 21st century skills in accordance with the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0. The 21st century skills, also known as 4C skills, include critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration that learners must master. The solution to improving learners' 21st century skills is the existence of teaching materials that can support learners' 21st century skills in the learning process. Teaching materials that can be used as a solution in facilitating students in accessing learning are teaching materials developed by utilising the advantages of ICT called digital teaching materials, including e-books, e-modules, LKS and other digital teaching materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect size of digital physics teaching materials on improving students' 21st century skills, especially in physics learning. The type of research used is a meta-analysis that analyses 20 national and international articles in the last 4 years (2018-2022). The analysis technique used was to calculate the effect size for each article. The results showed that the meta-analysis study had an effect on digital physics teaching materials to improve 21st century skills based on high school grade level, physics learning materials, types of teaching materials used and 21st century skills achieved. The research findings show that digital physics teaching materials have an effect on improving 21st century skills, especially on critical thinking skills.

Background Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex disease with various manifestations. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a pleiotropic cytokine with a wide range of biological activities which plays an important role in immune regulation and inflammation. Serum level of IL-6 may be used as a parameter of disease activity, especially in pediatric SLE patients with mild disease activity or total remission with conflicting clinical manifestations and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) scores. Objective To identify the characteristics of serum IL-6 concentration in pediatric SLE with mild disease activities and total remission. Methods This case-control study was performed at the allergy-immunology outpatient clinic, Department of Child Health Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta and Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta. Serum IL-6 concentration and disease activity were assessed in all pediatric SLE patients aged 1-18 years old. Disease activity was assessed with SLEDAI scores and serum level of IL-6 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Among 60 subjects included in this study, 30 subjects with mild activities were in the case group and 30 subjects with total remissions were in the control group. There was no difference in serum IL-6 concentration between the case and control group (OR 0.483; 95%CI 0.041to 5.628; P=0.500). In this study, 2 subjects with urinary tract infection had high serum IL-6 concentrations. Conclusion There is no difference in serum IL-6 concentration between pediatric SLE patients with mild disease activities compared to total remissions.

Class VI science material includes concepts that are fundamental and essential for scientific understanding. However, conventional learning approaches often do not fully utilize students' potential to actively participate in the learning process. Therefore, the development of interactive learning multimedia based on Guided Inquiry is expected to provide a more interesting and effective alternative in teaching these concepts. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of Guided Inquiry-Based Interactive Learning Multimedia in increasing students' understanding of Force, Motion, and Energy Transfer material in grade VI science lessons. The method used in writing this journal is based on qualitative writing using a descriptive approach of analysis. The writing technique is based on qualitative data. The results of the field test revealed that the average value obtained increased to 78.79 which was previously 69.68. In addition, based on the results of the study also explained that the use of guided inquiry implemented in science learning media, especially in style material gets better results compared to the use of conventional learning, namely by using textbooks during learning activities. This is proven through a hypothesis test that the value of t table is 2.001 while t count is 2.76. By using guided inquiry models on the topics of interactive multimedia-assisted learning of force, motion, and energy transfer, student learning outcomes can be improved.
