Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pentingnya kualitas soal sebagai alat evaluasi dalam pendidikan, khususnya di tingkat sekolah dasar yaitu di SDN 2 Sumberagung. Soal yang berkualitas memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Artikel ini berfokus pada peran analisis butir soal dalam meningkatkan kualitas soal, kompetensi guru, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik di SDN 2 Sumberagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan studi literatur. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, observasi kelas, dokumentasi, jurnal akademik, buku, artikel, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis butir soal dapat membantu guru membuat penilaian yang lebih akurat, meningkatkan kualitas soal yang dibuat, meningkatkan keterampilan penting pada kompetensi guru, meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik tidak hanya mengukur kemampuan mengingat, tetapi juga pemahaman dan aplikasi. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas soal yang lebih valid dan reliabel. Selain itu, kompetensi guru dalam merancang soal juga meningkat berkat umpan balik dan refleksi dari hasil analisis. Peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa juga terlihat seiring dengan perbaikan kualitas soal dan metode pengajaran yang lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, analisis butir soal sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas soal, kompetensi guru, dan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar semua sekolah dasar mengintegrasikan analisis butir soal sebagai bagian dari program pengembangan profesional guru.

Student achievement is a benchmark that an educational institution can be categorized as having superior quality. Educational institutions that have superior quality cannot be realized if they are not supported by good management. For this reason, it is necessary to apply management in order to improve the quality of education, so as to encourage increased student achievement. There are important indicators in education quality management, namely raw input, process and output, the need for educational institutions to pay attention to these 3 aspects so that the quality of education can be realized. Raw input related to the process of accepting new students, or recruitment is the beginning in determining the quality of prospective students who will take part in the learning process. Some of the stages in raw input are the most important part, this section includes determining the criteria for prospective students, which at its peak is the class division stage, which must be really adjusted to the level of ability of students. In addition to learning, the process is at the heart of improving quality, how an educational institution can process it into products that are ready to be marketed in society. Process is a determinant, that is where educational institutions have superior quality. Output is the result obtained through the educational process. Basically, there are important indicators that educational institutions can be said to have superior quality, among others, these indicators include academic and non-academic achievements, as well as the level of community satisfaction.

Abstract This research aims to compare the systematics and culture of learning evaluation in Finland and Indonesia. Learning evaluation in Indonesia focuses on the "Kurikulum Merdeka," which emphasizes a holistic approach, particularly in assessing student achievement and knowledge. In contrast, the evaluation systematics in Finland's national curriculum do not include a Minimum Competency Standard (KKM) or National Exams (UN). This research employs a literature review method, revealing significant differences between the evaluation systematics and cultures in Indonesia and Finland. In Finland, learning evaluation is formative and holistic, with a focus on students' continuous development. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengomparasi sistematika dan budaya evaluasi pembelajaran di negara Finlandia dan Indonesia. Evaluasi pembelajaran di Indonesia tertuju pada Kurikulum Merdeka yang lebih menguatkan pada pendekatan holistik terutama dalam penilaian prestasi dan ilmu pengetahuan siswa, sedangkan sistematika evaluasi pembelajaran dalam kurikulum nasional Finlandia yaitu tidak ada patokan KKM dan juga tidak adanya UN. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, sehingga diketahui sistematika dan budaya evaluasi pembelajaran di Indonesia dan Finlandia memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan di antaranya jika di Finlandia evaluasi pembelajaran mereka bersifat formatif dan holistik dengan fokus perkembangan berkelanjutan siswa.

This study aims to discuss teacher performance appraisal. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that Teacher Competency Standards in the era of smart society 5.0 are fully developed from 4 main competencies, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies. The fourth competency is integrated with teacher performance. There are indicators of teaching skills by teachers namely, a) questioning skills; b) skills to provide reinforcement (reinforcement skills); c) the skill of making variations; d) explaining skills ( explaining skills); e) skills to open and close lessons (set induction and closure skills); f) skills in guiding small group discussions; g) class management skills; h) individual learning skills. In conclusion, teacher performance has certain specifications or criteria. Teacher performance can be seen and measured based on specifications or competency criteria that must be owned by each teacher.

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan mengolah data penilaian hasil belajar peserta didik untuk menentukan tindak lanjut setelahnya. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap problematika yang ditemukan dalam penerapannya sekaligus memberikan alternatif solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan bertempat di MI Ma’arif NU Sunan Drajat Lamongan dengan informan guru kelas 5 yang berjumlah 3 orang yaitu wali kelas Va, Vb, dan Vc. Wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, kemudian di oleh dengan cara direduksi, disajikan, dan diambil kesimpulan. Penelitian menemukan beberapa kendala dalam impelementasi evaluasi pembelajaran diantaranya; minimnya sumber daya dan kemampuan guru, perbedaan kemampuan peserta didik, sulitnya melakukan evaluasi non tes, rumusan evaluasi tidak terintegrasi dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan cara, memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mengoptimalkan proses evaluasi, melibatkan peserta didik secara langsung dalam tahap penentuan metode evaluasi, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran yang dapat diukur sehingga agar mudah dikembangkan menjadi sebuah soal, guru harus sering mengikuti berbagai pelatihan dan seminar terkait implementasi evaluasi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan skill dan kemampuan.

