Abstract

Komunitas Gate Jhoner 21 merupakan salah satu komunitas pendukung sepak bola yang memiliki karakter kuat dalam kebersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas strategi teamwork yang diterapkan komunitas dalam membangun sikap solidaritas, loyalitas, dan kreativitas Gate Jhoner 21, persebaya surabaya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seperti nonton bareng, aksi sosial, dan pelatihan kreatif mampu memperkuat rasa kebersamaan dan tanggung jawab antar anggota. Solidaritas dibentuk melalui interaksi rutin, loyalitas tumbuh dari partisipasi aktif dan rasa memiliki, sementara kreativitas difasilitasi melalui ruang ekspresi seperti desain konten dan koreografi. Meski menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan dana dan perbedaan karakter, strategi teamwork yang melibatkan komunikasi terbuka dan kepemimpinan partisipatif menjadi kunci dalam membangun komunitas yang solid dan aktif.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the economic empowerment model of Madurese women by examining their entrepreneurial traditions, work culture, and self-efficacy. Women’s economic empowerment is a global issue highlighted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in SDG 8, which focuses on promoting decent work and economic growth. Enhancing women's economic participation contribute to overall economic development by generating employment opportunities in both large-scale industries and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, women's empowerment aligns with SDG 5 on gender equality, emphasizing equal access to employment, education, self-actualization, leadership roles, and economic resources. This study underscores the urgency of facilitating women’s transformation into economically empowered individuals through entrepreneurship. A quantitative research design is employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires and supplemented by interviews, observations. The study’s population of consists of Madurese women from 10 sub-districts in Bangkalan. Using a multistage cluster sampling technique, 124 respondents were selected from five regions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis, processed through Amos Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that women's economic conditions and work culture significantly influence the entrepreneurial empowerment model. Moreover, the findings demonstrate that self-efficacy plays crucial role in directly enhancing the impact of women's economic empowerment on their entrepreneurial traditions.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between supportive leadership, work motivation, discipline, and work productivity among employees of UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya. The research collected primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 employees and used SmartPLS 3.0 program to analyze the data. The results of the validity test indicated that all statements in the questionnaire were valid, while the reliability test showed that only one variable had a reliable composite reable value or Cronbach’s Alpha value. The hypothesis tests indicated that supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline had significant effects on work productivity. The study implies that improving supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline can lead to enhanced work productivity among UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya employees. Highlights: The study investigated the impact of supportive leadership, work motivation, and discipline on work productivity among employees of UMKM Aldiva Maju Jaya. The research used primary data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 program. Abstract

This study investigates the collective influence of change management, leadership competence, and organizational culture on the work behavior of Tanggulangin sub-district office employees. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative research approach with purposive sampling, data was gathered from 100 employees in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Results indicate that while change management showed no significant impact, leadership competence and organizational culture significantly influenced work behavior. These findings highlight the crucial role of effective leadership and conducive organizational cultures in shaping employee behavior, particularly in local government settings. Efforts to enhance leadership competencies and foster positive organizational cultures can greatly improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of compensation, organizational support, and work engagement on turnover intention at PT. Nugraha Ekakurir Line (JNE) Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative, descriptive method, data was collected via questionnaires from 114 respondents and analyzed with SPSS version 26. The results show that compensation, organizational support, and work engagement each have a negative and significant partial effect on turnover intention, and together they have a significant simultaneous effect. These findings suggest that enhancing compensation, organizational support, and work engagement can effectively reduce employee turnover. Highlight: Compensation, organizational support reduce turnover intention. Data from 114 respondents analyzed using SPSS 26. Enhancing these factors minimizes employee turnover. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of discipline, motivation, and supervision on employee performance at Toby's branches in Sidoarjo. Conducted with a sample of 60 employees, data were collected via questionnaires, direct observations, and interviews. Using SPSS for data analysis, the results revealed that discipline, motivation, and supervision each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, the combined effect of these variables is also significant. The findings suggest that focusing on improving discipline, motivation, and supervision can enhance employee performance in retail settings like Toby's. Abstract

This study investigates the collective impact of leadership, work culture, and communication on work discipline among 92 employees at PT. Surya Pratista Hutama. Using quantitative methods and a Likert scale questionnaire, the research finds that effective leadership, supportive work culture, and clear communication significantly enhance employee discipline. These results highlight the importance of fostering these organizational factors to improve overall discipline and performance within PT. Surya Pratista Hutama, suggesting implications for managerial practices and organizational policies aimed at strengthening leadership, culture, and communication strategies. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, workload on employee productivity at PT Aneka Rupa. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research uses data collection techniques through questionnaires processed using PLS (Partial Least Square). In this research, total sampling technique was used. The research population was employees of PT Aneka Rupa with a total of 100 employees, with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the work environment and work discipline have an influence on productivity. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on the productivity of PT Aneka Rupa employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship and influence of communication, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sarana Makmur Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with total sampling technique in data collection. The number of respondents in this study was 130 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of work environment communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sarana Makmur Sejahtera.
