Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran dan latihan siswa SMANOR SIDOARJO pada prestasi nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pada atlet putra bola voli pantai SMANOR SIDOARJO. Penelitian evaluatif ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif expost facto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMANOR SIDOARJO yang memiliki spesialisasi bola voli pantai yang beberapa kali meraih medali di kejuraan tingkat nasional selama di SMANOR SIDOARJO. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari data tes fisik tim bolavoli pantai putra dari Laboratorium Olahraga ACHILLES Sport Science And Fitness Center (SSFC) UNESA. Data prestasi atlet dan data perolehan medali atlet diambil di pelatih dan di SMANOR SIDOARJO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) analisis hasil evaluasi sangat diperlukan dalam mempersiapkan atlet junior binaan SMANOR SIDOARJO yang akan diterjunkan dalam event provinsi maupun event nasional. (2) pemeriksaan tes kondisi fisik atlet sangat diperlukan untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi keberhasilan selama latihan. Dan data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa atlet yang ditunjuk sebagai subjek penelitian masih ada sebagian hasil tes kondisi fisik yang masih belum maksimal atau belum menunjukkan hasil yang terbaik. Selain itu juga dapat di identifikasi mengenai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada masalah latihan siswa SMANOR SIDOARJO. Analisis lebih lanjut disajikan dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

This research aims to examine:1) How big the effectofbench press and sitting calf exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 2) How big the effect of chest press and leg press exercises to arm muscle power and leg muscle power; 3)How big the effect difference between bench press and sitting calf exercises and chest press and leg press exercises to to arm muscle power and leg muscle power. Research subject was boy student of SMA Negeri 1 Manyar as many 36 students, with age span 15-17 years which divided to three groups. Experiment group I received bench press and sitting calf while the second ones received chest press and leg press and the third experiment group performed activities according to daily routines. This type of research was applied quantitative research with quasi experimental research methods. The research design applied non-randomized control group pretest-postest design. And data analysis used were t-test and MANOVA. The data collecting process was using a medicine ball to obtain arm muscle power data and jump DF for leg muscle power during pretest and posttest. The results showed the difference between the pretest and posttest means of each group, namely: experimental group I for arm muscle power = 28.3 leg muscle power = 51.1. The second experiment group for arm muscle power = 45.9, leg muscle power = 78.2. Experiment Group III for arm muscle power = 13.3, leg muscle power = 27.1. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there was an increase in all dependent variables for each experimental group after received bench press and sitting calf, chest press and leg press exercises, whereas chest press and leg press exercises were more effective at increasing arm muscle power and leg muscle strength Keywords: Weight training, Bench Press, Calf Sitting, Chest Pres, Leg Press, Arm Muscles Power, Leg Muscle Power.

