Abstract

Tannin is a polyphenol compound that is widely found in various types of plants. Polyphenol compounds can inhibit the corrosion rate of mild steel. This study aims to determine the effect of immersion time on tannins' ability to inhibit the corrosion rate of mild steel in 1M sulfuric acid. The method used is weight loss with immersion time variations of 2,4 and 6 hours, temperature variations of 313K, 333K, and 353K. The concentration variation used was 0; 250; 500; 750; 1000; 1250 ppm. From the research results, it was found that the immersion time affected tannins' ability to inhibit corrosion in mild steel. The highest efficiency was 71.07% at a concentration of 1250 ppm and 313K. The longer the immersion time, the lower the tannin ability to inhibit corrosion in mild steel.

Abstract

Ring-opening polymerization reaction is the best method for producing high molecular weight polymers. The stage of manufacture of PLA from lactic acid through the lactide ring opening reaction is carried out through three stages of the process ie polycondensation, depolymerization and polymerization. The polycondensation stage of lactic acid is the stage of oligomer formation. At the polycondensation stage, the oligomeric molecular weight is determined by the temperature, pressure, type and concentration of the catalyst used. The purpose of this research was to obtain the effect of polycondensation temperature without catalyst on oligomer recovery and side reactions of depolymerization. Polycondensation is done by pretreatment of lactic acid at 120oC for 1 hour. After that, the heating lactic acid at varying temperatures..OLLA yield at polycondensation temperature 150; 180; 200oC for 4 h and gradually (at 150 oC for 2 h and 180oC for 2 h) were 96.33; 85.36; 82.13 and 88.37% respectively. The higher  polycondensation temperature, the intramolecular interactions of the molecule as a side reaction was increasing.

Abstract

AbstractMinimum wage provisions in each region vary because each region has conditions of living needs that vary. Business owners in providing wages must be in accordance with the minimum wage policy regulations of the Regency / City Government. In practice, there are problems about providing wages below the minimum wage provision standard to an employee. In determining the amount of wages given by business owners to their employees based on considerations of risks and expertise of the work by employees. The provision of wages below the minimum by business owners due to the factor of not achieving daily sales of production goods of coffee shops, the risks and workload shouldered by employees is relatively low. Researchers legal using is empirical juridical, Approaches are made to analyze the legal regulations that apply effectively in society. The conclusion is the implementation of the minimum wage agreement at Raya Coffee coffee shop is carried out verbally between the coffee shop owner and employees. The minimum wage has not been effectively run by the business owner of the Raya Coffee shop business, the owner does not follow the governor's decision on the district minimum wage.Keywords: giving; minimum wage; raya coffeeAbstrakKetentuan upah minimum pada setiap daerah berbeda-beda dikarenakan setiap daerah memiliki kondisi kebutuhan hidup yang berbeda. Pemilik bisnis usaha dalam memberikan upah harus sesuai dengan peraturan kebijakan upah minimum Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota. Praktiknya, terdapat permasalahan ketenagakerjaan salah satunya mengenai pemberian upah di bawah standar ketentuan upah minimum kepada seorang karyawan. Dalam menentukan besarnya upah yang diberikan oleh pemilik usaha kepada karyawannya didasarkan dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan resiko dan keahlian pekerjaan yang dilakukan karyawan. Pemberian upah di bawah minimum oleh pemilik usaha bisnis karena faktor tidak tercapainya penjualan harian pada barang produksi dari warung kopi, terhadap resiko dan beban kerja yang dipikul oleh karyawan masih tergolong rendah. Dipergunakan metode yuridis empiris, pendekatan dilakukan untuk menganalisis peraturan hukum yang berlaku secara efektif dalam masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan perjanjian pemberian upah minimum di warung Raya Coffee dilakukan secara lisan antara pemilik warung kopi dan karyawan. Pemberian upah minimum belum efektif dijalankan oleh pihak pemilik usaha bisnis warung Raya Coffee, dalam hal ini pemilik warung kopi tidak mengikuti  keputusan gubernur tentang upah minimum kabupaten.Kata kunci: pemberian; upah minimum; raya coffee

