Abstract

Decision making is a human cognitive process that results in selecting beliefs or actions among several available alternative options, either rationally or irrationally. In organizations, decision making is a factor that really determines the success of the organization in achieving its stated goals. Decision making is also one of the functions of a leader, therefore every leader must be aware of his strategic position and at the same time strive to be able to make every decision correctly and with quality. Apart from having to master various decision-making techniques, he must also be able to implement them correctly. Because in the end it is the subordinates who will implement every decision taken, the involvement of subordinates in every decision-making process must always be sought. In reality, the color of the decisions taken by a leader will really depend on the style he adopts, but every leader needs to realize that the situation faced is not always the same for everyone. This is where a leader is important in making decisions.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, cacing kini banyak dibudidayakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, seperti pakan belut, pakan ayam, umpan ikan, hingga obat-obatan. Bahkan kini cacing telah menjadi ladang bisnis yang menguntungkan dengan omzet jutaan rupiah. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang praktik jual beli cacing ANC (African Night Clawler) dua hal yang diangkat sebagai fokus penelitian. Pertama, bagaimanakah jual beli cacing ANC (African Night Clawler) menurut madzhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i. Kedua, bagaimanakah kaitan Istinbath Al-Ahkam Mazhab Hanafi dan Mazhab Syafi’i dengan jual beli cacing ANC (African Night Clawler). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan jual beli cacing ANC (African Night Clawler) menurut Mazhab Hanafi dan Mazhab Syafi’i. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan kualitatif (Field Research), sehingga pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelusuri data tertulis (dokumentasi) yang terkait dengan masalah, dan wawancara langsung kepada penjual. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, yaitu menguraikan seluruh data penelitian, kemudian menunjukkan hasil dari sudut pandang hukum Islam menurut madzhab Hanafi dan Syafi’i, sehingga pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jual beli cacing ANC (African Night Clawler) menurut madzhab Hanafi hukumnya boleh karena memiliki unsur manfaat, sedangkan menurut pendapat madzhab Syafi’i hukumnya tidak boleh karena barang tersebut najis.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology and innovation, systems thinkers have delivered business organizations to work more effectively and efficiently than ever before. The android and computer systems are tools that were created to facilitate human work, while achieving progress both in making hardware and software. The business of renting motorbikes and cars is in need of information systems that support and provide satisfying services for customers. At present the rental service is only in the form of small entrepreneurs engaged in motorbike and car transportation rental services. The system used to find out all information available to rental entrepreneurs must conduct research that is by using software development methods and data collection techniques. This information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this business, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this marketplace system. A computerized system is better than a manual system to run more effectively and efficiently and the rental system is now more conducive than the previous system.

Abstract

Abstract - At this time the management of assets owned by the village still uses a manual system with the method of writing in the notebook and want to be recaped to make a report. Technological advances demand to grow out of manual ordinances leading to the digital age. Utilization of technology has been tested to support the performance of information processing that takes a long time so lightning let alone better with electronic media. The use of electronic media makes it easy to access anything easily and lightning and carry out inputs let alone edit information directly. Pc for example, a very helpful media once in the process of managing information so data. This research aims to design and build a data system for village asset management. The state of the village office which is categorized as small makes management complicated with various assets. With frequent repetition of information because the village features do not remember while carrying out recording or checking information that is still written manually. Running out of objects and errors while recording asset returns makes the problem more complicated. The use of waterfall procedures can make it easier to create an e-asset data system because the stages of development have been clearly established and in the final stage of testing with blackbox testing to see there are errors that exist in the system.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is an institution or community group that organizes non-formal education in the type of Islamic religion that aims to provide reading of the Qur'an from an early age, and discusses the basics of the Islamic tradition in ancient times. kindergarten, elementary school and / or madrasah ibtidaiyah (SD / MI) or even higher. In the era of globalization it is hoped that scientific development can be followed. At the TPQ Al-Falah Foundation, Bobosan Purwokerto specifically on the TPQ unit, the process of increasing volumes, and the development of students during learning, is still done manually, making academic systems to improve volumes used, repairing compilation improvements, and asking students to be tested to testers because they have to save data of students requested and must meet with examiners directly. By using android technology as a component to create SI ~ APIK Application, it is expected to be able to provide clerics / clerics in the academic process of increasing volumes so that they no longer use paper as a storage and delivery medium. The results of this study are the clerics / clerics can easily carry out the process of increasing volumes. It is expected that future application research can be developed with a broader academic scope.

