Program teaching factory layanan jasa servis sepeda motor yang dikembangkan di SMK Bina Utama Kendal sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi masih belum melatih siswa mendapatkan pengalaman praktik penerapan wirausaha. Siswa belum terlibat dalam tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, monitoring dan evaluasi dalam program teaching factory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengelolaan program teaching factory yang dapat mengembangkan sikap kewirausahaan siswa kompetensi keahlian teknik dan bisnis sepeda motor. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Prosedur penelitian pengembangan ini adalah (1) Studi pendahuluan, (2) Pengembangan Model, (3) Uji Model. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model akhir pengelolaan program teaching factory yang valid, efektif dan praktis yang dapat mengembangkan sikap kewirausahaan siswa berdasarkan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dengan post test. Model yang dikembangkan menerapkan konsep riil berwirausaha yakni dengan melibatkan siswa secara langsung dan diberi tanggung jawab pada tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dalam pengelolaan program teaching factory. Model ini mampu mengembangkan sikap kewirausahaan siswa meliputi: disiplin, kerja keras,  kreatif, kerja sama, jujur, berorientasi pada target/layanan. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan penguasaan aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa di bidang teknik sepeda motor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal bidai pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan dan menguji kevalidan dan keefektifan dalam menggunakan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan untuk membuat siswa berminat berwirausaha bidai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan dibuat penyederhanaan pada langkah ke enam sebagai model final yang pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan dalam tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Tahap studi pendahuluan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi wawancara terbuka dari pernyataan guru. Tahap pengembangan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan meliputi desain produk yang divalidasi oleh para ahli, selanjutnya diimplementasikan ke dalam perangkat pembelajaran yang akan divalidasi oleh praktisi sebagai pengguna model sebelum diterapkan di dalam kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikembangkan menghasilkan model konseptual, model hipotetik, dan model akhir. Model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat bidai dan berwirausaha, memiliki sikap positif terhadap warisan budaya, dan menghasilkan produk bernilai komersil.. Hasil akhir penelitian pada model pembelajaran kewirausahaan ini yaitu hasil akhir model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikategorikan valid dan efektif. This research aims to make the development of learning model based on local potential of bidai on Entrepreneurship subjects and to test the validity and effectiveness in using a developed learning to make students interested in entrepreneurial bidai. Research and development were used as the method in this study with a simplification made in the sixth step as a final model, which the implementation was carried out in the preliminary study stage and development stage. The preliminary study stage in this study used open interview observations of teacher statements. The development phase of the entrepreneurship-learning model includes product design, which was validated by experts, and then implemented into learning tools that would be validated by practitioners as model users before being applied in the classroom. The results of this study indicate that the developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential of bidai generates conceptual models, hypothetical models, and final models. The developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential is said as a valid and effective learning model in improving the knowledge and skills of bidai and entrepreneurship, possessing a positive attitude toward cultural heritage, and producing commercial value products. The result of this study on the entrepreneurship-learning model is that the developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential of bidai t is said as a valid and effective learning model.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model pelatihan vokasional berbasis pemanfaatan rebung bambu pada masyarakat desa Paloan kecamatan Sengah Temila Kabupaten Landak yang valid dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Tahap penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi dan studi literatur. Tahap pengembangan ialah mendesain model, validasi oleh ahli dan praktisi, serta uji coba model secara terbatas. Desain uji coba terbatas menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan one group pretest dan posttest, kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan uji normalized gain dan uji statistik non parametrik wilcoxon match pairs test. Model pelatihan vokasional berbasis pemanfaatan rebung bambu menekankan kurikulum pelatihan yang fokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengolah dan mengemas rebung bambu menjadi produk rebung kering yang bernilai pasar. Materi, metode, strategi pelaksanaan dan media pembelajaran dalam model disesuaikan dengan tujuan utama pelatihan. Model pelatihan vokasional yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat valid. Hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa model pelatihan vokasional berbasis pemanfaatan rebung bambu efektif untuk meningkatkan aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis peserta pelatihan.The purpose of this research is to produce vocational training model based on the utilization of bamboo shoots in the Paloan Rural Community of Sengah Temila District of Landak Regency which can be properly valid and effective. This research uses the Research and Development method. The research phase begins with the collection of information and literature studies. The development phase consists of the model design, validation by experts and practitioners, and a limited test models. The limited trial design uses pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design then the results were analyzed by using gain normalized and non parametric statistical test of Wilcoxon match pairs test. Vocational training model based on the utilization of bamboo shoots emphasizes on the training curriculum that focuses on the increasing of knowledge and skills to process and to pack the bamboo shoots into dried bamboo shoots product which is economically more valuable. The materials, methods, implementation strategies and learning media in the model were adjusted for the main purpose of the training. The result showed that vocational training model was developed considered as valid. The result of limited testing indicates that vocational training model which is based on the utilization of bamboo shoots is effective to improve the technical aspects of the knowledge and skills of trainees.

