Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of work discipline, emotional intelligence and leadership style on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. The sample in this research was all teachers PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City, totaling 53 people. The type of data used is primary data, namely through distributing questionnaires. To analyze the influence of work discipline, emotional intelligence and leadership style on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City, using multiple regression. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that work discipline does not have a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. Meanwhile, leadership style does not have a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City.

Abstract

This research aims to systematically examine the effectiveness of the contextual learning model in improving Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for junior high school (SMP) students. Apart from that, this research also wants to identify the factors that influence the success of implementing this learning model. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review approach. Data was obtained through searching for relevant literature from the Scopus data base in the 2019-2024 publication time period using keywords such as "Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)", "Islamic Religious Education", "learning outcomes", and "SMP". Thirty-five articles were found that met the inclusion criteria and were then analyzed in depth. The data analysis techniques used include thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes that emerge in various studies. The results of the analysis show that the application of the contextual learning model is consistently able to improve Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes for junior high school students. This increase in learning outcomes is associated with several factors, including: i) Increased learning motivation. Students become more motivated because learning material is linked to real life. ii) Increased learning activities. Students are more actively involved in the learning process, such as discussions and problem solving. iii) Increased understanding of concepts. It is easier for students to understand the concepts in Islamic Religious Education because learning is carried out contextually. The contextual learning model can be an effective alternative for improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Teachers, schools and policy makers need to pay more attention to the implementation of this learning model.

Abstract

Correspondence administration is an essential component that supports effective communication and coordination within governmental institutions. This study aims to describe the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the General Affairs and Staffing Division (Umpeg) of the Palangka Raya City Education Office, as well as to identify supporting factors and obstacles encountered during its implementation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation and active involvement of the researcher during the internship period. The results indicate that letter management has followed a structured workflow consisting of receiving, recording, disposition processing, numbering of outgoing letters, and document archiving. However, the archiving process is still predominantly conducted manually, which leads to longer retrieval time and dependence on staff accuracy. Furthermore, coordination and discipline among staff members were found to play significant roles in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. The study concludes that although correspondence administration at the Umpeg Division is functioning properly, its efficiency can be further improved through gradual digitalization of archives and enhanced staff competency development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the management of Educators and Education Personnel (PTK) data based on the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) and the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) at the Palangka Raya City Education Office. The phenomenon underlying this study is the suboptimal integration between the two systems, which results in duplication, inconsistency, and delays in updating personnel data. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The research results indicate that the management of teacher and education personnel (PTK) data at the Palangka Raya City Education Office is still carried out partially between SIMPEG and Dapodik, with the main obstacles being limitations in technological infrastructure, operator competence, and the absence of standardized data integration procedures. Nevertheless, various optimization efforts have been undertaken through human resource competency improvement training, the development of web service-based integration systems, and the implementation of tiered data verification and validation (verval) mechanisms. These efforts successfully increased the data conformity rate between SIMPEG and Dapodik from 63% in 2023 to 87% by mid-2025.The findings of this study indicate that the success of optimizing PTK data management is highly determined by the balance between technology readiness, organizational capacity, and local government policy support, as explained in the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. In addition to providing practical benefits in improving the efficiency and transparency of educational bureaucracy, the results of this study also support the implementation of the one education data policy in accordance with the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 on One Data Indonesia. Therefore, it is recommended that the Palangka Raya City Government formulate specific regulations on integrated education data management and expand digital training for school operators and Education Office staff.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the coaching and monitoring processes implemented by the Junior High School (SMP) Development Division at the Palangka Raya City Education Office. The study focuses on the forms of coaching activities, monitoring mechanisms, and the effectiveness of both programs in supporting educational quality improvement at the junior high school level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Data were obtained through the author's direct involvement during an internship in the Junior High School Development Division. The results indicate that the implementation of coaching and monitoring has been structured through routine programs such as school supervision, principal mentoring, education data verification, and coordination for teacher competency improvement. However, obstacles were also identified, such as limited human resources, suboptimal communication between schools, and uneven implementation of monitoring across the region. Therefore, strengthening the coordination system and digitizing monitoring is necessary to ensure the coaching process is more effective, efficient, and sustainable. This research provides an empirical contribution to efforts to improve the quality of educational services at the junior high school level and serves as a reference for developing school development policies in the region.

