Abstract

At a spreading time of the Covid-19 virus around the world, the companies across Indonesia were affected because of the Covid-19 such as hard to adapt and many are struggling to protect their employees from losing their jobs. The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises or UMKM in Indonesia is one of the most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. With many shopping centers, food stalls and other industries that must close due to Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to break the chain of the spreading of the COVID-19 virus, causing many UMKM industry players switch to do selling through digital marketing. This study aimed to (a) determine the effect of digital marketing on the purchase decision for Warung Makan Bebek Gledek during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Jakarta. (b) determine the effect of price on the purchase decision for Warung Makan Bebek Gledek during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Jakarta. (c) determine the effect of digital marketing and price on the purchase decision for Warung Makan Bebek Gledek in East Jakarta. The method used was quantitative research, which involves 60 respondents as a sample using a questionnaire. Thecollected data were scored and then analyzed using the SPSS (Statical Program For Social Science) 26.0 for Windows program. The results showed that the effect of digital marketing and price on the purchase decision of Warung Makan Bebek Gledek during theCovid-19 pandemic in East Jakarta based on the coefficient of determination test showed the amount of 51,3%. The rest was affected by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide strengthening of indigenous governance structures based on local wisdom in protecting the territorial rights of Indigenous Peoples. The research method can be grouped into the realm of socio-legal research, namely the type of socio-legal research, so the approach used is the non-doctrinal approach method.  The results show that the strengthening of indigenous government structures based on local wisdom has been implemented in the Republic of Indonesia and has received protection guarantees, but the regulation of the existence of indigenous government structures in strengthening the territorial rights of indigenous peoples has not been answered properly. Recognition of smaller community unit areas cannot only be guaranteed by using policies alone, the existence of indigenous government structures in villages / customary territories / other names is not just formed but is influenced by genelogical-territorial so that regional ties and blood descent structures are very strong. Legal requirements Article 97 Paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Village Law explain that the establishment of an adat village must fulfill the following requirements: the existence of a customary law community unit along with its traditional rights that are actually still alive, whether territorial, genelogical, or functional in nature and the existence of customary government institutions.  The implications of this research suggest that for the effective protection of Indigenous Peoples' territorial rights, a more comprehensive legal and policy framework is needed that recognizes and supports the complex genealogical and territorial structures of customary governance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the results of the Development Plan Deliberation in Nambo Jaya Village, Karawaci District, Tangerang City. The theoretical concept used to carry out the analysis is related to George Edward's implementation theory using communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure variables. As a result of this research, information was obtained that budget limitations were one of the causes of the failure to realize 75 proposals from the development planning deliberation. Determining the priority scale is not determined by the urgency and needs of the community but is determined by budget limitations, so that the results of the verification carried out by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service and the Tangerang City Regional Development Planning Agency are only 2 proposals resulting from the Musrenbang which will be realized in 2023 for the construction of road infrastructure. environment and development of the Sabi River Retaining Sheet. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Quick Ratio (QR) on Return On Assets (ROA) moderated by Firm Size and their impact on Price Earning Ratio (PER). The study uses companies in the banking subsector listed on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2020 as the object. The data are secondary, collected from company annual reports. Samples were chosen purposively, obtaining 25 companies with complete financial reporting, resulting in 225 samples. Analysis methods include descriptive analysis, classical assumptions testing, moderated regression analysis (MRA), multiple linear regression, partial testing (t-test), and simultaneous testing (F-test). Results show that LDR has a significant effect on ROA; QR has no significant effect on ROA; together LDR and QR significantly affect ROA simultaneously. Firm Size does not moderate the relationship between LDR and ROA, nor between QR and ROA. ROA has no significant effect on PER.

Abstract

Wayang is a Javanese cultural es-sence inherited hereditary, not just a spectacle and a guide how people should behave in life, but also an order that must dititeni kanti tliti (which is an all natural law that needed to be regularly and judi-ciously adder-ssed) kasunyatan towards and achieve real life. Java for men (men who understand the true) is a way of life puppets, how they behave with others and how aware essence as human beings and how they can relate to the creator.  Now a social function for the Javanese wayang has shifted and changed, especially for urban com-munities who consume urban mass culture. Formerly a puppet show and guidance, now they see the puppet confined to enjoy an entertainment. It is very different from an agrarian society tiggal Javanese rural, social function puppets as educational media, ritual, entertainment and information is often held, for example, for this ritual, the village clean, and Ruwatan. Even so if we want to look more deeply, in fact the presence of a puppet in the life of Javanese society is still very strong. In his subconscious, attitude and mindset of Javanese society is still very close to the puppet either visually or philosophy. This can be seen from the emergence of puppet forms that apply to the various fields of life. This paper discusses the above issues, namely the shifting function and the role of puppets in contem-porary Javanese life of the com-munity. Dig up some possible affinity with the Javanese wayang both visually and the philosophy, views of behavior and thought patterns in several aspects of social life, including in the art world recent practice. Keywords: Puppet, Javanese so-ciety, global culture, art.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia. Sekitar 40% pekerja atau pelaku usaha mengalami perubahan pendapatan. Hal ini sedikit banyak mempengaruhi kemampuan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan pekarangan dan limbah rumah tangga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga melalui budidaya lele. Pelaksanaan program dibagi ke dalam tiga tahap, yaitu pelatihan warga, pendampingan, dan evaluasi.Pelatihan warga meliputi pelatihan budidaya lele dan kangkung secara hidroponik menggunakan pot dan pelatihan pembuatan pakan lele dari limbah rumah tangga. Pendampingan dilakukan secara berkala setiap minggu hingga lele bisa dipanen. Evaluasi dilakukan di akhir kegiatan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan potensi teknologi untuk dikomersilkan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa budidaya lele dan kangkung menggunakan pot dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga dengan harga yang murah. Desain teknologi kolam portabel dari pot ini juga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai industri rumah tangga. Pakan lele dari limbah rumah tangga mampu menekan biaya pakan dalam budidaya lele hingga 20% dengan nilai rasio konversi pakan (FCR) sebesar 1.11 atau efisiens pakan hingga  90%. Pakan lele ini membantu pengurangan sampah sisa makanan dan sampah dapur hingga 100%.

