Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the vocal techniques used in singing Burdah's verse. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The object of research is focused on vocal technique problems while the research subject is Jama'ah Burdah Al-Istiqlal, East Lombok. The results showed that the Burdah vocal technique had to use special lyrics or Barzanji. Not all of the vowel articulations are pronounced clearly according to the Arabic language. Burdah is sung at a slow tempo with a speed value of 60-63 (Larghetto). The dynamics at the beginning of the rhyme will sound louder and louder after which the same until the end except at the beginning again because the same rhythm is repeated. Frashering said to Burdah that he always welcomed each other so that the chanting would not break. Uses abdominal and upper resonance breathing as it is very influential on high notes. The conclusions of the study were found regarding the use of special rhymes, not all of the articulations were pronounced clearly, slow tempo, moderate dynamics, getting louder and repetitive, unbroken word decapitation, using abdominal breathing and upper resonance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the various forms and movements of the Manuk Beberi dance. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using theories related to the research topic. The theory used is the theory of symbols which is translated into discursive and presentational symbols. The results showed that the Manuk Beberi dance is a regional dance originating from Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The Manuk Beberi dance was created based on the story of Dewi Anjani's pet. This dance is danced by two male dancers with energetic movements that reflect the character of Dewi Anjani's pet chicken. The various movements of the Manuk Beberi dance are classified into discursive symbols and presentational symbols. Movements that are included in the discursive symbol are the movements of the Keber, Notok, Ngaeh and Bekupu. These movements have certain meanings based on the results of mutual agreement in an area. Meanwhile, other Manuk Beberi dance movements are included in the presentational symbol, namely movements that are only complementary and do not have a core meaning. In conclusion, the traditional dance of Manuk Beberi has four forms, namely, the traditional dance form, which is the pet movement of Dewi Anjani. Keywords: Form, Manuk Beberi Dance, Motion

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the composition of the traditional Gamelan music drama Amaq Abir in Sanggar Pustaka Budaya Marong Village, Central Lombok. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that Amaq Abir's Gamelan music has a composition of three types of Gending, namely: First Asmarandane Gending has a tempo between slow and fast with an expressive style with flat or horizontal melody and up to adjust the movements of the players on the stage. Both Oncer Prabu Gending have slow to medium tempo, dynamic a bit hard and a bit soft with a more even melody motion, up and down according to the scene. The three Gending Batelan has a fast tempo, getting louder and louder, the music style is light and fast with a rising melody motion, irregular tone movements. Each Gending has a rhythm that changes according to the situations and conditions of the play in the drama. The conclusion of the research is that the traditional Gamelan music of Amaq Abir has musical elements such as: rhythm, melody, harmony, tempo, dynamics, and style and is played with three types of gending with the Perembak technique and Bekilitan technique. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the vocal technique of Tembang Jati Sware in the Bebadosan Terune Art Studio, Lenek Village, East Lombok Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Primary data is the sound of Tembang Jati Sware Pupuh Dang-Dang, while secondary data comes from informants and texts in the form of oral and written. The results showed that when reciting Tembang Jati Sware using chest breathing. Articulation changes occur when the song is read. In Tembang Jati Sware, there are ten sentence breaks, namely on each comma. The body position when the tone is high is upright, the chest is outstretched, and the shoulders are opened, while when the tone is low the body position is normal. The intonation of the song is free, the vibration occurs every last sentence more than 4 beats to 8 beats. The conclusion of this paper is the vocal technique of the Jati Sware Dang-Dang song in Pepaosan which consists of: breathing, articulation, sentence fragments, singing position, intonation, vibration, and improvisation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of attachment of Awig-awig, the fishing community of Lungkak village to the use of natural resources. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is the fishing community of Lungkak village. The results showed that the Awig-awig of the Lungkak community had an attachment in terms of life as a fisherman with local rules or customary rules that were made on the basis of the togetherness of the Lungkak community with people outside the Lungkak hamlet area, the form of attachment Awig-awig was in consultation with the people around the village. Outer Cape. The conclusion of the study shows that the role of Awig-awig in lungkak fishermen is something that has become a separate entity in the lifestyle of lungkak fishermen from time to time which is always used as a standard of living for lungkak fishermen. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of competence, motivation and work experience on the work productivity of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, Hamzanwadi University, East Lombok, either partially or simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method to ascertain whether there is a bond between 2 or more variables. The population, all lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, totaling 32 lecturers. The sampling method utilizes saturated sampling method. Information analysis procedures use descriptive information, information analysis prerequisite test, hypothesis testing. Information analysis of the influence of competence, motivation and work experience on lecturers' work productivity is processed using SPSS16. 0 for windows. The results of the t-test research show that each independent variable, namely competence and work motivation, partially affects positively and significantly, whereas work experience partially does not affect work productivity. The results of the F test research 70% of work productivity is influenced by aspects of competence, motivation and work experience, on the other hand the remaining 30% is described or predicted by other aspects outside the three aspects and other models outside the model. The conclusion is partially that the competence variable is more influential than the motivation and work experience variables on work productivity, but simultaneously the competence, motivation and work experience variables affect the lecturer's work productivity Keywords: Work Productivity, Work Motivation, Work Experience