Abstract

Pendekatandeep learning (Pembelajaran Mendalam) dipahami sebagai strategi pedagogis yang menekankan pemahaman konseptual, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Sekolah Dasar (SD) Darul Ilmi Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mulai mengadopsi pendekatan deep learning sebagai bagian dari inovasi kurikulumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan Deep Learning di Sekolah Dasar Darul Ilmi Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis observasi lapangan (field study). Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik utama yakni observasi, dan wawancara Mendalam (In-depth Interview). Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa SD Darul Ilmi berhasil mengintegrasikan pembelajaran mendalam melalui pendekatan STREAM (Science, Technology, Religious, Engineering, Art, dan Mathematics), proyek kolaboratif, asesmen autentik, dan budaya sekolah yang reflektif. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai penerapan deep learning pada jenjang sekolah dasar serta kontribusinya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berpotensi memberikan masukan bagi para pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang mampu menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi sejak jenjang pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika pada sekolah menengah pertama masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama keterbatasan bahan ajar yang terintegrasi dengan sistem digital sekolah serta kurangnya media pembelajaran bisa memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep secara interaktifnya. Di SMP Negeri 2 Arut Selatan, pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Digital Akademik (SIDA) belum optimal sehingga prosesnya belajar mengajar, terkhusus pada materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar, belum sepenuhnya mendukung kebutuhan belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, tujuannya guna melaksanakan pengembangan bahan ajar matematika dengan basis SIDA untuk kelas VIII dengan memakai modelnya ADDIE. Secara khusus, studi ini bertujuan menghasilkannya bahan ajar valid, praktis, serta optimal dan menganalisa kelayakan dan keefektifannya dalam peningkatan pemahamannya konsep siswa. Subjeknya studi meliputi ahli materi, media, bahasa, guru matematika, serta 32 siswa kelas VIII. Tekniknya penghimpunan datanya yakni wawancara, observasi, angket validasi, serta tes hasil belajar. Temuan studi memperlihatkan bahan ajarnya yang dilaksanakan pengembangan mendapat nilainya kelayakan dari ahli materi besarannya 96,00%, ahli bahasa 95,00%, dan ahli media 99,00% dengan rata-ratanya 96,67% kategorinya sangat layak. Hasil uji coba memperlihatkan peningkatan nilai rata-ratanya dari 61,72 jadi 82,19 dengan nilainya N-Gain 0,53 kategorinya sedang. Responnya guru serta siswa yakni rata-ratanya 92,00% serta 89,30% memperlihatkan bahan ajar sangat praktis serta menarik dipakai. Simpulannya memperlihatkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika dengan basis SIDA layak, praktis, serta optimal pada peningkatannya pemahaman konsep serta literasi digital siswa pada pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low learning outcomes in Civics (PKn) among students of class VI SDN 004 Desa Simpang Pulai Kecamatan Ukui. Out of 30 students, only 15 completed the PKn learning outcomes, with an average score of 54, where the specified Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) is 70.00. The cause of the low learning outcomes is the passivity of students in the learning process. In addition, teachers are still using conventional teaching methods and are teacher-centered. Based on this, the researchers conducted a study to increase learning outcomes through the application of the NHT (Numbered Heads Together) cooperative model. This study is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes in PKn as well as increase the activity of students in the learning process through the implementation of the NHT type cooperative model. Data collection techniques used were observation of teacher and student activities, achievement tests, and documentation. This study was conducted over two cycles. The data in this research is descriptive, focusing on the activities of teachers and students and learning outcomes in Civics subjects for class VI students. The results of this study showed that the learning outcomes in PKn increased each cycle. Preliminary data states that only 15 students, or 50%, were completed. In the first cycle, mastery learning increased, with 26 students, or 87%, achieving completion. In the second cycle, mastery learning increased again, with 27 students, or 90%, achieving completion.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the winners of the 2025 National Science Olympiad (OSN) using the Dynamic Bipartite Graph Embedding (DBGE) method. OSN is an annual competition organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia to develop students' potential in various fields of science and social sciences. Predicting OSN winners is important for strategic planning, allocating human resources, and improving the quality of education. This study models data on OSN participants and winners from 2009 to 2024 in the form of a dynamic bipartite graph. The modified DBGE method is used to predict links, with additional logistic regression to predict the relationship between schools and OSN medals. The results show that the modified DBGE method has an accuracy of 84%, precision of 83%, recall of 86%, F1 score of 84%, and AUC of 0.92, which are better than the initial DBGE method. The prediction results show that several schools have a high probability of winning gold medals in various OSN categories. Schools such as SMA Kristen BPK Penabur Gading Serpong, SMAN 8 Jakarta, and SMA Semesta show dominance in several categories. This prediction can help in strategic planning and resource allocation to improve the quality of education in these schools. This study contributes by modifying the existing DBGE method so that there is an increase in accuracy. In addition, researchers added a local dataset taken from real cases to prove that this method can be applied and utilized in real terms. This method is expected to be a tool that helps in strategic planning to improve the quality of school education in various regions, especially in preparing students for future science competitions.

Abstract

Sistem Kemudi dan Suspensi merupakan komponen terpenting dalam sebuah kendaraan untuk menselaraskan, menyeimbangkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja mobil tersebut agar dapat berjalan dengan baik, aman dan nyaman. Meskupin sistem kemudi rack and pinion dan suspensi independent double wishbone sudah ada sejak lama, namun masih masih banyak yang perlu diatasi dan diinovasikan, seperti tingkat kenyamanan, responsifitas, keamanan, keterbatasan kontrol pengguna dan kesulitan untuk mengatasi rintangan yang lebih tinggi dari permukaan jalan. Sebagai Solusi untuk mengatasi  masalah tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan dan melakukan inovasi pada komponen sistem kemudi dan suspensi agar rebih relevan dengan perencaanan kendaraan mobil listrik kedepan melalui beberapa fitur- fitur terbaru seperti fabrikasi suspensi independent double wishbone yang menggunkan karet bosh arm sebagai dudukan engsel suspensi, fabrikasi rumah as kemudi menggunakan bearing ASB UCP 205, Fabrikasi Hub/Nap Roda belakang digabung dengan bearing Koyo 6006 RS sebagai rumah as roda belakang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, desain sistem kemudi dan suspensi menngunakan software solidworks 2016, fabrikasi, perkitan untuk seluruh komponen yang sudah di fabrikasi, pengecatan, perakitan hingga kesimpulan.
