Abstract

This study aims to determine the cognitive increase that occurs in students, after being given treatment in the form of learning using-based learning multimedia Augmented Reality with VAK (learning models Visualization, Auditory, Kinesthetic) in Basic Network subjects. The subjects of this study were students of class X (ten) at one of the vocational schools in the district, West Bandung. The background of this research is the learning model used previously in the teaching process is less effective, the multimedia used by the teacher is too monotonous and the lack of understanding and student activity in the learning process. The research method used in this research is quantitative and the teaching method used is experimental. While the application development method used is SHM (Comprehensive Life Cycle) and the results obtained from this study are: 1) Interactive multimedia is considered good and suitable for use. The presentation score was 83.99% which was interpreted as "Very good" by media experts and teachers, 2) The interactive multimedia can also improve students' cognitive and obtained an average gain value of 0.67 with the "Medium" effectiveness criteria. Meanwhile, the students' response to the based on Augmented Reality-based multimedia obtained an average score of 81.19% and is included in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills must be provided through education, by developing critical thinking skills to make them better trained in solving various kinds of problems both in learning and outside learning. To improve critical thinking skills, an appropriate learning approach is needed, learning must be student-centered. This study aims to develop instructional media with an open-ended approach measure the improvements on students from the application of media and student responses to the media. This study uses a Comprehensive Life Cycle (SHM) methodology to develop media. One-group pretest post-test was used for the research design. media with an open-ended problem approach have been developed and get a percentage score of 86% or "very good" by experts on media testing and get a percentage score of 85% or "very good" by experts on material testing. The use of media with an open-ended approach can improve critical thinking skills with the increase in students' cognitive tests with the High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) category questions with an increase in the average N-gain of students by 0.46 (which is in the "medium" category). Student responses to learning media get a percentage score of 75%.

Abstract

Basic Computer and Network subjects are compulsory subjects for the Computer and Network Engineering expertise program for class X. There are problems found during learning activity in this subject, such as less effective learning methods, the lack of variety in multimedia used by educators, a lack of understanding and student activeness in the learning process are. The aim of this study is to demonstrate a learning method assisted by multimedia learning based on Augmented Reality to determine the cognitive enhancement of students on the anatomy of computer hardware parts. This study used the Comprehensive Life Cycle model (SHM or Siklus Hidup Menyeluruh) model with students of the X grade Computer and Network Engineering Skills Program at SMK Harapan 1 Rancaekek as the sample. The results obtained from this study are: 1) Multimedia learning has obtained a percentage value of 87.32% which is interpreted "Very Good" by media experts. 2) Multimedia learning can improve students' cognitive and obtained an average gain value of 0.65 with the effectiveness criteria "Medium". 3) Students gave good responses to the multimedia created and the assessments of multimedia made an average percentage score of 86,16% is categorized as "Strongly Agree".

Abstract

Pembelajaran bulutangkis memiliki permasalahan kurangnya media pembelajaran yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya tingkat antusiasme siswa didik. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan metode visual sebagai bahan literasi digital pembelajaran bulutangkis. Deskripsi disusun menggunakan referensi publikasi hasil penelitian berbasis internet. Deskrispi disusun secara sistematis untuk berbagai aktivitas gerak dalam bulutangkis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bulutangkis dapat dikembangkan menjadi literasi digital dan sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan metode visual penangkapan gerak. Media pembelajaran dapat dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

As technology and information systems develop in the digital era, managing employee data has become very important for organizations and companies. An efficient and accurate employee data input process is the first step in managing human resources optimally. XYZ Shop is a shop located in the Banten area, which sells retail goods to end consumers, usually on a small scale and at home. The shop provides a variety of products, ranging from clothing, food, electronic goods, to household equipment. However, the XYZ store still faces challenges in managing employee data, such as limited time and human energy in carrying out this process because it is still manual. To overcome this problem, an employee data input program was designed to be an effective solution. With this program, the employee data management process can become more efficient, accurate and organized. The author used three techniques for data collection activities, namely observation, interviews and literature study. Development of an application program system for managing employee data at XYZ store using the PHP programming language and MySql database. The application system built is web-based, so it can be accessed easily anywhere and anytime. This provides immediate benefits in day-to-day operational efficiency, allowing human resources to focus on more strategic tasks. With the ability to manage employee data efficiently, stores can easily adapt to company growth, including branch expansion and increased employment

