Abstract

Traffic accident is one of the highest causes of death in Indonesia following coronary disease and tuberculosis. Traffic accident is classified into three: mild, moderate and severe. The aim of this research was to determine the significant factors causing traffic accidents in Cilacap Regency using multinomial logistic regression. The data used were secondary data from the Resort Police of Cilacap Regency. The research’s response variable was accident classification deemed as a nominal scale, while the predictor variables were day of occurrence, time of occurrence, accident type, accident location, situation, weather problem, number of vehicles involved, and number of victims of nominal, ordinal and ratio scales. The research results show that the accident type, accident location, situation, and number of victim variables significantly influence the three accident classifications.

Abstract

Cilacap is the largest regency located in the southwest of Central Java Province. The rain fall in Cilacap has seasonal variation for monthly period, thus information on rainfall is very important for the Government of Cilacap Regency its people, especially farmers. The usefulness of forecasting method in predicting the volume of rainfall is important. It motivates development of a system that can predict future amount of rainfall. A fluctuation analysis on forecasting result can be used for local government’s policy making purpose. This paper analyses and presents SARIMA method to develop a forecasting model which may support and predict rainfall volume. The dataset for model development was collected from time series data published by Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency Tunggul Wulung Station from January 2009 to December 2022. The data were divided into data training (to December 2021) and data testing (January to December 2022) groups. The use of data training produced SARIMA model (2,0,2)(0,0,1)12 as the selected model. The model achieved 0.70% for MAPE using data testing. It indicated the final model’s capability to closely represent and made prediction based on the rainfall history dataset. The model produced was used to forecast the rainfall from January 2023 to December 2024. The forecast results were analyzed in relation to agricultural insurance program.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung merupakan masalah kesehatan serius yang dapat dicegah dan diobati. Dengan menjaga gaya hidup sehat, melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin, dan mengikuti anjuran dokter[1], risiko penyakit jantung dapat dikurangi. Random Forest Classifier (RFC) bagaikan hutan pohon keputusan yang bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih jitu. Algoritma ini tergolong handal dan fleksibel, mampu menangani berbagai tugas klasifikasi dan regresi. Kelebihannya, RFC menawarkan akurasi tinggi, tahan terhadap overfitting, dan mudah diinterpretasikan[2]. RFC adalah algoritma machine learning yang kuat dengan banyak keunggulan, namun perlu dipertimbangkan pula keterbatasannya dalam hal komputasi dan fleksibilitas[3]. LightGBM merupakan algoritma machine learning yang kuat dan efisien untuk klasifikasi dan regresi. Kecepatan, akurasi, dan kemudahan penggunaannya menjadikannya pilihan yang menarik untuk berbagai aplikasi[4]. Dari hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah metode RFC dan LightGBM dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode RFC merupakan metode yang tergolong efektif dalam analisis penyakit jantung dengan akurasi prediksi dari model adalah 95,37%., dapat dikatakan bahwa metode Random Florest Classifier cocok untuk melakukan analisis penyakit jantung bedasarkan dataset yang ada.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi aritmia pada lansia menggunakan sinyal elektrokardiogram (EKG) 5-lead dan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data EKG yang diperoleh melalui perangkat Smart Holter direkam secara kontinu dan diproses melalui tahapan praproses, meliputi koreksi baseline, filtering dengan metode Butterworth, ekstraksi fitur, normalisasi, serta pelabelan manual oleh dokter spesialis jantung untuk validitas klinis. Model SVM kemudian dilatih dan diuji dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 95,80% pada data pelatihan dan 94,57% pada data pengujian. Evaluasi performa model menggunakan confusion matrix, nilai presisi, recall, dan kurva ROC menunjukkan kemampuan klasifikasi empat kategori aritmia secara akurat dan seimbang dengan nilai AUC antara 0,98 hingga 1,00. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi sistem sebagai alat bantu diagnosis dini aritmia khususnya pada pasien lansia. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan peningkatan variasi data, perbandingan dengan metode lain seperti CNN atau LSTM, peningkatan kualitas sinyal dan fitur, serta pengujian di lingkungan klinis guna mengoptimalkan penerapan sistem dalam praktik medis. Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa Jabiren melalui pengembangan UMKM kerajinan rotan menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di desa ini adalah terbatasnya akses pemasaran produk kerajinan rotan, yang menyebabkan kurangnya jangkauan pasar. Oleh karena itu, implementasi e-commerce berbasis web menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan platform digital, pelaku UMKM kerajinan rotan dapat memperluas pasar mereka secara lebih efisien, meningkatkan visibilitas produk, serta mempermudah transaksi dengan pelanggan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan platform e-commerce, termasuk pembuatan dan pengelolaan toko online, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pengelolaan logistik. Diharapkan, melalui program ini, masyarakat desa Jabiren dapat memperoleh manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan, seperti peningkatan pendapatan dan stabilitas usaha, serta terciptanya keberlanjutan usaha kerajinan rotan yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, pengembangan e-commerce diharapkan dapat mempercepat transformasi ekonomi desa Jabiren dan memberdayakan pelaku UMKM untuk bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas, meningkatkan daya saing, dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih merata.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the trade sector, with e-commerce as an alternative that allows transactions to be conducted online without the limitations of space and time. This research aims to design a web-based spare parts sales information system for CV Berkah Otomotif Motor to improve efficiency and ease of access for customers. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation to collect relevant data. The system is developed using the prototype method, which allows users to interact with the system from the early stages and provide iterative feedback. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used as a design tool to model the system in a structured manner. System testing is conducted using black-box testing, which focuses on testing functionality without looking at the source code, to ensure that each function works as expected. The results of this research show that the designed system can help customers obtain information about the availability of spare parts and allow online ordering, thereby improving comfort and transaction efficiency. With this system in place, CV Berkah Otomotif Motor is expected to expand its market reach and enhance its competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Aritmia merupakan gangguan irama jantung yang sering tidak menimbulkan gejala, namun penting untuk dideteksi sejak dini, khususnya pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem identifikasi aritmia berbasis data elektrokardiogram (EKG) menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengekstraksi fitur-fitur penting dari sinyal EKG, seperti interval RR, PR, durasi QRS, interval QT, segmen ST, detak jantung (BPM), dan rasio R/S. Algoritma Decision Tree dipilih karena mampu membentuk struktur klasifikasi yang mudah dipahami dan relevan untuk interpretasi medis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun dapat mengidentifikasi kondisi aritmia dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,64%. Sistem ini menunjukkan potensi sebagai alat bantu deteksi aritmia yang efisien dan dapat digunakan untuk mendukung proses skrining awal pada remaja.