In developing attitude assessments in primary schools, a teacher needs to implement effective strategies. Teachers can use a variety of observation techniques on a regular basis to observe student behavior in the classroom context and activities outside the classroom. Teachers can also engage students in self-reflection and peer assessment to gain a more holistic understanding of their attitudes. The method used uses literature study research, where researchers obtain information through documents such as journals, books, and other literature reviews. The result of this study is that by analyzing in-depth, the affective realm refers to one of three domains in Bloom's taxonomy known as Bloom's Revised Taxonomy. This field deals with aspects of emotions, attitudes, and values in learning. A teacher needs to use a variety of strategies that involve creating a supportive environment, setting a positive example, integrating values in teaching, providing time and space for reflection and discussion.

Information and communication technology have influenced various aspects of life, including education. In the context of schools, using administration-based applications has become increasingly important to facilitate and enhance the efficiency of administrative processes. This abstract presents an overview of the utilization of the edu-Panda application in MAN 2 Kota Malang (a high school in Malang City) and its impact on the effectiveness of school administration management. This study aims to describe implementing an educational management information system (MIS) that includes utilizing management information systems and its implementation on administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation as supporting evidence. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative techniques, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher employs triangulation techniques, including source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the planning of the edu-Panda application in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang is based on the school's needs. After the system development is completed, a feasibility test is conducted before reaching the system installation phase. Thus, the system can operate according to its intended purpose. The implementation of the edu-Panda application in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang can be used to track attendance, information, allowances, graduation, and matters related to personnel and academics. Based on the five dimensions of service quality used to assess and measure service quality in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, the services in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Malang are considered good. Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and institutional image on the behavioral intention of students at Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior Secondary School) accredited A in Malang. Understanding these factors is crucial for educational institutions to maintain their reputation and competitive edge by influencing student perceptions positively, thereby fostering behaviors that benefit the institution, such as recommendations and continued enrollment. Design/methods/approach – This correlational research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through online surveys. The sample consists of 354 students from accredited Madrasah Aliyah in Malang, selected using proportionate random sampling. The study analyzes the relationships between service quality, institutional image, and students' behavioral intention using multiple linear regression. Findings – The results reveal a significant positive impact of both service quality (β = 0.089, p < 0.001) and institutional image (β = 0.146, p = 0.010) on students' behavioral intention. The combined influence of these variables accounts for 64.6% of the variance in behavioral intention, suggesting that improvements in these areas are likely to enhance student loyalty and advocacy. Research implications – These findings underscore the importance of managing service quality and institutional image to foster positive behavioral intentions among students, which in turn can lead to increased student retention and attraction. The study also suggests further research into other factors influencing student behavior and expanding the application of these findings to other educational settings

This research is based on the problem of (a) Can the application of the inquiry learning model improve the learning outcomes of ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) How can the application of the inquiry learning model improve the learning outcomes for ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko? Meanwhile, the objectives The results of this research are (a) To find out whether the application of the inquiry learning model can improve the learning outcomes of ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) To find out the application of the inquiry learning model in improving the learning outcomes for ablution material for class 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko . This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: Planning, Action, observation and reflection. The target of this research is grade 1 students for the 2023-2024 school year. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, pre-cycle (35%), cycle I (65%), cycle III (85%). The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Inquiry learning model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko and this learning model can be used as an alternative PAI learning Abstrak Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan (a) Apakah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) Bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko (b) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar materi berwudhu peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : Perencanaan, Tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 Tahun pelajaran 2023-2024. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu, pra siklus (35%), siklus I (65%), siklus III (85%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini Penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangnongko serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran PAI.

Capacity building in organizations is an innovative strategy aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and accountability to achieve global recognition. This article investigates organizational capacity building within the Doctoral Study Program in Islamic Education Management at the Postgraduate Program of the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, an institution committed to attaining an international reputation. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, data were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study reveals that: (1) the development of organizational capacity to achieve international recognition focuses primarily on human resource development and organizational strengthening; (2) visionary leadership is the most crucial factor in reaching international status; and (3) the process of building organizational capacity involves socializing the goals of international recognition, empowering existing resources, managing the transition through the ADKAR Prosci model, and striving to become an internationally recognized Islamic university. These findings suggest that enhancing organizational capacity in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner can significantly improve the productivity, performance, and accountability of study programs, contributing to their international reputation.