Abstract

Treat sports players using a new type of exercise or a method that has been popular in the world of increasing physical abilities in recent years, namely the varied plyometric method so that athletes don't feel bored. Types of plyometric exercises high hurdle jump and forward and lateral hurdle jump are two types of plyometric exercises but their implementation is different. Therefore, it is necessary to provide learning resources and human resources who are able to provide material for plyometric training methods. This study aims to determine the effect of high hurdle jump and forward and lateral hurdle jump exercises on increasing leg muscle strength and power. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of classroom action research. The research method uses experimental methods. The research design used the none equivalent (pretest and post-test) control group design. The independent variables in this study are high hurdle jump training, forward and lateral hurdle jump exercises, and the dependent variable is leg muscle strength and power. The sample in this study amounted to 30 students of class X who used the random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study to test the effect is paired t-test. Furthermore, to test the difference in effect between the treatment and control groups was carried out using one way ANOVA on the normal data distribution. The test results showed that there was a significant difference in the high hurdle jump experimental group on the variable leg muscle strength and power with a significance value of p 0.00 <0.05, a percentage increase of 6.79% in the strength variable and 6.22% in the leg muscle power variable. There is a significant difference in the forward and lateral hurdle jump experimental group on the variable leg muscle strength and power with a significance value of p of  0.00 <0.05, a percentage increase of 6.04% in the strength variable and 7.51% in the leg muscle power variable. High hurdle jump exercises are more effective than forward and lateral hurdle jumps to increase strength and forward and lateral hurdle jumps are more effective than high hurdle jumps to increase leg muscle power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of hurdle hops and tuck jump exercises on leg muscle strength and power, as well as the different effects of hurdle hops and tuck jump exercises on leg muscle strength and power. The research method used in this study is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods, with the design of this study using a non-randomize control group pretest and posttest design, with data analysis using ANOVA. The process of data retrieval is done by testing the leg muscle strength using a strength test tool that is a leg dynamometer and leg muscle power test with a jump md, during the pretest and posttest, then the data are analyzed using SPSS 22.0 series. The target of this study was martial arts athlete Kostrad Company-C with 30 members, divided into 3 groups with each group totaling 10 people, this research was conducted for 6 weeks. Paired sample strength test results and paired sample test of leg muscle power test that the significance level of each variable obtained sig 0,000 <0.05 thus there is a significant influence or difference between the pretest and posttest of the dependent variables of leg muscle strength and power, ANOVA test results on leg muscle strength and strength, showing strength, F: 12,191, sig 0,000, Power F: 4,778, sig 0.17, so it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the results of leg muscle strength and strength in three different groups, because sig <0.05. From the results of the post hoc multiple comparations (LSD) test of independent variables that have a significant influence on the increase in the dependent variable, it can be seen from the mean different results that the hurdle hops group gained 31,900 strength, power 155,367,00, meaning that the hurdle hops exercise was more influential. Based on the above analysis it can be concluded that there is an increase in leg muscle strength and power for each group, through the ANOVA test. Where hurdle hops exercises have a better effect than tuck jump exercises and the control group on leg muscle strength and power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect before and after the 2017 SKJ exercise to improve balance, to analyze the effect before and after the 2017 SKJ exercise to increase VO2Max, to analyze the effect before and after aerobic Gymnastics exercise Low Impact to improve balance. after the aerobics exercise Low Impact to increase VO2Max, analyze the differences between SKJ 2017 and aerobic exercises Low Impact on balance, and analyze the differences in SKJ 2017 and aerobic exercises Low Impact on VO2Max. This study uses a method (quasi-experimental research quasi-experimental research). The quasi-experimental research method is used as experimental research. This research method is carried out by conducting experiments (trials) with the type of subject installation design through a pre-test and a post-test with the control group. The matching only pretest-posttest control group design type of design is a study that matches subjects in the control group and the experimental group with data analysis using ANOVA. The data collection process was taken by testing the balance using the test balance beam and VO2Max using the MFT. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS 23 series. The target of this study was members of the UNESA Gymnastics UKM with 30 members, divided into 3 groups with 10 people in each group, this research was conducted for 6 weeks. Results Pairedsamplest-test, strength, and paired sample t-test limb muscle power that the level of significance of each variable obtained sig 0.000 <0.05 so that there is a significant or significant difference between pretest and posttest of the dependent variable balance and VO2Max.The results of the ANOVA test revealed that the significance value was less than 0.05 (0.03 <0.05), the conclusion was that the average balance results of the three groups were significantly DIFFERENT. Then it is known that the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05), the conclusion is that the average results VO2Max from the three groups are significantly DIFFERENT. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in balance and VO2Max for each group, through ANOVA analysis. Where the aerobics exercise Low Impact has a better effect than the 2017 SKJ exercise and the control group, on balance and VO2Max.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Countermovement Jump exercises and Depth Jump exercises on agility and leg muscle power, as well as analyze which exercises are more influential between Countermovement Jump exercises and Depth Jump exercises on agility and leg muscle power. The research method used in this research is quantitative with pseudo experimental method, with research design using pretest and posttest, group I Countermovement Jump, group II Depth Jump, and control group, with data analysis using ANOVA. Data retrieval process is done by testing limb muscle agility using side step test tool and limb muscle power test with jump md tool, during pretest and posttest. Then the data is analyzed. The target of this study was taken from the population of female students of sports training education Surabaya state university with 30 members, divided into 3 groups with each group of 10 people, this study was conducted for 8 weeks. Paired sample t test results, Agility and paired sample t test strength of limb muscles are known that the significance level of each variable is obtained sig 0.000 <0.05 so that there is a significant influence or difference between pretest and posttest of variable bound agility and limb muscle power. Anova test results on agility and muscle strength of the limbs, showed Agility, sig 0.018, power sig 0.000, so it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the results of agility and limb muscle power in three different groups, known sig <0.05. From the results of the post-hoc multiple comparations (LSD) test independent variables that have a significant influence on increasing dependent variables, it can be seen from the average different results that the Countermovement Jump and Depth Jump groups have their own advantages with the results of the data obtained, meaning that countermovement jump and depth jump exercises are able to improve biomotor agility and power, but both have different influences.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan performa fisik power dan kelincahan dari hasil latihan dengan metode plyometric. Tiga puluh mahassiswa putri sehat dengan melihat status gizi melalui indeks masa tubuh (IMT) dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria dan dilakukan pretest dan pemeringkatan sehingga masuk dalam pengelompokan counter movement jump, depth jump dan kelompok kontrol. Jump MD test dan side step test digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan kinerja. Kedua kelompok perlakuan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian tiga hari dalam seminggu selama enam minggu dan menyelesaikan 18 sesi pelatihan, pada frekuensi 3 sesi per minggu. Hasil uji paired sample t-test dalam kelompok countermovement jump menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel power dan kelincahan, kelompok depth jump menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel power dan kelincahan. Disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa Pelatihan counter movement jump dan depth jump keduanya efektif untuk peningkatan kinerja tubuh power tungkai dan kelincahan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot perut dan keseimbangan pada siswa laki-laki SMA Negeri 1 Probolinggo yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Tiga puluh siswa sehat dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria, pre tes serta peringkat sehingga dapat dikelompokkan kedalam kelompok core stability plank, kelompok core stability superman dan kelompok kontrol. Sit up 30 detik dan Balance Beam digunakan untuk mengukur kekutan otot perut dan keseimbangan. Tiga kelompok diberikan perlakuan 3 kali pertemuan dalam 1 minggu dan dilaksanakan dalam waktu selama 6 minggu. Pada minggu ketujuh dilakukan pos tes pada semua kelompok. Hasil uji paired t-test setelah pos tes pada tiga kelompok (core stability plank dan core stability superman) menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap variabel keseimbangan. Dan meningkat namun tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kekuatan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan core stability plank dan core stability superman efisien untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut.

