Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, discipline and rewards on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of employees at the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT, namely PT Citra Margatama Surabaya in the toll road operational and service division. The number of research respondents was 114 which were obtained using a purposive technique which was adapted to the research objectives. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire which was then obtained using the program SPSS 25. The research results show that Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research proves the influence of Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards on Increasing Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, work motivation, and career guidance opportunities on Generation Z's work readiness. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics because they grew up in the digital era, but data shows that they face challenges in work readiness. The research method used was quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents from various backgrounds. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that digital literacy and work motivation had a significant influence on work readiness, while career guidance also contributed, although in a smaller proportion. This study provides recommendations to improve digital literacy and work motivation as strategic steps in preparing Generation Z for the increasingly competitive world of work.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of variables such as Servant Leadership, Training, and Motivation on the Performance of MRI (Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia) volunteers, with Loyalty as the intervening variable. Method: The population of this study consisted of 198 individuals. Non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, was used, resulting in a sample size of 132 individuals. Data were collected using a questionnaire with measurement instruments employing a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test was utilized to determine the mediating effect of variables. Results: The research findings indicate a positive and significant partial influence of Servant Leadership, Motivation, Training, and Loyalty on Volunteer Performance. Additionally, there is a positive and significant partial influence of Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training on Volunteer Loyalty. It was also observed that the variable of loyalty can mediate the relationship between Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training, and Volunteer Performance. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence on the mediating role of loyalty in the relationship between Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training with volunteer performance in the context of MRI (Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia), which has been less explored in existing volunteer management literature.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find out whether the synergy of green work environment and self-efficacy can answer the business transformation in the medical device industry at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Method: The design of this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study has a population of 166 employees and the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that 117 respondents who are employees of PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for Windows. Results: The results of this study show that the variables of self-efficacy, green work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Novelty: This study uniquely integrates the Green Work Environment and Self-Efficacy as key factors influencing Job Satisfaction in the medical device industry. Unlike previous studies, this research utilizes observation, interviews, and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive analysis. Additionally, it highlights the role of work discipline as a moderating factor, offering a new perspective on how environmental sustainability and employee confidence drive business transformation and innovation.

Abstract

Herbal products require employees to maintain cleanliness and product quality, while on the other hand, the demand for herbal products has implications for increasing workloads and becoming stressors for employees. Efforts to optimize employee productivity and performance can be carried out by the company by revitalizing employee performance so that they remain productive. The novelty in this study is a combination of work productivity and performance dimensions that produce five indicators, namely work quality, work quantity, task performance, contextual; performance, and adaptive to timeliness. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the productive performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as primary data, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS version 16 for Windows. The research population is the herbal family business employee in Madura. With the cluster sampling technique, 100 employees were obtained from 4 research locations in Bangkalan and Pamekasan. The results showed that eustress can increase the productive performance of employees. Meanwhile, high job burnout reduces the productive performance of employees. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the performance of Indomaret Minimarket Employees in the Sidoarjo Regency Region in developing employee performance. This research analyzes Work Communication on Employee Performance, Work Discipline on Employee Performance and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research method uses quantitative research methods. using a sample determination technique using cluster sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a manual questionnaire. The software is called SPSS. Data analysis techniques include testing standard assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. In testing the hypothesis, the R2 test, t test and F test were used. The results of this research show that there is a significant and beneficial influence between Work Communication, Work Discipline and the Work Environment on Employee Performance. The partial influence of Work Communication has a positive and beneficial impact. Work Discipline has a positive and beneficial influence. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. The Fcount value is 85.677 while > Ftable is 3.091 and < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the variables of work communication, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Komunitas Gate Jhoner 21 merupakan salah satu komunitas pendukung sepak bola yang memiliki karakter kuat dalam kebersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas strategi teamwork yang diterapkan komunitas dalam membangun sikap solidaritas, loyalitas, dan kreativitas Gate Jhoner 21, persebaya surabaya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seperti nonton bareng, aksi sosial, dan pelatihan kreatif mampu memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan tanggung jawab antar anggota. Solidaritas dibentuk melalui interaksi rutin, loyalitas tumbuh dari partisipasi aktif dan rasa memiliki, sementara kreativitas difasilitasi melalui ruang ekspresi seperti desain konten dan koreografi. Meski menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan dana dan perbedaan karakter, strategi teamwork yang melibatkan komunikasi terbuka dan kepemimpinan partisipatif menjadi kunci dalam membangun komunitas yang solid dan aktif.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the economic empowerment model of Madurese women by examining their entrepreneurial traditions, work culture, and self-efficacy. Women’s economic empowerment is a global issue highlighted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in SDG 8, which focuses on promoting decent work and economic growth. Enhancing women's economic participation contribute to overall economic development by generating employment opportunities in both large-scale industries and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, women's empowerment aligns with SDG 5 on gender equality, emphasizing equal access to employment, education, self-actualization, leadership roles, and economic resources. This study underscores the urgency of facilitating women’s transformation into economically empowered individuals through entrepreneurship. A quantitative research design is employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires and supplemented by interviews, observations. The study’s population of consists of Madurese women from 10 sub-districts in Bangkalan. Using a multistage cluster sampling technique, 124 respondents were selected from five regions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis, processed through Amos Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that women's economic conditions and work culture significantly influence the entrepreneurial empowerment model. Moreover, the findings demonstrate that self-efficacy plays crucial role in directly enhancing the impact of women's economic empowerment on their entrepreneurial traditions.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between supportive leadership, work motivation, discipline, and work productivity among employees of UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya. The research collected primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 employees and used SmartPLS 3.0 program to analyze the data. The results of the validity test indicated that all statements in the questionnaire were valid, while the reliability test showed that only one variable had a reliable composite reable value or Cronbach’s Alpha value. The hypothesis tests indicated that supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline had significant effects on work productivity. The study implies that improving supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline can lead to enhanced work productivity among UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya employees. Highlights: The study investigated the impact of supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline on work productivity among employees of UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya. The research used primary data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 program. The study found that improving supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline can lead to enhanced work productivity among UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya employees.
