Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan program pelatihan karyawan yang telah dirancang oleh PT Kopitiam Oey Kota Bogor. Secara khusus, penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis kesesuaian pelaksanaan program dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, serta mengevaluasi sejauh mana program tersebut menghasilkan dampak yang optimal terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam keberhasilan pelatihan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap fenomena yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung di lapangan dan wawancara dengan informan yang memiliki relevansi terhadap objek kajian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan karyawan pada PT Kopitiam Oey belum optimal. Berdasarkan hasil survei, sebanyak 51% karyawan menyatakan pelatihan belum efektif, 85,5% karyawan tidak berminat mengikuti pelatihan, 60% menilai materi pelatihan tidak relevan dengan kebutuhan kerja, dan 39,5% menyatakan bahwa instruktur tidak memiliki kompetensi yang memadai. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi rendahnya partisipasi peserta, ketidaksesuaian materi pelatihan, serta kurangnya kemampuan pedagogis dari instruktur.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a problem that can be experienced by companies. High turnover intention can cause companies to experience Labor Turnover (LTO) problems, namely the rate of employee turnover. A high LTO level can disrupt company activities because the company requires more time and costs to find replacements for employees who leave, select prospective employees, and provide orientation to new employees. The aim of this research is to find out the direct influence of job stress, job insecurity and burnout on turnover intention and the indirect influence of job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention through burnout as an intervening variable. This research used a saturated sample method, namely 66 respondents who were employees of Medical Equipment Companies. Data processing uses path analysis with SPSS V 25. Based on path analysis, job stress, job insecurity, and burnout have a direct effect on turnover intention and then job stress has no effect on turnover intention through burnout and job insecurity has an indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout

Abstract

Optimalisasi digitalisasi pada UMKM Sanghui, Paras Furniture dan Di Din Collection. Penerapan digitalisasi pada UMKM sangatlah diperlukan dimasa pandemi seperti ini. Digitalisasi ini berguna untuk mempersiapkan UMKM untuk mampu bertahan menghadapi persaingan usaha baik dari segi pemasaran dan keuangan. Oleh karena itu perlunya pendampingan kepada UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya melalui e-commerce dan mendata keuangan secara digital, sehingga diharapkan mampu membantu UMKM agar lebih efektif dan efisian dalam usahanya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi wawancara secara langsung dengan UMKM perihal masalah-masalah yang dihadapi, berdiskusi tentang penyelesaian masalah dengan pemberian sosialisasi materi tentang digitalisasi pemasaran dan keuangan serta pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan e-commerce pada masing-masing UMKM dan pencatatan keuangan secara digital. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah penerapan digitalisasi pada UMKM diterima dengan sangat baik dan diterapkan oleh para UMKM.

Abstract

Limbah merupakan sampah yang tidak terpakai dan mempunyai dampak negatif bagi masyarakat apabila tikdak dikelola dengan baik. Limbah berasal dari alam maupun hasil kegiatan manusia, seperti Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) kulit singkong yang menghasilkan Limbah padat. Sebagai bagian dari program kerja utama Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM), dilakukan perancangan program pengolahan limbah UMKM keripik singkong dan pupuk organik cair. Hasil awal dari program ini menunjukkan adanya penigkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dan kontribusi nyata terhadap keberlanjutan pertanian di Desa Bojonggenteng, Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

Low work productivity is still a major problem in many organizations, which is often caused by high workloads, increased work stres , and suboptimal work motivation. This problem has a direct impact on achieving organizational goals because productivity reflects the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, work stres , and work motivation on work productivity, both directly and indirectly. The research method used a quantitative approach with a descriptive verification design and involved 109 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Path Analysis method. The research results show that workload and work stres  have a negative and significant effect on work motivation and work productivity, both directly and indirectly. Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. These findings confirm that effective management of work load and stres  as well as increasing work motivation are very important in overcoming employee productivity problems.

