Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menelaah pengaruh dukungan organisasi, iklim keselamatan psikososial, dan manajemen waktu terhadap konflik kerja-sekolah pada mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana yang bekerja. Mahasiswa yang menjalankan peran ganda sebagai pekerja dan pelajar menghadapi keterbatasan waktu, energi, dan fokus yang dapat memunculkan konflik antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan akademik. Penelitian menggunakan desain kausal dengan populasi 810 mahasiswa Reguler II Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen S1 Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus Menteng dan Meruya. Sampel sebanyak 268 responden ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui survei kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konflik kerja-sekolah (β=-0,488; t=12,729; p=0,000), iklim keselamatan psikososial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (β=-0,447; t=13,014; p=0,000), dan manajemen waktu berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (β=-0,464; t=12,603; p=0,000). Nilai R² sebesar 0,658 menunjukkan ketiga variabel menjelaskan 65,8% variasi konflik kerja-sekolah. Dengan demikian, peningkatan dukungan organisasi, iklim keselamatan psikososial, dan kemampuan manajemen waktu berkontribusi dalam menurunkan konflik kerja-sekolah pada mahasiswa yang bekerja

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital literacy and training on employee performance, mediated by learning agility, among engineers at PT Kubayan Lestari Jaya, an Indonesian information and communication technology company. Rapid digital transformation requires technical employees to continuously upgrade both digital competence and hands-on technical skill, yet a preliminary survey revealed uneven mastery of core engineering tasks among staff and mixed evidence from prior studies regarding the role of digital literacy and training. This research tests seven hypotheses linking digital literacy, training, learning agility, and employee performance through a Resource-Based View lens. a quantitative survey was administered to 88 engineers using total sampling, and data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4. Findings and digital literacy and training each significantly and positively affect employee performance and learning agility; learning agility significantly improves performance and partially mediates the effects of digital literacy and training on performance. Strengthening digital competence and structured, coaching-supported training, combined with deliberate development of learning agility, is recommended to sustainably improve employee performance in technology-based organizations.

Abstract

The integration of food security with the national defense system faces significant challenges in the ever-changing global dynamics. Food crises triggered by climate change, geopolitical conflicts, and dependence on food imports pose serious threats to national sovereignty. From a management perspective, this integration requires a comprehensive and sustainable management strategy. One of the main challenges is the high dependence on food imports, which creates vulnerability to global supply disruptions. Therefore, integrated management is needed that emphasizes efficiency, cross-sector coordination, and strengthening local capacity in food provision. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between food security and the national defense system within the framework of strategic management in facing global challenges, such as climate change, dependence on food imports, and potential threats of economic and geopolitical crises. The theory used is Food System Theory, which views food as an interconnected system ranging from production, distribution, to consumption. The research method used is a literature study with a managerial approach, namely reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing various relevant literature sources. The results of the study indicate several important indicators in the management of the integration of food security and national defense, including: Local Food Availability Management, strengthening domestic production. Defense and Food Security Policy, integration of cross-sector policies. Import Dependency Risk Management, reducing vulnerability to global supply. Utilization of Technology and Innovation, increasing production and distribution efficiency. Inter-Agency Collaborative Management, strengthening synergy between government, communities, and the private sector.
