The Indonesian Ministry of Health has issued a Minister of Health Decree on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Office and Industrial Workplaces in Support of Business Continuity in Pandemic Situations. The Minister of Manpower issues a Circular which states for companies that limit their business activities due to the policies of their respective local governments in preventing and overcoming COVID-19, causing some or all workers not to come to work, taking into account business continuity, changes in the amount and method of payment wages are made in accordance with the agreement between the employer and the worker. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression model, multiple and single test. The results of hypothesis testing work life balance statistically have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is statistically positive and significant impact on work engagement, work life balance has an effect on work engagement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The head of the department is a figure who plays an important role in carrying out the functions and operations of the department in an organization or institution. Its main tasks include human resource management, development of work programs, supervision of policy implementation, and solving internal problems that arise. One of the main problems in determining the head of the outstanding department is the difficulty in evaluating the leadership qualities and managerial abilities of prospective candidates. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the SMART method in evaluating the performance of department heads, identifying factors that contribute to the success of department heads, as well as determining relevant and weighty criteria for assessing their achievements. The SMART method provides a systematic and measurable framework to facilitate informed and objective decision making in the performance appraisal of department heads. The ranking of determining outstanding department heads is based on the results of the performance evaluation of department heads using the SMART method. The department head with the highest utility value will get the top rank as the outstanding department head. The ranking results show that the head of the department excels based on the application of the SMART method, namely the Head of the Customer Service Department gets rank 1, followed by rank 2 Head of Warehouse Department, and rank 3 Head of Human Resources Department.

Mengetahui kadar gula darah di masa depan akan dapat membantu penderita diabetes dalam melakukan tindakan preventif lebih awal sehingga dapat mengontrol kadar gula darah dan penyakit diabetesnya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pemodelan prediksi kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes menggunakan metode regresi linear. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data time series dari kadar gula darah pada 30 anak penderita diabetes tipe 1. Dataset tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter input tunggal dengan tambahan pemanfaatan data statistik yang diuji menggunakan beberapa algoritma, yaitu Linear Regression, Lasso Regression, Ridge Regression, eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Pada tahap evaluasi performa model menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linear lebih baik dari model prediksi lainnya. Hasilnya menunjukkan untuk Prediction Horizon (PH) pada 5 menit, 15 menit, dan 30 menit didapat nilai rata-rata Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) dari 15 pasien yang diuji sebesar 5,024, 12,488, dan 20,635, nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 2,891, 8,272, dan 14,926 serta nilai Coefficient of Determination (R2) sebesar 0,962, 0,741, dan 0,39. Hasil model prediksi pada penelitian ini diimplementasi dan divisualisasikan ke sistem informasi berbasis website. Dalam sistem tersebut pengguna dapat memprediksi kadar gula darah di masa depan dengan berdasarkan riwayat kadar gula darah pada waktu 30 menit sebelumnya. Pengguna juga dapat melihat visualisasi data pergerakan kadar gula darah berdasarkan rentang waktu tertentu. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pasien diabetes untuk memprediksi kadar gula darah di masa depan sehingga dapat mengontrol kadar gula darahnya dan menghindari kondisi kesehatan yang buruk di masa depan.

Hypertension is a serious problem in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) and the occurrence of hypertension at the age of 20-60 years in the Pahandut Public Health Center, Palangka Raya. In this research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study was 110 respondents who came from the society in the working area of the Pahandut Health Center. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling. The data obtained came from a questionnaire and was tested for chi square using analysis through the SPSS application. The results in this study showed that the respondents GERMAS behavior was in the less category (60%) and with a history of hypertension (54.5%). The value means that there is a relationship between GERMAS behavior and the occurrence of hypertension (p = 0.003). There is a relationship between GERMAS behavior and the occurrence of hypertension at the age of 20-60 years in the working area of the Pahandut Public Health Center, Palangka Raya City.

Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases with characteristics of hyperglycemia. International Diabetes Federation estimates that 9.3% of the total population in the world and 10.7 million people in Indonesia suffered from diabetes mellitus in 2019. The incidence of diabetes mellitus in Central Kalimantan is still quite high, where the city of Palangka Raya with the most cases of diabetes mellitus occurred at the Bukit Hindu Health Center. The aim is to determine the relationship of obesity and physical activity with the incidence of diabetes mellitus type II at the age of > 40 years in the Working Area of Bukit Hindu Health Center. Using observational analytic method with cross sectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, with the number of respondents aged > 40 years as many as 40 respondents. Data collection using primary data through interviews using questionnaires and measurements of weight and height. Statistical test using chi square test (α < 0,05). Result data analysis with univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis found that obesity variable has a relationship with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II (p-value 0.005) and physical activity variable also has a relationship with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II (p-value 0.001). There is a relationship of obesity and physical activity with the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type II at the age of > 40 years in the working area of Bukit Hindu Health Center.

