Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of company size and sales growth on performance. Company size is a reflection of management's success in increasing company assets. Sales growth illustrates the company's success in expanding the marketing of its products. Company performance reflects its success in managing its finances well, proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). The analysis used in this research is panel data regression using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. The companies studied are coal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2022. This research is essential now when coal is experiencing a surge in demand after previously experiencing its lowest phase. Therefore, coal companies must be able to prepare their company performance well to maintain the sustainability of their company. The research results show that company size has an effect, while sales growth does not affect company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 68%, which shows the level of goodness of the model in explaining company performance. This research answers the challenges of fluctuations in the coal mining industry that may occur in the future and is a solution to the uncertainty of coal demand and supply in the world. Abstract

Early childhood education teaching should be implemented in accordance with the characteristic of early childhood pupils.  There are several things to be considered such as learning while playing, understanding of concrete concepts to the abstract and habituation.  The implementation of those things will maximize the result of the learning process.  These principles also applied in the teaching of reading, writing and mathematics.  There is a need for the learning methods that can improve the understanding and the skills of the pupils in those subjects.  Teaching methods implemented in Bintang Nusantara Early Child Education School have considered the characteristics of early childhood pupils.  Nevertheles, the teachers should be equipped in terms of teaching early reading, early writing and early mathematics.  Team from STT Simpson Ungaran held a training program for teaching early reading, early writing and early mathematics to enchance the teaching skills of the Bintang Nusantara Early Childhood Education School teachers.  The training conducted using interactive lecture methods and hands-on practice of the methods and activities learned.  The teachers gained new knowledge and insights about the teaching reading, writing and mathematics methods for early childhood education.  Some of them put into practice of what they have learned in the training.Keywords: Childhood education; pre Reading/Writing/CountingAbstrakPembelajaran untuk PAUD memiliki karakteristik yang sesuai dengan karakter anak PAUD.  Ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PAUD yakni bermain sambil belajar, pemahaman konsep konkrit ke abstrak dan pembiasaan.  Penerapan hal tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran akan memaksimalkan hasil pembelajaran.  Demikian pula halnya dengan pembelajaran membaca, menulis dan berhitung, perlu memperhatikan hal-hal tersebut.  Diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang pemahaman dan keterampilan calistung untuk anak PAUD.  Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di KB-TK Bintang Nusantara sudah menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang cocok untuk PAUD.  Akan tetapi masih harus terus dilengkapi dalam hal pengajaran pra calistung.  Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat prodi PAK STT Simpson Ungaran mengadakan pelatihan pengajaran pra calistung untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru KB-TK Bintang Nusantara.  Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah interaktif dan praktek langsung metode-metode pengajaran pra calistung.  Para guru KB-TK Bintang Nusantara mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan baru tentang pola pengajaran pra calistung.  Beberapa dari pola tersebut bahkan sudah dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan mengajar.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran PAUD; pra calistung

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the performance of broilers with the addition of Moringa (Moringa Oleifera) leaf extract. This study was conducted in April 2022,  Romang Lompoa Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study was carried out by using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 46 broilers with 4 treatments and 4 replications, each replication consisting of 3 chickens. Each experimental design sample used in this study is P0 = Without Moringa leaf extract (Control), P1 = Drinking water with 3% Moringa leaf extract in 1 liter of water, P2 = Drinking water with 6% Moringa leaf extract in 1 liter of water, P3 = Drinking water with 3% Moringa leaf extract in 1 liter of water. The variables observed were feed consumption, weight gain, feed conversion, and drinking water consumption. The results of this study indicate that broiler performance with adding Moringa oleifera leaf extract can affect feed consumption, weight gain, and drinking water consumption. There was a significant difference in feed consumption in treatment P1 with a concentration of 3% (30 ml), weight gain occurred in treatment P2 with a concentration of 6% (60 ml), and in drinking water consumption there was a significant difference in treatment P1 with a concentration of 3% ( 30 ml).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis orientasi pasar pada pelaku bisnis.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah survei kepada pelaku bisnis melalui wawancara dengan 22 informan penelitian yang akan dimintai informasi mengenai orientasi pasar. Berdasarkan 22 informan mengenai orientasi pasar rata-rata berfokus pada pelanggan dan produk, dimana kedua itu nantinya salung keterkaitian jika berfokus pada pelanggan artinya memperhatikan kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan misalnya bisa berupa pelayanan yang diberikannya. Selain itu jika berfokus pada produk yang itu inovasi yang dilakukannya dalam mengikuti trend masa kini. Bisnis yang baik dimana pebisnis harus mengetahui pasar dan kebutuhan pasar, dimana bussines is the bussines. Penelitian ini diharapkan kedepannya dapat mampu memberikan informasi mengenai strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam meraih pangsa pasar yang optimal melalui orientasi pasar yang digunakannya, sebagai bahan pertimbangan pelaku bisnis dalam melangkah.

