Abstract

Pendahuluan: Keterlambatan perkembangan terjadi karena kesalahan dalam memberikan stimulasi. Melakukan stimulasi yang memadai artinya merangsang otak balita sehingga perkembangan kemampuan gerak, bicara dan bahasa, sosialisasi dan kemandirian pada balita berlangsung secara optimal sesuai dengan umur anak.Pemberian stimulasi kolase dapat merangsang koordinasi mata tangan yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pengaruh stimulasi Kolase terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD/TK wilayah Kecamatan curup selatan Rejang lebong tahun 2024 .Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian yaitu eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan pretest and post test design with control group. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling sebanyak42 anak paud /TK..21 kelompok intervensi stimulasi kolase, 21 kelompok kelompok kontrol intervensi tracing. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon dan uji man whitney.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian uji Wilcoxon ada pengaruh pemberian Stimulasi Kolase terhadap perkembangan motoric halus PAUD/TK dengan p value = 0,000 (<0,05) terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah stimulasi kolase. Dan hasil statistik yaitu uji man whitney didapat nilai p value 0,015 < 0,05 ini berarti lebih efektif pemberian stimulasi kolase dari pada stimulasi tracing terhadap perkembangan anak paud/ TK.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi atau disebut juga tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu peningkatan tekanan darah di dalam arteri, salah satunya dapat disebabkan karena penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pemakaian suntik KB 3 bulan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita usia subur di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kelobak. Metode: Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi Wanita Usia Subur menggunakan KB aktif pada tahun 2023 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kelobak dan sampel berjumlah 92 WUS pengguna KB yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p=0,025 (p<0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan suntik KB 3 bulan dengan kejadian hipertensi dengan OR= 4.105, artinya responden yang menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan berpeluang hipertensi sebesar 4.105 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang tidak menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara KB suntik 3 bulan dengan kejadian hipertensi sehingga disimpulkan ada hubungan pemakaian suntik KB 3 bulan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita usia subur di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kelobak. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi informasi dan alat pembelajaran yang berhubungan tentang kontrasepsi mempengaruhi tekanan darah.

Abstract

Background: The cervical cancer poses a significant global health threat with a noteworthy prevalence rate. Early detection through Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) has proven effective in reducing mortality rates and improving patient prognosis. However, the implementation of this early detection method stil faces challenges. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of VIA in the province of Jambi and devise improvement strategies. Method: A mixed-method approach was carried out, combining quantitative analysis through the assessment of Primary Health Centers (Puskesmas) and qualitative analysis through interviews with stakeholders. Results: The evaluation of IVA implementation reveals positive assessments in input (54.8% excellent, 37% good) and process (72.6% excellent, 27.4% good). There was variations in output were observed with 58.9% excellent, 21.9% good, 13.7% fair, and 5.5% unsatisfactory. However, improvements were still needed in input quality and program implementation to enhance overall output results. Conclusion: It is recommended to increase regional monitoring efforts, cooperation and partnerships, participation of community leaders, mass outreach and campaigns, increased budget allocation and supervision Keywords: Cervical Cancer; Early Detection; Evaluation Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to describe the traditional dengkak game in stimulating early childhood development in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. Sources of data in this study were the community, parents, PAUD teachers and children aged 5-6 years in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. Dengkak traditional games in developing the potential of early childhood in the aspect of religious moral values there is the ability to behave well, get used to behaving well, sportsmanship, respect and honesty, accustom children to express gratitude, 2. Dengkak traditional games in development the potential of early childhood on the physical motoric aspect includes gross and fine motor skills, 3. Dengkak's traditional games develop the potential of early childhood on the cognitive aspect, there are learning and problem solving abilities, logical thinking, and symbolic thinking 4. Dengkak's traditional games develop potential of early childhood in the aspect of language there is the ability to understand language and express language, 5. Dengkak traditional games in developing early childhood potential in the social-emotional aspect there is the ability of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for oneself and others, and prosocial behavior, 6. Dengkak traditional games in developing the potential of early childhood in the artistic aspects of the ability to draw various forms. Thus, the traditional dengkak game has the potential to develop aspects of early childhood in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of the Mudharbah System funds based on PSAK No. 105 on BMT Insan Mulia. This writing uses a quantitative descriptive method through observation, interviews and documentation studies. So from this research, findings indicate that the management of mudharabah funds is based on PSAK No. 105. Berkah Savings are deposits that use Mudharabah contracts, customers are not only limited to depositing funds, but also allow the BMT to manage them in order to achieve profits. The profits are divided between the BMT and the members according to the contract. The profit or profit is distributed every month according to the agreement, as for the profit-sharing ratio on Berkah deposits between customers and BMT is 10:90, Qurban deposits are deposits that use Mudharabah contracts, customers are not only limited to depositing funds, but also allow BMT to manage them in order to achieve profit. The profit is divided between the BMT and the customer according to the contract. The profit or profit is distributed every month according to the agreement, as for the profit-sharing ratio on Qurban deposits between customers and BMT is 30:70, Education Savings are deposits that use Mudharabah contracts, members are not only limited to depositing funds, but also allow the BMT to manage it in order to achieve profit. The profit is divided between the BMT and the customer according to the contract. The profit or profit is distributed every month according to the agreement, while the profit sharing ratio on Education savings between customers and BMT is 30:70, Term Deposits are deposits that use Mudharabah contracts, members are not only limited to depositing funds, but also allow BMT to manage it in order to achieve profit. Deposit funds can be withdrawn after the deposit period has expired or is due, i.e. options of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, up to 12 months, with the profit-sharing ratio between the customer and the BMT is 40:60 (for those 3 & 6 Months) and 45:55 (for 9 and 12 Months).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of time budget pressure, internal locus of control and external locus of control on audit judgment. This research is quantitative research and uses a questionnaire which is distributed to respondents. The selection of respondents was based on a purposive sampling technique on 58 auditors at the Aceh Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Representative office. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Simultaneously the time budget pressure, internal locus of control and external locus of control abilities influence the audit judgment. Furthermore the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the time budget pressure has a positive abilities influence on audit judgment, internal locus of control has a negative abilities influence on audit judgment, external locus of control has a positive abilities influence on audit judgment.

