Abstract

Background : Dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that arises before or during menstruation. The results of preliminary studies found that 70% of young women experience dysmenorrhea. Prostaglandin comes from arachidonic acid which is synthesized from linoleic fatty acids which function in the inflammatory response. In the case of anemia, the ability of hemoglobin to transport oxygen decreases, this will lead to more production of prostaglandin and trigger stronger uterine contractions.Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between linoleic fatty acid intake and Hemoglobin (Hb) levels with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in young women.Method : This research is an analytical descriptive study in the field of clinical nutrition using a cross sectional design. The research subjects were 47 young women who had received menstruation. Data collection included 2x24 hour food recall to determine linoleic fatty acid intake and blood sampling to determine Hb levels. Variable analysis was carried out in the form of univariate and bivariate. Bivariate test uses fisher exact test.Results : 63.8% of respondents had more intake of linoleic fatty acids so that they were at risk of inflammation. 44.7% of respondents suffer from anemia. Respondents who had moderate dysmenorrhea were 66%. Respondents with more fat intake and moderate dysmenorrhea were 70% (p value = 0.029). Respondents suffering from anemia and experiencing moderate dysmenorrhea were 85.7% (p value = 0.012).Conclusion : Linoleic fatty acid intake and Hb levels were associated with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in young women.

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of public sector marketing in the smart branding policy in Depok City, West Java Province. The main objective of this research is to analyze public sector marketing on smart branding policies with a focus on city appearance branding. This research is based on public sector marketing theory, specifically the 7Ps marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process) from Kotler and Lee, Booms and Bitner, as well as city appearance branding theory from Ahmadjayadi and Kavaratzis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo 14 software to identify patterns and themes. The results showed a gap in public sector marketing in city appearance branding in Depok City, which resulted in a decline in the city's image. However, there are findings of 2 (two) important things that affect the success of public sector marketing besides the 7Ps, namely participation and political will. Participation is in the form of community involvement in planning, implementing and monitoring policy products so that people feel ownership and pride, as well as political will related to leadership, authority and resource allocation. In this research, a  new concept is found, where when the concept of public sector marketing crosses the formal object of government science (authority, government relations, services), an adaptation of the concept into government marketing (Gov-Mark 9Ps) is born, which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process, Participation and Political Will in government relations. In conclusion, a more structured and adaptive government marketing model, especially in the city appearance branding policy, is needed to improve the city's positive image and public trust.gb777

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in enhancing brand awareness at GrosirOne, a startup company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) e-commerce sector. The study is motivated by the increasing competition among startups and the importance of building strong brand awareness, especially in the traditional market segment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature review, involving GrosirOne staff and merchant partners who play a key role in the company's operations. The findings reveal that GrosirOne applies five elements of integrated marketing communication: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. These elements are not implemented separately but are well-coordinated to support the company's primary goal of building stronger brand awareness. The study concludes that IMC plays a crucial role in building brand awareness and boosting sales. To achieve more significant results, the company needs to implement more intensive educational strategies and a more personal approach to both consumers and partners. This research provides an important contribution as a guideline for startups to strengthen their brand using integrated communication strategies. Not only will this enhance brand awareness, but it will also help improve overall sales.

Abstract

Some obstacles faced by several OPDs, due to the large number of menus that must be filled in the input in SIPD, employees often miss one of the input processes so that the resulting report is different, delayed budget shifts, hampered payroll systems, and also the SIPD network which often errors so that there are obstacles in the preparation of cash budgets, making SPD, SPJ, SPP, SPM and making SP2D. Of the 105 menus available, there are 14,661 problems reported by the local government, of which 9,960 reports can be resolved while 4,701 problems are still in the process of being resolved. The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze and understand the governance of regional government information systems at the Ministry of Home Affairs, as well as to design an ideal model for governance of regional government information systems at the Ministry of Home Affairs. This study uses the theory of policy evaluation proposed by Dunn (2000:610). The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Regional Government Information System policy is not optimal due to: There is no Steering Committee specifically assigned to supervise and manage development and implementation. The absence of a special committee causes a lack of cross-echelon coordination in strategic decision-making related to SIPD development. Many technical and policy constraints related to SIPD that require cross-directorate decision-making are not resolved quickly, resulting in delays in implementation. There is no formal mechanism for monitoring, evaluating, and following up on policies that are integrated into one leadership structure. The appropriate model for optimizing the Regional Government Information System Policy is called the SIPD Governance Model. This model refers to 4 (six) SIPD governance, namely: SIPD service catalog, Service management organization, Definition of Level and SIPD Service Operational Support System.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explores digital communication strategies via Instagram to promote private tutoring at RoboticKidz Bogor. It emphasizes the importance of digital promotion for non formal education institutions like RoboticKidz. The problem addressed is the lack of exposure to institution’s strengths. The objective is to evaluate the digital promotion strategy using the AIDA framework (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The study adopts a descriptive qualitative method through interviews and observations.Results show Instagram is effective in capturing attention and prompting action from potential customers. Abstract

