Abstract

Permasalahan utama dari penurunan Kinerja Logistik Nasional di Indonesia menurut LPI (2023) yaitu pada variabel pengiriman internasional, kualitas dan kompetensi logistik, pelacakan & penelusuran, dan ketepatan waktu. Dampak dari penurunan kinerja logistik Indonesia menyebabkan biaya logistik mahal dan eksternalitas seperti kemacetan, gas emisi buang, kerusakan jalan. Reformasi ekosistem logistik nasional (NLE) yang dilakukan pemerintah sampai dengan saat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dan penyederhanaan proses hulu hingga hilir agar berdampak pada waktu dan biaya yang efisien. Dengan demikian, diharapkan ini dapat berdampak pada turunnya biaya logistik dari 23,5% menjadi 17% sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kinerja logistik nasional, pemerintah fokus pada penurunan biaya logistik dan infrastruktur pendukung kinerja logistik nasional. Sesuai dengan penjelasan di atas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh variabel pengelolaan biaya logistik dan infrastruktur terhadap kinerja logistik di Indonesia. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di empat Pelabuhan Hub Internasional yaitu Pelabuhan Belawan Medan, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta, Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya, dan Pelabuhan Soekarno Hatta Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan yaitu analisis data kualitatif melalui Focus Group Disscusion terhadap narasumber yang kompeten dalam bidang logistik yang dianalisis dengan Aplikasi Nudist In Vivo. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner pada responden pelaku logistik di empat pelabuhan sampel dan dilakukan anlisis SEM dengan SMARTPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian dari analisis SEM PLS menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengelolaan biaya transportasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja logistik di Indonesia melalui teknologi informasi sebagai mediasi sebesar  skor yang didaptkan adalah 0,057; 2) pengelolaan biaya pergudangan, inventori, dan administrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja logistik di Indonesia masing-masing sebesar 0,018, 0,07, dan 0,03, serta 3) infrastruktur berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja logistik di Indonesia melalui hub perdagangan sebagai mediasi sebesar 0,27. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja logistik nasional di Indonesia, pemerintah dapat berfokus pada 1) perbaikan dan peningkatan infrastruktur pelabuhan sebagai hub perdagangan untuk meningkatkan konektivitas backbone dan hinterland logistik nasional dan 2) memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan biaya transportasi agar dapat mendorong kinerja logistik.

Abstract

During its operation, Light Rail Transit in the Province of South Sumatera had not become the main choice of transportation for people in Palembang and its surroundings. Objectives: This research aimed to analyze the direct and indirect influences of operational performance and service quality on passenger loyalty mediated by Light Rail Transit passenger satisfaction.Methodology: This research took the sample of all employees of the Station and passengers of Light Rail Transit Palembang as many as 100 people. The method of data analysis used in this research was the Path Analysis method.Finding: The research found that operational performance and service quality had positive and significant direct and indirect influences on passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty, also passenger satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on passenger loyalty.Conclusion: Maintaining passenger loyalty needs an improvement in operational performance and service quality to achieve passenger satisfaction through the improvement of inter-division coordination and training. The improvement of operational performance and support from service quality will enhance passenger trust which, in turn, will increase the loyalty of LRT passengers.

