Abstract

The world is currently in turmoil is in the 4.0 era, meaning the world is in a heyday to sophistication technology. Development increasingly technology fast possible potential to all aspect including in the world of education. Everything that smells renewal naturally own possible impact to direction positive and also negative. Everything depends to individual each of them. is change That used to good direction or No. If done to good direction so naturally change the worth positive. Result of study This show that the CK ability of the teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan is already OK, the PK skills of the SKI teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan are also good enter to good category, temporary Kindergarten abilities of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan are still Not yet Good. This matter seen from response students who feel bored in learning. The way it should be need improved returned by the teachers viz enhancement in control Technology and its applications in learning. This matter aim For makes it easier in delivery teaching materials and make it easy in reach objective learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a health service module based on Islamic values in children aged 4-5 years. The module development was conducted through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, with the application of the ADDIE model. Module validation was conducted by health, design, and language experts to ensure its feasibility and quality. The development of health service modules based on Islamic values for children aged 4-5 years proved to be effective based on the results of validation and effectiveness tests. Module validation by health, module/design, and language experts showed excellent results, with a final score above 97% from all three experts. Module implementation was conducted in two educational institutions, RA Banatus Shalih and RA Rabiatul Adawiyah, through parenting activities. The test results showed a significant increase in children's understanding of health. In RA Banatus Shalih, the pre-test average score rose from 57.5 to 93.75 with an N-Gain of 8.85, while in RA Rabiatul Adawiyah the pre-test score rose from 58.125 to 87.5 with an N-Gain of 0.70. This shows that the module is very effective in improving children's understanding of health.

Abstract

Every company in the world always hopes for the maximum possible profit so that the company's life cycle runs well. For this reason, the company must be able to manage the costs used in such a way so that there is a gap between the company's expenses and income. PT. Indomarco Adi Prima is one of the companies operating in the food products sector which still finds it difficult to determine the right method for optimizing transportation costs. Therefore, this research aims to obtain optimal transportation costs at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima in the city of Palu using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. The results of this research show that before implementing the Modified Distribution (MODI) method the transportation costs incurred by PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, which is IDR. 61,510,000 and the resulting transportation costs after using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method are IDR. 55,565,000. This shows that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima can optimize transportation costs for the distribution of food products in December 2023 with distribution cost savings of IDR. 5,945,000 or around 10.7%.

Abstract

This research is development research. This study aims to develop learning tools in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Learner Worksheets (LKPD), and research instruments based on information skills on the subject of ecosystems for grade XI high school students and determine the quality of learning tools in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This development research was conducted based on the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used in this research are the lesson plan assessment questionnaire, the LKPD assessment questionnaire, and the assessment instrument assessment questionnaire to measure the validity value; the learning management observation sheet and student response questionnaire and observation sheet to measure practicality; and the learning outcomes test to measure the effectiveness of learning devices. The product trial was conducted at SMAN 2 Binjai on July 24, 2023, and August 7, 2023. The quality of the validity of the learning device meets the valid criteria indicated by the total average validity of the RPP, which is 89.29%, the total average validity of the LKPD, which is 75%, and the total average validity of the assessment instrument, which is 77.75%. The quality of the practicality of learning devices meets the practical criteria indicated by the average limited test results of 79.65% and the total average of field test results of 88.

Abstract

Dalam dunia teknologi yang terus berkembang, penjualan barang melalui media sosial (e-commerce) sudah banyak dilakukan oleh banyak orang. Platform e-commerce telah menjadi bagian penting dalam perdagangan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persaingan antara Shopee dan TikTok Shop menggunakan metode Game Theory dan Markov Chain guna menemukan strategi pemasaran yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 82 responden di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas serta melihat nilai maksimum dan minimum dari data yang didapat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas pergeseran aplikasi Shopee meningkat selama empat minggu sebesar 0,78 (78%) dimana strategi optimalnya adalah voucher. Sebaliknya, TikTok Shop hanya mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,22 (22%) dimana strategi optimal berupa promo. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis voucher dan promo dapat meningkatkan daya saing kedua platform, dengan implikasi signifikan bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran berbasis data dalam e-commerce.

Abstract

In today's digital era, information technology plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of statistical data processing and dissemination. With the development of information technology, the data collection process becomes more automated and integrated. This research aims to analyse how BPS Deli Serdang utilises technology in the processing and dissemination of statistical data. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to describe in depth the use of technology in the process of processing and disseminating statistical data at BPS Deli Serdang. The results of this study obtained that the use of technology at BPS Deli Serdang has increased efficiency and accuracy in the processing and dissemination of statistical data, and the use of Statistical Information Systems accelerates the processing process, while digital platforms such as BPS Online facilitate data access by the public.

Abstract

Media plays an important role in the learning process because it can help achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to see how the effect of using smart board media on students' addition and subtraction learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design. The population in the study was entirely class II students totalling 29 students, with a sample of 14 students of class II-A as the experimental class and 15 students of class II-B as the control class. Total sampling was used for sampling. To analyse the data, the Wilcoxon test was used which was carried out with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the use of smart boards had an effect on student learning outcomes in addition and subtraction material, namely the use of smart board media increased student learning outcomes when compared to conventional models. The use of smart board media in particular improves student learning outcomes with an average achievement of 83.2 very good compared to the conventional model which reaches an average of 63.3 with a moderate category. This research can be used to determine the effect of smart board media using other variables.

Abstract

Palm oil production in Indonesia currently meets  40% of the world’s consumption needs. Control and planning of  the production process in maximizing performance results that are useful for  maximizing profits and minimizing losses can be archived through optimization and scheduling. One method that can be used in scheduling optimization is the Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) method. By using the CDS algorithm, each treatment to be completed must go throught the work process on each production machine (flowshop) to get the minimum makespan value. This method can be used to sort jobs in the palm oil production process which is carried out at several stations. Where each machine works according to the production process sequence schedule. The results of the optimal job sequence in the palm oil production process using CDS are : J1  J2 J3  J4  J5  J6  J7 J8  J9 J10 J11 J12  J13 with an optimal makespan value of 404 minutes.

Abstract

The development of the automotive sector in Indonesia continues to show significant growth, in line with the increasing demand for motor vehicles, both cars and motorcycles. Although it has great potential, the vehicle financing sector is not without challenges, particularly related to credit risk. The Kealhofer Merton Vasicek (KMV) model will be suitable for calculating vehicle credit risk because it can predict default (failure to pay) when the borrower reaches the end of the loan term. The objective of this research is to apply the KMV model to calculate the Expected Default Frequency (EDF) value and determine the minimum credit risk. From the analysis and estimation results, the time-to-maturity equity value for motor vehicles was obtained at Rp9.616.709.886 and the time-to-maturity liability value at Rp1.865.460.114, while for cars, the equity value was obtained at Rp2.057.843.305 and the time-to-maturity liability value at Rp468.544.695. Additionally, the Expected Default Frequency (EDF) value for motor vehicles was obtained at 4,26% and the EDF value for cars at 0,01%. The results indicate that the likelihood of default experienced by Adira Finance is low, especially for cars. Therefore, Adira Finance can be stated to have sufficient capital, so the likelihood of default is not high.
