Abstract

Pelecehan seksual dapat terjadi di mana saja, baik diruang publik seperti jalan, pusat perbelanjaan, angkutan umum, sekolah, atau tempat kerja, baik di perkantoran swasta maupun di instansi  pemerintahan. Dimana dari hasil observasi penelitian di Desa Saiwahili Kecamatan Idanogawo Kabupaten Nias, menemukan adanya kejadian kasus pelecehan seksual di Desa Saiwahili Kecamatan Idanogawo pada tahun 2021, yang menjadi korban adalah wanita. Dalam Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dengan strategi Pemerintah Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat pemberian pencerahan kepada masyarakat dalam pencegahan Pelecehan Seksual, Faktor penghambat atau kendala dalam pencegahan pelecehan seksual, Strategi Pemerintah Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat dalam pencegahan pelecehan seksual di Desa Saiwahili Kecamatan Idanogawo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara kepada informan. Hasil penelitin ini menunjukkan bahwa stategi pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat dalam memberikan pencerahan dalam pencegahan pelecehan dengan melakukan pendekatan secara persuasif melalui musyawarah, sosialisasi serta dukungan semua lapisan masyarakat dan meningkat nilai norma-norma hukum dan agama dan dukungan dari pihak dinas terkait yang lebih kompeten dalam pencegahan pelecehan seksual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pengadilan Negeri Gunungsitoli Kelas IB. Dilakukan analisis terhadap model pelatihan yang diterapkan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta saran untuk peningkatan efektivitasnya. Temuan menyoroti perlunya dukungan kelembagaan yang kuat, alokasi anggaran yang memadai, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, dan pendekatan pelatihan yang adaptif. Evaluasi berkala diperlukan untuk memastikan pencapaian tujuan yang diharapkan. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi ASN dan kualitas layanan peradilan kepada masyarakat di Pengadilan Negeri Gunungsitoli Kelas IB.

Abstract

The title of this research is entitled "Analysis of Procurement of Briquette Raw Materials to Meet Production Target Needs at UD. Deolen Sejahtera in Nias Regency." This research aims to understand the process of procuring briquette raw materials at UD. Deolen Sejahtera, evaluates the achievement of production targets, identifies obstacles in procuring raw materials, and analyzes the strategies used by the company to achieve production targets. The research method used is a longitudinal approach with a qualitative research type involving 5 informants consisting of 1 owner, 3 employees and 1 supplier. The research results show that UD. Deolen Sejahtera implements a procurement process that involves planning, purchasing, shipping and storing raw materials. Even though the company has extraordinary production targets, the achievement of raw material procurement targets during a certain period is still below 100%. Obstacles in procuring raw materials include price fluctuations, mismatch of purchasing costs with budget, and variations in supplier conditions. Companies adopt strategies such as in-depth understanding of raw material characteristics, clear agreements with suppliers, raw material stock planning, and effective labor monitoring to overcome these challenges. Through this research, it can be useful to provide insight into the importance of effective procurement management in maintaining the smooth production process and achieving company production targets

Abstract

The research aims to explore the formulation of the issues mentioned above. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation were employed, targeting both village officials and community members of Fadoro Fulolo Village. This thesis adopts a qualitative research approach, utilizing interviews as the primary method of data analysis to ensure the accuracy of the obtained data. The findings of this study reveal the efforts of the Village Government in addressing cultural conflicts in Fadoro Fulolo Village, Lotu District, North Nias Regency, as follows: Improving and enhancing the quality of management within the Fadoro Fulolo Village Government. Empowering the community. Collaborating with external parties to assist in resolving cultural conflicts or other conflicts that occur in Fadoro Fulolo Village. The Bhabinkamtimbmas (Police Officers as Community Security and Order Facilitators) conduct house-to-house visits, assist in problem-solving or conflict resolution, take action in criminal conflicts, provide temporary protection to the community, and offer guidance to the community or village government regarding issues related to security and police services. Additionally, the Babinsa (Non-Commissioned Officers as Village Developers) play a role in addressing cultural conflicts by Ensuring equal and fair service distribution to the community.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran kritis inovasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan pendidikan di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pencapaian visi "Indonesia Maju 2045". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis komprehensif untuk mengkaji kebijakan saat ini dan menelusuri studi kasus pada beberapa inisiatif sukses yang melibatkan penerapan inovasi dalam sektor-sektor seperti fintech, edutech, dan ekonomi digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi, termasuk digitalisasi dan penggunaan AI, serta reformasi pendidikan yang adaptif, memegang peranan penting dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana berbagai model inovasi yang telah diimplementasikan di negara berkembang dapat diadaptasi untuk mengatasi tantangan lokal dan memacu pertumbuhan sosial dan ekonomi di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, industri, dan institusi pendidikan dalam menciptakan ekosistem inovasi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Abstract

