Abstract

Di era digital, keamanan data menjadi krusial, dan integrasi Python dengan kriptografi muncul sebagai solusi efektif untuk masa depan yang aman. Python, dengan kesederhanaan sintaks dan pustaka kaya seperti NumPy dan SciPy, menjadi alat ideal untuk pemula dan aplikasi kriptografi. Workshop ini diadakan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang kriptografi dan aplikasinya menggunakan Python. Materi mencakup dasar-dasar kriptografi, algoritma seperti AES dan RSA, serta praktik langsung implementasi enkripsi dan dekripsi. Melalui latihan praktis, peserta dapat menjembatani teori dan aplikasi, memperkuat kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi ancaman keamanan dunia nyata. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep kriptografi dan keterampilan praktis peserta, yang diukur melalui kuis dan tes praktik. Feedback positif menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap materi dan penyelenggaraan workshop. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan teknis, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya keamanan informasi, berkontribusi pada ekosistem digital yang lebih aman. Program ini menyarankan pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan cakupan materi lebih luas untuk terus mendukung pendidikan dan pengembangan keterampilan keamanan data mahasiswa, mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan keamanan siber di masa depan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertema sosialisasi dampak algoritma YouTube terhadap perkembangan perilaku anak dilaksanakan di Yayasan Al-Bathin Gowa. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua dan pendidik mengenai pengaruh algoritma YouTube terhadap perilaku anak-anak. Algoritma YouTube mempengaruhi preferensi konten anak, yang dapat berdampak positif maupun negatif pada perkembangan mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta mendapat pemahaman tentang cara kerja algoritma, potensi dampak, dan langkah preventif untuk meminimalkan efek negatifnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap literasi digital dan peran mereka dalam mengawasi konsumsi media digital oleh anak-anak. Diharapkan, orang tua dan pendidik dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung perkembangan anak di era digital.

Abstract

Internship activities among students are generally still carried out using manual attendance and logbook recording systems, such as signature sheets or written notes. These conventional methods often lead to inefficiencies, delays in data processing, and potential manipulation of attendance records. Therefore, a digital system is needed to monitor student attendance automatically and accurately based on their actual location. This study aims to develop an Android-based internship attendance and logbook application utilizing geofence technology. The application is designed as a solution to the limitations of manual systems by providing location-based attendance features, daily logbook recording, and an integrated dashboard accessible to students, supervisors, and administrators. The development process adopts the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system only allows attendance when the user is within the predefined internship location radius, thereby ensuring the validity and accuracy of attendance data. Testing was conducted based on the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standard, covering aspects of Functional Suitability, Usability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, and Security. The results show that the application achieved a very good level of feasibility, with a usability score of 89%, an average response time of 2.21 seconds, good compatibility across various Android devices, and a Security Grade A rating. Based on these results, the developed application is declared feasible for use and can serve as an effective solution to support student internship activities in a digital, accurate, and efficient manner.

Abstract

Papaya is a tropical fruit with high nutritional content and significant health benefits. Nutritional components such as sugars, vitamin C, and fibre are strongly influenced by ripeness level. Identifying these nutrients usually requires laboratory tests that are time-consuming and rely on sophisticated equipment. Previous studies have focused on classifying ripeness levels, yet none have specifically addressed the classification of nutritional content. This study proposes a classification system for papaya nutrition based on ripeness using digital image processing and artificial neural networks (ANN). The method consists of six stages: image acquisition, preprocessing, segmentation, morphology, feature extraction, and classification with a trained ANN model. Experiments were conducted to evaluate feature combinations, including colour and texture features. The combination of LAB colour features and texture features-contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity-produced the best results. Testing on 75 images achieved an average precision of 97.22%, recall of 96.67%, F1-Score of 96.80%, and accuracy of 97.33%, with an average computation time of 0.02 seconds per image. These findings indicate that the proposed method provides fast and highly accurate classification of papaya’s nutritional content, offering a practical alternative to laboratory testing. Nevertheless, the study is limited by the relatively small dataset and controlled acquisition environment. Future research should extend the dataset, incorporate deep learning approaches, and validate performance under real-world conditions to enhance robustness and generalization

