Abstract

Waduk Selorejo sebagai salah satu waduk destinasi wisata dari Perum Jasa Tirta I serta salah satu sumber air bagi masyarakat Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang. Dari waktu ke waktu, sungai-sungai yang berada di sekitar waduk membawa material sedimen (lumpur, pasir, kerikil, dan lainnya) yang menyebabkan pendangkalan (sedimentasi). Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian berupa pemetaan batimetri Waduk Selorejo yang diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dan pertimbangan bagi pihak Perum Jasa Tirta I terkait untuk perlindungan dan pemeliharaan area sekitar Waduk Selorejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan diambil secara langsung menggunakan SBES (Singlebeam Echosounder) HD-370 yang dihubungkan dengan GNSS Hi-Target V60. Setelah dilakukan koreksi kedalaman, diketahui bahwa Waduk Selorejo saat proses pemeruman memiliki kedalaman minimum -9 m dan kedalaman maksimum -29 m dengan luas 86,40 ha. Fitur bawah air yang ada pada Waduk Selorejo adalah gundukan pertama yang terletak pada koordinat Easting dan Northing berturut-turut 649798,65 m;9129962,53 mdengan ketinggian 6 m kemiringan 10,96º, serta gundukan kedua yang terletak pada koordinat Easting dan Northing berturut-turut 649915,00 m;9129792,61 m serta memiliki ketinggian 18,51 m, kemiringan 19,13º pada bagian atas dan kemiringan 8,28º pada bagian bawah. Selain itu juga dilakukan pengambilan sedimen menggunakan grab sampler. Berdasarkan uji lab terhadap 20 sampel sedimen yang telah diambil, diketahui Waduk Selorejo didominasi oleh tipe sedimen silt (lanau, sebuah sedimen yang diendapkan oleh air) dengan nilai rata-rata 72,90%. Jenis sedimen lain yang terdeteksi yakni sand (pasir) dengan nilai rata-rata 18,05% dan clay (tanah liat) dengan nilai rata-rata 9,04%. Diketahui juga Waduk Selorejo mampu menampung air dengan volume maksimum 13.731.709,38 m3 pada kedalaman maksimum 50 m.

Abstract

Berdasarkan KepMen ESDM No 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, geometri jalan tambang harus sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan jalan tambang. Area penelitian difokuskan pada area pit karena jalan pada area pit masih berupa tanah sehingga lebih rentan terhadap perubahan daripada jalan utama yang sudah berupa beton. Pada penelitian ini membahas terkait hubungan geometri jalan dengan keselamatan kerja pada pertambangan. Kajian geometri jalan tambang mengacu pada AASHTO dan acuan standar keamanan jalan tambang menggunakan KepMen ESDM No 1827 K/30/MEM/2018. Pemantauan geometri jalan tambang dilakukan menggunakan metode foto udara untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja. Geometri jalan meliputi lebar jalan, kemiringan jalan (grade), kemiringan melintang dan superelevasi jalan. Pengambilan data geometri jalan menggunakan metode foto udara, dari data foto udara tersebut didapatkan data orthophoto dan DEM (Digital Elevation Model) untuk mendapatkan data koordinat dan elevasi. Pengolahan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan teori AASHTO, setelah didapatkan data geometri jalan kemudian dilakukan analisis kesesuaian dengan standar yang ada pada KepMen ESDM No 1827 K/30/MEM/2018. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan tingkat kesesuaian parameter kemiringan (grade) sebesar 68.2% memenuhi standar, tingkat kesesuaian parameter lebar sebesar 58.5% memenuhi standar, tingkat kesesuaian parameter kemiringan melintang 79.4% memenuhi standar, dan tingkat kesesuaian parameter superelevasi adalah 50% memenuhi standar.

Abstract

Candi Gunung Gangsir, salah satu warisan bangunan cagar budaya yang memiliki nilai budaya dan ilmu pengetahuan yang penting. Candi ini perlu dilestarikan dengan cara pendokumentasian secara digital. Perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan dalam bentuk pemodelan 3D menggunakan sensor berupa LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging). Telah ada teknologi terkini berupa smartphone Phone 12 Pro Max dengan tambahan built-in sensor LiDAR. Sensor LiDAR pada iPhone tersebut lebih terjangkau jika dibandingkan dengan alat TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanner). Akuisisi data dengan iPhone 12 Pro Max sebagai Low-Cost LiDAR dan Leica RTC360 sebagai TLS. Low-Cost LiDAR melakukan pemindaian secara bergerak sehingga menghasilkan 8.234.112 point cloud, sementara TLS menggunakan pemindaian statik menghasilkan 1.359.463.159 point cloud. Secara visual model 3D yang dihasilkan oleh TLS menampilkan detail yang lebih baik daripada hasil dari Low-Cost LiDAR. Diperoleh RMS Error untuk Low-Cost LiDAR sebesar 19,3 cm dan TLS sebesar 0,5 cm, sehingga hanya TLS yang memenuhi batas toleransi yang telah ditetapkan. Pengujian akurasi point cloud menggunakan 3 parameter eigen value based yaitu planarity, linearity, dan sphericity menunjukkan data yang dihasilkan oleh Low-Cost LiDAR tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan data yang dihasilkan oleh TLS secara uji statistik.