Abstract

The increasing use of electronic devices in Indonesian households has significantly strained traditional electrical systems, with electricity consumption growing 4.5% annually and 78% of urban homes utilizing over 10 electronic devices. This situation poses substantial fire risks, as electrical short circuits cause 62.8% of urban fires, with MCB overloads accounting for 27% of incidents. This research introduces SINTAKS (Sistem Integrasi Tiga Keamanan Smart Dual MCB), an innovative integrated system combining three essential safety features: energy monitoring, automatic load balancing, and early fire detection. Unlike conventional systems requiring separate components, SINTAKS provides a comprehensive solution using Arduino Uno as the main controller, integrated with ACS712 current sensors, DS18B20 temperature sensors, MQ-2 smoke detectors, and relay modules. The system demonstrates remarkable performance with 97.8% current measurement accuracy, load balance improvement from 62.7% to 91.3%, and fire detection response time of 2.9-4.7 seconds. Field testing in real household installations confirmed system reliability with 94.8% success rate across various operational scenarios. SINTAKS achieves 4.2% energy savings while maintaining cost-effectiveness at IDR 875,000, making it accessible for widespread residential implementation. This autonomous system operates independently without IoT dependence, ensuring reliable protection even in offline environments. The research successfully addresses critical gaps in household electrical safety through practical, affordable, and integrated technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance digital competency skills at SMK Negeri I Jorlang Hataran. The method used in the implementation of this activity is training through the delivery of materials, practical training on the assembly and programming of IoT devices, and a question-and-answer session. The participants of this activity consist of 37 students from the 11th grade RPL (Software Engineering) major. The instruments used in this activity include participant feedback and activity documentation. The results of the implementation show that the participants' responses to the basic computer training were overall in the good category. The percentage of student responses reached 98.20%, which falls into the very good category.

Abstract

The affordability of information that is easily accessible and accepted by humans in the form of physical, sensory to intellectual is referred to as accessibility. This affordability does not only belong to the disabled, but also to the disabled. However, this accessibility has not fully supported their needs. As on web pages, for example, there are not many websites that pay attention to the affordability of information for people with disabilities. Therefore, we carried out this review to determine the needs of people with disabilities in accessing information, especially on web pages. By using the Human Centered Design or HCD method, we approach users by conducting surveys or questionnaires using the Web Accessibility Content Guidelines (WCAG) to find out the aspects needed on a site. We use the results of the survey as material to measure which needs need to be considered in the Web Accessibility Content Guidelines in designing a web page that is friendly to people with disabilities.
