Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) Describe the planning of the thematic learning of Pancasila student profiles? (2) Describe the implementation of the thematic learning of Pancasila student profiles; (3) Describe the evaluation of the thematic learning of Pancasila student profiles in grade 2 MI Madinatunnajah. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with case studies in class 2 MI Madinatunnajah. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps of the data analysis technique are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of the data was checked through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results of the study conclude that: MI Madinatunnajah has implemented integrated learning for Pancasila student profiles, it's just that this has not been officially enforced, because there has been no socialization from the government about integrated learning for Pancasila student profiles. Learning planning at MI Madinatunnajah contains indicators of the profile of Pancasila students, one of which is about God Almighty, on this indicator MI Madintunnajah applies it to everyday life, especially in the school environment. The implementation of learning at MI Madinatunnajah also has indicators for the profile of Pancasila students. Various indicators of the profile of Pancasila students, the homeroom teacher of MI Madinatunnajah 2 applied the thematic learning during the lesson and adjusted between the 6 indicators of the Pancasila student profile and the theme material in the thematic package book. In the evaluation of the 2nd grade homeroom teacher, MI Madinatunnajah has also implemented the Pancasila student profile indicator. The assessment carried out by the homeroom teacher of MI Madinatunnajah is in the form of assessment of assignments, exams and given projects. Each of the assessments aims to determine students' understanding of the material they are learning and understanding of the indicators of the Pancasila student profile and Pancasila values.

Abstract

Android application development for online knowledge dissemination is urgently needed at this time. This study aims to develop an android application for learning social skills of children with social emotional barriers. The research participants consisted of 10 students, 75 respondents including teachers and parents of students in partner schools from Jakarta, Purwokerto, Pekanbaru, and Banjarmasin. The design of the android application was validated by four educational experts from universities. Data were collected through questionnaires and FGDs, and analyzed descriptively. The results obtained are the android application model "Maritirukan Aku Bisa with interactive features developed in the form of films, games, movements and songs as well as recording media of student activities, themes developed from aspects of social skills such as attention/concentration, expression/emotions, effective communication, and independence. The android application "Maritirukan Aku Bisa" with updates developed in this study is in accordance with the needs of parents and teachers. The material provided is in accordance with the needs and characteristics of children with social-emotional barriers, and can be accessed independently with the assistance of parents at home. This answers the needs of parents, especially in remote areas throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper aims to carry out construct validation of the Early Detection of Growth and Development (DDTK) questionnaire on the NeuroTune android application which is arranged according to the order of development of brain function. The DDTK questionnaire from the international screening instrument is the Denver Developmental Screening Test II (DDST) which does not provide profile information on learning readiness, other than language development, personal social, fine motor, gross motor. The components of the Denver II Test instrument were then translated and developed into part of the Early Detection of Growth and Development by grouping:KPSP (Developmental Pre Screening Questionnaire)TDD (Hearing Test)TDL (Visibility Test)In line with the emergence of the development of brain function maturity, the instruction sentences on the DDTK instrument are then sequenced referring to the emergence of brain function which provides a profile of brain function maturity for learning readiness. The qualitative validation method for the standard instruments arranged in this sequence uses the Lawshe CVI (Content Validity Index) and CVR (Content Validity Ratios) methods, content validation refers to a process that aims to determine whether an instrument (checklist, questionnaire, or scale) is at expected content area to measure. The validators consist of experts in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Neurology, and Statistics. The results of the validation are expected to be a reference for using questionnaires in the education community and parents of children aged 4-8 years to help find a profile of the need for learning readiness assistance that displays information on stimulus needs for brain function maturity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of child development through initial assessment in early childhood. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method with a type of field research. Field research uses direct observation, interviews, or other data collection in the field, enabling researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. To dig up information or get data by conducting interviews with teachers at institutions and supported by secondary data in the form of previous research articles that are relevant to the title and research objectives. The findings of this research are the process of child growth and development through which the initial assessment is carried out to identify children before entering school and at the beginning of the new school year. The instruments used are tests for height, weight, and then daily activities, then children are observed in various aspects and intelligence and carried out with tools and various tests.

Abstract

Abstract Picture story-based Wordwall assessment is an assessment method that utilizes the Wordwall digital platform to measure students' understanding and engagement with series of picture stories. Serial picture stories are used as an interactive learning medium, and through this assessment, the main goal is to evaluate the extent to which students can understand the content of the story, identify relationships between parts of the story, and respond appropriately to the questions or tasks asked. This research aims to validate the assessment instrument developed using the Wordwall platform based on a series of illustrated stories. This instrument is designed to measure students' ability to understand and interact with learning material through the use of serial picture stories in an educational environment. The research method uses a quantitative and qualitative approach involving student participation as test subjects. Validation is carried out through content analysis, internal consistency analysis, as well as validity and reliability tests. The research results show that the assessment instrument developed through the Wordwall platform has good validity. The validation process involved content analysis and empirical trials with student participation, which consistently showed that this instrument was able to accurately measure students' understanding and interaction with serial illustrated stories. In addition, the level of reliability of the instrument that consistently measures the abilities being measured provides confidence that the assessment results can be reliable and consistent in describing students' abilities.

