Abstract

This community engagement research aims to provide assistance in simple bookkeeping to orphanages with the objective of improving transparency, accuracy, and financial management effectiveness. The assistance method involves a series of activities, including basic training in simple bookkeeping, the development of easily comprehensible financial report formats, and the provision of guidance and direct supervision in day-to-day financial record-keeping. Evaluation and monitoring are conducted throughout the assistance period to measure progress and ensure alignment with the specific needs of the orphanages. The research findings indicate that the provision of simple bookkeeping assistance offers significant benefits to orphanages. The financial recording skills of the administrators improve, leading to more accurate and trustworthy financial reports. Furthermore, transparency in financial management increases, thereby fostering trust and participation from relevant stakeholders such as donors and regulatory bodies. The implementation of a simple bookkeeping system also aids administrators in making better decisions based on the available financial information

Abstract

Talk about women since ancient times is endless. Every conversation about women shows that women occupy the most respected positions, but on the other hand women will occupy the lowest position, both in social, cultural, economic, political, and even religious views. In the Islamic tradition, as revealed by Yunahar Ilyas (1997), there are four types that are believed to be the way of human creation; 1. From the ground (the creation of Adam); 2. Created from (rib) Adam (creation of Eve); 3. Created through a mother with a fatherless pregnancy, both legally and biologically (the creation of the Prophet Isa); 4. Created through pregnancy with father biologically and law or at least biologically only (creation of humans other than Adam, Eve, and Isa). The emphasis of this paper lies in the old view, namely about the creation of air. So the question arises from this picture whether Eve was created from the ground, the same material as Adam was created or from the part of Adam's body?

Abstract

The authenticity of the Qur'an as a scripture is undoubted by its adherents. But when they talk and deal with polygamy verse, it seems it was rejected. Ziauddin Sardar stated that this polygamous verse denotes prohibition. In line with Sardar, Siti Musdah Mulia thinks that polygamy degrades the dignity and value of women. The view of both figures areat odds with texts in well-documented hadith literature that lead to its allowance. This paper attempts to understand both pro and contra sides by accommodating some of the insights and approaches that make it possible to understand this verse.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikeil ini adalah untuk meingkaji peinafsiran Ibnu Katsir. QS. Al-Baqarah ayat 261 dan peindeikatan yang harus dilakukan untuk meingurangi keimiskinan. Peineilitian ini meirupakan bagian dari studi keipustakaan, yaitu peineilitian yang datanya dikumpulkan dari beirbagai liteiratur. Tidak hanya buku, teitapi juga bahan doikumeintasi, majalah, jurnal, dan beintuk liteiratur lainnya. Meinurut teimuan peineilitian, peinafsiran Ibnu Katsir meindeifinisikan miskin seibagai oirang yang tidak meimiliki apa-apa untuk dibeilanjakan, seihingga Allah meimeirintahkan manusia untuk meimbantu meireika deingan seisuatu yang dapat meimeinuhi keibutuhan meireika dan meinghilangkan keirugian meireika. Goiloingan masyarakat seipeirti inilah yang patut meindapat peirhatian dan keipeidulian, diikuti deingan cara-cara Al-Qur'an meimbantu meingeintaskan keimiskinan dan upaya yang dilakukan peimeirintah untuk meingeintasakan keimiskinan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis secara kritis pemahaman bahwa Al-Qur’an diturunkan dalam bahasa Arab, olehkarena itu untuk memahami hukum-hukum dalam teks Al-Qur’an perlu dipahami antara lain dari segi bahasa,dalam hal ini budidaya. Para ulama yang ahli dalam bidang fikih telah melakukan penelitian secara menyeluruhterhadap teks-teks al-Qur'an dan kajian ini tertuang dalam prinsip-prinsip yang dipegang oleh umat Islam yangbenar untuk memahami isi al-Qur'an dengan benar. Aturan-aturan ini membantu umat Islam untuk memahamiteks-teks yang tampak kabur (tidak jelas), interpretasi global teks takwil dan aturan hukum terkait lainnya dariteks-teks Al-Qur'an. Dengan demikian dapat dipahami mana ayat yang muhkam dan mana ayat yang mutasyabihatdalam Al-Qur'an itu sendiri.

Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) is an official body formed by the government based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia which has the task and function of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq and alms at the national level. The Cendikia Baznas Scholarship (BCB) Dumai City is one of the Dumai Smart programs which is intended for prospective and underprivileged students from Dumai City who will study at the Tazkia Bogor Islamic Institute (IAI) with all costs borne by Baznas Dumai City. Dumai City Baznas always provides BCB scholarships with a quota of five people who will be selected to undertake 4 years of education at IAI Tazkia Bogor. The selection of BCB scholarship recipients is based on several criteria such as grade transcripts, parents' income, registration form, parental approval letter, achievements, school recommendation letters, certificates of incapacity, participation in organizations, academic tests, and writing the essay "Me in 2030 ”. These criteria will show their eligibility as a BCB scholarship recipient. Currently, there is no computerized calculation process that uses unclear decision-making methods and reporting processes in selecting the BCB scholarship, so it is considered inappropriate. Therefore, we need a system using the CoCoSo method to rank the names of prospective students who will be selected as BCB Dumai City scholarship recipients, with the final result being alternative A37 in the name of Elli Suryati which has the highest optimization value, namely 1.4593, which is the best alternative. Becoming a BCB scholarship recipient is followed by the next four alternatives, namely alternative A44 with the name Bayu Alfi Putra, Alternative A38 named Deswandi Saputra, Alternative A23 named Naufal Hakim, and Alternative A25 named Van Halen.

Abstract

Nominee agreement as development of agreement is an implementation of the unnamed agreement (innominaat) regulated in Article 1319 of the Civil Code. The existence of this agreement in Indonesia does not constitute a form of agreement that violates the provisions of contract law even though it has not been regulated expressly and specifically. However, if the agreement is made in conflict with or not in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force in Indonesia, then this would cause legal problems. This research method was carried out using a normative juridical approach with descriptive analytical research specifications. The results of this research show that the position of the nominee agreement in the transfer of share ownership is null and void. By making the agreement null and void, it returns the parties to their original state and has implications for the company.

Abstract

Innovation in floor plate methods has been developing nowadays, one of the methods is the precast method. However, this method cannot behave monolithically with other structures so that the deflection does not meet the permit. To overcome this problem then the half-slab plate innovation comes with a combination of precast and conventional method for the topping. This study discusses the ratio of half-slab and conventional floor plate capacity based on the thickness variation. The capacity analysis covers the bending moment, shear force, deflection and stress due to gravity loads. The total thickness of plate was 120 mm and 130 mm, with the three thickness variations which were the precast is thicker than the topping, the topping is thicker than the precast, and the topping is equal to the precast. The results show that the half-slab plate capacity is 8 to 20 times larger than the conventional plate, due to the lifting and shoring forces. In addition, the variations in the topping and precast thickness affect the value of half-slab capacity, which is the thicker the precast the greater the capacity. Adding thickness every 5 mm could increase the moment capacity by 1,58-7,14%, the shear capacity by 1,61-7,14%, the deflection by 1,69-2,08% and could decrease the normal voltage by 1,76%. So the good variation in the half-slab plate thickness is the plate with the precast thickness which is smaller than the topping thickness. From the two types of plates, plates with a thickness of 130 mm have the capacity 4 to 8 times larger than 120 mm. This is influenced by the lift point placement, shoring plots and a larger 130 mm plate width. Keywords: floor plate capacity, half-slab, thickness variation

Abstract

In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have long been recognized as a very important business sector due to their various real roles in the economy. However, MSMEs often face many obstacles in running their businesses. More incentive support from various parties, especially the government, is needed for the development of MSMEs. In order to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs and support their sustainability, a KKU (Business Field Study) activity was carried out by Group 15 at the KKU-11 of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Adias Pemalang at the MSME “Ev_Kids Product.”After conducting an observation phase, several problems faced by the SME were identified, including the lack of social media for marketing, failure to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain simple accounting records, absence of a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, receipt books, and product attributes. Additionally, the SME had never produced a production video or promotional video.After conducting the observation phase, KKU actors formulated several business development assistance programs, namely creating social media accounts, calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), creating simple bookkeeping, creating a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, note books, and product attributes in the form of hangtags. They also created production videos and promotional videos.

Abstract

Perkembangan fintech telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor keuangan, termasuk munculnya financial technology (fintech) berbasis syariah. Fintech syariah hadir sebagai inovasi layanan keuangan yang tidak hanya menekankan efisiensi dan kemudahan akses, tetapi juga berlandaskan prinsip keadilan, kemanfaatan, dan keberlanjutan sesuai nilai-nilai syariah. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan fintech syariah, terutama dalam mendukung terbentuknya sistem keuangan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis kontribusi fintech syariah dalam mewujudkan keuangan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah berperan penting dalam memperluas inklusi keuangan melalui penyaluran pembiayaan berbasis akad syariah, terutama bagi usaha mikro dan kecil. Selain itu, penerapan prinsip profit and loss sharing membantu menciptakan keadilan dan menghindari praktik riba serta eksploitasi. Dengan demikian, fintech syariah memiliki kontribusi strategis dalam mendukung keuangan berkelanjutan yang memperhatikan aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan etika.