Abstract

AbstractThis study, to find out "The process of releasing property in the application of rights to use building rights in the national lands agency office" to know that the removal of property rights is continued at the land office and the obstacles and the solution. Research methods approach sociological law. Data sources are acquired through several stages, including interviews and search of literature, data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and deduction withdrawal. Research shows that the owner gave property to the notary office in process, then registered it in the land office and then enrolled it in the land of the land office and the land became the land of the state, which then became the right by the name of the agency. The first problem was the absence of notice or information on this matter, and the second was that the land office could not solve the problem of disbursement of land rights because the company did not register the release. Land rights at the estate office. Permohonan Hak Guna Bangunan di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional untuk mengetahui proses pelepasan hak milik dilanjutkan di Kantor Pertanahan serta kendala dan solusinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan  pendekatan hukum  sosiologis.  Sumber  data  diperoleh  melalui  beberapa  tahapan,  antara  lain  melalui  wawancara  dan  penelusuran  kepustakaan, analisis  data  meliputi  reduksi   data,  penyajian   data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosesnya pemilik memberikan hak milik kepada kantor notaris, kemudian mendaftarkannya di kantor pertanahan dan kemudian mendaftarkannya di buku tanah kantor pertanahan dan tanah itu menjadi tanah negara, yang kemudian menjadi hak berdasarkan nama badan yang bersangkutan. Masalah pertama adalah tidak adanya pemberitahuan atau informasi tentang hal ini, dan yang kedua adalah bahwa kantor pertanahan tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah penyerahan hak atas tanah karena pihak-pihak yang terlibat yaitu perusahaan tidak mendaftarkan pelepasan hak atas tanah tersebut pada kantor pertanahan. Solusi yang ditawarkan Kantor Pertanahan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam proses pelepasan hak atas tanah, penting untuk melihat apa yang menjadi masalah utama dari pelepasan hak atas tanah.Kata kunci: hak milik; hak bangunan; tanah

Abstract

ABSTRACT A son born out of wedlock can inherit from his biological father and mother, considering the patrilineal kinship system adopted by his family. The research aims to understand the inheritance rights of an illegitimate son in the patrilineal kinship system and the inheritance rights of an illegitimate child after Supreme Court Decision No. 1037/K/SIP/1971. The qualitative research method explains complex issues. Findings indicate that in the patrilineal kinship system, an illegitimate son often faces inheritance discrimination despite having equal legal rights, with acceptance varying between cultures such as Bali and Batak. Court decisions strengthen the inheritance rights of illegitimate children, recognizing their legal relationships with parents and promoting inclusion and justice in the legal system.Keywords: Inheritance; Illegitimate ChildrenABSTRAKAnak laki-laki yang lahir dari luar perkawinan dapat memperoleh warisan dari ayah biologisnya dan ibunya, dengan mempertimbangkan sistem kekerabatan patrilineal yang dianut oleh keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kedudukan Hak waris anak Laki-laki Luar Kawin dalam sistem kekerabatan patrilineal dan Kedudukan hak waris anak luar kawin setelah putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1037/K/SIP/1971. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan masalah yang kompleks. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dalam sistem kekerabatan patrilineal, anak laki-laki luar kawin sering menghadapi diskriminasi hak waris meskipun secara hukum memiliki hak yang sama, dengan penerimaan yang bervariasi antara budaya seperti Bali dan Batak. Putusan Mahkamah Agung dan Mahkamah Konstitusi memperkuat hak waris anak luar kawin, mengakui hubungan hukum mereka dengan orang tua, meningkatkan inklusi dan keadilan dalam sistem hukum.Kata Kunci: Hak Waris;  Anak Luar Kawin

Abstract

Klanceng is one of the stingless bee species in Indonesia with the scientific name Tetragonula laeviceps. This bee species has sustainable economic values since it has a role as a pollinator. This species is also common in mountainous areas, including Merbabu Mountain, Central Java. Despite this bee being very common, information about potential distributions of this bee is very limited, and this information is needed for its management. This study aimed to model the potential habitat for T. laeviceps using species distribution modeling (SDM) with elevation, temperature, and humidity as predictors. The model was built based on the T. laeviceps occurrence points gained through field surveys, with a total of 23 sampling points. According to the model, most of the west parts of Merbabu Mountain were considered not suitable for T. laeviceps. This suitability is also similar to the north and south parts. This condition is in contrast to the areas that bordered with the Merbabu Mountain directly. Most areas adjacent to the Merbabu Mountain were having high and very high suitability for T. laeviceps. Regarding altitudinal distribution, T. laeviceps was limited at elevations of 1000 m.

Abstract

Unemployment continues to be a substantial obstacle in several nations, including Indonesia, especially for graduates of vocational high schools (SMK). This research examines the correlation between entrepreneurial preparedness and interest among SMK students in Bunyu Regency, a region characterized by distinctive economic circumstances. This study employed a quantitative method, utilizing descriptive correlational and causal-comparative designs. The study selected 141 students from SMK Negeri 1 Bunyu to represent three distinct academic programs. We meticulously designed questionnaires to collect data, which assessed several dimensions of entrepreneurial preparedness and inclination. The results indicate a strong positive relationship (r = 0.65, p < 0.05) between readiness and interest, with readiness being a significant predictor of interest (β = 0.55, p < 0.05). The findings emphasize the significance of including hands-on entrepreneurship education in the vocational curriculum to improve students' entrepreneurial abilities and decrease unemployment rates among graduates. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the need for focused educational initiatives that specifically target the prevailing economic realities and demands of certain industries. This research offers useful insights to policymakers and educators in developing targeted educational programs, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, and promoting sustainable economic growth among vocational school students in distant areas such as Bunyu Regency.