Based on the Health Profile Report of Central Kalimantan in 2020, there were 74,405 cases of diabetes mellitus (DM). Barito Selatan Regency ranked fifth highest with 6,301 DM cases. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia, attributed to insufficient pancreatic insulin production or ineffective insulin utilization in the body. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between dietary patterns, age, and gender with the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DMT2) in the Working Area of Buntok Community Health Center. This research employed an observational analytical study using a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, involving 107 samples. Bivariate analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The majority of respondents were female (51.4%), with the highest age group being over 45 years old (69.2%). 50.5% exhibited poor dietary patterns, and 62.6% were non-DMT2 respondents. Bivariate analysis revealed respective p-values of 0.021, 0.010, and 0.000 for age, gender, and dietary patterns concerning DMT2 occurrence. The study concludes a significant association between age, gender, dietary patterns, and the incidence of DMT2 in the Buntok Community Health Center's Working Area.

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a health problem that affects the human respiratory system. This study aims to determine the relationship between Basic Immunization Status and Birth Weight with the incidence of ARI in toddlers in the work area of UPT Puskesmas Kurun, Gunung Mas Regency July-September 2023. This study used a type of non-experimental research: Observational analytic, with case control method, with Chi Square statistical test, considering the significance value (p), Odds Ratio (OR), and Confidence Interval (CI) value of 95% or α = 0.05. The results of the Chi square test showed that there was a significant relationship between immunization status and the incidence of ARI among children under five (p-value 0.032). The results of the OR calculation showed that respondents with incomplete basic immunization status were 4,000 times more likely to experience ARI than those with a complete immunization history (95% CI = 1,250-12,804). Chi square test results showed there was a significant relationship between birth weight and the incidence of ARI among children under five (p-value 0.046). The results of the OR calculation showed that respondents with a history of LBW were 4.043 times more likely to experience ARI than those without LBW (95% CI = 1.154-14.164). There is a relationship between basic immunization status and birth weight with the incidence of ARI in toddlers in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Kurun, Gunung Mas Regency.

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat saat ini memberikan dampak besar terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), yang cenderung menggunakan media konvensional seperti buku dan video, menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan metode pembelajaran digital seperti teknologi Augmented Reality, menjadi relevan untuk perkembangan daya tarik pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan skema alur ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Fokus pada penelitian yang mengembangkan aplikasi Augmented Reality sebagai media pembelajaran visualisasi perubahan wujud benda untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan produk berupa perangkat lunak yang efektif dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta pencapaian pada mata pelajaran IPA. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pengujian ahli media menunjukan skor 77,3% dengan kategori layak. Ahli materi memberikan penilaian sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat layak dan pengujian oleh responden menunjukan skor 79,5% sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai layak.

Competition in the industry makes manufacturing companies do continuous improvement of production in order to achieve good quality. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industries that produce granite tile. The problems that often arise on the production floor, especially in the process of sorting and polishing that is, the high defect products produced in the process. The purpose of this study is to minimize damage to the product on the S & P, Useful and finished product quality improvement plans. To support solving this problem, researchers used a method approach Root Cause Analysis (RCA). In the histogram obtained from the check sheets, Pareto diagrams visible damage in the S & P damage type of disability the most dominant is the Crack (57%), followed Thick (18%), Glaze Drop (11%), Black Coring (8%), and the last is the Scraper Defect (6%). From the research, a result that most of the damage is Crack. Factors causing these defects are the factors that cause deviations quality raw materials such factors, factors working methods irregularities in the implementation of the work, a factor that is less engine preventive maintenance, factor of fewer operators do not obey the standard factory operations. From the productivity results in the S & P, generate some suggestion in terms of minimizing the product is defective is implementing kaizen. PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of sports shoes in collaboration with an American brand, namely Nike. From the results of the Nordic Body Map Questionnaire at the PPIC RH department of the checking ruber section, many workers have complaints in the muscles (musculoskeletal disorders) due to non-ergonomic workplaces as many as 20 workers or 64.5% feel pain in the high category, as many as 8 workers or 25, 8% felt pain in the moderate category, for the category of pain with very high intensity as many as 2 workers or 6.4% and 1 worker or 3.2% felt pain in the low category. From these results, it is necessary to take further action by making ergonomic designs of Working Furnitures (tables and chairs) with reference to anthropometric values. With this reference, we get a table design with a length of 133.6 cm using the 5th percentile, a table width of 66.8 cm with a 5th percentile and a table height of 63.2 and a chair design with a chair height of 41.2 cm with a 50th percentile. -, the width of the seat base is 40.5 cm with the 95th percentile, it is expected that workers who have a maximum hip width can use the chair, the length of the seat base is 37.8 cm with the 5th percentile, the height of the seat back is 54.5 cm with the 50th percentile th and the width of the seat backrest is 48.9 cm with the 95th percentile.
