Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Determinasi Kinerja Karyawan dan Keterikatan Karyawan: Analisis Motivasi, Kompensasi, Disiplin dan Mentoring pada Perusahaan Kargo Domestik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu literature review, penelitian ini menyintesis temuan dari berbagai artikel akademik terindeks internasional yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel-artikel terindeks internasional bereputasi melalui basis data seperti Scopus, Web of Science, Emerald, Springer, dan Google Scholar. Literatur yang dipilih dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian data dalam bentuk matriks, serta sintesis komparatif untuk menemukan pola, kesamaan, dan perbedaan antar penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Kompensasi, Disiplin dan Mentoring berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung melalui Keterikatan Karyawan pada Perusahaan Kargo Domestik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses related to factors that influence employee performance, especially in aviation companies in Indonesia. The approach used in this literature review study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used is a literature study or review of relevant previous articles published between 2021 and 2026. The technique used in this literature review is comparative analysis. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach came from previous studies relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2-Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta 2-5 Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, and digital reference books. Abstract

Indonesia faces a significant gap in achieving its New and Renewable Energy (NRE) mix target of 23% by 2025. The biomass co-firing program in existing coal-fired power plants (CFPPs) has emerged as a flagship strategy for PT PLN (Persero) to accelerate this transition. However, the program's success is jeopardized by fundamental challenges within the biomass supply chain. The current supply chain is characterized by a fragmented, point-to-point model that has proven inefficient and gives rise to systemic issues, including high logistics costs, supply uncertainty, and a failure of upstream quality control, exemplified by sawdust moisture content frequently exceeding 45%. This research aims to (1) empirically analyze the weaknesses of the existing supply chain at four major CFPPs in Java, (2) design an optimized supply chain framework using a hub-and-spoke model, and (3) develop a techno-economic model for standardizing transportation tariffs. The research methodology integrates field surveys with quantitative modeling, employing a Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC) approach based on Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 60 of 2019 as the foundation for a cost simulator. The analysis confirms that the current point-to-point model is uneconomical due to extreme travel distances (up to 380 km), low asset utilization (50% load factor), and misaligned incentive structures. The proposed hub-and-spoke model is designed for hubs to function as centers for aggregation, pre-processing (drying, densification), quality control (in accordance with SNI 8675:2018), and buffer stocking. The VOC simulation validates the economic feasibility of this model, demonstrating significant cost savings through economies of scale (use of large-capacity trucks) and route optimization. This study concludes that the adoption of a hub-and-spoke model is a strategic prerequisite for the sustainability of the co-firing program. Policy recommendations include the implementation of a pilot project, the restructuring of procurement contracts based on the VOC model, and government incentives for hub development.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya para tenaga kerja dan generasi muda, mengenai pentingnya budaya kerja yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada inovasi dalam menghadapi tantangan Era Society 5.0. Era ini menuntut sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis, tetapi juga mampu bersikap profesional, kreatif, serta memiliki nilai-nilai kerja yang tangguh. Melalui metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan interaktif, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan pendidikan dan komunitas kerja lokal dengan melibatkan narasumber dari kalangan akademisi dan praktisi industri. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi etos kerja, disiplin, tanggung jawab, integritas, serta kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi dan perubahan sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep budaya kerja unggul dan urgensinya dalam pengembangan SDM yang berkualitas. Respon positif peserta juga mencerminkan antusiasme dan kesiapan untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan profesional mereka. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan SDM unggul yang siap bersaing dan berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang cerdas dan berdaya saing tinggi di era digital ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat, terutama pelaku UMKM, dalam memanfaatkan promosi digital sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan dan menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam pola pemasaran dan perilaku konsumen, sehingga pelaku usaha perlu mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan penggunaan media digital sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif. Namun demikian, masih terdapat banyak pelaku usaha yang belum memahami secara maksimal penggunaan media sosial dan platform digital dalam mendukung kegiatan pemasaran usaha. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara online melalui Zoom Meeting pada tanggal 17 April 2026 pukul 08.30–11.00 WIB dan diikuti oleh 40 peserta yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat umum. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta sesi tanya jawab mengenai strategi pemasaran digital, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk bisnis, dan teknik penyusunan konten promosi yang menarik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya promosi berbasis digital dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Selain itu, peserta juga memperoleh motivasi untuk mulai menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dalam usaha yang dijalankan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung perkembangan usaha dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The Argo Parahyangan train is one of the services provided by PT.KAI (Persero) with Jakarta-Bandung relation is much in demand by the public. The newly commencement Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train, with a short time of 36-44 minutes, a maximum capacity of 601 passengers, and a ticket price similar to the Argo Parahyangan train make new competition with the Argo Parahyangan train. This study aims to determine the characteristics and factors influencing modal shifts and calculate the probability of switching Argo Parahyangan train passengers to the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection method used in this research is conducting an online interview survey using revealed preference and stated preference techniques. The total sample in this study was 165 respondents on the results of the slSlovinormula calculation of total Argo Parahyangan Train Passengers in one week mode shift analysis using the binomial logit analysis.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in supporting community economic growth; however, they still face various challenges in digital marketing. The problems encountered by chip-producing MSMEs in Kasomalang Kulon Village, Kasomalang District, Subang Regency include limited understanding of digital marketing, underutilization of social media as a promotional tool, insufficient skills in creating digital marketing content, the absence of a well-planned branding strategy, and limited market reach. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the digital literacy of MSME owners, enhance their ability to use social media for business promotion, develop their digital content creation skills, expand market reach, and increase business competitiveness. The program was conducted offline through socialization, training sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice on April 17, 2026, at Kasomalang Kulon Tourism Village, Subang Regency. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts, the effective use of social media for product promotion, techniques for creating attractive product photos and videos, and the importance of branding in business development. In addition, participants gained insights into digital marketing strategies that can be utilized to expand the market reach of their chip products. The program had a positive impact on strengthening the capacity of MSME owners to develop more competitive businesses, adapt to technological advancements, and pursue sustainable market expansion.