Abstract

This study aims to, a) determine the performance of female village heads and village heads in carrying out their duties; b) to find out the perceptions of leaders, village staff, and the community of three villages and one sub-district in East Lombok Regency regarding the performance of female village heads and village heads; c) to find out the challenges and obstacles faced in carrying out their leadership. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach located in four locations in East Lombok Regency. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data by deepening observations, in-depth interviews, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the female village head is good, responsible discipline, and never procrastinated on her duties. And the distribution of development is continuously carried out by the programs that have been implemented. This was acknowledged by village staff and communities in three villages in East Lombok Regency. The community's perception of the performance of the female village head/lurah is that the performance of the female village head/lurah is quite good when compared to the performance of the male village head/lurah. Female village heads have high participation, often provide examples, and invite the community to work together and make the village they lead more advanced. The challenges and obstacles faced by female village heads are when taking care of their household. In conclusion, the performance of female village heads in East Lombok Regency is considered to be good, responsible, and disciplined. Public perception is quite good. The challenge in addition to being a leader in her village is also being a housewife who has to be able to divide her time between household work and her official work. Abstract

This paper is based on the results of research aimed at describing the existence and development of Burdah music performances in Lombok Timur The type of research used descriptive qualitatively using methods with the object of study is the Burdah music. The location of this research is in Rempung Village, Pringgasela District, Lombok Timur Regency. The target of the study in this study is the existence of Burdah music performances. Data is collected through observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are performed with data reduction steps, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study showed that the factors that support the existence of Burdah music consists of good management, has a complete organizational structure with managerial system, solid in achieving the goal of using an educational system, has a characteristic that maintains a sense of solidarity between members and management and has a lot of performance experience both formal and non-formal. The conclusion of this paper is that the existence of Burdah music is strongly influenced by management factors, solidarity, characteristics and performance experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai sistem kontrol terhadap kinerja operator sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan  kuantitatif dimana penelitian kuantitiatif merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan astatistik sebagai alat analisisnya. Pengumpulan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang terdiri dari 45 item pertanyaan digunakan untuk memperoleh data mengenai gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 26 operator sekolah dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Sambelia. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSSm 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  nilai korelasi  (R)  sebesar 0,994 dan nilai koefisien korelasi (R Square) sebesar 0,988 yang memberikan makna bahwa besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja operator sekolah adalah 98% dan sisanya adalah pengaruh dari faktor lain, selain itu besarnya nilai F hitung = 1987,954 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian model regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi variabel kinerja operator sekolah, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap variabel kinerja operator sekolah (Y).

Abstract

This study focused on the creative process and the audience response that refer to the post-colonial and post-modern theory. The method used is discourse analysis. The performance of Indonesia art processed during a month, which is in the lecturing process conducted during four meetings. The creative process starts from the discourse about the body and embody. The body discourse as a tool and goal. Body shown is the body of dance and drama, with another sentence is to embody the dance and Indonesian drama. The dances are performed is a dance of Papua, Kalimantan, Java, Bali, Indonesia, and Sasak. The sixth area was a representation of Indonesian art. The next show is a drama of White Blue Love then ended with a dance and Gugur Mayang music. The creative process based on the ability of setting up objects, events, pantomime and processes involving multimedia. All performances are getting response from the audience. There is good and less good respond. Some said exceptional, cool, fun, exciting, and entertaining. The responses indicate a logical reasoning about the stage and sense reasoning about the effect of the show. Another interpretation of these events in perspective post structuralism with refers to post structuralism Bartes and Foucoult and refers to post modernism Jameson and Lyotard, that the show was not be seen as a tradition or modernity, but an event with post-space, at the crossroads between tradition and modernity.