Abstrak. Kualitas tenaga pendidik sebagai agen pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan, guru yang profesional diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia secara berkelanjutan. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang terintegrasi dengan proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia itu sendiri. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas SDM peran guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dituntut menjadi tenaga profesional. Pentingnya peran guru sangat menentukan berhasilnya usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Peran guru secara konkrit dijelaskan, bahwa guru lebih tepat memiliki falsafah dan tujuan pendidikan, kriteria keberhasilan pendidikan, ilmu dan teori pendidikan yang relevan, struktur pendidikan, kurikulum, organisasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan maupun pembiayaan pendidikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas dan guru menjadi terbiasa melakukan karya pengembangan profesi melalui budaya meneliti dengn permasalahan di kelas yang dialami dan menulis di journal. Dalam upaya meningkatan profesionalisme dan meningkatkan budaya akademik, yang merupakan nilai-nilai budaya mutu. Hasil akhir adanya workshop dan pendampingan ini adalah guru dapat membuat penelitian tindakan kelas secara berkelanjutan dan dapat menulis karya pengembangan profesi untuk pengembangan diri tidak hanya PTK saja; Guru menguasai dan dapat memilih model-model pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan antara masyarakat sasaran yaitu para guru SMA Kota Semarang dengan pengabdi yang dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam karya pengembangan profesi melalui workshop dan pendampingan pembuatan karya ilmiah pengembangan profesi dan pengembangan diri dari tim pengabdi merupakan hasil nyata oleh para guru yang mengikuti workshop dan pendampingan PKB.

In an era of disruption, the skills needed by students include reading and communication. One approach that is believed to be able to practice reading and communication skills is the content language integrated learning approach. This study aims to analyze and identify the effectiveness of a content language integrated learning approach on reading and communication skills for third grade elementary school students. The research design was pre-experimental and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study involved 2 elementary schools with a sample size of 99 students. The data collection techniques used were tests, performance assessment, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using paired t-test and N-Gain test. The results showed that the implementation of the integrated content language learning approach was able to improve the students 'reading test results and students' communication performance assessments. The finding proves that the integrated language learning approach is effective for training the reading and communication skills of third grade elementary school students.

This study aims to analyze the effect of pedagogic competence, academic supervision, work environment on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in SMK Negeri Kabupaten Batang. Teacher performance is the result of work or work performance carried out by a teacher based on his ability to manage teaching and learning activities in the classroom. The population in this study were all State Vocational School teachers in Batang Regency as many as 277 people. The sample size of the study sample was 160 teachers. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire which first tested its validity and reliability. Data analysis for hypothesis testing used path analysis and Sobel test to test the mediating variables. The results showed: (1) Pedagogic competence, academic supervision, work environment, have a direct effect on work motivation, the effect is positive and significant. (2) Pedagogic competence, academic supervision, and work environment have a direct and indirect effect on teacher performance by mediating work motivation, the effect is positive and significant. Professional guidance provided by principals to teachers is an effort that provides opportunities for teachers to develop professionally so that they are even better in carrying out their main task of teaching in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of the principal leadership, school culture and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research employs a quantitative approach with path analysis as the data analysis. The sample of this research is 114 students, consisting of 8 public high schools in Pati Regency and taken using proportionated cluster random sampling. Questionnaires were used as the research instrument. The results show that leadership, school culture, teacher pedagogical competence, and work motivation directly affected teacher performance. While on the indirect effect, work motivation was able to mediate the effect of leadership, school culture and pedagogic competence on teacher performance. The conclusion is that there is a direct effect of principal leadership, school culture and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, and indirectly, work motivation is able to mediate the effect of the independent variables to the dependent one.

Bandarharjo, North Semarang District has great potential to advance industrialization. The problem of this research was the decline of smoked fish product in Bandarharjo, North Semarang city. The purpose of this study was to describe the amount of costs and incomes in order to create business development strategies to overcome the obstacles faced by smoked fish entrepreneurs and increase smoked fish business income in Bandaharjo. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 25 smoked fish entrepreneurs in Bandarharjo. Data collection techniques were using interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used was descriptive percentage, net B / C ratio, payback period and SWOT analysis. The results of B / C ratio showed that the Period values was around 1.15, and Payback values was around 0.64. The SWOT strategy results in terms of EI strength are adequate capital, a strategic location for fumigation operations, easily accessible and can build business with relevant agencies. Then the weaknesses are business research and development has not been done, the management information system and the financial reporting system have not been running well. Opportunities offered are economic growth in Semarang significantly increased as well as the development and training of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by the government. SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) are small business activities carried out by someone, which need to be protected to prevent unfair business competition. Bogares peanuts are one of many businesses in the Tegal Regency which needs to be developed because Bogares peanut is one of the special snacks from Tegal Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze internal and external factors, to analyze business improvement strategies and to analyze the costs and benefits of production in Bogares Peanut SMEs. The research method used in this study was the Mix Methods. The analysis was done by the researchers using the SWOT analysis to measure business conditions in stable or unstable conditions, and the Cost Benefit Analysis was done to determine whether or not the business was feasible to be developed. The population in this study were all Bogares peanuts SMEs in Tegal Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique and the data collection techniques was done through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed the internal factors of Bogares Peanut SMEs consisting of seven strengths and three weaknesses, in addition based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix analysis, as big as 2.621 was located in quadrant II which means Bogares Peanut SMEs in Tegal Regency were in stable condition; while external factors consisted of four opportunities and four threats, based on the analysis of the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix as big as 2.407 lies in quadrant V, which means that Bogares Peanut SMEs were in a stable condition; the analysis of cost benefit obtained a total value of 1.69> 1 it showed that the Bogares Peanut SMEs deserve to be developed.
