AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Peristiwa Tutur dalam Prosesi Selamatan Laut di Desa Tanjung Luar, Kabupaten Keruak, Lombok. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang lokal yang masih percaya pada kekuatan magis prosesi yang diadakan setahun sekali sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada masyarakat Tanjung Luar karena mereka telah diberkati dengan lautan luas tempat di mana hidup mereka bergantung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh, dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada acara pidato dan tindak tutur dalam prosesi selamatan laut, yaitu dari awal pembukaan program hingga akhir proses Tikolok sehingga menciptakan kesan yang sangat mendalam bagi masyarakat Tanjung. Luar menjaga tradisi nenek moyang. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam acara prosesi salah satunya adalah; Lamun kau teqa lamun kau darat! Kaming kalopah, suram anung rajane (Saya tidak suka menerima utusan dan perintah, jika rajamu adalah rajamu yang mengutusmu. Panggil rajamu!). Kalimat Perintah, diikuti oleh tindakan, sehingga dapat digolongkan sebagai tindak tutur.

Lesson planning constitutes the teacher's critical guide in successful learning activities. Because of its role, lesson planning is prioritised, not as a complement to the teaching administration. Therefore, this study investigates how the trainers' ability to design lesson planning with the learner's response to teaching performance in the classroom. Classroom action research is adopted as a research method implemented in non-formal schools; Bale Beleq Institute, Lombok Timur. Participants came from several representative villages from POKDARWIS (tourism care group). Some were active in the Karang Taruna of eleven people studying entrepreneurship under the sub-topic of products and markets. When processing data, three instruments were used; in-depth interviews, observation-participant, and document reviews. Findings show a positive relationship between the ability of trainers to design lesson planning and the performance of teaching trainers in the classroom. Successful indicators refer to the trainer's understanding of the constituent components of lesson planning and learners' opinions from open interviews after the learning. In addition, the better trainers' understanding of designing the lesson planning, the better implication toward learning output must be.

Information technology in the education system today is very advanced and completely online, so the performance needs of school operators will determine the quality of schools in addition to the leadership and work motivation of the principal. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work motivation on the performance of elementary school operators and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the work motivation of school operators. This study uses quantitative methods to examine three variables, namely two independent variables and one dependent variable. This research was conducted using quantitative research with a survey method with a correlational approach, with a total population of 26 principals and 26 school operators so the population was 52 people. The sample was carried out by the census method. The instrument test in this study used validity and reliability tests. Using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of normality in the principal's leadership data as the dependent variable (X1) the hypothesis is accepted in other words the data is normally distributed. In the work motivation data as the dependent variable (X2), the hypothesis is accepted in other words, the data is normally distributed. In the school operator's performance data as an independent variable (Y), the hypothesis is accepted in other words the data is normally distributed. In the linearity test, there is a linear relationship between the principal's leadership variable (X1) and the work motivation variable (X2) on the school operator's performance variable (Y). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of leadership on the performance of school operators, there is an influence of leadership on the performance of school operators and there is an influence of leadership and work motivation of the principal on the performance of school operators.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience and work performance on lecturer careers. This study uses a quantitative method that examines three variables, namely two independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables are work experience and work performance, while the dependent variable is the lecturer's career (Y). This research was conducted using quantitative research with a survey method with a path analysis approach, with a total population of 160 lecturers and a sample of 60 people. The instrument test in this study used validity and reliability tests. Using path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of normality in the dependent variable work experience data (X1) the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the data is normally distributed. In the work performance data as the dependent variable (X2) the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the data is normally distributed. In the lecturer career data as an independent variable (Y) the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the data is normally distributed. In the linearity test, there is a linear relationship between the work experience variable (X1) and the work performance variable (X2) on the lecturer career variable (Y). The conclusion from this research is that there is an effect of work experience on the career of lecturers, there is an effect of work performance on the career of lecturers and there is an influence of work experience on the career of lecturers.