Abstract

The orderliness of service and operation of facilities and infrastructure is relatively low, and many factors contribute to it, such as the weak awareness of ship owners and companies in implementing an effective and implementable safety system in the field, the seaworthiness of ships that are more oriented towards certification which in fact is not supported by careful inspection, as well as supervision carried out by the government on the implementation (drilling) of shipping safety requirements is inconsistent.  The purpose of socialization to passengers who use traditional wooden ships is "Socialization of Safety Factors for Passengers of Traditional Ship Crossing Transport at Muara Angke Port Jakarta" the purpose of socialization is to prevent opportunities for violations in shipping not using Ring Life Buoys, Life Jackets and unethical behavior of ships passengers.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of the concept of green or green concept in hotels. The desire to get a comfortable atmosphere is certainly supported by fresh air from nature in addition to other facilities such as cleanliness. In certain circumstances, hotel stays can be done in cities with high pollution levels. Green building concept hotel selection is certainly one of the considerations by some guests who indeed prioritize the comfortable atmosphere obtained from the fresh air. the same thing is more easily obtained at hotels located in mountainous areas or beaches, especially during a pandemic because of the covid 19. The research used descriptive research methods and survey methods were used through in-depth interviews. From the analysis of several hotels that claim to use the concept of green concept, the results obtained are not all hotels apply the concept of green concept entirely,even though the hotel is located in mountainous and coastal areas, whereas the green concept is very appropriate in using wisely and ensuring the continuity of the supply of natural resources and the environment in the future and maintaining air quality by optimizing air circulation and sunlight (CHSE standards). Abstract

Mayoritas pengguna layanan di Terminal Tipe A Leuwi Panjang, Bandung mengalami kesulitan untuk menuju ke terminal karena tidak ada angkutan umum yang terintegrasi. Bus banyak yang tidak masuk ke terminal karena penumpang memilih untuk tidak turun di dalam terminal. Kondisi pelayanan yang ada di Terminal Leuwi Panjang cenderung menunjukkan pengguna layanan belum puas pada beberapa pelayanan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkatan kepuasan pengguna layanan dan mengetahui indikator pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk segera diperbaiki di Terminal Leuwi Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Important Performance Analysis, diagram Kartesius dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 172 orang pengguna layanan di Terminal Leuwi Panjang. Temuan kunsi penelitian, adalah adanya pengguna pelayanan di Terminal Penumpang menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang cukup pada 41 indikator pelayanan yang diteliti. Pengelola Terminal diharapkan membuat prioritas perbaikan pada 41 indikator pelayanan yang menjadi keluhan bagi pengguna layanan angkutan umum. Berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA, menunjukkan hasil kesembilan indikator pelayanan termasuk dalam kuadran A yang merupakan pelayanan yang memiliki kepentingan yang tinggi bagi pengguna layanan

Abstract

Research related to safety training, planned maintenance systems, and safety equipment technology in influencing ship crew performance by mediating work competency. The research method is quantitative, the data analysis method used is SEM – PLS. Correspondence of 90 crew members from PT. Pertamina International Shipping. The research results show that safety training influences competence, namely increasing life safety at sea and reporting the position of the ship when sailing via radio and GPS. The maintenance system influences work competency, the findings show that the ship maintenance planning procedures are running well. Safety equipment technology significantly positively influences work competency. Planned safety training can improve the quality of ship operational performance.  The arranged upkeep framework appears great transport support administration that underpins the smooth operation of the transport to progress the execution of the ship's team. Security gear innovation impacts the execution of dispatch group, finding ideal security gear contributes to moving forward security and team execution. Work competency intercedes the positive and critical impact of security preparing, arranged support frameworks and security gear innovation on transport group execution.  Work competency plays an important role as a mediator in the relationship between safety training, planned maintenance systems, and safety equipment technology and the performance of ship crew at PT. Pertamina International Shipping.

Abstract

The main problems in this research were the expensive import shipment service by Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and the poor import cargo service especially in the European and American countries. Meanwhile, this study aims to analyze the main variables such as custom clearance services, trucking services, NVOCC services that affect customer loyalty and customer satisfaction in Freight Forwarding companies. This research used Structural Equation Modelling-SmartPLS3 with the sample as many as 100 customers consisting of forwarders and cargo importers. In general, novelty in research is a new understanding of the factors that affect customer loyalty, especially in the transportation of goods, can also be considered something new. The results of the research data collection, the company needs to maintain and improve the quality of service through marketing strategies with appropriate direct selling statements carried out by the marketing of the Hyper Mega Shipping Company by inviting meetings at the customer's company. This study discusses nineteen hypotheses consisting of six exogenous variables at the port on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The key findings of this study, there are still weaknesses in the process of shipping imported goods, especially in updating the delivery of goods.
