Abstract

The genus consists of 8 species in Siam, Indochina, the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Borneo, Java, and the Lesser Sunda Islands. It is here divided into 2 subgenera, the monotypic Schoutevia with S. cvata Korth. and Chartacalyx with S. accrescens (Mast.) Curtis as type species. Chartacalyx is divided into 2 sections, Chartacalyx and A disci flora with S. kuiistleri King as type spscies.Three species, S. curtisii, corneri, and kostermansii are considered new. S. hypoleuca Pierre is reduced to synonymy of S. ovata Korth.S. peregrines Craib is reduced to a subspecies of S. glomerata King.The varieties of S. accrescens (Mast.) Curtis are deleted. The species is divided into 3 subspecies: accrescens, stellata, and borneensis. A forma lepidota is reeognized for subspecies accrescens.S. buurmanii K. et V. and S. kunstleri King- are considered to be different species.

Abstract

A pharmacy is a location where pharmaceutical activities are carried out and the distribution of drugs to the public. This research focuses on the problem of managing drug inventory at Arto Moro Pharmacy, which is based on the need for an efficient decision support system in determining the optimal amount of drugs. Issues such as drugs that are no longer suitable for use and waste require a more efficient management system. The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to overcome these problems. The SAW method is used to handle problems in complex decision-making by combining relevant criteria and giving an assessment of each criterion. The research results consist of four main stages: the creation of a decision matrix from drug demand and supply data, the creation of a decision matrix for each type of drug, the calculation of rankings by summing the criteria matrix, and the determination of the amount of inventory for May by considering the final value in the form of a percentage of the previous moth’s demand (April). The application of the SAW method has succeeded in creating an effective decision support system in determining the amount of drug inventory at Arto Moro Pharmacy. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of the application of the SAW method in drug inventory management in pharmacies, which contributes to addressing the problem of efficiency.

Abstract

Broiler chickens are broiler breeds that have a relatively fast growth of about 4-5 weeks. The growth of broiler chickens is influenced by several aspects, one of which is cage management. In cage management there is a target effective temperature which is one of factors that support the growth of broiler chickens. The target effective temperature for growing comes from measured temperature combined with air humidity and measured wind speed. In this article, we will discuss how the perceptron algorithm can predict the target effective temperature in the broiler chicken closed house cage systems. The goal is to find a network model that can predict target effective temperatures with high accuracy based on variable measurements. Furthermore, the result of network model will be used to regulate the conditions of the coop according to the needs of the comfort of chickens. Based on the results of this study, the perceptron algorithm with a single layer provides a good network model of target effective temperature to regulate cage conditions.

Abstract

The background of this research is the decrease in spending budget at the Gedeg Mojokerto District Office for the 2017-2021 period. The purpose of this study is to find out how financial performance is measured by value for money and financial ratios. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data in the form of reports on the realization of the Gedeg District budget. Data collection techniques using observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the value for money approach and financial ratios. The results of this study before the covid-19 in terms of the first method showed the criteria were quite economical, quite efficient, and very effective. Then during Covid-19 the second method gave results where the financial position at the degree of fiscal decentralization was very good, the regional government's financial dependence was very low, and less effective. Meanwhile, post-covid-19 conditions look uneconomical, quite efficient, and very effective.

Abstract

Company competition in marketing is not limited to the functional properties of the product, for example the ease of use of the product, but is related to brands that can offer a special image to their users. Products are described as commodities that are exchanged, whereas brands describe the specifications of its customers. Brand is one of the most important marketing factors. Brand is the identity of the product, the brand provides brief information about the product that consumers want. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity and Price on purchasing decisions for Mie Sedaap products. The variables in this study are brand equity and price as the independent variable and purchase decision as the dependent variable. . This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools in the form of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that brand equity partially influences purchasing decisions (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Tcount 12,984 > Ttable 1.989) and price partially influences purchasing decisions purchases (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Tcount 5,899 > Ttable 1.989). Brand equity and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions for sedaap noodle products (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount 249,423 > Ftable 3.09).

