Abstract

The flower cabbage (Brassica oleraceea L.) is a type of vegetable plant belonging to the family of cabbage plants (Cruciferae). Flower cabbage often called "cauliflower" has many benefits to consume, because it contains calories, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, and vitamins A, B1 and C. Farming is very much affected by the state of agricultural land, a problem that often occurs due to lack of elemental content nutrients in the soil that affect the inflorescence and flower cabbage growth. Therefore, to increase the yield of cabbage flowers offered the method of land optimization with the addition of nutrients in the form of phosphorous soil and also the addition of gibberellin hormone that has a role to flowering cabbage plants. The research was conducted by using Randomized Block Design (RBD) in divided plots with 2 treatments, Phosphorus (P) as the main plot with 3 treatment levels P1 (100 kg / ha), P2 (125 kg / ha) and P3 150 kg/ha then the concentration of Giberelin (K) as a subplot with 3 levels of treatment K1 (75 mg / L), K2 (100 mg / L) and K3 (125 mg / L)). From the result of the combination of the two treatments were 9 treatment combinations, repeated 3 times to obtain 27 units combination of treatments, each experimental plot consisted of 15 plants. Parameters observed include plant height, number of leaves, number of flowering plants, flower diameter and flower weight. The result of the research showed no significant interaction in all plant variables but the dosage of phosphorus fertilizer gave significant effect on the height variable of the 10 hst plant on the P1 (100 kg/ha) treatment, the leaf number variant showed significant effect at age 40 hst on P3 treatment (150 kg / ha), the number of flowering plant variables showed significant effect of 60 hst on P3 treatment (150 kg / ha), flower diameter variables showed significant differences in P3 treatment (150 kg / ha). The best treatment is P3 treatment (150 kg / ha). Gibberellin concentrations did not have a real effect on all plant variants.

Abstract

Pelevelan model mental merupakan salah satu cara untuk melihat sejauh mana pemahaman siswa yang didasarkan pada tingkatan masing-masing level. Menurut pendapat para ahli tidak dapat dikesampingkan bahwa level pemahaman masing-masing siswa tentunya berbeda-beda, mulai dari tingkatan rendah, menengah, hingga tingkat atas dan pelevelan pemahaman siswa itu sendiri dapat diukur dengan berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah model mental. Model mental bisa digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa dan menunjukkan cara berpikir siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan enam level model mental siswa kelas VIII dalam memahami konsep persamaan garis lurus. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah 121 siswa, subjek tersebut diambil agar terpenuhi masing-masing level model mental. Kemudian diambil 2 siswa untuk diwawancarai sebagai subjek terpilih yang menjadi perwakilan masing-masing level model mental. Sehingga diperoleh 12 siswa sebagai subjek wawancara. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi soal tes dan pedoman wawancara yang sebelumnya divallidasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, tes, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Peneliti menganalisis data dengan dua cara, yaitu triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode untuk memastikan kevalidan data. Sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan deskripsi masing-masing level model mental siswa dalam memahami konsep persamaan garis lurus.

Abstract

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are frequently utilized in fermented foods and can incresed shelf life for the products through their secondary metabolites includes carbon dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, lactic acid and bacteriocins. Beside increasing the shelf life, LAB also affect taste, smelt, and texture. Thus, this study aimed to isolate, identify and evaluate antibacterial LAB strains from Indonesian traditional fermented fish (Bekasam). Gram staining, the catalase assay, and motility assays were used to initially characterize the presumed isolates phenotypically following primary isolation on De Man, Rogosa, and Sharper (MRS) agar. 14 isloates were determined to be presumed LAB by preliminary phenotypic testing. One species that has the highest antibacterial activity is confirmed by a 16S rRNA sequencing study. Lactobacillus plantarum CP-134 was identified from the bekasam. In the biochemical characterization all isolates were catalase-negative and non-motile. According to our research, these LAB strains may have applications in fermented foods due to their probiotic properties, which include antibacterial activity. They might be used as natural substitutes for additives and antibiotics, but more in vivo or in silico research is required to verify their potential and effectiveness. A typical traditional food preservation technique for enhancing shelf life, food safety and nutrition and sensory qualities is fermentation. Bekasam is a traditional fermented food from Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to see the study of the Qur'an in Indonesia during the years 2015 to 2021 through dissertations at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Alauddin Makassar, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and UIN Walisongo Semarang. Historically, the five institutions have provided doctoral programs for a long time and are influential in producing Islamic knowledge in Indonesia. This study seeks to map the typology of the study, the issue being discussed, and the methodology developed. The data collection process was carried out by entering the college repository, mapping the results of existing dissertations and analyzing them. This study shows that throughout 2015-2020, there were 78 dissertations discussing various issues. While the study typology shows that the existing dissertation is dominated by 37 leaders' studies (47.43%) followed by the Study of Thematic Qur'an as many as 23 pieces (29.48%), the Ulumul Qur'an study of 10 pieces (12.82%) and the study of the Qur'an in everyday life as many as 8 pieces (10.26%). Typology of this study shows the development of methodology in the discourse of Quranic studies, although it is still dominated by the aspects of thematic Qur'anic thinking and studies.

