Abstract

Today's competitive business environment requires much greater interaction between customers and businesses. The implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of the strategies that are widely used by companies to improve the quality of their information systems. This is because ERP is part of the company's infrastructure that can support the smooth business processes of companies that implement it. In addition, ERP is also considered as a supporter of business functions, and can increase the company's competitiveness. ERP implementation is a complex step, because of the relationship between one function and another within the company. The information system for the Notification of Import of Goods is very important for companies carrying out import activities due to the efficiency and effectiveness of the customs process for compliance and costs that arise from the implementation of import activities

Abstract

In daily life activities, every human being will be faced with various problems that will require them to make the right decisions in order to solve these problems. So to make important decisions, more careful, unhurried and mature considerations will be needed. Decision making is also carried out by organizations and companies, for example at PT. To make it easier to select appropriate exemplary employees, based on the company's needs, a decision support system using the SMART method is used. The SMART method is more widely used in calculating alternatives and ranking, because it is simple in responding to researchers' needs in making decisions and analyzing responses. The author collected the data needed to be processed in selecting exemplary employees. This stage of the data collection process was obtained by the author from observation, interviews and literature studies. Criteria for evaluating exemplary employees include attendance, discipline, responsibility, work targets and length of service. After evaluating alternative employees, an exemplary employee with the highest score was obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the differences in the forms of linguistic behavior and linguistic functions between male and female language and in the film Your Place or Mine. This study combines Robin Lakoff's theory to analyze ten types of female language and Jenifer Coates' theory to analyze four types of male language. Then, Janet Holmes' theory to classify linguistic behavior. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, data were collected through observation and in - depth observation of the use of linguistic forms and behaviors by categorizing tag questions, lexical hedges, raising intonation, avoiding strong swear words, super polite forms, emphatic stress, hypercorrect grammar, intensifiers and empty adjectives, minimal response, command and directive, topic choice and swear words. It found 55 data divided into 13 categories of linguistic forms, namely 4 linguistic forms of female language and 9 linguistic forms of male language. Based on the differences in linguistic behavior and topics, women use tag questions more often than men. In addition, intonation is also different due to the difference in role status between men and women.