Abstract

Background: Skin disease due to work is the second most common disease after musculoskeletal disease, accounting for 22% of all occupational diseases. Objective: The purpose of this research was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of contact dermatitis at PT IMIP in Morowali Regency. Method: This type of research is analytic research with a case control approach. The sample was the total population. Result: The results of the research were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results show that of 100 respondents, both the case and the control group that have good personal hygiene amounted to 65.0%, respondents who have no allergic history amounted to 89.0%, contact duration ? 2 years amounted to 62.0%,use personal protective equipment amounted to 65.0% incidence of contact dermatitis respectively 50%. Chi-Square test results of personal hygiene, allergic history, contact duration and the use of personal protective equipment obtained p value= 0.000 and p value= 0,007 (£0.05). This means that statistically, there is a significant relationship between personal hygiene, allergic history, contact duration and the use of personal protective equipment with the occurrence of contact dermatitis. Recommendation: suggestions for PT IMIP in Morowali Regency to further enhance socialization to employees about the importance of maintaining health, especially in preventing skin diseases including contact dermatitis and motivate the employees in order to civilize the use of personal protective equipment when working

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rendahnya pengetahuan penderita diabates mellitus berdampak pada rendahnya self care management dan kemungkinan terjadinya peningkatan komplikasi penyakit. Salah satu media untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien diabetes mellitus adalah dengan memberikan informasi melalui self instructional module (SIM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas self instructional module (SIM) terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pasien diabates melitus. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan rancangan pretest-postest group design dengan jumlah sampel 15 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil: Analisis data menunjukkan self instructional module (SIM) efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien diabates mellitus dengan nilai p 0,04 (p<0,05). Sebagian besar responden mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengobatan dan komplikasi setelah pemberian modul Kesimpulan: SIM efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien diabates melitus.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of Sagaranten Health Center using a Balanced approach. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical technique used in this study is descriptive analysis used to descriptive the data that has been collected. Data description is carried out by measuring each performance from the perspectives contained in the Balanced Scorecard, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, growth and learning perspective. The results of this study show that Puskesmas Sagranten has a satisfactory performance both in aspects of finance, customers, internal business processes, growth and learning. Although the puskesmas has achieved adequate performance, there is still room for improvement. Such as improving service quality and developing human resources.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik biasanya ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar gula dalam darah akibat anomali emisi insulin. International Diabetic Federation (IDF,2022) memperkirakan bahwa adanya peningkatan penyandang diabetes melitus pada tahun 2045.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada penyakit Diabetes Mellitus diruang Seroja UPT RSUD Undata Provinsi SULTENG. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskritif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ny.S dengan kasus Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 dilakukan diruang Seroja UPT RSUD Undata Provinsi SULTENG yang dilaksankan 3 hari pada hari selasa tanggal 18 Juli – kamis 20 Juli 2023. Hasil pengkajian yang peneliti lakukan pada Ny.S didapatkan pengkajian pada Ny.S Data subyektif Ny.S mengatakan sering merasa haus dan lelah Data objektif , suhu : 36,2 Nadi : 90 x/ menit , Tekanan Darah : 120/75 mmHg , RR : 20x/ menit, Di dapatkan hasil lab Gds 277,1 g/dl. diagnosis keperawatan yang muncul Ketidakstabilan kadar Glukosa darah b/d Hiperglikemia,Intoleransi aktifitas b/d immobilitas, dan Defisit pengetahuan tentang penyakit. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari ketiga masalah keperawatan yang terjadi pada Ny.S teratasi. Kesimpulan penelitian yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan teori dan tidak ada kesenjangan dimana keluhan dan diagnosis keperawatan pada Ny.S sudah sesuai dengan teori. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini perawat dapat memberikan pelayanan professional dan komprehensif pada pasien khususnya dengan kasus diabetes melitus.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan getah pepaya pada pakan pelet terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak, efisiensi pakan, kecernaan total dan kelangsungan hidup ikan mas. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan : pakan tanpa penambahan getah (P0), penambahan getah 1% (P1), penambahan getah 2% (P2), penambahan getah 2,5% (P3), penambahan getah 3% (P4) dari bobot pakan yang diberikan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan getah pepaya pada pakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak, efisiensi pakan, kecernaan total, dan kelangsungan hidup ikan mas. Akan tetapi, pertumbuhan berat mutlak, efisiensi pakan dan kecernaan total ikan mas yang diberi pakan dengan penambahan getah pepaya 1% memberikannilai yang cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang lain.

Abstract

This community service is carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Tapung. The aim of this community service activity is to provide teachers with knowledge and skills in creating e-learning using Moodle as well as creating learning media into e-learning that has been created to help the learning process. In this way, it is hoped that teachers will be able to optimize existing ICT facilities in schools. The mechanism for implementing activities in general is in the form of planning/preparation, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The result is that all teachers already know how to use e-learning moodle and create subjects, teacher profiles, upload materials, and create questions in e-learning at SMKN 1 Tapung.