Abstract

Salah satu aplikasi energi terbarukan yang memanfaatkan energi matahari adalah panel surya atau sistem fotovoltaik. Kinerja sistem fotovoltaik dipengaruhi oleh besarnya intensitas cahaya matahari dan temperatur permukaan panel surya itu sendiri. Penelitian ini mencoba mengatasi masalah temperatur tersebut dengan membuat sistem pendingin yang dirangkai pada bagian bawah panel surya. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mendapatkan daya keluaran dan efisiensi sistem fotovoltaik yang maksimal dengan memasang sistem pendingin. Sistem fotovoltaik diekspos ke arah utara sepanjang hari. Sistem fotovoltaik tanpa menggunakan sistem pendingin dan yang menggunakan sistem pendingin dioperasikan dengan waktu pengukuran parameter yang sama. Parameter yang diukur adalah intensitas cahaya, kecepatan angin, debit air, temperatur lingkungan, temperatur panel surya, temperatur pendingin, tegangan listrik dan arus listrik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya keluaran (P_out) tanpa sistem pendingin sebesar 44,439 watt dan daya keluaran (P_out) dengan sistem pendingin sebesar 49,181 watt. Efisiensi sel surya tanpa sistem pendingin sebesar 13,541% dan sel surya dengan sistem pendingin sebesar 14,162%. . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendingin dapat meningkatkan kinerja sel surya. One of the applications of renewable energy that utilizes solar energy is solar panels or photovoltaic systems. The performance of the photovoltaic system is influenced by the amount of sunlight intensity and the surface temperature of the solar panel itself. This research tries to solve the temperature problem by making a cooling system that is strung at the bottom of the solar panel. The research objectives to be achieved are to obtain the maximum output power and efficiency of the photovoltaic system by installing a cooling system. The photovoltaic system is exposed north throughout the day. Photovoltaic systems without the use of cooling systems and those using a cooling system are operated with the same parameter measurement time. The parameters measured are light intensity, wind speed, water discharge, environmental temperature, solar panel temperature, cooling temperature, electric voltage and electric current. The results of the research show that the output power (P_out) without a cooling system of 44.439 watts and an output power (P_out) with a cooling system of 49.181 watts. The efficiency of solar cells without a cooling system was 13,541% and a solar cell with a cooling system was 14,162%. . This shows that the cooling system can improve the performance of solar cells.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of endocentric and exocentric phrases in a collection of short stories of Surat yang Dikirim Lewat Angin by Hari B. Mardikantoro. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The technique of collecting data in this study is the technique of listening freely, speaking and taking notes. The results of this study indicate that there are forms of coordinating phrases, attributive phrases, and apositive phrases as well as exocentric directive and non-directive phrase forms in Hari B. Mardikantoro's short story collection of Surat yang Dikirim Lewat Angin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine poetry written by students of class X-B MA Sunan Bonang Parengan Tuban, Indonesia in learning to write poetry using the quantum learning method. This research is a case study research with 11 students as subjects. Of the 11 students, the researcher took 5 students to be interviewed on the grounds that they had good poetry writing skills according to the indicators. Data collection techniques using observation, test methods, interviews, and documentation. Data was validated using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the content analysis method starting from (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions. The results showed that poetry written by students of class X-B MA Sunan Bonang Parengan Tuban, Indonesia already referred to the structure of poetry according to Waluyo. The conclusion in this study is that the quantum learning method is very appropriate for learning. This quantum learning method can make students more active and creative in taking lessons and making poetry.

Abstract

AbstrakSetiap desa wajib memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat umum dalam hal penulisan surat, pendataan penduduk, dan kebutuhan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan kantor desa. Proses tersebut tetap mengharuskan warga untuk datang dan mengikuti prosedur untuk mendapatkan surat tersebut. Dalam hal ini, surat tersebut tidak dapat diproses dalam satu hari karena sering kali kepala desa yang berwenang untuk menandatangani surat tidak berada di tempat karena sedang bertugas keluar daerah. Jadi tunggulah keesokan harinya atau tunggu konfirmasi via Wats app dari bagian administrasi desa Kadilangon untuk datang dan mengambil surat yang telah diproses. Proses ini membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama untuk melakukan dan mendapatkan pelayanan serta dokumentasi surat yang diserahkan oleh warga desa Kadilangon. Proses pelayanan surat yang diserahkan secara online ini untuk memudahkan warga dalam hal proses pengajuan dan bagi pegawai sendiri agar mempermudah proses dokumentasi dan pelaporan surat. Penulis membuat sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan masyarakat di desa Kadilangon. Dalam sistem ini, warga dapat mengajukan surat perizinan secara online. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini proses pengajuan surat menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah karena sistem dapat diakses dari mana saja. Dengan adanya sistem pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat Desa Kadilangon.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Layanan, Informasi, Sistem.

Abstract

This research explores the potential improvement of thematic learning quality in Junior High School (JHS) through the collaboration of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach and the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. TaRL is employed to identify students' understanding levels of specific concepts within the thematic curriculum, while PBL is utilized to design challenging and real-world relevant learning activities. The collaboration aims to personalize learning, develop high-order thinking skills, and enhance student motivation and engagement.

Abstract

This study explores operational risk management in the context of homestays, a rapidly growing segment of the tourism industry. Specifically, the research aims to identify key operational risk management indicators tailored for homestays, focusing on homestay users in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A total of 156 respondents, all with prior experience in the area, participated in the study, which employed multi-stage sampling and triangulated data collection methods. The research utilized an explanatory design, with data analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). To complement the quantitative findings, in-depth interviews were conducted with homestay managers and participants. The study investigated three primary variables: operational risk management, user satisfaction, and user loyalty. The results show that effective operational risk management has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction is a key driver of user loyalty, as satisfied users are more likely to revisit and recommend the homestay to others. This study provides valuable insights into the role of operational risk management in enhancing user experience and fostering long-term customer loyalty in the homestay sector.