Abstract

This study was conducted due to the declining productivity levels among employees at PT Jaya Riyan Mandiri. Observations in the workplace indicate unmet sales productivity targets, an excessive workload, work capabilities that are not fully aligned with job requirements, and weakened motivation among several employees. These conditions suggest that workload, work ability, and work motivation may play a significant role in shaping employee productivity. The purpose of this research is to examine how these three variables, both individually and collectively, influence employee productivity. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative method was employed. Data were collected from 72 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that workload has a negative and significant impact on productivity, while work ability and work motivation contribute positively and significantly to employee performance. When tested together, the three variables account for 68.3% of the variance in work productivity, with the remaining 31.7% influenced by external factors not examined in this study. These results indicate that improving employee productivity requires reducing excessive workload, enhancing employees’ competencies through training and qualification alignment, and reinforcing work motivation through rewards, support, and opportunities for creativity. ABSTRAKPermasalahan rendahnya produktivitas karyawan di PT Jaya Riyan Mandiri menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Gejala yang tampak di lapangan meliputi target penjualan yang tidak tercapai, beban kerja yang dirasakan semakin berat, kemampuan kerja yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai kebutuhan jabatan, serta motivasi kerja sebagian pegawai yang cenderung melemah. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan adanya persoalan pada aspek beban kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan motivasi yang diduga mempengaruhi produktivitas pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama, terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 72 responden menggunakan teknik saturated sampling. Selanjutnya data diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa beban kerja berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sedangkan kemampuan kerja dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil kerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 68,3% variasi produktivitas, sementara 31,7% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dikaji. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan produktivitas dapat ditempuh dengan menurunkan beban kerja yang tidak proporsional, memperkuat kompetensi dan kesesuaian kualifikasi karyawan, serta mendorong motivasi kerja melalui pemberian apresiasi, dukungan, dan ruang pengembangan diri.

Abstract

AbstractPerformance is an important thing to achieve the goals of a company. Leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment is one of the things that influence employee performance, so it is appropriate for companies to pay attention to these things to develop and run the company in order to achieve goals. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and self-efficacy on organizational commitment, to determine the effect of leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment on employee performance and to analyze organizational commitment capable of mediating the influence of leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance. The research method used is path analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of Café Kopi Nako Kuntum, totaling 36 people. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially the variables of leadership and self-efficacy have an effect on organizational commitment, then leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and there is an influence of leadership, self-efficacy on employee performance through organizational commitment at Café Kopi Nako Kuntum. Keywords: Employee performance; leadership; organizational commitment; self-efficacy

Abstract

The current phenomenon requires companies to adopt green organizational culture and transformational leadership as crucial strategies to foster green organizational citizenship behavior among employees. This study explores employee awareness of green organizational citizenship behavior influenced by Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, and Green Human Resources Management. The method used in data collection uses quantitative purposive sampling. There were 150 respondents from four divisions in a company engaged in the electronics sector. Data analysis used the SEM method with PLS 4 software. The study results concluded that GOC and GTL positively and significantly affect GHRM. GOC, GTL, and GHRM positively and significantly affect G-OCB. GHRM mediates GOC and GTL with G-OCB. The implication is that companies must invest resources in developing and implementing comprehensive GHRM practices.   Keywords: Green Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resources Management, Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This analysis examines the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and product innovation on business success driven by entrepreneurial motivation. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 40 respondents. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach, with a focus on quantitative data. Data were collected through questionnaires using a non-probability sampling method. The stages of this analysis include descriptive verification, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and path analysis. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the study are: Entrepreneurial spirit and product innovation have a direct and positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation have a direct, positive impact on business success. Meanwhile, product innovation does not have a direct and positive influence on business success. Entrepreneurial spirit and product innovation indirectly and positively influence business success through entrepreneurial motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial networking capabilities and organizational commitment on the performance of snack food MSMEs in West Bogor district. The population in this study were snack food MSMEs in West Bogor district  amounted to 1,540 with a sample of 100  and data analysis using descriptive and verification methods with multiple linear regression analysis through the IBM SPSS program version 25.00. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial networking capabilities and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on business performance. The resulting impact is that MSMEs have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, are able to build extensive networks, and have a high commitment to their business, so their business performance will increase significantly in terms of sales, growth, innovation, and competitiveness.
