Abstract

This study aims to examine how Islamic values are integrated into the environmental school culture within the Adiwiyata program and to analyze the internal challenges in value internalization that affect the formation of students' ecological character. Employing a qualitative multicase study approach, data were collected from two Adiwiyata schools—MAN 1 Lamongan and SMAN 1 Lamongan—through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving 26 purposively selected participants. The findings reveal that core Islamic values such as tauhid, khalifah, amanah, and ihsan are embedded in school culture through a three-layered model of organizational culture (basic assumptions, espoused values, and artifacts). Moreover, the study identifies a seven-stage integrative process of value internalization—from establishing foundational beliefs to engaging with external stakeholders—which facilitates a transformative and sustainable environmental culture in schools. Despite these efforts, challenges persist, particularly in aligning symbolic practices with deeper spiritual consciousness among teachers and students. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of an Islamic-based educational model for environmental character formation by proposing a contextual and replicable framework that bridges spirituality, institutional culture, and ecological pedagogy. Practically, the model offers strategic guidance for Islamic schools and policymakers to foster value-based environmental programs that extend beyond administrative compliance toward long-term behavioral change.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the process of implementing academic supervision and its contribution in improving the results of teacher performance assessment based on E-Performance at SDN Warungdowo I Pohjentrek Pasuruan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, document study, and visual analysis. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision is carried out through three stages, namely pre-supervision, direct supervision, and post-supervision, with the division of small groups led by senior teachers. This supervision not only helps improve the quality of learning in the classroom, but also becomes the basis for assessing teacher performance in the E-Performance application. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of structured and collaborative academic supervision significantly supports improving the quality of teacher performance, although there are still several obstacles such as time constraints and instruments that have not been varied.  Keywords: E-Performance, Principal, Teacher Performance Assessment, Academic Supervision

Abstract

Pemberian umpan balik yang efektif merupakan komponen penting dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), terutama dalam kerangka pendekatan Outcome Based Education (OBE). Artikel ini mengkaji secara konseptual Teknik pemberian umpan balik formatif dan sumatif berbasis OBE sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi dan pencapaian capaian pembelajaran (CP) pada mata Pelajaran PAI. Umpan balik formatif diposisikan sebagai sarana perbaikan berkelanjutan melalui refkesi, dialog, dan penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Sementara itu, umpan balik sumatif berperan dalam dokumentasi capaian akhir yang dilengkapi dengan tindak lanjut berupa program pengayaan bagi peserta didik yang unggul dan remedi bagi yang belum mencapai standar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Teknik umpan balik berbasis OBE menuntut keterpaduan antara asesmen yang autentik, penggunaan rubrik capaian, serta integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan pedagogis dalam proses evaluasi. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya reposisi peran guru sebagai fasilitator evaluasi yang adaptif, relfektif, dan responsive terhadap kebutuhan belajar peserta didik dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI berbasis capaian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Adversity Quotient (AQ) on Career Adaptability (CA) and to examine the role of Spiritual Religious (SR) as a moderating variable in this relationship. The scope of the research focuses on students of the Master of Islamic Education (MPAI) program at the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, who are facing academic challenges and preparing for careers in Islamic education. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach. The sample consisted of 164 students selected using total sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square(SEM-PLS) method via SmartPLS 4. The results showed that AQ had a positive and significant effect on CA (β = 0.683; p < 0.001). However, SR did not have a significant direct effect on CA (β = 0.066; p = 0.175), nor as a moderating variable (β = 0.070; p = 0.180). Simultaneously, AQ and SR explained 47.1% of the variance in CA. The study concludes that AQ is a key factor in shaping students' career adaptability, while SR serves more as a source of internal motivation rather than a statistically significant predictor. This research recommends strengthening students’ personal resilience through psychological and spiritual approaches within Islamic education.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam sistem evaluasi pembelajaran. Evaluasi tradisional dinilai kurang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi teknologi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran melalui pendekatan pedagogis berbasis model TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan sumber dari jurnal baik nasional (Sinta) sebanyak 34 jurnal dan internasional (Scopus) sebanyak 5 jurnal yang membahas evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, model TPACK, serta tantangan dan solusinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi seperti Google Forms, LMS, dan learning analytics secara efektif meningkatkan objektivitas, fleksibilitas, dan akurasi evaluasi pembelajaran. Pendekatan pedagogis berbasis TPACK memungkinkan pendidik mengintegrasikan teknologi secara bermakna sesuai dengan isi materi dan metode pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Meskipun demikian, integrasi ini masih menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya literasi digital guru, dan minimnya pelatihan digital berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model evaluasi TPACK dalam integrasi teknologi berpotensi menciptakan sistem evaluasi yang adaptif, inklusif, dan mendukung penguatan kompetensi digital peserta didik di abad ke-21.

