This study analyzes the implementation of crowdfunding as an alternative financing option in Indonesia’s creative economy sector, highlighting its significant positive impact on sector growth. Crowdfunding provides broader access to capital for small and medium enterprises, enhances community engagement, and fosters innovation and product diversification. Through crowdfunding platforms, entrepreneurs can build a strong support community and introduce their creative ideas to a wider audience. Despite these benefits, the mechanism faces challenges, including a lack of understanding about crowdfunding, high competition, and regulatory uncertainty. Additionally, issues of transparency, uncertainty in achieving funding targets, as well as technological and psychological challenges must also be addressed. To maximize the benefits of crowdfunding, entrepreneurs are advised to prioritize transparency and prepare sustainability plans post-funding. Support in the form of education, training, and strengthened regulations is crucial to creating an inclusive and sustainable creative economy ecosystem. By overcoming these challenges, crowdfunding has the potential to be an effective tool for promoting innovation and growth in Indonesia’s creative economy sector, while empowering communities to actively contribute to value creation

This study tries to explore the overall concept of targhib, namely that there are four factors that are used in shaping the performance of an Islamic organization (ta'awun/help, as-samahah/tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu') as a rule in conducting interactions both individually and collectively. group. In the concept of targhib, it functions to motivate humans as individuals and groups in small and large organizations, as was done by the Prophet Muhammad at the beginning of preaching activities. Rasulullah SAW encouraged us humans with the promise of reward and Jannah, for anyone who is able to walk according to the creed of monotheism and far from polytheism by carrying out the values of ta'awun / help, as-samahah / tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu' in organizing. Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, (2013) explains targhib is a certainty of comfort, pleasure in the hereafter which is done with seduction. This concept refers to human nature, which has the desire to always live in a state of pleasure, safety and away from difficult or suffering conditions.

Integrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah proses kompleks yang memerlukan pemahaman tentang dampak yang saling berhubungan serta identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong perubahan efektif di lingkungan sekolah. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran, dampak, dan tantangan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika. Jumlah literature yang direview sebanyak 20 judul terbitan tahun 2020 sampai 2024. Analisi data mengunakan metode PRISMA Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi tidak hanya memengaruhi kinerja siswa, tetapi juga berbagai aspek dan pemangku kepentingan di sekolah. Simpulan studi ini menegaskan bahwa teknologi dapat berkontribusi positif terhadap transformasi digital sekolah. Peran penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran inovatif terbukti dapat membantu siswa membangun pengetahuan secara mandiri dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Meskipun media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi memiliki dampak positif dalam merubah minat, sikap dan perilaku siswa, namun juga berdampak negative yang harus ditemukan soliusinya. Tantangan di masa depan yaitu (a) pemerataan akses terhadap perangkat dan koneksi internet untuk kelancaran belajar, dan (b) perlunya pengembangan professional guru dalam pelatihan atau keterampilan menggunakan teknologi baru.

Penanaman Bayam Brazil (Alternanthera sissoo) di lahan kritis seperti tanah tandus dan rawan banjir memerlukan pendekatan pengelolaan yang inovatif. Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengelolaan berbasis eco-enzyme yang dikombinasikan dengan pemodelan matematika untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Eco-enzyme hasil fermentasi limbah organik, terbukti meningkatkan kesuburan dan retensi air tanah. Dalam praktiknya, pengelolaan dilakukan melalui persiapan tanah, aplikasi dosis eco-enzyme yang terukur, serta evaluasi pertumbuhan tanaman secara berkala. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan berkelanjutan berbasis matematika dan teknologi bio-organik seperti eco-enzyme dapat menjadi solusi adaptif terhadap perubahan iklim dan degradasi lahan.