Various ways used to express ideas, feelings, and opinions. Art is one of the most effective modes to convey emotions. Playback theatre by combining artistic relation and social relation becomes a method applied. Playback theatre concerns with the telling process. Pre-test and post-test were conducted to identify the previous knowledge of the participants before providing materials and to recognize the knowledge after the activity. The empowerment activity results show that playback theatre has a positive impact on the participants to reduce nervously and it establishes chemistry between actors and music players so that the performance could be satisfied and better. It is expected that other lecturers or researchers implement and develop the playback theatre method to decrease tension and nervousness in playing roles as actors.

This study aimed to to describe the element of performance form and the meaning of the motion of the drama "bejoraq" in the Marong village Praya Timur, Lombok Tengah Regency. There were also data collection techniques carried out in this study by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. This research was a descriptive qualitative research by taking all samples supporting this study. The data analysis technique used consists of four stages such as data collection data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification The dominant theory used in this study was a theory about the form of art performance that is shown to be shown can be exhibitions, dance, puppets, music, drama, and so on. From the results and discussion it was concluded that the form of the Bejoraq drama show has several elements that strengthen performances such as motion, costumes, makeup, dialogue, music, stage, lighting, and the theme of the show. This paper is based on the results of a study aimed at describing the forms of motions and elements of Dayang-dayang dance movements in Lombok Timur Regency. The form of motion in question is a form that is produced from the dancer's body language and the element of motion consists of space, time and energy used. Using a qualitative approach with a focus on the form of motion and the elements of Dayang-dayang dance moves. Data collection uses observation, interviews and study documents analyzed by reducing data, grouping, presenting and summarizing data. The result of this study concluded that the form of Dayang-dayang dance moves consisted of five forms of sedentary motion and three forms of movement while Dayang-dayang dance elements were dominated by upper, middle, and lower levels with slow rhythm toward diagonal, side and front. ABSTRACT This paper is based on the results of research which aims to describe the form of the keroncong version of the keroncong version of the traditional song Gugur Mayang arrangements. Descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is used in data collection through observation, interviews and documentation with a focus on the form of keroncong arrangements in the song Gugur Mayang. The uniqueness of this paper is the scarcity of research on traditional Sasak songs arranged in the kroncong version that has been researched by other researchers. The results of this study indicate that the form of the arrangement of the keroncong version of the song Gugur Mayangis a song that begins with the AA section, with the introduction at the beginning of the song, then the bridge, followed by the AA” section on the song Gugur Mayang. In the episode or interlude, it is filled with violins and accompanied by several other instruments then it is entered in the coda section which is played by all instruments other than the flute. The scale used in this arrangement is the D minor scale which means 1 mol or F major. Keywords: Arrangement, Gugur Mayang, Keroncong, Sasak Song.

ABSTRAK This paper is based on the results of research that aims to describe the deculturation and form of Hadrroh musik performances in Gerisak Semanggleng Sakra Barat Village, Lombok Timur. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it is concluded that a result of the times and often following competitions the musik group has innovated to become a modern Hadrroh Modern musik group. To meet the needs of a show so as not to be outdated, this musik group underwent a change in the form of deculturation in the form of its performance by adding a keyboard musical instrument and presentation material using modern religious songs. The form of Hadrroh's musik shows is divided into two forms of performances, namely routine performances as a means of worship and non-routine performances (rituals) as entertainment. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance to the appreciation of the community in art activities in the Village of East Pringgasela Lombok Timur Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance in Pringgasela Village is evidenced by the use of Dedare Nyesek dance as an art learning material in schools. Besides, Dedare Nyesek dance is also often performed at major events as government support to preserve this dance. People's appreciation of Dedare Nyesek dance is still lacking. This is due to the lack of Dedare Nyesek dance performance as well as the lack of public understanding of the meaning contained in the dance. The conclusion of the research is to preserve or improve the existence of Dedare Nyesek dance can be done by making Dedare Nyesek dance as a learning material in school. Besides, the manager and the Cultural Office also strive to display in major events held by the Cultural Office of NTB. Keywords: Appreciation, Dance, Dedare Nyesek, Existence
