Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) to find out and explain partially the influence of leadership behavior on the quality of population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency; 2) to find out and explain there is a partial influence of employee work motivation on the quality of population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency; 3) to find out and explain there is a simultaneous influence between leadership behavior and employee work motivation on the quality of population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency. Quantitative descriptive research method approach with survey research type that explains the caesal relationship and conduct hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis approach. The results showed that:1) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership behavior on service quality at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency, which means that the better the behavior of a leader, the better the quality of service; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on service quality at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency, which means that the increase in employee motivation, the better the service provided; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership behavior and work motivation on the quality of service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Boalemo Regency, which means that the increase in employee work motivation, the better the service provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervisory function of DPRD in APBD management in order to realize good governance in Gorontalo Province and to determine the factors that hinder DPRD's supervisory function in APBD management in order to realize good governance in Gorontalo Province.. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In this study there are two sources of data, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques in this study are: data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The results of the research show that the DPRD's supervisory function in managing the APBD in order to realize good governance in Gorontalo province has been running as it should. Aspects of the DPRD's supervisory function in the management of the APBD have been running quite well, it can be seen from: (1) Supervision Standards, in general the DPRD's supervisory function has been carried out. Although repressive supervision has not really been implemented. (2) Evaluation of Supervision Results has been carried out in accordance with the basis of supervision and control. The DPRD's efforts in carrying out the evaluation of the monitoring results can be seen from several policy decisions which after being criticized have resulted in policy changes. (3) Information Disclosure has been carried out by the Gorontalo Provincial DPRD, although publication efforts as a form of implementing the provisions of the law in which public information must be easily accessible by the public has not been confirmed by the DPRD

Abstract

ABSTRACT Reading is one of many ways to acquire information, where people can find it from television and internet. As reading dominates all activities in the English subject, the language. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. In qualitative research there are various kinds of research, and this research is included in case study research, namely making detailed observations of the objects that have been raised in the formulation of the problem and are expected to solve the problems that occur.The results of the study show that 1) the application of the hamlet budget management policy in Batudaa sub-district has been running well. With the hamlet budget implemented by Batudaa Sub-district, it has been implemented well by the Regency Authority, inspectorate, sub-district, Head of PMD, as well as residents including evaluating the results of the application of the sports profession, assessing the deed of responsibility for air, assessing the implementation of community empowerment activities; 2) The encouragement aspect in the hamlet budget management policy in Batudaa District, Gorontalo Regency, as follows: communication, human resources, in the hamlet budget management policy has been implemented well. communication is carried out starting from the hamlet regime level, sub-district level to district level. The communication is carried out in the form of coordination meetings and assessment meetings. Executive records or actions, the bureaucracy has been carried out well.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) Knowing and analyzing the optimization of the roles and functions of village government. (2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that determine and hinder the optimization of the role and function of the village government. This research is a research with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely examining, analyzing and decrypting the data. The informants in this study were 33 people consisting of: Camat, District Secretary, Head of BPD, Sangadi, Village Secretary, Head of Financial Affairs, and Head of Government Section. Research Results: (1) The roles and functions of local government have been optimal. For the role of the village government in the implementation of government in the village, both as a dynamist, catalyst, and pioneer, it has been going well or has been optimal based on the results of interviews that have been conducted. Meanwhile, the function of the village government is in development planning, village government administration; and Village financial management, has been running well or has been optimal based on the results of interviews that have been conducted; (2) Government policy factors that most influence the optimization of village government roles and functions, with the consideration that human resources (apparatus), budget (finance), facilities and infrastructure all depend on government policies (central, provincial and district). Suggestions: (1) In order to optimize the roles and functions of the village government, a higher quality of human resources is needed. (2) The government can provide future policies regarding the functions and roles of village government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of Gorontalo Police Service in improving community vaccination discipline in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the strategy of Gorontalo Police Service was running well through the Determination of Service Standards, Information and Openness, Preference and Counseling, Leading Personnel Practices, Effective Complaints Unit, Use of Information and Communication Technology. The strategy of Gorontalo Police Service has been able to improve community vaccination discipline in the Covid-19 pandemic era, but daily achievements have not met the expected target. Constraints faced 1) Limited human resources, 2) Lack of mobilization facilities, 3) Lack of public awareness for vaccination. It is recommended that the Gorontalo Police Resources Department carry out technical guidance on an ongoing basis for the management and administration of Covid-19 vaccination services in Gorontalo Regency. People who have received vaccinations are expected to remain disciplined in maintaining the 5M health protocol, washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and limiting mobility. People who have not received vaccinations are expected with self-awareness to immediately go to referral places to get vaccination services

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) The application of an accrual-based agency accounting system as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency; 2) What are the factors that influence the application of the accrual-based agency accounting system (SAIBA) in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency This study uses research conducted using a qualitative approach while the type of research used in this thesis research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of the accrual-based agency accounting system has been carried out well. Judging from the relevance indicator. the implementation of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP) at the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency has been based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010, and is compiled in full which consists of reports 2) Application of accrual-based agency accounting systems as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial statements in The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency includes human resources, socialization.
