Human resources have a very important role in achieving company goals. Work life balance can be unbalanced due to long working hours compared with personal time, so it can make employees vulnerable to have a decrease in performance. Different compensation for each employee can cause a decrease in performance because with giving the same workload, it can make the employees feel less valued and feel that workload who given is not commensurate with compensation and performance generated by employees.This study aims to determine the description of Work Life Balance, Compensation, and Performance on Non ASN Employees at BPBD Tasikmalaya. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing found that Work Life Balance and compensation has a Simultaneous significant effect on employee performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya, but the Work Life Balance partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya. Therefore, it is suggested for BPBD should be able to adjust given the workload to employees so they can divide time with personal lives and the time they spend is not used too much in the office so a decrease in employee performance can be minimized.

Performance is the ability possessed by each individual in doing a job so that it becomes an achievement in achieving the goals shown in the behavior displayed. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient and adaptability on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Office employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is civil servants and works at the Tasikmalaya Health Office. The sampling technique used in this study was census (saturated sampling), and the total sample was the entire population. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, we used the F test and t test. The test results on the hypothesis show that together the variables of emotional quotient and adaptability have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees, and partially the emotional quotient and adaptability variables have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership on job satisfaction of members of the WO Squad.id association. The method used is causal associative with a reserch sample of 50 respondents from members of the WO Squad.id association. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the communication felt by the members of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Leadership of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Simultaneously, communication and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially comunication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the variable costs of raw materials and direct labor costs on the efficiency of production costs at the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. These are raw material cost data, direct labor cost data, and production cost data for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on production costs. The cost of raw materials partially has a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Partial labor costs have a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Therefore, the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory must spend on raw material costs and direct labor costs efficiently and effectively in order to reduce production costs.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and the work environment on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses a quantitative approach using the method in this study is the associative method (causality) using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who are employees and have attended training. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Training and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Partial training has no significant effect on employee performance; (3) Work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of Purchasing Decision analysis reviewed from lifestyle, Price Perception and Quality of Xiaomi Mobile Purchase Products in the city of Tasikmalya. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods of analysis with a survey approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is secondary and primary data. The data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Lifestyle, Price Perception and Product Quality simultaneously affected xiaomi mobile phone purchase decisions in the city of Tasikmalya. Lifestyle partially affects xiaomi mobile phone purchase decisions in the city of Tasikmalya. Price perception partially affects the decision to purchase xiaomi mobile phones in the city of Tasikmalya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality variables on patient satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach, with 84 respondents who were inpatients at RSIA Bunda Aisyah Tasikmalaya City from January to June 2022. This study used a closed questionnaire with five alternative answers. Based on data processing, it is known that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at RSIA Bunda Aisyah with a contribution of 78.6%.

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on turnover intention. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 43 respondents from cv Gulamali Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work stress and leadership style have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, leadership style has no effect on turnover intention.

This research aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between the work environment and work motivation on employee loyalty Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this research is the employee in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya which amounts is 87 people and the sample is 37 respondents who is an employee of the secretariat, transportation sector, traffic sector, infrastructure facility sector, public communication information sector, informatics and coding sector and UPTD testing motorized vehicles, used purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment and work motivation has significantly affect on employee loyalty. Partially the work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Partially the work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work stress simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used was quantitative and the data were obtained directly from the results of distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who were employees of CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. Data analysis techniques used statistical techniques such as validity and reliability tests for questionnaires and multiple regression analysis with F-test and t-test for proving the hypothesis. The results showed that simultaneously work environment and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Steel Mulya City of Tasikmalaya. Furthermore, the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at CV.
