Abstract

Digital technology has spread throughout the planet. The banking industry is one that is intimately tied to this technology. The National Private Business Bank (BUSN) employs a variety of digital marketing strategies. One method is to use websites and social media. This study employs a management science method to assess the importance of digital marketing in enhancing customer satisfaction and its influence on banking image. This study use descriptive research methodologies using sample of 140 respondents, with this analysis employing Chou and Bentler’s theory. Finally, the research findings indicate that Digital Marketing Implementation at BUSN has been carried out quite well; in this study, customers at BUSN are satisfied, and the Banking Image at National Private Business Banks (BUSN) has been well obtained. In this study, it is also discovered that Digital Marketing has an impact on Customer Satisfaction at National Private Business Banks (BUSN), with a magnitude of 72.7%. Furthermore, there is a 21.8% effect of Digital Marketing in this study on Banking Image at National Private Business Banks (BUSN), and it is known that there is an effect of Customer Satisfaction on Banking Image at National Private Business Banks (BUSN), with a magnitude of influence of 22.9%, there is an effect of Digital Marketing on Customer Satisfaction, and its Impact on Banking Image at National Private Business Banks (BUSN), with a simultaneous influence of 83.1%, and the remaining 16.9% is influenced by factors other than the research variables.

Abstract

This paper will assess & present empirical evidence on the issue in order to better understand how Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) mediate entrepreneurial talents. The role of MFIs is evaluated based on their functions as a source of finance, facilitators for financial management, managerial management, and marketing management. Sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, employee growth, and market share growth are all ways to gauge a company’s performance. While entrepreneurial ability is assessed using technical, marketing, financial, and interpersonal abilities. The research approach is explanatory, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. A sample of 150 SMEs sampled the population of 34,816 SMEs in West Java’s Greater Bandung region, Indonesia, using a proportionate random sampling approach. Structural Equation Modeling and a 5-point Likert scale were used to analyze the data collected (SEM). According to the findings, microfinance institutions can help businesses succeed by a small but significant amount. Business performance is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial talents. The MFIS’s significance in influencing entrepreneurial skills expands in relation to corporate performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of “Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)”, “Total Asset Turnover (TATO)”, “Current Ratio (CR)”, and “Quick’Ratio (QR)” on “Return On Asset (ROA)”. One of the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, namely PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, is the company used in this study. Purpose Sampling is used to collect samples to be used. This study used descriptive and verification techniques, quantitative secondary data, and documentation techniques which were accessed through the company's official website respectively. This study uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) to answer the problem formulation. Based on the findings of partial hypothesis testing (t-test), the CR and QR affect ROA, while the DER and TATO do not. If the CR, QR, DER and TATO affect ROA of 82.7% and the remaining 17.3% is influenced by factors other or external factors, the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) can be concluded.

Abstract

Firm value is significant since it is thought to impact investors' perceptions of the firm. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equality Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return on Assets on the Price to Book Value (PBV) at PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk from 2012 to 2021. The quantitative research technique was applied, using a descriptive and verification approach. Purposive sampling is used in this approach. Following the application of the classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing were performed. The findings revealed that CR, TATO, and ROA had a substantial beneficial influence on PBV, but DER had a negative effect on PBV. Simultaneous test results demonstrate that CR, DER, TATO, and ROA have a considerable impact on PBV, accounting for 94.1% of the total, with the remaining 5.9% affected by other variables.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of liquidity, solvency and activities on PT Pan Brothers Tbk's profitability for the period 2012-2021. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and confirmatory approaches. Data collection techniques using documented methods. The sampling technique used was targeted sampling. The data analyzes used are descriptive analysis, classical hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, certainty analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results are as follows. 1) Liquidity (CR) is partially unaffected and not material to profitability (ROA). 2) Solvency (DER) is partially unaffected and not material to profitability (ROA). 3) Activity (TATO) has partial impact. Impact on Profitability (ROA) 4) Liquidity (CR), Solvency (DER) and Activity (TATO) all have a significant impact on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud menguji Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian yang diambil yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan di PT Atamora Tehnik Makmur Jakarta sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan teknik sampel jenuh (non probability sampling) Menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian beberapa faktor berikut memengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan : Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil analisis uji F pada SPSS memperlihatkan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan koefisien korelasi simultan 0,738 menunjukkan jalinan kuat dan positif. Kontribusi Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sejumlah 54,4% dan 45,6% dipengaruhi variabel yang belum diteliti. Disimpulkan Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Employee performance is an assessment of work results, and the quality of thinking, behavior and achievements of individuals or teams in achieving organizational goals. This is important to determine the effectiveness and performance of the organization to determine the quality, efficiency and performance of the work carried out by each employee, as well as providing feedback and direction that can improve their performance. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this study was a total sample with a total of 30 respondents. In this study the entire population was sampled, so it is said to be a saturated sample.The research results show that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction influence employee performance partially or simultaneously with a coefficient of determination test value of 0.753 or 75% so it can be interpreted that 75% of CV. Lanupi (Y) employee performance can be explained by variables work motivation (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3).The research results show that: (1). Employee performance is in the poor category (2). Work Motivation is in the poor category (3) Work Environment is in the poor category (4). Job satisfaction is in the poor category (5). Partial research results show that work motivation influences employee performance (6).

Abstract

This research was conducted for problems that occurred at PT. Fengtay Indonesia Ent. namely low employee performance, this is characterized by a decline in employee performance which is assessed through IPT (Individual Performance Targets) and UPT (Unit Performance Targets) never reaching the IPT and UPT targets. Then the level of employee discipline decreases. These problems must of course be addressed immediately, because employees are one of the factors that can determine the success of a company. The aspects examined in this research are leadership style, work communication, and motivation. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. In this research, quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches are used to test whether there is an influence of leadership style, communication and motivation on the performance of PT employees. Fengtay Indonesia Enterprise. The results of this research show that with good leadership style, work communication, motivation, employee performance will increase and achieve targets.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama periode 2013-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan strategi pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi. Pendekatan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sample. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa (CR), (DER), (EPS), dan (PER) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa (CR), (DER), (EPS), dan (PER) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap harga saham PT Gudang Garam Tbk yaitu sebesar 93,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain sebesar 6,7%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Workload on Employee Performance at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia. In this study, the sample was employees at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia with a total sample of 30 people. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling technique (saturated sample), and data analysis tools using SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia, shows that Leadership has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Motivation also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Workload has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, such as Leadership Style, Motivation and Workload Together.
