Abstract

Marketing communication and promotion is the most essential thing in brand development. As a brand, Malang should apply it in order to compete with other cities, more particularly in terms of economic, social, cultural and tourism sector. Malang has potentials that will attract both visitors and investors. City branding should become one of the government’s focus to build its brand. It is the manifestation of city marketing in which objective is to highlight its strength. Based on the researchers’ observation, Malang has yet had attracting city branding composition. The objectives of the research were to collect and analyze all potential assets Malang had to strengthen its identity as a tool to form  city branding. It provided a suggestion to Malang City government in a form of tagline positioning and promotion strategy. The researchers developed a city branding concept for the city and came up with a tagline associated with Malang. The study used qualitative approach and in-depth interview. Based on the analysis, the researcher suggests a tagline “Your Home Sweet Home” as a part of Malang city branding. In addition, the researchers also proposed minor and major proposition. The minor proposition was education sector was the biggest asset Malang had. Therefore, there should be integration between the sector and other activities more particularly ones related to the culture, history and local wisdom of Malang. Furthermore, the major proposition was every city should explore its differentiation that will attract visitors and investors.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand the effect of Firm Size, Leverage, Sales Growth and Profitability on Tax Avoidance in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. This research uses secondary data where the sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique, the samples used in the research are 11 companies in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2021, then 31 data are obtained which are used for research implementation samples. . The source of data in this study was obtained from the website (www.idx.co.id). The implementation of the following research uses a multiple linear regression model using SPSS 19 to carry out an analysis of the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable used in the research implementation. The results obtained from the following research activities show that firm size and profitability have no effect on efforts to avoid tax or tax avoidance. Meanwhile, leverage and sales growth have an effect on tax avoidance

Abstract

This article examines the manuscript Kamus Mu’jam al-Qur’an, a collection of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The manuscript is not merely a source of religious texts, but it also embodies certain characteristics that reflects the history, traditions and values encapsulated within it. This study aims to describe the charac­teristics of the manuscript using philology as the primary method, with codicology and textology as the two main approaches. The codicological aspects of this manuscript indicates that Kamus Mu’jam Al-Qur’an en­com­­passes vocabulary found in the Qur’an. It is written in Arabic and consists of a single piece with 37 pages. The manuscript, threaded and non-uniform in paper and text size (21 x 17 cm), employs khat naskhi with black ink as the primary color, while certain marks utilize green and red ink. Additionaly, textual aspects of it describes Kamus Mu’jam al-Qur’an including several scholia, such as corrections for written errors, vocabu­lary, letter descriptions, reading marks, wakaf signs and lists of invalid texts. The major finding of this study is the eight keywords: al-Asrār, dīnu yusr, ihsān, abrār, sulḥ, ‘ilm, ‘adamu taqlīd, and al-‘amal that were not typical to other dictionaries. This study contributes significantly by providing fresh insights into the importance of the Kamus Mu’jam al-Qur’an as a source of knowledge and understanding how this manuscript has been preserved over time. It also sheds light on the evolution of Quranic studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan bahan pembelajaran berupa trainer Mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 dengan penekanan pada IoT dan Bluetooth untuk mata pembelajaran Pemrograman dan Aplikasi Mikrokontroler kelas 11 TAV. Pendekatan riset dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan mempergunakan uji coba Studi Kasus Satu-Sesi. Riset ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Surabaya dengan subjeknya pada kelas 11 Teknik Audio Video 1, melibatkan 34 siswa dari total 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tinjauan hasil kevalidan media menunjukkan angka keakuratannya sebesar 93%, sehingga bisa digolongkan sebagai tingkat validitas yang tinggi; (2) analisis keefektifan menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 79,35 (KKM=75), atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa mean pencapaian kompetensi siswa melewati KKM; (3) analisis keefektifan juga menunjukkan skor sebesar 88,8%, yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi. Dengan data ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa trainer dan buku panduan praktikum sangat berguna dalam keberlagsungan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran konsentrasi keahlian dengan jenis elemen pemograman dan aplikasi mikrokontroler untuk membantu siswa melakukan praktikum pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dan aplikasi mikrokontroler.

Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini membahas tentang dinamika gerakan dakwah salafi di Indonesia. Fenomena gerakan dakwah salafi mengalami berbagai dinamika sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat, mulai dari penolakan hingga sikap terbuka dan penerimaan masyarakat dalam realitas sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dinamika gerakan dakwah salafi, dan menganalisa inklusifitas masyarakat terhadap gerakan dakwah salafi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Dari penelitian ini, berhasil didapatkan bahwa beberapa kelompok masyarakat yang menolak keberadaan gerakan salafi karena menilai mereka sebagai gerakan keras, ekstrem, radikal, dan lain sebagainya. Di sisi lain, transformasi metode dakwah yang dilakukan gerakan salafi berhasil membentuk sikap inklusivitas masyarakat sehingga gerakan dakwah salafi diterima dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Bahkan relasi yang terbangun antaraliran sosial keagamaan dan antarumat beragama menunjukkan harmonisasi sosial.