Abstract

Students' limited and underdeveloped reading skills occur in students with reading difficulties, becoming the background in this study. Reading difficulties have an impact on academic and non-academic standards that have not been achieved. Something similar happened to 3 lower grade students at MI Al Latifiyah Gedogwetan Turen. This phenomenon then became the focus of research at MI AL Latifiyah Gedogwetan Turen. The purpose of the study is to describe 3 things, namely 1) the condition of students with difficulty reading at MI AlLatifiyah Gedogwetan Turen, 2) learning strategies for students with difficulty reading at MI Al Latifiyah Gedogwetan Turen and 3) implications of learning strategies on students with difficulty reading at MI Al Latifiyah Gedogwetan Turen. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used is processing and preparing data; read the entire data; coding all data; describe data and interpret data. The results showed that 1) the condition of difficulty reading MI Al-Lathifiyah students inability to analyze letters, especially letters b, d, l, r and p, have visual memory deficiency, have not been able to understand the source of sound and lack of conceptual ability. 2) learning strategies for students with reading difficulties at MI AlLatifiyah Gedogwetan Turen are packaged in complete reading activities. In the completeness of reading used alphabetic card method, simple book text, book card and missing letter method. These four methods can complete students' reading skills, reading difficulties that are done repeatedly. 3) implications of learning strategies for students with reading difficulties in MI Al Latifiyah Gedogwetan Turen on the achievement of academic standards and non-academic standards. The academic standards achieved include knowledge, namely the achievement of an understanding of the key words of the material on the theme taught and skills in the form of body positions when reading properly and correctly. While the non-academic standards achieved include self-confidence, responsibility and social interaction.

Abstract

Educational supervision is business assistance in supervising and coaching education stakeholders in increasing efforts to achieve educational goals. Of course, in carrying out supervision there are several models and techniques for implementing it. This research uses a qualitative approach by identifying techniques and models of educational supervision in madrasas by searching reference materials. books in the form of literature studies from related journals. The results of this research are an explanation of the supervision models and techniques used in schools/madrasahs. Some good supervision techniques are: 1) class visits, 2) school/madrasah visits, 3) individual interviews, and 4) group interviews.

Abstract

Kebijakan Kurikulum merdeka yang dianggap sebagai langkah dalam menggapai pendidikan yang berkualitas masih jauh dari pemahaman para stakeholder pendidikan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah pendampingan (workshop) pengembangan manajemen pembelajaran dalam mengaktualisasikan kurikulum merdeka di SMA An-Nur Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan action research model yang bermanfaat untuk memfasilitasi dan memotivasi agar komunitas sekolah khususnya guru-guru mampu menyusun strategi dan metode yang tepat untuk memecahkan permasalahan para guru dalam mengembangkan manajemen pembelajaran pada implementasi merdeka belajar dan menyusun rencana aksi berdasarkan prioritas, dan keberlanjutan program melalui tahapan-tahapan hingga mencapai target yang diharapkan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari penyelenggaraan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMA An Nur Bululawang Malang, sekolah perlu meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman tentang kurikulum merdeka melalui pelaksanaan workshop yang dipraktekkan langsung oleh tenaga tutor serta fasilitator yang sangat mumpuni. Sehingga tujuan nasional pendidikan melalui penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar akan dapat dicapai serta mampu menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sampai saat ini.

Abstract

In the field of education and teaching, supervisors are needed who can dialogue and help personal and professional growth so that everyone experiences personal and professional improvement. The principal has the obligation to regulate the running of the school and can also work closely with the community, raise the enthusiasm of the teacher staff and school employees to work better, build and maintain a family, cohesiveness and unity between teachers, employees and students. students, develop school curricula, know school plans and know how to implement them, pay attention to and seek the welfare of teachers and employees. Supervision can be carried out by the principal who acts as a supervisor, although in a modern educational organizational system, special supervisors are needed who are more independent, and can increase objectivity in coaching and carrying out their duties. The function of supervision or supervision in education is not just a control to see whether all activities have been carried out in accordance with the plans and programs that have been outlined, but more than that. Supervision in education contains a broader meaning. Supervision activities include determining the conditions or requirements of personnel and materials needed for the creation of an effective teaching and learning situation, and efforts to fulfill these requirements.