Abstract

Evaluating and appraising are crucial in comprehending and facilitating young children's progress in early childhood education. Ensuring that the assessment methods are practical and suitable for this age group is essential. The objective of this study is to apply and assess a development-oriented evaluation method in early childhood education to enhance the quality of educational services provided to children. The community service approach is implemented through the collaborative efforts of educational institutions, communities, and parents. The evaluation methodology encompasses multiple facets of child development, surrounding religion and character, language, physical motor skills, cognitive abilities, social-emotional aptitude, and artistic talents. The community service method provides educators and parents with training sessions on development-based assessment techniques. Furthermore, support is offered for implementing this evaluation technique in official and informal educational settings. The evaluation results indicate a rise in comprehension regarding early childhood development among educators, parents, and the community. Implementing this evaluation focused on development, yielding substantial advantages in early identification of children's capabilities and requirements. In addition, this strategy fosters enhanced collaboration between educators and parents in facilitating the comprehensive development of children. The aim is for the findings of this study to serve as a foundation for creating educational policies that are both inclusive and adaptable to the requirements of early childhood in society.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan perkembangan SDM yang unggul maka diharapkan semua guru untuk selalu berupaya untuk maju dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terhadap anak didik karena dengan berbekal kualitas guru yang tinggi maka tujuan nasional pendidikan akan dapat dicapai. Salah satu upaya kompetensi yang diharapkan yaitu guru mempunyai kemampuan dalam IPTEK sehingga dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar guru dapat menggunakan media filmora dalam membuat flashcard yang mampu dimanfaatkan guna membilang teruntuk anak di usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu hasil dari penelitian tidak menggunakan angka akan tetapi diuraikan dengan kalimat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Pertiwi VI dimana pada saat sebelum menggunakan flashcard anak masih kurang mampu dalam membilang, namun seiring perkembangan zaman dan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media digital khususnya filmora ternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam membilang dan mengenal lambang bilangan yaitu dari 12 anak didik yang menjadi subjek penelitiannya 9 anak sudah Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB), 3 anak Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH).

Abstract

Kecamatan Maospati adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Magetan Provinsi Jawa Timur, Di kelurahan tersebut banyak pohon pisang yang tidak digunakan oleh penduduk sekitar. Peneliti memanfaatkan batang pohon tersebut untuk diambil getahnya untuk diolah menjadi bahan baku membatik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menstimulasi Anak Usia Dini dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada TK Dharma Wanita Maospati Magetan Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan menunjukkan selama pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran getah, siswa sangat senang dan antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Pembelajaran ini juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan motorik halus dan kreativitas siswa, hal ini ditandai dengan banyak siswa yang mampu mempraktekkan proses membatik dengan menggunakan media getah pohon. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan alternatif yang efektif dan menarik dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Dalam era modern ini, pengetahuan tentang kepedulian lingkungan sejak dini menjadi sangat krusial. Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut. Namun, metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan efektif masih jarang diterapkan di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Penelitian ini berfokus pada transformasi pembelajaran kreatif dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan dan disiplin anak-anak TK melalui aktivitas daur ulang puzzle. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 10 anak dari salah satu TK di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi dan angket yang diberikan kepada guru dan anak-anak. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, di mana hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kepedulian lingkungan dan disiplin kerja keras anak-anak. Pada siklus pertama, hanya 30% anak yang menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kedua aspek tersebut. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 60% pada siklus kedua, dan mencapai 90% pada siklus ketiga. Aktivitas daur ulang puzzle tidak hanya mengajarkan tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan, tetapi juga melatih anak-anak untuk disiplin dan bekerja keras dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Pembelajaran ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pendidikan dengan mengajarkan nilai-nilai penting sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan bagi para pendidik untuk menerapkan metode ini dalam kurikulum PAUD mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan permainan peran dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan berbahasa anak usia dini. Melalui kegiatan bermain peran, anak-anak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, kepribadian, dan kapasitas kognitif mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi kegiatan bermain peran terhadap penguasaan bahasa dan perkembangan karakter anak usia 5 hingga 6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan dilaksanakan di TK Pelita Hati, Dusun Pulau Jelmu, Kecamatan Jujuhan, Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pengamatan langsung dan analisis kualitatif terhadap keterlibatan anak-anak dalam kegiatan bermain peran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bermain peran secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa anak-anak, termasuk peningkatan kosakata, pemahaman struktur kalimat, dan kemampuan komunikasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendukung perkembangan karakter anak, seperti kerjasama, empati, dan kreativitas. Kesan dari penemuan ini sangat penting bagi pendidikan anak usia dini, karena menunjukkan perlunya integrasi kegiatan bermain peran dalam kurikulum. Pendekatan ini dapat digunakan oleh pendidik dan orang tua untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa anak serta menumbuhkan sifat-sifat positif sejak dini. Dengan demikian, menggabungkan permainan peran dalam metode pembelajaran yang komprehensif dapat menjadi strategi penting untuk mendukung perkembangan individu anak-anak.