Abstract

Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa pemilihan karier merupakan salah satu keputusan penting yang dibuat dalam kehidupan. Ironisnya, keputusan dalam memilih karier sering dibuat tanpa dipikirkan dan terlalu dini dalam mengambil keputusan. Pemilihan karier harus dipilih dengan sangat hati-hati, dipikirkan dan direncanakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini ialah siswa mampu memilih karier sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini ialah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini ialah layanan bimbingan klasikal yang telah disampaikan pada kegiatan PKM sangat dibutuhkan dan harus berkelanjutan. Layanan tersebut memberikan dampak yang sangat luar biasa dimana tujuan dan manfaat dari implementasi layanan bimbingan klasikal yakni siswa mampu merencanakan, mengembangkan, memilih dan mandiri dalam mengambil keputusan karier sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki

Abstract

Pharmaceutical Services at the Hospital is an integral part of the Hospital's health care system that is patient-oriented, providing Pharmaceutical Preparations Medical Devices, and Medical Materials that are quality and affordable for all levels of society including clinical pharmacy services (Anonymous, 2016) Besed on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No 179 Menkes/SK/11/2008, the SPM indicator of hospital pharmacy services includes the waiting time for drug services to be a maximum of 30 minutes while the maximum concoction drug is 60 minutes, the absence of medication errors, stalaction customers at least 80% and prescription writing all must refer to the Hospital formulary This study aims to find out the Waiting Time (Respond Time) of Prescription Services for Finished Medicines and drugs mixed with BPJS patients Outpatient in Bangil Hospital. This research is a non-experimental research with descriptive approach, namely the type of research approach to obtain an overview of the state of a group of data based on observations the real thing is, data collection is done in the Outpatient Pharmacy Service at Hangil Hospital, and is carried out for three months. The total mumber of prescription samples erered in the pharmacy installation for three months a 12.587 prescriptions with details of 10,770 prescriptions of JKN BPJS 85.27% 1,808 peral recipes 14 66% and 9 other insurance recipes 0.07% Among the recipe for JKN BPIS obtained during the study were 90.23% of non-concoction recipes and 9.77% of recipe recipes. The results of the study were obtaining results, the number of prescriptions from patients was 85.27% more than prescriptions from general patients 14 66% and other insurance 0.07%. The average waiting time for non-concoction recipe services in 25 minutes, and concoctions are 62 minutes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the calculation of the cost of production at Nurul Aini UMKM in Mojokerto using traditional accounting and determining the cost of production based on the activity-based costing (ABC) method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through documentation and interviews. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis, which is an analysis based on decisions. The results of the study are as follows: 1. By using a traditional approach to calculate the cost of production at Nurul Aini UMKM, it was found that the raw materials used to produce motorcycle seats were 37,253,166,000, labor costs were 2,350,570,000, and factory overhead costs were 339,960,000. Thus, the cost of production of Nurul Aini UMKM in 2023 is IDR 39,943,696,000. 2) The activity-based costing system is used to calculate the COGS of Nurul Aini UMKM. To begin, the costs of activity resources must be examined. It begins by identifying and dividing activities into four levels of activity: unit level, batch-related costs, product enhancement costs, and facility enhancement costs. Next, product costs must be examined. where the cost drivers used by each product are used to limit factory overhead costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim's financial performance between 2018 and 2022 based on its profitability and liquidity ratios. The financial accounts of PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim, a coal transportation service provider listed on the investment gallery of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (GIBEI), are the subject of this study. An analysis of the documentation was the method employed to prepare this research. Data is collected through the study, recording, and classification of documentation. This study requires the gathering of data from a corporation in the form of financial reports, which will then be used as research material. The data was then compiled, classified, confidentially handled, and evaluated using quantitative descriptive analysis to offer a summary of the issues encountered or looked into. Results of the study The financial performance of PT. Batulicin Maritime Archipelago is impacted by the profitability ratio and liquidity ratio of PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim during the years 2018 to 2022. has an effect on the financial performance of PT. Batulicin Nusantara Maritim.
