Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru olahraga dan pelatih khususnya pada cabang sepak bola, agar mampu mengoptimalkan hasil latihannya, terutama pada teknik lemparan kedalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri satu Kayuagung sebanyak 120 siswa, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes fisik. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kelentukan togok dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola, dengan hasil “r” sebesar 0.70. Artinya kelentukan togok memberikan kontribusi pada lemparan kedalam sebesar 70%. Sedangkan power otot lengan dengan lemparan ke dalam “r” sebesar 0,79. Artinya power otot lengan memberikan kontribusi 79% terhadap lemparan kedalam. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif. Secara bersama-sama kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan ke dalam pada permainan sepak bola sebesar “R” 0,90. Artinya kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan secara bersama-sama memebrikan kontribusi sebesar 90% terhadap lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola. berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 KayuagungThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship togok flexibility and muscle power arm with a throw into the game of football, this research is expected to help teachers and sports coaches, especially at football, to be able to optimize the results of his training, especially on techniques throw into. The method used in this study is the correlation method. The study population was a class VIII student of the Junior High School Kayuagung total of 120 students, the study sample as many as 60 students. The technique of collecting data through physical tests. While the techniques of data analysis using correlation test using SPSS. The results obtained by the analysis of the data showed a positive relationship between flexibility togok to throw into the game of football, with the result "r" of 0.70. That is togok flexibility contributes to toss into by 70 %. While the muscle power arm with a throw-in "r" of 0.79. That is the power arm muscles contributes 79 % to throw into . The results of the processing and analysis of data shows that there is a positive relationship . Taken together togok flexibility and muscle power arm with a throw-in on the game of football "R" 0.90. That is togok flexibility and muscle power arm together memebrikan contribution of 90 % to throw into the game of football. based on these results we can conclude that there was a significant relationship togok flexibility and muscle power arm to throw into the men's soccer game eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kayuagung

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value. The method used is quantitative by conducting content analysis on Green Banking Disclosure items based on the Green Banking Disclosure Index developed by Bose, Khan, Rashid, & Islam (2018). Firm value is measured using the Tobins'q ratio. Regression analysis technique is used in performing statistical tests. The population in this study are all Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 to 2020 by providing criteria for the samples taken. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of Green Banking Disclosure on firm value in Islamic banking.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the condition of the low grades of students in the field of literacy at PKBM Huda Wan Nur. This is due to the lack of application of updated and digital platform-based learning media used by teachers in the teaching process, especially reading and writing literacy and writing local wisdom texts. This research is in the form of a qualitative descriptive which aims to improve student literacy, especially literacy with multiplatform media concepts that combine online and offline learning effectively at PKBM Huda Wan Nur, Langsa City. The subjects of this study were students and teachers of PKBM Huda Wan Nur Langsa City. The research was conducted by applying the Research Development method or the RD method. The data were analyzed by describing the questionnaire containing the Likert scale and the percentage of the product feasibility test. The results show that during the implementation of learning using multiplatform media, students' work at school is at a good level compared to before. Then, the results of students' ability to use multi-platform applications are at a good level for LMS, Google Meet, and Google Classroom, while for Youtube, zoom meetings, and Instagram are at a very good level. For this reason, it can be said that the development of reading and writing literacy with multi-flatform applications has succeeded in improving students' writing skills, especially local wisdom texts. This research is a new thing that was carried out at PKBM Huda Wan Nur and Langsa City by combining a literacy system with multi-platform digital media that is beneficial for the development of knowledge, especially writing texts for students. In addition, it is also useful for teachers to take the first step in developing students' literacy skills by using digital media.

Abstract

In the execution of an agreement, there are cases where parties are unable to fulfil their rights and obligations as agreed, resulting in a breach of contract, known as "wanprestasi" in Indonesian law. Breach of contract can be a cause for terminating the agreement, as stipulated in Article 1266 of the Civil Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata). The termination of an agreement due to a breach of contract has legal consequences, and the parties involved can claim their rights resulting from the cancellation, including the right to seek compensation for the losses suffered. This research aims to examine the compensation for the termination of an agreement due to a breach of contract. This research was a doctrinal law research based on a literature study. The approach method used in this research was the statute approach. In cases where an agreement is terminated due to breach of contract, the aggrieved party can file a claim for compensation, which includes costs (konsten), losses (schaden), and interest (interessen). However, the aggrieved party cannot claim compensation if the breach of contract occurred due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan berupaya melakukan inovasi dengan berbagai strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sehingga mampu mencetak output (lulusan) sumber daya yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing dalam menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah. Kurikulum merdeka saat ini merupakan salah satu opsi pilihan bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memulihkan krisis pembelajaran dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan strategi dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka agar tujuan yang diinginkan dalam kebijakan kurikulum merdeka dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis kurikulum merdeka dilakukan dengan cara penguatan sumber daya manusia, strategi pembelajaran intrakurikuler dan kokurikuler, strategi membangun komunikasi dan kolaborasi, serta mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keadaan sekolah. strategi kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis kurikulum merdeka dapat memulihkan krisis pembelajaran dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

This paper discusses the position of religion and the implementation of its teachings in the construction of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Pancasila as the fundamental basis for the Republic of Indonesia makes the principle of 'Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa' or translated as 'belief in the one and only God' as the main basis that animates the other four principles. As a consequence, the Republic of Indonesia must accept and put the values of the belief in the one and only God which is expressed in religious teachings, in all activities of the society, both in the private and in the public-country domain.In the private sphere, the state guarantees and protects citizens to embrace religion and worship based on religious teachings and beliefs. In the public sphere, the country gives an important religious position by placing religious values as the material source of all positive legal rules and as the ethical and moral foundation in the life of the nation and country hood. Also, the country must accommodate openly, freely, fairly, and in balance with religious-patterned aspirations to take part in country politics through social organizations and political parties. Religion does not integrate (fusion) into the country, but also the country does not separate from religion.