The aim of this research is to examine and describe the extent of the impact of the variables Perceived Usefulnessss, Perceived Ease of Use, Risk, and Social Influence on Interest in Using through the mediation of the Attitude Toward Using variable. The population studied was Livin' by Mandiri mobile banking users in Pemalang, using a research sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Information was obtained by observation, filling out a questionnaire using Google Form, and studying relevant literature. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with various statistical tests, such as instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, path analysis, and the Sobel test which was analyzed using the Sobel test calculator. The research results found that there was a significant direct impact on the variables Perceived Usefulnessss (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Risk (X3), Social Influence (X4), and Attitude Toward Using (Z) with Interest in Using (Y). Apart from that, Attitude Toward Using (Z) plays a significant role as a link to the indirect impact of these variables on Interest in Using (Y). The increase in civil cases that entered in the Court, prompting the MA to issue PERMA No. 1, 2016, on mediation procedures in court. The success of mediation in resolving cases in court is also found in the Pekalongan District Court, the Pekalongan District Court which has 2 (two) jurisdictions, namely Pekalongan City and Pekalongan Regency with data sources on the number of lawsuits from 2019 to December this is 46 (forty) six) cases, specifically cases with register number 13/Pdt.G/2019.PN.Pkl can be resolved through a mediation process without having to go through a long trial. This type of research is used libraryresearch with perprobleman this research 1) the mediation process and the obstacles faced in resolving civil disputes in the District Court Class IB Pekalongan City (Verdict No. 13 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PN.Pkl) 2) Juridical review of mediation practices conducted in resolving civil disputes in the District Court Class IB Pekalongan (Verdict No.13 / P Dt. G/2019/PN.Pkl). Teknik data collection used is library materials according to object studies. As for analyzing the data obtained, the author uses content analysis techniques. The results showed that: The Mediation Process that took place in the Pekalongan City Court Class 1B in decision No. 13 / Pdt.G / 2019 / PN.Pkl has been done well. In mediation conducted by mediators successfully help the parties to the dispute resolve the problem through mediation by agreeing to make peace with evidence of a deed of peace.

Mentoring activities for MSMEs engaged in snacks, namely tempeh chips. Production activities are carried out every day because of the many enthusiasts and consumers who like the products of the Mak Ribut Tempeh Chips MSME. The purpose of this activity is to The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance for business development in MSMEs by identifying problems that exist in MSMEs, and trying to provide alternative solutions. After conducting the observation stage, several problems were found faced by MSMEs, including not having a business profile, not having a logo, not having a promotional Banner, not having a packaging sticker, not having a stamp, not having promotional media in the form of product photos, production videos and promotional videos, not having a social media account, not knowing the calculation of HPP, and not having simple financial records. During the mentoring activities that created a series of activities that resulted in several programs and after analyzing the UMKM Keripik Tempe Mak Ribut produced a positive impact on UMKM owners such as having a business profile that is useful as a business identity, logo, Banner, packaging stickers that are useful for introducing product brands, stamps, product photos, production videos, promotional videos, social media accounts, as a promotional media in marketing their products, and updates on gmaps so that consumers know the location of the business. Calculation of HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) so that UMKM know how much profit is obtained, as well as simple bookkeeping so that business finances are organized and not mixed with personal finances.

This study aims to: (1) determine the level of self-awareness among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang; (2) determine the career planning of ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang; (3) find out whether there is a significant relationship between self-awareness and career planning among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population of this study consisted of 128 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang, with a sample of 56 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using measurement techniques with data collection instruments in the form of self-awareness and career planning questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that: (1) the level of self-awareness among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang is in the high category (79%); (2) the level of career planning among ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Singkawang is in the high category (69%); (3) there is a relationship between the self-awareness variable and the career planning variable, with a low degree of correlation (correlation coefficient = 0.367), and the relationship is positive. A positive relationship means that the higher or better the self-awareness variable, the higher or better the career planning variable, and vice versa, the lower the self-awareness variable, the lower the career planning variable.

The purpose of this research is to analyzed the interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallot (Allium cepa L.).The hypothesis put forward in this study is,It is suspected that there is an interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallot (Allium cepa L.). The benefits that can be obtained in this study are: 1. Gaining technical experience in onion cultivation with certain treatments, 2. As a material for providing final project evaluations, 3. As a reference for the community about onion cultivation with certain treatments.This research was conducted at the UNISKA Integrated Field Laboratory Greenhouse using polybags, located in Rejomulyo Village, Kediri City District, with an altitude of 67 meters above sea level, tropical climate with an average temperature of 30ºC and has an average rainfall of 1,500–2,000 mm per year. Has a sandy loam soil type. This research was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3×3 factorial pattern, with 9 combinations of 3 replications. Factor I is planting media, which consists of three types, and Factor II is NPK dose. From these two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained and repeated 3 times. There was no interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallots.There was a single effect, the composition of the growing media had a significant effect on the growth.

This community service activity, entitled Implementation of Digital Marketing on Basreng Basgoy Business, aims to analyze the SWOT factors (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), determine the STP strategies (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning), and evaluate the implementation of the marketing mix strategy used by the Basreng Basgoy business in Bengkalis. Furthermore, this program seeks to examine the effectiveness of digital marketing in improving marketing strategies and expanding consumer reach, as well as to identify challenges and solutions encountered during the implementation process. The method used consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation stages conducted directly with the business owner. The results show that digital marketing implementation has significantly improved business performance through various online platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Shopee. Consistent promotion and engaging content creation successfully increased consumer interaction and product sales. Challenges encountered include tight market competition and limited content ideas. The solutions applied involve strengthening branding by emphasizing product uniqueness, improving promotional visuals, and conducting continuous content analysis and optimization.