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dapat menjadi salah satu tolak ukur tentang bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang ada pada suatu perusahaan sudah berperan terhadap kemajuan perusahaan atau belum. Dalam meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan, bisa dimulai dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dari karyawan tersebut untuk mampu berinovasi dan memotivasi diri sendiri untuk melakukan pekerjaan sebaik-baiknya, Kontribusi karyawan terhadap organisasi akan makin tinggi jika organisasi dapat memberikan hal yang menjadi keinginan karyawan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan istilah bagi karyawan yang memberikan nilai lebih terhadap pekerjaan yang menjadi tugasnya maupun nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bhumi Jati Power, subjek penelitian atau responden adalah Karyawan PT Bhumi Jati Power tersebut dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis akan menganalisis deskripsi tentang gambaran serta hubungan kausalitas antara Organizational citizenship behaviour dengan kinerja karyawan PT Bhumi Jati Power.Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Organizational citizenship behaviour pada PT Bhumi Jati Power menunjukan hasil yang tinggi, dan Kinerja karyawan pada PT Bhumi Jati Power menunjukan hasil yang tinggi juga. Serta Organizational citizenship behaviour terbukti secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Bhumi Jati Power

Abstract

Dana Desa adalah dana APBN yang diperuntukkan bagi desa yang ditransfer melalui APBD Kabupaten/Kota. Adanya dana desa membuat pemerintah desa memiliki pendapatan tambahan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah desa untuk penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelaksanakan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan dana desa serta kontribusinya di bidang pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Pliken, Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui laporan resmi dari instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat efektivitas penggunaan dana desa bidang pembangunan Desa Pliken dari tahun 2019 sampai 2021 berada pada tingkatan efektif dan cukup efektif. Sedangkan efektivitas penggunaan dana desa bidang pemberdayaan Desa Pliken dari tahun 2019 sampai 2021 berada pada kategori tidak efektif dan kurang efektif. Tidak efektifnya penggunaan dana desa bidang pemberdayaan disebabkan karena adanya Pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan terhalangnya beberapa kegiatan. Adapun berdasarkan hasil wawancara diketahui adanya dana desa memberikan kontribusi bagi beberapa masyarakat di bidang pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat seperti meningkatnya infrastruktur jalan usaha tani yang membuat mobilitas pertanian menjadi lebih mudah, peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, peningkatan pendidikan dan beberapa program pemberdayaan yang menunjang kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of digital applications in the current era requires companies to apply technology and information systems to make work easier and help compete with competitors to achieve a competitive advantage. PT. XYZ is a private company that focuses on warehousing and distributors of electronic goods located in the Tangerang City area. Based on the results of observations and interviews, there are problems such as stock management is still manual, employee payroll still uses excel, no sales promotion program, company profile website and CRM website. To map business applications at company XYZ, use Mc Farlan Strategic Grid analysis. The mapping in question is in the strategic, high potential, key operation, and support quadrants. analysis of internal and external conditions using SWOT analysis. Analysis of XYZ's internal environment includes elements of strengths and weaknesses. Meanwhile, the analysis of the company's external environment includes elements of opportunities (opportunities) and challenges (threats). Based on the results of the Mc Farlan Strategic Grid analysis, it was identified that there were two applications in the key operational application category, five applications as the support application category, three applications as the strategic application category, and one application in the high potential application category.

Abstract

The researcher observed that the tradition of the Rebo Kasan ceremony in Cigalontang Singaparna Tasikmalaya was carried out on the last Wednesday in the Safar Bula, on the same day residents were prohibited from traveling far away and work was postponed as much as possible on that day. Because there is a local belief that if a disaster occurs on that day, it will be difficult to treat it and it is difficult to find an antidote. Therefore, on that day all residents gather together to hold prayers to avoid catastrophic reinforcements, so that what is expected from this tradition can come true. In addition, this tradition is carried out with the aim that we are always grateful to Allah SWT who has given His gifts in the form of sustenance, safety as well as harmony, peace, and being able to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among Muslims. So that researchers are very interested in researching more deeply about the Rebo Kasan tradition carried out by the Cigalontang Tasikmalaya community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach describe and describe phenomena and realities in the field, such as about life which includes a person's attitude, or regarding the position of social movements, organizations, languages, symbols and so on. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Rebo Kasan tradition carried out by the Cigalontang Tasikmalaya community is a tradition that is usually carried out every year. The community expresses their diversity and follows these religious rituals in a solemn and solemn manner. The Rebo Kasan tradition in the Cigalontang Tasikmalaya community has values, social, culture and religion. As a social value, the people of Cigalontang can strengthen friendship with their neighbours. Then as a cultural value, this tradition is a cultural heritage from their ancestors which has been passed on to their generations from the past until now. Meanwhile, as a religious value, in the process of this tradition there are religious practices such as hajat prayers, reciting holy verses of the Koran, lectures, sadaqoh, praying and so on.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of internet media for learning logic concepts and algorithms in class X SMKS1 Pembangunan Bengkulu city. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The study found out the utilization of internet media learning logic concepts and algorithms in class X SMKN 1 Development Bengkulu city which amounted to 15 students. The data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, The results of this study are to determine the utilization of internet media learning logic concepts and algorithms for the better and there is active participation from students learning which is more centered on practice and learning materials