Abstract

This study is research that develops teaching materials for learning to write procedural texts based on local wisdom using the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) approach for seventh-grade students at MTs. The development of these teaching materials is an effort to innovate conventional teaching materials that have been used so far. This research aims to: (1) determine the needs of students and teachers in preparing teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach, (2) produce the development of teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach, (3) produce teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach that are valid and will be used in learning at MTs, and (4) improve the effectiveness of learning outcomes for seventh-grade students at MTs through the use of teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the stages of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) as follows: (1) Potential and Problems, (2) Data Collection, (3) Product Design, (4) Product Validation, (5) Product Revision, (6) Product Testing, and (7) Data Analysis and Reporting. Data collection in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The research instruments used were: (1) student needs questionnaire, (2) teacher needs questionnaire, (3) validation test questionnaire. The results of this study produced the development of teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach, with a material and media validity level ranging from 90.01% to 100.00%, and the product validity level was very feasible. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that there is a strong need for teaching materials for writing procedural texts based on local wisdom using the STEAM approach. The development of good teaching materials can serve as a model for teachers to carry out higher-quality learning. The teaching materials produced add to the reference of teaching materials that are feasible to be tested and further developed. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian yang mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics pada kelas VII MTs. Pengembangan bahan ajar merupakan upaya memberikan inovasi pada bahan ajar konvensional yang selama ini digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru dalam penyusunan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM, (2) menghasilkan produk pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM, (3) menghasilkan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM yang valid dan akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran di MTs, dan (4) meningkatkan keefektifan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII MTs melalui penggunaan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan penelitian model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) sebagai berikut: (1) Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Desain produk, (4) Validasi Produk, (5) Revisi Produk, (6) Uji Coba Produk, dan (7) Analisis Data dan Pelaporan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan angket. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu (1) angket kebutuhan siswa, (2) angket kebutuhan guru,( 3) angket uji validasi. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM, tingkat validitas materi dan media pada rentang 90,01% - 100,00% serta tingkat validitas produk sangat layak. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan kebutuhan akan bahan ajar menulis teks prosedur berbasis kearifan lokal dengan pendekatan STEAM sangat dibutuhkan. Pengembangan bahan ajar yang baik dapat menjadi model bagi guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lebih berkualitas. Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan menambah referensi bahan ajar yang layak untuk diujicobakan serta dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Cultural, social, personal, and psychological are consumer behavior factors in buying and selling transactions, especially buying and selling durian using the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village. In practice, buying and selling of durian using the bonded system is carried out by both parties when the fruit is still on the tree, so the quality and quantity are not known. The purpose of this study was to determine how much cultural, social, personal, and psychology influence the purchase decision for durian with the bonded system. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The population in this study were all durian farmers who were durian buyers with the bonded bond system in Lemahabang Village whose numbers were unknown or infinite. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula, which is a total of at least 100 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The results showed that partially cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors had a significant and positive effect and positive relationship between the independent variables on durian purchasing decisions with the bonded system. Simultaneously, culture, social, personal, and psychological factors influence on durian purchasing decisions with the results of f count of 45.106> f table of 2.47 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study focuses on the involvement of state actors in agrarian conflict. Various policies have been introduced in order to resolve the agrarian conflicts. However, the existence of these policies did not necessarily bring about positive changes in the subsequent years. From 2012 to 2022 (a decade), agrarian conflicts have become increasingly uncontrollable. Throughout the year 2022, there were at least 212 eruptions of agrarian conflicts in various investment and corporate-based business sectors. Permits, concessions, and land rights continued to be granted to companies, even though these companies had caused numerous agrarian conflicts within the community. The implementation of the rule of law concept has not been able to be fully realized as it should. The ongoing agrarian conflicts have demonstrated how the state acts based on power when directly dealing with the community. Using the theories of legitimacy and space production, the issues regarding agrarian conflicts and the state actors involved will be analyzed in-depth. Abstract

Financial reporting is a form of accountability and a critical component to maintaining transparency and accountability, and provides financial information as a basis for decision-making, building donor trust, assessing performance, and managing fundamental risks. The Gamping Great Mosque Foundation is a non-profit organization established to improve the governance of the Gamping Great Mosque to be more trustworthy, professional, and accountable. The condition of financial management at the Gamping Great Mosque Foundation, which has not been standardized is one of the obstacles in disclosing the foundation's financial statements. The purpose of the service activity is to provide knowledge and insight into preparing the Mosque's financial statements to the Gamping Great Mosque Foundation administrators in managing and reporting the foundation's finances. Service activities are carried out using lectures, training, discussion, and mentoring methods during the service period by involving the management and support staff of the Gamping Great Mosque Foundation. Service activities run according to the planned stages. However, the service team experienced obstacles with limited human resources to manage and report the finances of the Gamping Great Mosque Foundation.
