Abstract

The mathematics learning process implemented by teachers in grade II of SDN 034 Tarai Bangun had not yet employed engaging instructional methods, resulting in passive student participation. Learning activities were predominantly teacher-centered, with an emphasis on explaining mathematical theory without involving students in discovering concepts through real and meaningful activities. This condition limited students’ conceptual understanding and learning outcomes. This research aimed to determine whether the use of bead media within the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach could improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes in class II.A of SDN 034 Tarai Bangun in the 2013/2014 academic year. The research involved 26 students and applied an experimental design consisting of an experimental class and a control class. Based on the analysis of pretest and posttest data, learning outcomes increased in both classes, although the improvement in the experimental class was significantly higher. In the experimental class, the average pretest score increased from 60.95 to 75.42, showing an improvement of 23%. Meanwhile, in the control class, the average score increased from 55.16 to 58.06, with an improvement of only 5%. These results indicate that the integration of bead media through the Realistic Mathematics Education approach was more effective in enhancing students’ learning outcomes. To examine whether the difference between the two classes was statistically significant, a t-test was conducted with 60 degrees of freedom. The results showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the critical value of the t-table, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H₀) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H₁). Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes between students taught using bead media within the RME approach and those taught using conventional methods.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the relevance of lecture and question and-answer methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the Generation Z era, particularly at SMKS Bihfahmiddin. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this  research involved PAI teachers and 11th-grade students as  subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations,  and documentation. The findings indicate that the lecture method,  when combined with question-and-answer techniques and digital  media, positively impacts students' comprehension. Generation Z  students demonstrated enthusiasm and active participation when  engaged in interactive learning. The transformation from classical  to interactive teaching methods proves to be relevant and effective  in enhancing PAI learning in the digital age.

Abstract

Good human resources and have a strategic approach context, and good workforce in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Panca Darma Sejati Bekasi Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses a total saturated sample of 72 respondents and data collection using observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The results of the study using the T test showed that the results of occupational safety and health (K3) were 6.130 and significant 0.000. So, 6.130> 1.995 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then the variable occupational safety and health (K3) has an effect and is significant on employee performance, while work motivation with results of 8.426 and significant 0.000. So, 8.426>1.995 and significant 0.000<0.05, then that the work motivation variable has an effect and is significant to employee performance. The results for the F test on the variables of occupational safety and health (k3) and work motivation are 44.741 so, 44.741>3.130 and significant v0.000<0.05, then simultaneously have an effect and are significant. The results of the determination test are explained by occupational safety and health (k3) and work motivation by 56.5% while the remaining 43.5% influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Posyandu dalam menurunkan angka stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Namora Sualon, Kabanjahe. Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang berdampak jangka panjang terhadap tumbuh kembang anak, dan intervensi pada tingkat layanan kesehatan primer seperti Posyandu menjadi strategi penting dalam penanganannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran (mixed methods), dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis data sekunder dari rekam medis dan laporan kegiatan Posyandu tahun 2021–2023, serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kader Posyandu dan petugas kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan angka stunting sebesar 15% selama periode penelitian, dari 28% menjadi 13% pada balita yang rutin mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas program meliputi keterlibatan aktif kader, penyuluhan gizi yang berkelanjutan, dan peningkatan cakupan pemantauan pertumbuhan. Namun, ditemukan pula kendala seperti kurangnya sarana pendukung dan partisipasi masyarakat yang belum optimal di beberapa wilayah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa program Posyandu di wilayah Puskesmas Namora Sualon, Kabanjahe terbukti cukup efektif dalam menurunkan angka stunting, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan kapasitas dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

              Public Cemetery is a public facility that is social in nature and already exists in the scope of services and public services in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. A public cemetery is a place with large tracts of land intended for people who have died and become the final resting place. The public cemetery has been neatly arranged with a function as a Green Open Space filled with green trees, grass on the body of a tomb that looks beautiful. Tegal Alur Public Cemetery with a land area of approximately ± 94,810 m2 with Christian funeral service units under the auspices of the funeral section of suku dinas pertamanan dan hutan kota, West Jakarta administration city, providing administrative services to the wider community, regarding funerals, funeral maintenance, and also as one of the regional retribution tax revenues.  This study aims to find out how, obtacles and solutions in Administrative Procedures for the Extension of IPTM Services at Suku Dinas Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota, TPU Tegal Alur Unit Kristen Jakarta Barat. The method used is a study, observation and interviews were also conducted with several speakers at Suku Dinas Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota, Tpu Tegal Alur Unit Kristen, located on Jl. Benda Raya No.17 RT.008 RW.002, Kelurahan Tegal Alur, Kalideres District, West Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 11820. The results of the study at the Administrative Procedures for the Extension of IPTM Services at Suku Dinas Pertamanan dan Hutan Kota, TPU Tegal Alur Unit Kristen Jakarta Barat, it can be said to be good enough with an easy-to-understand stage, but there are some obstacles that occur so that it can hamper the smooth implementation of the IPTM Extension Service.   Key Words:  Public Cemetery (TPU), Administration, Services, Public Services