Abstract

Spodoptera litura Fabricius, an insect pest, is known to be highly detrimental to farmers for having a variety of host plants. The application of synthetic insecticides to eradicate pests has been proven to bring many negative impacts, especially regarding the cases of resistance and the presence of residues that are harmful to the environment. This study aims to study the effectiveness of potential bioactive compounds of Tigarun leaves (Crataeva nurvala Buch. Ham) as the biochemical insecticides of S. litura. Tigarun plant, widely used as traditional medicine, contains the potential bioactive compounds for bioinsecticides. The extraction process was carried out by maceration using methanol and ethyl acetate solvents, which were then identified for compound content through GCMS analysis. The bioassay method was performed using the test parameters of mortality and eating power of S. litura instar II larvae. The crude extracts from the two solvents obtained showed their effectiveness as bioinsecticides against S. litura instar II larvae. The highest efficacy occurred in the ethyl acetate extract using the contact poison method with the lowest LC50 value of 0.11. Both extracts were also able to reduce the appetite and provide sublethal effects on S. litura larvae. GCMS analysis indicated the presence of several compounds as insecticides in both Tigarun leaf extracts such as 1,2,3-Propanetriol (CAS) Glycerol; Tetradecanoic acid (CAS) Myristic acid; 9-Hexadecenoic acid; n-Hexadecanoic acid; oleic acid; Heneicosane; and Neophytadiene and several other compounds. This study recommends Tigarun leaf extract (C. nurvala) ethyl acetate with the contact method as a natural insecticide against S. litura.

Abstract

Pertanggungjawaban pelaporan keuangan menjadi perkara penting untuk Yayasan Masjid Agung Gamping Sleman dalam rangka mempertanggungjawabkan dana yang diperoleh dari umat untuk kepentingan umat. Untuk Menyusun pelaporan yang akuntabel maka diperlukan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang terdokumentasi rapi dan tertib. Namun demikian, pengurus menyadari bahwa masih dirasakan ada kelemahan. Meskipun Yayasan telah berusaha menyusun pelaporan keuangan, tetapi hasilnya belum mampu menyusun laporan keuangan terstandar sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas merupakan transaksi yang vital bagi pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan masjid Transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas mencerminkan aliran kas yang ada di masjid dan pada ujungnya akan mencerminkan pula kinerja Yayasan masjid sehingga sangat diperlukan pengelolaan transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang sesuai dengan standar. Sementara yang terjadi di masjig Agung Gamping transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kasnya masih belum terkelola dengan baik dan memadai. Oleh karena itu Program pendampingan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dengan melakukan pengembangan sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas sekaligus yang terkomputerisasi agar proses penyusunan laporan khususnya penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas tertib dan rapi. Sebelum dilakukan pelatihan tim pengabdi akan melakukan observasi awal terkait sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang berlaku di Yayasan, selanjutnya tim pengabdi akan mendesain dan mengembangkan sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas secara terkomputerisasi. Setelah itu dilakukan uji coba sekaligus pendampingan pelatihan penggunaan sistem. Pelatihan ini akan dilakukan secara berkala dan terjadwal melalui pemberian materi serta pendampingan penyusunan oleh tim pengabdi Departemen Pendidikan Akuntansi FEB UNY. Pendampingan pengembangan sistem dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem ini diharapkan memudahkan pengurus dalam pengelolaan aliran kas secara terstandar dan transparan serta mampu meningkatkan kemandirian pengurus dalam mengelola data keuangan sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi keungan secara transparan, objektif, akurat, auditable, dan yang bermanfaat bagi para penggunanya

Abstract

One of the most prominent educational institutions that shaped the societal development of Indonesia as of today, would be Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school that spread nationwide. The existence of pesantren has managed to help open more doors in advancing women’s education, but such achievement came with many challenges that put other women’s rights in jeopardy. Discrimination, sexual violence, and the imbalance of power relations cause mayhem to women’s rights, not only in terms of education but also for their religious freedom. This paper provides a qualitative study on the challenges that women faced in Pesantren conducted through observation and study of cases. A gender perspective is needed in order to ensure the protection of women in Pesantren.