Abstract

This paper describes the relationship between Islam and local culture. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the process and symbolic meaning of the marhabaan culture among Nahdlatul Ulama, precisely at Al-Quwwah Islamic Boarding School, Bandung City. The method used in this research is qualitative, which clearly defines various kinds of research procedures, so that it will produce descriptive data from what is observed in marhabaan cultural activities, both written and oral. This method aims to know and understand a phenomenon experienced by research subjects such as motives, behavior, opinions, interactions, language, actions, motivation and so on naturally by using various natural methods. The results of this study explain the marhabaan process from beginning to end, then explain the shaving of baby's hair, the symbolic meaning of banana, the symbolic meaning of menyan, the symbolic meaning of ulen (glutinous rice), the symbolic meaning of traditional cakes, and the symbolic meaning of water. All of this emphasizes that there is a traditional combination from the community between Islamic teachings and local culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kartika Alas Utama di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel pengalaman kerja diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,74 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria baik. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,917 + 0,694X, dan nilai korelasi 0,791 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 62,5% serta uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,009 > 2,000) dan juga diperkuat dengan sig. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga secara mandiri yang berbasis zero waste, belum optimalnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengurangan dan penanganan sampah sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan sampah di lingkungan dan masih banyak masyarakat yang membuang sampah bukan pada tempatnya seperti membuang sampah ke sungai, selokan, tanah kosong dan lainnya, kurangnya sosialisasi dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat dalam upaya zero waste . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurangan dan penanganan sampah terhadap upaya zero waste di tempat pemrosesan akhir sampah kota banjar . Penulis mengembangkan penelitian ini menurut tingkat eksplanasi dan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah teknik studi lapangan dan teknik studi kepustakaan. Dengan skala ukur yang digunakan adalah Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah aparatur di Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Banjar dengan jumlah 241 orang, karena populasi lebih dari 100 maka peneliti menggunakan sampel yaitu dengan sampel acak sederhana atau Simple Random Sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 71 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : bahwa terdapat pengaruh kinerja pengurangan sampah terhadap upaya zero waste dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,340 artinya bahwa semakin baik kinerja pengurangan sampah maka upaya zero waste akan semakin meningkat, terdapat pengaruh kinerja penanganan sampah terhadap upaya zero waste dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,379 artinya bahwa semakin baik kinerja penanganan sampah maka upaya zero waste akan semakin meningkat, pengaruh kinerja pengurangan dan penanganan sampah terhadap upaya zero waste di tempat pemrosesan akhir sampah kota banjar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,384 artinya bahwa semakin baik kinerja pengurangan dan penanganan sampah maka upaya zero waste akan semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan perhitungan diketahui Fhitung 21,200 > Ftabel 3,13, maka pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah kuat. Dengan kata lain hipotesis penulis dapat diterima karena telah teruji secara statistik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thinking ability of PGSD students at one university is still relatively low.This study aims to determine the use of Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) -based e-module to improve cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacher students. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study was the validated e-module based on HOTS questions and test questions to measure the cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacher students.Thepopulationinthisstudywerestudentsof2018prospectiveelementaryschoolteachersfor the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program at a University in Bandung. The sampling technique is saturated samples. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of the one-sample t test and independent sample t test assisted by SPSS version 25. The results showed that the use of HOTS question-based e-module can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacherstudents.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the criminal provisions for corporations in the Criminal Code 1946 and its improvement in Law No. 1 of 2023 (Criminal Code 2023). Along with the rapid globalisation and economic growth, crimes involving corporations are increasingly prevalent, such as environmental crimes, consumer protection, and money laundering. However, many corporations still escape criminal sanctions. Theories of corporate criminal liability, such as strict liability theory, vicarious liability theory, identification theory, and aggregation theory, are the basis for recognising corporations as legal subjects. This research uses a normative legal approach with statutory, conceptual, and case methods. The results show that the Criminal Code 1946 does not recognise corporations as subjects of criminal law, so that corporate criminal liability is only regulated in regulations outside the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, the Criminal Code 2023 has explicitly stipulated corporation as a subject of criminal law and regulated the mechanism of its liability. This reform provides a stronger legal basis in law enforcement against corporate crime.

Abstract

Penyampaian pesan dan nilai organisasi adalah bentuk dari bagaimana suatu organisasi melakukan pendekatan terhadap para pemangku kepentingan terkait. Dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan tinggi, citra dan performa universitas memiliki dinamika tersendiri. Hal ini mengingat pendidikan tinggi menawarkan suatu pengalaman atas jasa, sehingga klien dari kampus atau universitas hanya dapat memberikan penilaian terkait relevansi dan kualitas luaran yang dihasilkan hanya ketika para pengguna jasa tersebut telah mengalaminya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses strategi rebranding yang dilakukan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dan respons publik berkaitan dengan upaya rebranding tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bentuk studi kasus yang menyoroti tiga narasumber, yakni satu narasumber utama dari tim penyusun rebranding serta dua orang pemangku kepentingan yang lain. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya rebranding yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia telah diawali dengan analisis diri dan analisis pelanggan yang memadai. Analisis tersebut kemudian menghasilkan identitas jenama melalui proposisi nilai yang membangun hubungan dengan pelanggannya. Respons yang diberikan oleh pemangku kepentingan terhadap revitalisasi laman resmi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia telah mendapatkan respons positif dari pemangku kepentingan. Diharapkan kegiatan revitalisasi laman resmi dapat dikembangkan seterusnya.

Abstract

A video analysis experiment guide has been made on kinematics material using the pro logger program for prospective physics teachers. This study aims to see the results of the feasibility of an experimental guide. This research method uses design and development research (DDR). The guide is validated by user experts and material experts with an average value that can be sequentially 79.69% and 87.5%. So it can be concluded that this video analysis guide is acceptable and feasible to be used by students.