Abstract

This study discusses the application of static digital forensic methods to analyze evidence of cybercrime on the social media platform X. The research is based on a simulated case involving violations of Indonesia’s Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), specifically concerning the distribution of pornographic content, hate speech, cyberbullying, and the spread of hoax X. The investigation was conducted by seizing the suspect’s devices, including a laptop and a 15GB flash drive, which were then xamined using FTK Imager and Autopsy forensic tools. The acquisition process was carried out using FTK Imager to create a digital image while maintaining data integrity through MD5 and SHA-1 hash verification. The subsequent analysis was conducted using Autopsy to identify hidden files, deleted files, file system structures, and relevant metadata. The investigation uncovered various types of digital evidence such as illicit images, social media activity logs, SQLite database files, email artifacts, and user activity data directly linked to the suspect’s X  account. The findings indicate that static forensic methods are effective in preserving original data during investigation. Furthermore, the forensic tools used in this study proved capable of systematically identifying, extracting, and processing digital evidence accurately. This research contributes to the field of cybercrime law enforcement, particularly in supporting the process of proving digital-based crimes committed through social media platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pemborosan air dan kerusakan pompa akibat tidak adanya sistem pemantauan volume air secara otomatis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan alat pendeteksi penampung air penuh berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan smartphone guna memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau kondisi air secara real-time. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, sensor ultrasonik JSN-SR04T, sensor water flow, LCD, relay, dan aplikasi Blynk sebagai media monitoring dan control. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan prototype yang terdiri dari tujuh tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan kebutuhan, pembangunan prototype, evaluasi prototype, pengkodean sistem, pengujian sistem, evaluasi sistem, dan implementasi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010, mencakup tiga aspek yaitu functional suitability, usability, dan portability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam aspek functional suitability. Pada aspek usability, dari 12 responden diperoleh rata-rata skor 87,76% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sistem juga terbukti berjalan stabil pada berbagai platform, sehingga memenuhi aspek portability. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam skala rumah tangga sebagai solusi otomatisasi pemantauan tandon air, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Research on Diagnostic Assessment (DA) in remote schools in Indonesia is essential, as education in these areas has been a focus of the government attention for several decades and continues for future. This study provides an overview of teachers' readiness in implementing DA, particularly regarding their efficacy and self-perceptions. This study aims to describe teachers' confidence in conducting DA and their perceptions of its benefits for learning. Data were collected from 35 teachers with varying employment statuses and teaching experience using a questionnaire with linear-scale responses. The questionnaire measured efficacy across four aspects using twelve statements and perceptions across three aspects using nine statements. The questionnaire was distributed online via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in frequency tables. The findings reveal that teachers in remote schools have a high level of confidence in their ability to implement DA, adapted to the conditions of underdeveloped areas. Teachers perceive DA as fundamentally effective in transforming learning conditions, although it has not yet provided optimal benefits in various related aspects. Its implementation is also considered to be insufficiently intensive. It is concluded that teachers in remote schools are capable of implementing DA and are concerned about the current suboptimal execution of DA. The findings of this study suggest that while teachers in remote areas are confident in their ability to implement DA, further support and resources are necessary to optimize its use. Enhancing training programs and increasing the intensity of DA application could contribute to more effective teaching and learning outcomes, especially in under-resourced and geographically isolated settings

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pemantauan kualitas udara dalam ruangan menggunakan sensor MQ-2 dan MQ-135. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai mikrokontroler, dan dilengkapi dengan LCD dan modul WiFi untuk mengirimkan data ke aplikasi. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi kadar asap, kadar gas, suhu, dan kelembaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dan sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sehingga jika terdapat kondisi ruangan yang berubah secara tiba-tiba, maka dengan adanya aplikasi yang dapat memonitoring keadaan kondisi udara secara realtime, dapat dilakukan penanganan yang lebih cepat untuk menjamin agar kondisi udara dalam suatu ruangan tetap aman dan nyaman. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai kualitas udara dalam ruangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kualitas udara dalam ruangan.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat sistem tes interaktif berbasis computerized adaptive testing (CAT). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan perangkat lunak (software development) dengan menggunakan metode SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) dan menggunakan model Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem tes interaktif berbasis computerized adaptive testing (CAT) yang dapat digunakan pada lembaga Testing Centre untuk mengefektifkan dan mengefisienkan kinerja lembaga Testing Centre dalam pelaksanaan tes adaptif berbasis komputer. Tanggapan responden admin terhadap aspek kemudahan administrasi/pengelolaan sistem memberikan hasil rata-rata dengan persentase 95% sehingga termasuk kategori sangat baik, dan tanggapan responden testee terhadap aspek user friendly sistem meberikan hasil rata-rata dengan persentase 89% sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sistem adaptive testing yang dibangun mampu mengukur tingkat kemampuan peserta dengan berdasar pada teori respon butir dua parameter logistik.