Abstract

This article examines the role of education financing in the development of infrastructure and learning facilities at MTs Hidayatul Falah in Nagrak District, Sukabumi. Using a case study approach with a descriptive qualitative method, data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings highlight that education financing, particularly through the BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds, community contributions, and alumni donations, significantly contributes to the construction of classrooms, computer labs, libraries, and other essential facilities. However, the study also identifies major challenges, including funding limitations, low community participation, and administrative constraints. Efficient and transparent financial management, along with collaboration among stakeholders, can optimize education financing to enhance the quality of educational infrastructure. This research offers practical insights for private educational institutions in rural areas to develop sustainable and accountable financing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of multicultural, democratic, and human rights (HR) education values at MTs Hidayatul Falah Sukabumi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the school has made efforts to realize inclusive, participatory, and equitable education through various learning activities and internal policies. However, the implementation still faces challenges such as limited teacher training and a socially homogeneous environment. This study recommends strengthening policy frameworks and teacher training programs to achieve a more systematic and comprehensive value-based education.

Abstract

Internal recruitment based on local wisdom with a sociocultural approach is a strategic approach to improve the quality of educators and education at SMK Ma'arif NU Pangandaran. This article aims to identify and develop internal recruitment methods that integrate the values of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) and local wisdom in the process of selection, promotion, and development of the workforce. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study at SMK Ma'arif NU Pangandaran with in-depth interviews with policy makers, observation of the recruitment process, and analysis of institutional documents. The results of the study show that the internal recruitment method based on local wisdom not only strengthens the identity of the institution as part of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) but also increases the loyalty, dedication, and quality of educators. This recruitment involves values such as tawasuth (moderate), tasamuh (tolerant), tawazun (balanced), as well as the active participation of the NU community in the selection and coaching process. Positive impacts include increasing the harmonization of relationships between schools and the community, preserving NU traditions, and improving the quality of education based on local character

Abstract

This study aims to assess the achievements and impacts of the program regarding the appointment of contract teachers at the junior high school (SMP) level in Tambrauw Regency, Southwest Papua Province. This research used an evaluation method with the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) Evaluation Model developed by Stufflebeam. Respondents consist of representatives from the Department of Education, School Principals, and Teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and document studies. The collected data are then analyzed qualitatively and presented verbally. The utilization of triangulation and qualitative analysis methods in this study enhances the credibility of the data and the validity of the resulting findings. The analysis results indicate that: Firstly, in terms of context, the implementation of this program still aligns with the existing needs. Secondly, in terms of input, the program can proceed due to the availability of adequate financial support and resources. Thirdly, during the implementation process, external interventions influence the achievement of program objectives. Lastly, in terms of product, this program successfully achieves its predetermined goals and positively impacts the improvement of educational quality. In conclusion, the program regarding the appointment of contract teachers in junior high schools in Tambrauw Regency has a significant impact on enhancing the quality of education. This assessment is crucial for refining and optimizing existing programs. This study provides a valuable contribution to the program evaluation literature, particularly in the context of education in remote areas.

Abstract

The quality of education is a strategic issue that continues to be a concern in the development of the education system, both at the policy level and institutional practice. However, efforts to improve the quality of education are often dominated by technocratic approaches that tend to reduce quality to mere administrative and quantitative indicators. This article aims to examine the concept of educational quality theoretically and examine approaches and techniques for improving the quality of education as stated in the scientific literature. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, by analyzing relevant textbooks, journal articles, and policy documents. The results of the study show that quality education is a multidimensional concept that includes outcomes, learning processes, and the education system as a whole, and is influenced by social and institutional contexts. Various approaches to quality improvement, such as managerial, systemic, school-based, and quality culture approaches, have different characteristics and focuses, so they cannot be applied uniformly. Quality improvement techniques, such as continuous planning and evaluation, academic supervision, curriculum development, and data utilization, need to be integrated consistently with the approach used. This article emphasizes the importance of theoretical and contextual understanding in efforts to improve the quality of education as a sustainable process.

Abstract

The culture of the pesantren is a living value system and plays an important role in the formation of the character of the students. This study aims to analyze the role of pesantren culture in shaping the character education of students at the Al-Anam Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The research informants included kyai, ustadz, pesantren administrators, and students. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The validity of the data is maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that the pesantren culture at Al-Anam Islamic Boarding School, which includes daily discipline, ta'dzim attitude towards teachers, mutual cooperation, simplicity, independence, and the tradition of recitation of the yellow book, plays a significant role in shaping the character of students. The character values formed include sincerity, responsibility, discipline, humility, independence, tolerance, and honesty. The culture of pesantren has proven to be an effective character education system because these values are internalized through example, habituation, and religious boarding life. This study recommends strengthening the culture of pesantren as a model of Islamic character education that is relevant to the challenges of modern education.