Digital transformation has become an increasingly prominent trend in the public sector, particularly within the context of government reform. In Indonesia, while the growth of e-government initiatives reflects a strong commitment to digital development, it has also resulted in the proliferation of tens of thousands of applications across government institutions—many of which are overlapping, redundant, and fragmented. This fragmentation poses significant challenges to organizational performance and the efficiency of public service delivery. A growing public service sector in this digital era is intellectual property services, particularly trademark registration. Despite the increasing demand, trademark services receive the highest volume of negative user feedback. Key issues include a lack of transparency in the application process, prolonged processing times, and insufficient explanation for application rejections, leading to widespread user confusion and dissatisfaction. This study aims to analyze the research trends on digital transformation in the delivery of public services, with a specific focus on intellectual property services. A bibliometric analysis method is employed to map the evolution and scholarly focus on this subject. Findings suggest that Indonesia’s digital transformation remains in the digitization phase—an early stage focused on shifting from analog to digital formats. For digital development to be impactful, it must evolve toward a meaningful digital transformation, which includes three strategic goals: building an inclusive, empowering, and trusted digital ecosystem. Achieving this requires stronger synergy and collaboration among all stakeholders, including government bodies, private sectors, academia, and civil society organizations.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda designed to achieve the welfare of the world community until 2030. This study aims to analyze the trend of research publications on SDGs with a bibliometric analysis approach. The articles used in this study were obtained from Scopus data. From 352 articles found in the Scopus database between 2018 and 2024, the data cleaning process used open refine. The selected articles were then managed using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer software. The results showed that publications related to SDGs experienced fluctuations from 2018 to 2024. and also experienced an increasing trend in 2024. The article with the most citations, entitled Global, regional, and National Causes of under-5 Mortality in 2000-19: An Updated Systematic Analysis with Implications for the Sustainable Development Goals, has the most citations of 566 citations. Meanwhile, the highest affiliation shows that the University of Washington is the institution with a total of 81 publications. Mapping articles based on the relationship between keywords (co-occurrence) is formed into 4 clusters; based on the publication history of sustainable development, humans and women are the topics that are most often the focus of discussion. Meanwhile, potential topics that can be further developed include the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan target ambisius dalam pengembangan energi terbarukan dan implementasi e-government sebagai bagian dari agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menganalisis integrasi kedua agenda tersebut melalui studi kasus instalasi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) di Kompleks DPR RI. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen kebijakan, pernyataan resmi, dan laporan media. Kerangka teori yang digunakan mencakup difusi inovasi, administrasi publik dalam konteks e-government, serta tata kelola berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek PLTS DPR RI, dengan kapasitas 1,955 MWp, tidak hanya mendukung pasokan energi bersih dan pengurangan emisi, tetapi juga sejalan dengan modernisasi kelembagaan melalui digitalisasi seperti implementasi kantor tanpa kertas. Inisiatif ini menjadi contoh konkret sinergi antara transformasi energi dan transformasi digital dalam institusi negara. Studi ini merekomendasikan replikasi model serupa di lembaga publik lainnya, penguatan regulasi energi terbarukan, dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mempercepat transisi menuju tata kelola yang efisien, transparan, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze community participation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and activities within the context of community-based development in Malinau Regency. Additionally, the study aims to identify and propose a more effective model of community participation in community-based development in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The research is grounded in the participation theory proposed by Cohen and Uphoff (1977). A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that community participation in community-based development activities in Malinau Regency is generally robust. Regarding inhibiting factors, the social aspect highlights the need to enhance residents’ capacity and awareness. In terms of culture, the study underscores the importance of maintaining values of gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and customary inclusiveness. Economically, issues such as poverty and the need for improved funding mechanisms persist. Politically, there is a call for consistent government commitment and the strengthening of two-way aspiration flow between stakeholders. Geographically, the conditions of the 3T (terdepan, terluar, tertinggal—frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped regions) continue to exert significant influence. The model of community participation in community-based development in Malinau Regency has proven effective due to its comprehensive and contextual approach. The three principal components—driving factors, participatory processes, and integrated outcomes/impacts—collectively establish a dynamic and people-centered development mechanism.

Abstract

Isu lingkungan yang terus menjadi permasalahan akibat dampak dari peningkatan jumlah penduduk dalam suatu wilayah adalah masalah sampah. Berdasarkan data Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Bandung, rata-rata timbulan sampah mencapai lebih dari 1.500 ton per hari. Dari jumlah tersebut, sebagian besar sampah tersebut masih belum terkelola dengan baik, baik dari segi pemilahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, hingga pengolahan akhir. Untuk mendukung terwujudnya penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif dan efisien, maka penerapan inovasi dan teknologi pengelolaan sampah menjadi suatu hal yang harus segera dilakukan agar dapat mereduksi volume sampah di masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk program penanganan sampah di Kota Bandung mengacu kepada Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang telah ditentukan, diantaranya: Edukasi Pengelolaan Sampah, Pemilahan Sampah, Reduksi Timbulan Sampah, dan Inovasi Pengelolaan Sampah. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner hasil kegiatan diperoleh hasil rata-rata penilaian responden sebanyak 66.7% Sangat Puas, 23.3 Puas, 10% Cukup Puas, dan 0% Kurang Puas, sehingga indeks kepuasan berada > 90% sehinga kegiatan PkM program penanganan sampah kota bandung ini dapat dikatakan berhasil.