Abstract

Many students at MTs Badrussalam who take extracurricular activities lack agility and speed. Agility and speed serve to support students during extracurricular activities, students who do exercises programmatically and regularly can improve agility and speed. Ladder drill is one of the exercises to improve agility and speed. In this study, the aim was to find out that agility ladder training increased agility and speed. The results of this study are expected to be used by practitioners as evaluation material for the development of knowledge in the field of science that has been carried out with programmatic training in order to increase agility and speed. The research method uses quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. This research design uses a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. In this design, thirty samples were divided into three groups which were given different treatments. The analysis used is the average (mean), standard deviation, normality test and ANOVA (Analysis of variance). The results of this study after being tested with ANOVA is that there is a significant effect on agility ladder two foot forwards, agility ladder in and out and agility ladder two foot sideways exercises on agility with sig (0.048), (p <0.05) then also there is a significant effect on speed with sig (0.041) (p<0.05). Based on the LSD test, the most influential of ladder drill exercises on agility is 1). Ladder drill two foot side ways. 2). Ladder drill in and out, 3). The two foot forwards ladder drill exercise and the speed that affects the ladder drill exercise are 1). Ladder drill two foot forwards exercise, 2). Ladder drill in and out, 3). Ladder drill two foot side ways.

Abstract

Futsal is the most popular sport around the world including Indonesia. This is shown from the enthusiasm of Indonesian people who love this futsal sport, and make this sport growing rapidly in Indonesia so many community standing futsal or futsal club in Indonesia. Futsal is indoor soccer game or open space. Each team has 5 members. Futsal is very welcome by the wider community, especially in Indonesia. In addition, many futsal matches are held in these areas. Compared with other sports, futsal is very popular and is not inferior to football and other sports.The purpose of this research is to find the empirical answer from the problems that have been formulated, namely (1) To know what is the speed skill of soccer player futsal SMP Negeri 2Madiun (2) To know what is the ability of the soccer player in SMP Negeri 2 Madiun (3) To know what is the ability of agility players in SMP Negeri 2 Madiun and (4) to know the ability of Vo2Max players futsal SMP Negeri 2 Madiun.This research method is quantitative. While the approach used in this studyIs a descriptive approach. The target of the research is the students who follow the extracurricular sport futsal. Technique of collecting data using weight test, running 30 meter, shuttel run test, vertical jump test, and Bleep test, test used to know the result of quantitative data analysis of Speed, Agility, Power, and Vo2Max to extracurricular sport futsal SMP Negeri 2 Madiun .The result of the research shows that Speed of futsal sport of SMP Negeri 2 Madiun is categorized as Good. The percentages are: (40%) excellent category, (35%) good category, (10%) medium category, (10%) less category, and (10%) less category once. Percentage Agility of futsal sport SMP Negeri 2 Madiun is categorized less. With the percentage are: (10%) very good category, (35%) good category, (15%) medium category (35%) category less (5%) category less once. Percentage of Power of soccer futsal SMP Negeri 2 Madiun is categorized very less. The percentages are: (20%) excellent category, (20%) good category, (25%) medium category (25%) category less (10%) less category once, and VO2max percentage of sport futsal SMP Negeri 2 Madiun is categorized very less . The percentages are: (10%) excellent category, (15%) good category, (40%) medium category (30%) less category (5%) less category once. Thus, the results of Speed, Agility, Power and VO2Max tests in SMP Negeri 2 madiunmasih are very less under the target thus can be used as study and as input for the Extracurricular Training Coach of Futsal Branch SMP Negeri 2 Madiun. To improve the ability, especially Agility, Power, and VO2 Max which is very useful for students in the game that matches the needs of each Extracurricular Futsal Sports Branch as well as selection of players is necessary and paid attention to the trainer to improve the quality and achievement in the future.
