Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka telah diimplementasikan pada semua jenjang pendidikan dasar sampai menengah di Indonesia sejak tahun ajaran 2022/2023, namun demikian, masih banyak guru mata pelajaran yang menyampaikan kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, terutama untuk memastikan apakah mereka sudah mengambil langkah yang tepat dalam implementasinya. Sebagai pengajar, perangkat pembelajaran menjadi dasar pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas, sehingga alur tujuan yang ingin dicapai dan dievaluasi harus diidentifikasi dengan jelas. Hasil observasi menunjukkan masih banyak miskonsepsi mengenai modul ajar berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka sehingga pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberdayakan keterampilan guru melalui backward design lesson plan sebagai implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Backward design merupakan suatu metode perencanaan pelajaran yang berakar dari tujuan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik dan tidak sekedar berfokus pada standar nasional.   Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di SMPN 3 Cepogo Satu Atap, Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.  Jumlah peserta pengabdian adalah 21 guru.  Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah guru membuat perangkat pembelajaran sesuai alur backward design dan mengimplementasikannya di mata pelajarannya sesuai dengan semangat kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the Integrated Science question item. This is quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 90 students of class VIII Junior High School in the high, medium, and low categories in Surakarta City. The characteristics of the items were analyzed using the Winstep program with the Rasch Model. Based on data analysis, the results obtained are: 1) the validity of conformity level of the items is valid; 2) the reliability value of the students was 0,79 which was sufficient, the reliability of the items was 0,93 which was very good, and the reliability between the students and the items (Alpha Cronbach) was 0,81 which was very good; 3) the value of separation item > value separation of students; 4) the distribution of the difficulty level of the questions is generally in the medium category; and 5) the difference power of the questions in the very good category is 35%, 25% in the good, 30% in the moderate, and 10% in the unable to distinguish category. Thus, it can be concluded that the analysis of the characteristics of the Integrated Science question items using the Rasch Model is considered good.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 era have brought major changes in various areas of life, including internet technology which has had an impact on the business world. One online business that is growing rapidly is the Shopee marketplace. Using features on the Shopee marketplace without being wise causes uncontrolled impulse buying behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of Shopee paylater and flash sale promotions on impulse buying through trust as an intervening variable (case study of Shopee marketplace users in Mojokerto). This research uses a quantitative approach with the population of Shopee marketplace users in Mojokerto. The sample consisted of 300 respondents, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis with smartPLS 4 software. The research results show that shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on trust in the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect on trust in the shopee marketplace, trust has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying in the shopee marketplace , shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on the shopee marketplace, shopee paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through trust in the shopee marketplace, flash sale promotions have a positive and significant effect against impulse buying through trust in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Investasi adalah penggunaan uang atau aset untuk menghasilkan keuntungan di masa depan. Bagi siswa, ini merupakan konsep penting untuk mempersiapkan masa depan yang lebih sejahtera. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi generasi muda jenjang menengah atas untuk lebih memahami tentang investasi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. Metode yang digunaan adalah dengan persentasi materi, tanya jawab dan diskusi mengenai investasi dengan seluruh peserta. Edukasi mengenai pengenalan, jenis investasi, cara memulai investasi, manajemen risiko dalam berinvestasi dan perencanaan melakukan investasi. Setelah pelaksaan ini berakhir, siswa SMK Yadika 13 Tambun sangat puas karena edukasi yang telah diberikan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang investasi dan cara memilih investasi yang tepat dan aman, serta membantu siswa dalam memulai perencanaan investasi sejak dini

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengalisis kinerja keuangan PT ABC tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023 yang diukur dengan metode Economic Value Added (EVA). Metode EVA digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan dari sisi harapan dan kepentingan pemegang saham, metode. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT ABC periode tahun 2019-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja PT ABC tahun 2019-2023 dengan metode EVA bernilai positif (EVA > 0) yang artinya perusahaan telah berhasil menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomis bagi perusahaan dan pemegang saham.

