This research aims to test the effect of institusional ownwership, corporate social responsibility, firm size and investment opportunity set to firm value of non financial company that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sample used in the study is 151 observations of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 to 2018 and took a sample using purposive sampling method. The data in the study came from the secondary data obtained through technical documentation. Data analysis technique used is the classial assumption test and multiple regression with the help of SPSS 21 for windows. The data of this study was to quality the classical assumption and test the suitability of the model with an adhusted R2 of 60,3%. The results show that: institusional ownership and firm size has a no effect to corporate value; corporate social responsibility and investment opportunity set has a positive significant to corporate value.Keyword : institusional ownership, corporate social responsibility, firm size, investment opportunity set, firm value

Abstrak:Tulisan ini menyajikan hasil analisis penulis mengenai kebutuhan akan peluang dan tantangan bagi pengembang teknologi pembelajaran, suatu jabatan fungsional baru yang dibina oleh Kemendikbud pada saat ini. Permasalahan yang diajukan adalah: (1) mengapa diperlukan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran; (2) bagaimana peluang untuk menduduki jabatan pengembang teknologi pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan; dan (3) apakah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengembang teknologi pembelajaran saat ini. Hasil kajian literatur dan pengamatan terhadap perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terkini menunjukkan bahwa PTP diperlukan karena beberapa hal berikut ini: (1) berkembangnya budaya kerja secara kolaboratif; 2) perlunya pembagian kerja karena disebabkan berkembangnya kawasan pekerjaan; (3) perubahan paradigma pembelajaran; dan 4) perkembangan pesat teknologi pembelajaran. PTP lahir sebagai akibat dari terjadinya hyperspesialisasi, yaitu pekerjaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan oleh satu orang menjadi dikerjakan oleh beberapa orang profesional yang berbeda untuk bagian-bagian yang lebih khusus. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa jabatan PTP terbuka bagi yang memiliki kompetensi, karena: (1) telah menjadi kebijakan pemerintah; (2) kebutuhan yang terus meningkat akan aneka sumber belajar, media, dan digital learning object; dan (3) banyak lembaga pendidikan saat ini yang memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi PTP saat ini yaitu: (1) PTP harus kreatif dan inovatif mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai paradigma belajar abad 21; (2) PTP perlu meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang pembelajaran dan teknologi, khususnya mengenai media terbaru; dan (3) PTP perlu menunjukkan karya nyata dan menawarkan solusi atas permasalahan dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: pengembang teknologi pembelajaran, perubahan paradigma, kompetensiAbstract:This paper presents the authorâ€™s analysis about the need for opportunity and challenges for Instructional Designers, a new functional position nurtured by the Ministry of Education and Culture recently. The proposed questions are: (1) why Instructional Designers are required; (2) how the oportunities for the people to hold an Instructional Designer post in an educational institution are; and (3) what challenges Instructional Designers face are. The result of literature review and observation towards the latest ICT development shows that Instructional Designers are required because of: (1) developing collaborative working culture; (2) the need for specification of jobs; (3) learning paradigm changes; and (4) fast ICT development. Instructional Designers were born as a result of Hyperspecialization. It is a job which is done by one person, which should then be done by some different professional persons to hold different more specific parts of the job. The author concludes that Instructional Designer post is open for those who has right competences, because: (1) it has become a government policy; (2) the need for various learning sources, media, and digital learning object is continuously increasing; (3) many educational institutions has been applying learning technology. Beside that, the challenges Instructional Designer face are: (1) Instructional Designers must be creative and innovative in developing learning models in accordance with the 21st learning paradigm; (2) Instructional Designers need to enhance their competency in the field of education and technology, especially the newest media; and (3) Instructional Deisgners should show their real work and offer the solutions for the whole problems in learning.Key Words: Instructional Designers; paradigm changes; competence