Marketing has a crucial role in increasing product sales and introducing products to consumers. UD. Tahu Murni, located in Gunungsitoli City, is a business that focuses on tofu production with additional tempeh products. Although the business is still in operation, tofu production shows stagnation, with an increase only occurring on weekends. This is due to the lack of effective marketing strategies to attract a wider consumer base. This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategies implemented by UD. Tahu Murni in an effort to increase its sales volume. The main focus of this research is to identify the constraints faced in the marketing strategy as well as to propose improvement measures. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the marketing strategy of UD. Tahu Murni has not been optimized. The business still relies on traditional marketing methods such as word of mouth, direct sales, and direct distribution, which have proven to be slow and inefficient in expanding the market. Improving product quality and product planning based on consumer complaints is not enough to significantly increase sales volume.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze employee resistance to the working hour policy at the Gunungsitoli City Education Office, which has an impact on the effectiveness of public services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that employee resistance is mainly influenced by a strong organizational culture, incompatibility with the new policy, and lack of employee participation in the policy planning process. The study found that such resistance resulted in decreased work discipline, which negatively impacted the quality of public services. The discussion of the results underscores the importance of inclusive and transparent management strategies in designing and implementing policies, to improve employee compliance and reduce resistance. The conclusion of this study confirms that active involvement of employees in policy planning and participatory approaches can minimize resistance and improve organizational performance and the quality of public services at the Gunungsitoli City Education Office.

Abstract

Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Barat is an area rich in cultural diversity, religion and strong customary traditions, and is inhabited by people with diverse ethnic backgrounds, including Batak and Malay. This diversity, although a great potential, also presents challenges for sub-district government organizations, especially in managing ethnic and cultural differences that can trigger social tensions. Issues of discrimination and unequal access to economic resources and employment opportunities are also issues that require serious attention. In addition, the limited political participation of some groups threatens the balance of representation in the sub-district government. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to identify the challenges faced by the sub-district government in managing human resource diversity. The results show that appropriate strategies and policies are needed to create harmony in managing such diversity. Three main efforts that can be made by the sub-district government include: a) organizing cross-cultural training programs, b) implementing inclusive policies to ensure equal opportunities for all individuals, and c) building a monitoring and evaluation system to ensure effectiveness and transparency in managing HR diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the diversity of organizational management at Hili Café and Copa Café in Gunungsitoli City. Diversity in organizations includes various individual characteristics such as ability, tenure, education, communication style, and personality. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the diversity of the workforce in both cafes had a positive impact in improving communication and cooperation between employees. However, there are some obstacles such as salary differences between old and new employees, the tendency of employees to associate with people from the same area of origin, and a reduction in the number of employees due to religious holidays. To overcome these issues, both cafes implemented measures such as non-discriminatory selection, training periods, briefings, and work calendar adjustments. The conclusion of this study is that diversity in organizational management at Hili Café and Copa Café can improve productivity and service quality if managed well, although there are still challenges that need to be overcome to optimize the benefits of diversity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer resistance to the internet network tariff policy at Plasa Telkom Gunungsitoli, focusing on the inconsistency of tariffs applied by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected primary data through direct interviews and secondary data from documentation, and analyzed the data using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show customer dissatisfaction with tariff inconsistency and service quality that does not match the price paid, leading to customer resistance. The findings also highlight the importance of transparency, improved service quality, and responsiveness to complaints in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. In addition, incentivizing loyal customers and effective information management are important strategies in overcoming customer resistance. In conclusion, to deal with customer resistance, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia needs to adopt a holistic approach that includes tariff policy transparency, service quality improvement, and continuous policy evaluation. The implementation of this strategy will increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's reputation as a leading telecommunications service provider.
