Abstract

Now the process of developing information technology is very fast, which allows many companies to take advantage of actual information technology to support the company's business agility. CV. Dewi Bulan is a small and medium business that produces incense or incense. The problems faced by CV. Dewi Bulan is an ineffective business method, her business activities are being registered manually, documents regarding sales, production and purchasing of basic materials are being handwritten on a checklist in the company and bookkeeping is done once a month. These documents cannot be obtained at any time. This problem resulted in negligence in carrying out customer orders. The solution to overcome the above problems is to implement Enterprise Resource Planning, where in reality ERP can automate business realization and the company's business steps. ERP implementation requires technology, namely using Odoo version 11.0. This research principle consists of six stages of the research process, namely, iterature study, data collection, data processing, application modeling, system testing and implementation, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The final step in this study was to conduct a review using the UAT questionnaire and a Likert scale to compare the satisfaction levels of Odoo application users. The results of the questionnaire are favored by the "Satisfied" assessment, this proves that the actual business renewal process implemented can be implemented in CV. Dewi Bulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make every company run a diverse and competitive type of business, for a company to always grow and not lose competitiveness is to handle the company's operations well. The method that the writer uses to analyze the data in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. One important thing that needs to be considered is the inventory or supplies owned by the company. Grand Majesty SPA Company is a business engaged in massage and reflexology. There are various items needed to run the business and of course related to the company's inventory. This paper will discuss how the Grand Majesty SPA Company handles the company's inventory and the implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in the company's operations.

Abstract

Reverse logistics is a concept related to the management of the flow of goods or products, including the application process, control, and planning of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory within the supply chain. This article explains how reverse logistics operates in the company PT. Graha Auto Perkasa, outlining several stages of the cycle that must be traversed. The analysis technique used involves interviews with relevant individuals within the company PT. Graha Auto Perkasa. Abstract

When conducting business activities, a company definitely needs a plan or strategy that is clearly structured, and with the aim of managing the company's resources effectively and efficiently. One of the companies implementing a supply chain management system based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is Visalux. This article was written with the aim of analyzing the influence of Supply Chain Management & ERP Systems in improving the performance of Visalux companies. The research method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method.

Abstract

At this time, business is very easy to do because there are already systems that help the development of a business. There are several examples of business development systems, one of which is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With this system, it can help entrepreneurs to make a business plan so that it can run more effectively and efficiently. In addition to making business more effective and efficient, this system can also be combined with SCM (Supply Chain Management) so that these businesses can maximize the company's performance. There are lots of companies that use this ERP system, for example, CV Sumber Cipta Agung, which is engaged in producing food and beverages. CV Sumber Cipta Agung is a company engaged in the field of beverage manufacturers in the city of Batam which uses this system in developing its company to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and literature review. CV Sumber Cipta Agung conducts its resource planning using SAP software and manages its supply chain system using the cross docking method.

Abstract

PT. Samudera Caraka Jasa merupakan perusahaan besar yang bergerak di bidang Logistik dan Rantai Pasokan yang berpusat di Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki ambisi untuk mengembangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan serta penyediaan sistem kualitas pengiriman terbaik hingga internasional. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui ruang lingkup transportasi logistik pada perusahaan tersebut, mengetahui proses distribusi sebuah barang, mengetahui incoterms yang berlaku dalam dunia logistik internasional, mengetahui pengaruh logistik, kinerja perusahaan serta 3PL perusahaan, mengetahui risiko yang berkemungkinan muncul saat proses logistik berjalan dan juga mengetahui pengaruh penerapan logistik dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis data penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa PT. Samudera Caraka Jasa memiliki 3 lingkup transportasi yaitu darat, air dan udara yang menjamin keamanan serta efisiensi pengiriman produk hingga ke tujuan dengan hemat biaya dan tepat waktu. Alokasi pergudangan dan distribusi cukup strategi dan andal, sistem incoterms yang sudah cukup kompleks. Kegiatan logistik dapat mempengaruhi pengendalian operasional industri serta kepuasan konsumen sebab kegiatan logistik dapat memperlancar dan mempermudah dalam penyaluran dan pendistribusian barang atau jasa sampai ke konsumen. 3PL perusahaan menjamin kualitas pengiriman, analisa kinerja dan juga risiko logistik yang cukup bagus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions by mediating customer satisfaction on drinks at Batam City coffee shops with a number of respondents as many as 210 people. This research is basic research and is quantitative. Data collection techniques go through literature studies and field studies using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are launched by managing data statistically using the help of smart PLS applications. Through the processing of data that has been done, it is found that brand image does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image cannot influence purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction. Price cannot influence purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction. Service quality cannot influence purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In a company, of course, there are ups and downs of a business, one of which isCompany Performance and Supply Chain. The purpose of this analysis is to be able toanalyze the SCM network model that is suitable for a company, and to be able to designan SCM network model for a company. Based on the analysis conducted by the author,no gaps were found that could affect the supply chain and decrease the performancefaced by PT Citra Shipyard. Abstract

UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi kain tradisional yang bercorak dan beroperasi di Kota Batam. UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung belum memiliki sistem dalam aktivitas proses bisnisnya. Dengan demikian, artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menanalisa manajemen rantai pasokan serta memberikan konsep penerapan sistem ERP pada UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik UMKM, pada masa pandemi UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung memiliki kendala dalam proses pemesanan bahan baku karena tidak efisiennya serta tidak terintegrasinya proses bisnis dalam UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung sehingga berdampak pada penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah menggunakan metode kualitiatif berupa wawancara serta teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yang menggunakan studi dokumentasi untuk mendukung penelitian ini.
