Abstract

Dengan pemahaman yang jelas tentang tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka, karyawan merasa lebih terlibat dan termotivasi dalam bekerja, dan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ide desain pekerjaan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi karyawan. Desain pekerjaan yang baik juga melibatkan otonomi yang cukup untuk karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mencakup pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan analisis data. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan memberikan motivasi kerja. Ini karena desain pekerjaan menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan dapat dirancang untuk mendorong motivasi otonom dan berbagai pengetahuan. Otonomi dan variasi pekerjaan membuat pekerjaan lebih beragam dan menarik untuk berkembang. Keanekaragaman keterampilan, identitas tugas, signifikansi tugas, otonomi, dan feedback adalah beberapa cara untuk memotivasi karyawan.

Abstract

Kecerdasan Emosional (KE) telah menjadi topik yang menarik dalam penelitian kepemimpinan karena kemampuannya yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan efektivitas seorang pemimpin. Emotional Intelligence telah menjadi topik utama dalam bidang manajemen dan psikologi, dengan dampaknya yang signifikan dalam berbagai konteks interpersonal, termasuk startegi resolusi konflik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh KE terhadap efektivitas resolusi konflik dalam lingkungan organisasi dan juga bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal skill seorang manajer. Dalam kajian ini, kami menggunakan pendekatan teoritis dan praktis untuk menilai bagaimana komponen KE seperti kesadaran diri, regulasi diri, motivasi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial mempengaruhi dinamika konflik. Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan analisis literatur serta penelitian empiris yang ada, artikel ini menyimpulkan KE yang mencakup kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan baik, membangun hubungan, mengelola emosi orang lain, serta memahami perspektif orang lain, berperan penting dalam mengelola konflik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajer yang memiliki KE dan keterampilan interpersonal yang baik dapat menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara yang konstruktif juga meningkatkan kemampuan individu dalam mengelola konflik secara baik. Selain itu, penerapan KE dalam startegi resolusi konflik dapat memperkuat hubungan antar pihak dan menciptakan solusi win-win yang lebih berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi untuk mengembangkan KE dan keterampilan interpersonal manajer dalam rangka menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih harmonis dan melejitkan produktivitas organisasi, lembaga dan bisnis.

Abstract

Policy is a series of concepts that become the main line and basis of a plan in carrying out work or a way of acting in education in facing and dealing with a problem that results in a decision from all relevant stakeholders to achieve better educational goals. However, this policy often makes mistakes in education. The aim of the research in this paper is to determine the implementation of the principal's policy regarding budgeting management in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI, to determine the constraints of the principal in managing budgeting in improving the quality of education at SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The approach used in this research is qualitative using qualitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were the school principal and treasurer. Research data collection techniques are using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the principal of SMPTQ AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI has implemented good policies in managing budgeting to improve the quality of education at the school, as for what can be proven, namely in the form of varied extracurriculars and has won awards in participating in competitions by SMPTQ students. AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI. The obstacles faced by this school in managing budgeting to improve quality at this time is one of them is the lack of funds going to the AL FALAAH INDRAGIRI SMPTQ school.

Abstract

Correspondence administration is an essential component in the governance of educational institutions. However, the manual processes still employed by most schools, including MIS Darul Ihsaniah Rokan Hulu, often lead to various obstacles such as delays in archiving, recording errors, and difficulties in data retrieval. To address these challenges, innovation through the digital automation of correspondence management is required. This community service program aimed to provide assistance in implementing digital correspondence automation at MIS Darul Ihsaniah. The activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of several stages: preparation, training and workshops, implementation and technical assistance, and evaluation. The mentoring activities resulted in a significant improvement in participants’ ability to manage correspondence digitally. The head of the madrasah, administrative staff, and teachers were able to understand the basic concepts of digital correspondence management and apply the use of official email as a medium for communication and official letter delivery. Participants also became proficient in managing documents using Google Drive with a structured folder system and clear access rights. Moreover, they were capable of creating standardized digital letter templates and implementing an automatic letter numbering system through spreadsheets to ensure proper archiving. The tangible impacts of this activity include increased efficiency in the archiving and distribution processes, enhanced administrative professionalism, and the development of a work culture that is more adaptive to information technology within the madrasah environment.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a strategic role in shaping teachers' work behavior, especially in the context of Islamic educational institutions that prioritize religious values as the foundation for managing education. The challenge of teacher collaboration, which still tends to be individualistic, highlights the importance of strengthening an organizational culture based on Islamic values as the foundation for collective work behavior. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of an organizational culture based on Islamic values in shaping collaborative work behavior among teachers in Islamic educational institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature study by analyzing relevant scientific literature from 2020–2025 regarding organizational culture, Islamic education management, and teacher collaboration. The study's findings show that Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), brotherhood (ukhuwah), deliberation (musyawarah), and justice serve as the foundation of organizational culture, promoting the creation of a conducive work environment, strengthening interpersonal trust, and fostering teachers' pedagogical and professional collaboration. This study contributes to strengthening the perspective of Islamic education management by emphasizing that an Islamic organizational culture functions not only as a normative guideline but also as an operational framework in developing sustainable collaborative work behavior among teachers.