Abstract

The advent of the digital age brought great change in many aspects including the field of commerce. Trading activities initially done directly become online. Such activities have taken a toll on the implementation of the joint venture control carried out by the commission of the joint venture supervisory the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU). Article 30, 1999 rule number 5 on the ban on monopoly practices and unhealthy business competition. This journal was written in order to, first, analyze the importance of law enforcement in preventing unhealthy business competition in the digital industrial age. Second, to analyze the contribution of the KPPU to monitor the unhealthy business competition in the digital market. The study is conducted with qualitative research methods, with a normative-law approach. And providing the basis for law enforcement, the unsound competition for business is the Law. Number 5 chapter 30 in 1999 on the ban on monopoly practices and unhealthy business rivalries. But at its implementation it is still under maximum, still deselect. Therefore needs to be more intensified. In practice, the contribution of the KPPU is less than optimal, requiring new legitimacy and legality that give more authority or authority to the KPPU to be capable of performing maximum, iron-to-profit surveillance duties and minimizing the fraudulent practices of digital trade in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling method in this study is by purposive sampling method totaling 11 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the help of eviews9 software. The results of this study show that partially the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over have no significant effect on stock prices, while the Return On Asset variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous study showed that the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset had an effect and were significant on the stock price of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

Reporting learning outcomes is an important part of the assessment process related to efforts to inform other interested parties about the learning that has been done. The purpose of this study was to determine the reporting of Islamic education learning outcomes at MI Miftahul Huda Dono Sendang Tulungagung. Qualitative research methods. With data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques are (1) data condensation, (2) data presentation, and (3) verification and conclusions. The results of his research show that reporting learning outcomes is a process of conveying information about academic progress and student achievement in a curriculum or educational program. The ability of teachers in reporting the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes at MI Miftahul Huda Dono Sendang Tulungagung is good. It is proven that PAI teachers have made reports on learning outcomes in the form of report cards, and reports are addressed to students and guardians. Reporting on the evaluation of learning outcomes in PAI subjects at MI Miftahul Huda Dono Sendang Tulungagung, PAI teachers as implementers of learning outcomes evaluation need to compile and prepare well so that the implementation of learning outcomes evaluation in the upcoming school year is really on target in the evaluation, and in accordance with the learning outcomes of the cognitive domain of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan proyek konstruksi memerlukan pengaturan yang baik supayadapat mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Ketepatan biaya, waktu dan mutu sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan suatu proyek, Pengendalian waktu dilakukan agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan terhadap jadwal rencana sehingga mengalami keterlambatan. Salah satu metode untuk pengendalian waktu adalah Metode Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian proyek gedung di Boyolali yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kinerja waktu. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan mingguan dari periode minggu ke-1 sampai periode minggu ke-25 dengan total durasi pekerjaan 33 minggu. Dari hasil analisis pada minggu ke-25 nilai BCWP (Budget Cost Work Performance) sebesar Rp 5.224.871.328, dan nilai BCWS (Budget Cost Work Shcedule) sebesar Rp 6.326.290.876. Pada akhir peninjuan di minggu ke-25 kinerja jadwal proyek atau SPI (Schedule Performance Indeks) sebesar 0,347 (<1) lebih kecil dari 1, menunjukkan bahwa waktu pelaksanaan terlambat dari jadwal yang direncanakan, pekerjaan baru selesai sebesar 52,486% dari rencana awal proyek yang direncanakan sebesar 63,549%. Terindikasi proyek mengalami keterlambatan jadwal.Kata Kunci: kinerja, jadwal, konstruksi

Abstract

This research focuses on the significant role played by a Justice Collaborator in a controversial murder case involving Bharada Richard Eliezer in Indonesia. The author discusses the importance of the Justice Collaborator's contribution in unraveling complex criminal cases while exploring various ethical and moral questions that arise in the context of the judiciary. This case underscores the need to maintain a balance between formal law, ethics, and morality within the judicial system, which, in turn, influences the creation of legislation, legal decision-making, and public perception. Consequently, it can be concluded that it is essential to emphasize the consideration of ethics and morals as key factors within the legal system to uphold integrity and meet societal expectations. This conclusion reflects the intricacies of the Justice Collaborator's role and the impact of ethics and morality within the realm of the judiciary. In a broader context, this research serves as a reminder of the integral role that a Justice Collaborator plays in ensuring justice and integrity within the modern judicial system.