Abstract

Abstracts - With so many foreign cultures entering and more and more people adapting foreign cultures, fewer people are familiar with the culture of the Indonesian people. Therefore, introducing national culture to the younger generation is very important to maintain and preserve national culture as the identity of the Indonesian nation. In this final project, an educational game called Petualangan Si Nau was developed with some assets made using Adobe Photoshop software and some downloaded from the Internet and the game engine used is Construct 2 software and does not use a special programming language because all commands used in the game are set. using EvenSheet which consists of Event and Action. The mechanism in the game developed is almost the same as platformer games in general, namely passing obstacles, collecting items, and achieving a goal at each level in the game. But the difference is, this game adds educational elements such as answering questions and so on. The educational game Petualangan Si Nau was built using the game engine Construct 2 and exported using the Cordova CLI, All the features contained in the educational game Petualangan Si Nau can function as expected, The educational game Petualangan Si Nau is a place or media to introduce traditional culture that exist in Indonesia to the younger generation, With the educational game Petualangan Si Nau students will find it easier to learn about traditional culture in Indonesia. Abstract

Sistem informasi berbasis website saat ini dibutuhkan oleh berbagai bidang usaha salah satunya yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan seperti laboratorium klinik.Sistem informasi ini bermanfaat untuk menyebarkan informasi dan menarik minat masyarakat yang ingin melakukan cek kesehatan.Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap adalah suatu badan usaha dibidang kesehatan yang menyediakan pelayanan medical check up bagi masyarakat.Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap membutuhkan adanya suatu web yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengetahui informasi tentang Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap tanpa harus datang langsung ketempat. Dalam penelitian ini, menganalisis tentang bagaimana cara membangun sistem informasi medical check up berbasis web pada Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Website ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan basis data MySQL. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan website ini dengan mengumpulkan data, menganalisis kebutuhan, membuat rancangan antar muka, basis data dirancang dengan ERD dan LRS, file spesifikasi dan implementasi, kemudian diuji dengan pengujian blackbox. Website yang telah dihosting, selanjutnya dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas supaya lebih mengenal dan mengetahui informasi lengkap dari Laboratorium Klinik Patra Medica Cilacap

Abstract

The rapid growth of fintech lending in Indonesia requires adequate regulation and protection for consumers, especially fund recipients, who face high risks such as intimidation and sexual harassment, high-interest charges, and misuse of personal data by fintech lending platforms. For this reason, protecting fund recipients is a primary need because it involves protecting life and property, which is integral to the benefit of maqashid sharia. The main objective of this research was to detail the concepts of empowerment and justice as pillars of protection for fund recipients in fintech lending from a maslahah perspective. The research used normative juridical methods with statutory and conceptual approaches and analyzed secondary data from document studies in a descriptive qualitative. The results showed that empowerment and protection of fund recipients in fair fintech lending align with the principle of maslahah, contribute positively to the welfare of society, and support the growth of a sustainable fintech lending industry ecosystem, and offering hope for a better future.

Abstract

The major drawback of the parallel periapical examination technique is that the holder used can damage the oral tissues and cause discomfort to the patient. The objective of this study is to determine the work efficiency and radiographic quality of the innovative dental x-ray holder which has been made by adding synthetic rubber or silicone to the part of the holder that is in direct contact with the patient. This research is an experimental with a post-test only design. The analysis was performed based on filling out the questionnaire on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. With the criteria 1. Disagree, 2. Sometimes, 3. Agree and 4. Strongly Agree. The test was administered by comparing the holder made with the commonly used Aphrodite holder as a control group. There were 16 repetitions of exposure to the cadaveric skull in obtaining research data for each treatment group. The results of statistical work efficiency testing on the control group resulted in a value of B = 0.125 with a significance of 0.071 and an effect of 10.5%. Meanwhile, for testing the quality of radiographic image, the value of B = 0.125 with a significance of 0.014 and an effect of 18.5% was obtained. The innovative dental x-ray holder using a silicone rubber layer is efficient and the resulting radiographic image quality is good when used in the intraoral examination.

Abstract

Sebagian besar warga Desa Purwosari melakukan kegiatan memasaknya dengan menggunakan minyak goreng. Minyak goreng yang digunakan lebih dari tiga kali penggorengan sudah tidak layak digunakan lagi untuk memasak karena berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Namun, apabila minyak jelantah tersebut dibuang sembarangan dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terkait dampak negatif minyak jelantah bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan, memberikan contoh cara mendaur ulang minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomis yaitu menjadi lilin aroma terapi, menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship dan membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat, serta meminimalisir pencemaran lingkungan di Desa Purwosari akibat limbah minyak jelantah. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan berupa praktik langsung. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah para pemuda di Desa Purwosari, Kecamatan Comal, Kabupaten Pemalang. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan mampu mengolah limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis berupa lilin aromaterapi. Dengan adanya pelatihan pemanfaatan minyak jelantah untuk pembuatan lilin aromaterapi ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat desa Purwosari dalam mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan akibat limbah minyak jelantah.