Abstract

Joint gymnastics is a complementary therapy that can help reduce pain and increase joint flexibility for people with gout arthritis (gout). This journal discusses the effectiveness of joint exercises in improving the quality of life of people with gout, the method of implementing the exercises, and the benefits obtained from this exercise. Based on the results of community service activities in RT 06 Ponorogo Village, joint exercises are proven to help reduce pain and increase the flexibility of the participants' joints

Abstract

This research aims to determine the conditions of loading activities on people's cruise ships regarding the cargo of cement packing bags on people's cruises, and the cement packing bag transportation system on people's cruise ships that is in accordance with guidelines by referring to the principles of handling and regulation. In this research, primary and secondary data collection methods were used. Quantitative descriptive research is used to solve problems regarding the conditions of loading activities at ports and public shipping vessels on cement packing bags on public shipping ships and the cement packing bag transportation system on public shipping ships which refers to the principles of cargo handling and management. Based on the results of questionnaire calculations, the conditions of loading activities on people's shipping vessels regarding cement packing bag cargo on people's shipping, depend on human resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as health and safety, while the results of observations on several activities of the transportation and stopping system on people's shipping vessels must be taken into account. regarding the stowage plan, there is preparation of the loading space/cleaning of holds in the cement bag loading rack, which is not properly coordinated by the officer in charge/officer, the stability of the ship needs to be considered, the condition and location of the loading and unloading equipment, the volume of the loading space and the carrying capacity of the ship, Destination port of cargo, quantity, weight, type and nature of cargo in each hold. The author made observations on 6 ships.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the causes of the KM Reski People's Shipping Ship Accident in the waters of Balang Caddi Island-Pangkajene Islands. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative and qualitative description. In this research, the sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, in this case all those on board the people's shipping vessels in the waters of Balang Caddi Island-Pangkajene Islands. The data collection method used in this research is an interview, which is unstructured but at a minimum the researcher uses a plan of questions to be asked as an interview guide. Based on the results of interviews by 35 respondents, in this case passengers, ship owners and captains, by asking questions with three indicators, namely related to safety equipment, decisions on safety regulations, and education and knowledge of human resources, it turns out that after interviews were conducted and analyzed, these three indicators were said to be low/fair, this is said to be the result of the KM Reski ship accident in the waters of Balang Caddi Island, due to lack of knowledge and lack of availability of safety equipment. .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of loading and unloading operational services at the New Makassar Container Terminal. The method that will be used in the research is qualitative by collecting primary and secondary data, then referring to several relevant literature studies, articles and research journals. Based on the analysis above, the efficiency and effectiveness of container loading and unloading activities at the new terminal is effective because the port is divided into two terminals, 60% of ship visits are at Soekarno Hatta (terminal 1) 40% of ship visits are at Makassar new port (Terminal 2), port selection is based on stakeholders, choose the next port, accessibility, distance, and road conditions/congestion at certain access points. The manager loses if the accumulation takes a long time, this is the maximum holding time for coins is 5 days, while the storage accumulation costs are 1 to 5 days with a cost of 18 thousand, if it exceeds the maximum day then there is a fine for storage accumulation with a calculation of 18 thousand per day with a maximum of 10 days. and if it exceeds 10 days, the fine will be increased to 32 thousand per day. The effectiveness of the workforce and infrastructure at the Makassar New Port terminal is very adequate.