Abstract

Increasing family economic empowerment can start from simple things, things that can be done by people in the village by starting businesses that are simple, including what happened in Padi village, Gondang subdistrict. This service aims to help analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in developing the local economy in Padi Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, with a special focus on MSMEs processing fried onions. The method used in this service is a qualitative approach with observational interview techniques both with MSME actors in the Padi Village and with Mrs. Winayah as the owner of the Fried Onion MSME, and secondary data analysis. The research results show that fried onion MSMEs in Padi Village play a significant role in increasing local community income and creating new jobs, and according to the results of the SWOT analysis, Padi Village MSMEs have the potential to develop and improve if mentoring is carried out regularly and periodically. facing various challenges, such as limited human resource capabilities, marketing and technology. Efforts to develop MSMEs through government support and empowerment of local communities are identified as key strategies to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of these businesses. This Community Service Program is expected to provide a positive impact in innovation in shallot processing and product development, packaging improvements for a wider market, business management training, and development of marketing networks as important steps in supporting the growth of fried onion MSMEs in the Village. Abstract

Pelatihan service excelent untuk siswa-siswi di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun dalam rangka melaksanakan Catur Dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi jenjang menengah kejuruan untuk lebih memahami tentang service excelent dan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa-siswi dalam pelayanan publik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan persentasi materi, tanya jawab dan diskusi mengenai service excelent yang diikuti oleh 48 peserta. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, semua peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat antusias, bersemangat, dan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Kedua, pemahaman siswa-siswi terkait service excelent semakin meningkat. Kegiatan pelatihan untuk pengembangan service excelent untuk siswa-siswi SMK Yadika 13 Tambun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the development of halal food and beverage products. The variables in this study are brand trust, brand image, relationship quality to brand loyalty. The population of this research is all MSME food products and at least halal in Malang City. The sample of this research is 303 halal food and beverage products. This research analysis technique uses SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. The second hypothesis, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on relationship quality. The third hypothesis, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. The fourth hypothesis, brand image has a positive and significant effect on relationship quality. The fifth hypothesis, relationship quality has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. The sixth hypothesis, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty mediated by relationship quality. The seventh hypothesis, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty mediated by relationship quality. Therefore, it can be concluded that all variables explain the existence of halal regulations as a factor influencing brand trust and brand image can convince customers to maintain good quality relationships and become loyal customers of halal food and beverage products. The limitation of this research is the Malang City area, it is expected to expand the area related to the development of halal product labels in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia has entered a new chapter of politics under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. The pair won unanimously in the 2024 General Election, with 58.6% of the vote, the majority of which went to young voters. Indeed, in the 2024 elections, the number of young voters aged 22-30 years was the largest group of voters. A total of 114 million voters, who are millennials and Generation Z, have proven to be able to change political policies in this country for the next 5 years. Half of these young voters are first-time voters. Before the democratic party was held, there were many doubts about the existence of these young people considering the character of Gen Z and millennials is known as an adaptive and responsive generation that will affect their attitudes and behavior. They are also known to be disinterested in political issues, but this is expected to change based on the social media content they see. As a result, issues of polarization, misinformation, and disinformation on social media loomed during the election period. This research uses the concepts of youth politics and social media engagement to achieve the goal of knowing how these young voters use social media to find information related to honest and anti- corruption leadership candidates. This research also uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenology research method and data collection as qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data was collected from interviews with 2 Generation Z, while quantitative data was collected sourced from distributing an online survey to 114 Generation Z regarding the use of social media for political campaigns. This refers as amplifier data. The results of the study stated that young voters are very dependent on algorithms running on social media accounts to get information about candidates to be elected in the General Election. In addition, they are also helped by the presence of For Your Page (FYP) on social media, although the content they prefer is classified as misinformation and disinformation.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has affected many sectors, including the tourism sector. Utilizing digital platforms, such as websites, is an option for promoting tourist areas. Kampung Setaman is an area that has the potential to become an educational tourism destination. However, this village does not yet have a website as a promotional medium for its village. Therefore, this research aims to develop a website for the Kampung Setaman Tourism Village which is expected to help the Kampung Setaman management in promoting the area more widely. Creating a website begins with a needs analysis to find out what menus need to be on the website. Next, the website interface was designed using HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP, as well as creating a database using MySQL. Collecting and creating website content in the form of writing, photos and videos about the area and programs of Kampung Setaman is also carried out to then be uploaded on the website being developed. The final stage of creating a website is testing performance efficiency and security. Based on performance efficiency testing, an average performance value of 90.2% was obtained. Meanwhile, from security testing using HostedScan, it was found that website security was quite good.