Abstract

The practice of money politics is one type of electoral and regional election crime. In practice, not all money politics cases can proceed to the Courts. For example,based on data from the Bawaslu of Central Java Province, the number of alleged money politics in the 2019 election was 66 cases. Of the 66 cases that can be processed to court, only 5 cases. This can be stated that so far law enforcement against cases of money political practices in elections has not been optimal. Therefore, repressive and preventive efforts are needed. One of the preventive efforts as carried out by the Sedulur Sikep community living in Baturejo Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency. This community applies the concept of "ngugemi ajaran leluhur" which contains ancestral principles and teachings to reject money politics. This study is interesting because currently the values of local wisdom are starting to fade but the people of Sedulur Sikep are still implementing and maintaining the values of local wisdom. The urgency of this research is as a reference or input for the government or related institutions in the context of conceptualizing the prevention of money politics in elections. The results of this study concluded that the concept of "ngugemi ajaran leluhur" containing ancestral principles and teachings is still applied and used as a guideline for life by the Sedulur Sikep community until now. The Sedulur Sikep community's rejection of money politics in elections is based on its adherence to ancestral principles and teachings.

Abstract

Dari observasi di kelas dan beberapa anak di sekolah bahwasannya kegiatan belajar mengajar, interaksi guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar hanya satu arah dan monoton yakni dari guru saja sehingga mudah bosan dan tidak konsentrasi dalam belajar. Penyampaian materi disini pengantarnya menggunakan ceramah, tidak ada kegiatan diskusi di kelas, sehingga aktifitas siswa terbatas dalam mencatat materi yang di jelaskan guru, mengerjakan tugas dari guru dan sesekali menjawab pertanyaan dari guru bila di tunjuk untuk bertanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tidakan (action research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pembelajaran di kelas. Didalam pelaksanaan ini mengacu kepada rancangan beberapa siklus I dan II meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari hasil perbaikan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan dapat ditarik simpulan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi proses Kerjasama Regional Asia Tenggara (ASEAN), peningkatan ini terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus siswa tuntas sebanyak 10 orang (55,56%) meningkat pada siklus 1 sebanyak 12 orang (66,67%) dan pada siklus meningkat menjadi 17 orang (94,44%).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop android game-based learning media “Go Accounting” in trading company accounting learning (2) reveal the feasibility of the develop learning media according to material experts, media experts, teachers, and student. This study is research and development that refers to the ADDIE model. The subjects of the trial are the students of class XI accounting of vocational high school. The data collection is done through interviews and questionnaire. The instruments used are interview guide, expert validation questionnaire, teacher response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire. The feasibility of the develop learning media is analyzed using the quantitative 5 category conversion. The result of this study is Android game-based learning media “Go Accounting”. The development of learning media is feasible according to material experts, media experts, teachers, and students each of whom subsequently gave a score of 4.18, 4.35, 4.70, and 4.22.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahuipengaruh Pengendalian Intern terhadap Perilaku EtisKaryawan, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepatuhanterhadap Perilaku Etis Karyawan, (3) untukmengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi Manajemen terhadapPerilaku Etis Karyawan, (4) untuk mengetahuipengaruh Pengendalian Intern, Kepatuhan danKompensasi Manajemen terhadap Perilaku Etis KaryawanPT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal komparatif(Causal-Comparative Research) dengan unit analisisyang diteliti adalah karyawan yang terdapat padaPT Adi Satria Abadi Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasukpenelitian survei dengan jumlah sampelsebanyak 70 karyawan. Kuesioner di uji validitas danreliabilitasnya sebelum melakukan pengumpulan datapenelitian. Alat uji yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yangmeliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitasdan uji linearitas. Metode analisisdata yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhanadan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PengendalianIntern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapPerilaku Etis Karyawan, yang ditunjukkan dengannilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,470, koefisiendeterminasi (R2) sebesar 0,221 dan nilai thitung> ttabelpada taraf siginifikansi 5% yaitu 4,390 > 1,995.Kepatuhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapPerilaku Etis Karyawan, yang ditunjukkandengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,426,koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,181 dan nilaithitung> ttabel pada taraf siginifikansi 5% yaitu 3,883 >1,995. Kompensasi Manajemen berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Etis Karyawan,yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R)sebesar 0,469, koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar0,220 dan nilai thitung> ttabel pada taraf siginifikansi5% yaitu 4,382 > 1,995. Pengendalian Intern,Kepatuhan dan Kompensasi Manajemen secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Perilaku Etis Karyawan, yang ditunjukkandengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar0,614, koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,377 dannilai Fhitung> Ftabel pada taraf siginifikansi 5% yaitu13,325 > 2,743.Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Intern, Kepatuhan,Kompensasi Manajemen, Perilaku Etis Karyawan