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyelengaraan jaringan sekolah, terutama dalam tahapan penyediaan, pelayanan, dan pembinaan jaringan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap pakar dan praktisi yang telah menyelenggarakan jaringan sekolah. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa faktor pendukung aspek penyediaan jaringan adalah SDM yang terstruktur dengan tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawab yang jelas; dan adanya berbagai alternatif aplikasi web server open source. Faktor penghambatnya adalah: kurang dukungan pengambil kebijakan seperti pimpinan, kurang kerjasama pihak terkait, penyedia jasa internet dan lain-lain. Dalam aspek pelayanan faktor pendukung adalah content, kemudahan akses, registrasi, discount pulsa internet, jaminan keamanan, tidak adanya tagihan, dan lain-lain. Situs yang berbasis teks, user friendly, fasilitas link, FAQ, download, helpdesk, space, dan promosi langsung kepada user untuk menjaga loyalitasnya. Faktor penghambat adalah belum tersedianya fasilitas search engine content yang memadai dan menyulitkan provider untuk promosi; kurangnya insentif bagi user, kesinambungan pelayanan, e-mail gratis, dan target yang akan dicapai.

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil studi literatur tentang penelitian pemanfaatan papan tulis interaktif (PTI) di berbagai negara yang ada di dunia. Laporan hasil penelitian yang dikaji adalah yang dimuat dalam jurnal teknologi pendidikan dan diterbitkan antara 2009- 2013 dan didata oleh EdITLib. Pertanyaan penelitiannya adalah 1) bagaimana perkembangan atau inovasi PTI?, 2) bagaimana persepsi guru terhadap PTI?, dan 3) bagaimana model pemanfaatannya yang terbaik? Kesimpulannya, pertama, perkembangan papan tulis interaktif (PTI) telah mencapai kemajuan yang menakjubkan berkat berbagai inovasi yang memungkinkannya menjadi produk teknologi pembelajaran yang sangat membantu proses pembelajaran interaktif di kelas, kedua guru merasa nyaman menggunakannya dan siswa merasa antusias untuk memanfaatkannya, ketiga masih perlu penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai model pemanfataannya yang didukung oleh teori belajar, yang menghasilkan perubahan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, dan perubahan pada penggunanya yaitu guru mengajar dan siswa belajar.Â This article is the result of the literature research on the use of interactive whiteboards (Papan Tulis Interaktif) in various countries in the world. Report of the results of studies being reviewed were those published within 2009 and 2013 and recorded by EdITlib. This article tries to answer the following questions:1)Â how is the development or inovation of interactive whiteboard? 2) what is the teacherâ€™s perception on the interactive whiteboard? and 3) what is the best model of the utilization of interactive whiteboard? The research conclusions are: firstly, the development or innovation of interactive whiteboard (PTI) has achieved amazing progress, as a result of a variety of innovations that enable it to become a product of educational technology that greatly assists the process of interactive learning in classroom; secondly, both teachers and students feel comfortable and are excited to use it; thirdly, further research is needed on the utilization of interactive whiteboard that is supported by learning theory, which will influence the effectiveness of learning process, and change of teaching and learning method in both teachers and students.

The process of recording the sale of spare parts and services, the service motor that includes the company's interaction to the customer and internal interactions between parts of the PT. As Motor not computerized. The problem that exists is in the process of identifying damage to vehicle in which the mechanics are not doing service in accordance with the standard operating procedure as well as the mechanics are working on improvements often work vehicle repair other customers and service advisors are not directly know the stock of spare parts that exist when the sales of spare parts, the impact is disturbing the development and progress of the workshop.The solution to solve the problem is an application that can automate customer interactions to the company and the interaction between the internal parts is to design and build applications recording sales of spare parts and services, the service -based motor desktop. These applications generate sales reports information in the form of spare parts, spare parts sales reports per period, circulation reports sales of spare parts, service revenue reports per mechanics, spare parts inventory reports, and reports the purchase of spare parts. Human Recources is one of the factors that determine the success of failure of HR companies company’s overall goals. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other factors, because humans have feelings, HR must be managed and fostered carefully and thoroughly in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company. This study refers to the understanding of leadership style, discipline and compensation for the work motivation of employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA is in ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population used in this study were employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA. Employees in this company approve 61 employees. Testing data instrument used were validation and reliability tests. Testing analysis and coefficient of determination, while testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The result of this study are (1) leadership style has an influence on employee work motivation with regression regression of 0.241 at the significance of 0.008. (2) Dicipline affects significant work motivation with a regression value of 0.119 with a significancevalue of 0.36. (3) Compencation is also significant on employee work motivation with a total regression of 0.519 with a significance value of 0,000. (4) leadership style, discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on work motivation with a significance level value, 0117.