Abstract

Mobilitas cerdas (smart mobility) merupakan salah satu dimensi dalam pengembangan smart city, terutama di kota metropolitan seperti Jakarta. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa kondisi urbanisasi cepat, dominasi kendaraan pribadi, stagnasi penggunaan transportasi umum, dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi komunikasi terhadap implementasi smart mobility, dengan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui analisis deskriptif dan pemodelan struktural berbasis Partial Least Squares. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi smart mobility. Kedua faktor tersebut juga meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, yang pada gilirannya terbukti berperan penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi smart mobility di Jakarta. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat bukan hanya mendukung hubungan antara aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur teknologi dengan smart mobility, tetapi juga menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan sistem mobilitas yang efisien, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital, integrasi sistem transportasi, dan penguatan kolaborasi masyarakat untuk mewujudkan smart mobility yang inklusif di suatu kota besar.

Abstract

Preliminary National Defense Education (PPBN) is a national strategic program aimed at developing the character of the younger generation, particularly university students, as agents of change and future national leaders. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PPBN in character development for students at the Trisakti Transportation and Logistics Institute, held at the Indonesian National Armed Forces Peacekeeping Mission Center (PMPP TNI) in Sentul. This study involved 659 students participating in the four-day PPBN program, which took place from January 22–25, 2026. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with an implementation study approach, through direct observation, documentation of activities, and analysis of PPBN learning materials. The results indicate that the implementation of PPBN significantly contributed to student character development, particularly in the aspects of discipline, responsibility, nationalism, leadership, cooperation, and mental resilience. Furthermore, PPBN activities increased students' understanding of the concept of non-military national defense, particularly in the context of the strategic role of the transportation and logistics sector in national resilience. This study concludes that PPBN is effective as a character education instrument in higher education and needs to be continuously integrated into the national education system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing a Weigh In Motion (WIM) system on the traffic performance of freight vehicles on the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road. The WIM was installed in response to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Transportation No. 116 of 2021 and functions as an automated enforcement technology to prevent Over Dimension Over Load (ODOL) vehicles from entering the toll road. The research method used was a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design with a descriptive-comparative quantitative approach. Secondary data was obtained from the toll road operator (PT Hutama Karya), covering three months before (December 2023 - February 2024) and three months after (March 2024 - May 2024) the WIM installation at four main toll gates. Three performance variables were analyzed: total traffic volume, average speed of freight vehicles, and the number of accidents involving freight vehicles. The analysis results show that after the WIM installation, there were changes with substantial practical significance: (1) total traffic volume decreased by 7.08% (from an average of 72,358 to 67,233 vehicles/month), indicating a filtering effect on ODOL vehicles; (2) the average speed of freight vehicles increased by 10.41% (from 29.88 km/h to 32.99 km/h), as an impact of improved traffic stream homogeneity; and (3) the number of freight vehicle accidents dropped sharply by 50% (from 2.67 to 1.33 incidents/month), with a large effect size (Cohen's d) of 1.155. The study concludes that WIM is effective not only as an enforcement tool but also as a traffic management instrument that creates a beneficial trade-off: a limited reduction in volume is exchanged for increased efficiency and, most importantly, a highly significant improvement in safety. This research recommends the expansion of WIM to other strategic toll road sections and further studies with longer observation periods and quasi-experimental designs.