This study examines the influence of political marketing and political will on public leadership and individual performance. The sample used is the people in Surabaya as many as 265 with a random sampling method. Amos 21 is used to test the indirect effect by using bootstrap test. The result of the research shows that political marketing and political will have a significant influence to the success of gaining public leadership, political marketing and marketing will have no significant effect on performance, and public leadership has a significant effect on performance. For the indirect influence, political marketing and political will on individual performance are mediated by public leadership.

Number of fish seed can be measured by means of conventional observation using eye senses. But when the fish seed measured pretty much it will take a long time (not efficient) and cause incorrect measurement results (inaccurate). The accuracy of calculation of fingerlings is crucial trust between seller and buyer.During this time a sensor is used to detect the amount of fish seed is passed through a transparent hose using a light sensor (Light Dependent Resistor) and photodiode sensors as infra red light receiver. The level of accuracy of the sensor lies in the intensity of the light beam is received so that the sensor will be impaired if airya murky and there are air bubbles pass through the sensor so that the fish count error occurs.This research will be conducted design counters the number of fingerlings using infra red phototransistor sensor with a frequency of 20KHz to fish and then processed using the logic matrix. Results matrix logic into the data input to be processed by a microcontroller as the basis of results of calculation of the amount of fish.Development model studies using models of R & D (research and development) that produce a product in the form of the final product. Experiments were carried out using the type and length of catfish fingerlings with a length of 3 cm to 5 cm. Fish seed count tool has been tested to catfish farmers in the village Siwarak Ungaran City.The trial results calculators fish seeds have difference of 3% of the calculated results Manual or accuracy of calculation results have fish reaches 97%, then a counter of fish seed is acceptable to be used by catfish farmers.

Background, excessive exploitation of paddy land in the long term without the addition of organic matter have resulted in soil become damaged. To meet the needs of food (rice) healthy and improve the functioning of the land, then there is no best alternative except development of organic farming systems. To be able to implement a system of organic farming, it is necessary to aplication of seed quality assurance. IbPUD activities carried out ini the village Ketapang, local village government has formed group of paddy organic farmers, but due to constraints in the available of seed rice organic . The purpose, carry out assistance to Farmers and Farmers Group in the establishment of the sources of seed organic rice and the acquisition of organic certification. The method, is Focus Group Discussion which emphasizes dialogue interpersosnal and mentoring. The program is implementing educational methods that involve the active participation of the participants from the three (3) groups of paddy organic farmers partners in Ketapang. The training was held in the form of : (1) seed rice breading management trainin, (2) training of organic rice management with the use of local waste and can be as alternative of organic fertilizers, and (3) training buines management.Results, an increasing number of farmers' groups who implement sources of seed organic rice of 4 (four) varietas (Mentik Susu, Mentik Wangi, Hitam Arang and Merah Anoman) to 3 farmer groups (15Ha). In conclusion, most members of the Farmers Group Al-Barokah have felt: (a) the benefit of the treatment of organic in terms of soil quality and the products of organic rice and its by-products, (b) an increase in value-added organic products and farmers' income, (c) the importance of maintaining paddy according to its function, (d) have become independent farmers in organic rice cultivation.Keywords: Organic farming systems, Organic certification, Interpersonal dialogue

The aim of this research was to study the symptom appear in the fields caused by Begomovirus or other viruses. The laboratory research was conducted using I-ELISA to comfirm the presence of Begomovirus and other mixed viruses and PCR to study coat protein band DNA of Begomovirus. The sample was collected from the plant that showed sympton of Begomovirus infection. The results of I-ELISA detection showed that the symptoms was varied in the field. The symptoms were mixed infection among Begomovirus and Tobamovirus, Cucumovirus, Potyvirus. Based on PCR detection, using universal primer coat protein of Begomovirus could amplify DNA fragment at 580 bp
