Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior, as well as to prove the role of organizational trust in mediating the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior. The method used in this research is quantitative research which explains that the research paradigm emphasizes understanding of problems in social life based on the conditions of reality or natural settings that are holistic, complex and detailed. This research is descriptive and verificative in nature. The population of this research is members of Battalion Arhanud 13/PYB, totaling 525 people. Using the N population table developed by Krejcie and Morgan, the sample size is 217. The sample determination method used in this study is simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by means of field research, by submitting a structured questionnaire. Perceptions of organizational justice are measured by OJS (Moliner, 2004), organized by 12 items. Organizational trust is measured using Gabarro and Athos (1976) in Interpersonal Relations and Communications; which consists of 7 items as follows (Alshaabani, et al., 2022). Innovative behavior is measured by assessing how far each individual contributes to work based on Janssen (2000), totaling 9 items. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based on variance or partial least squares (PLS). The results of the study found that organizational justice had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and organizational trust mediated the effect of organizational justice on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic boarding schools' accounting understanding, HR competence, and Islamic boarding school accounting training on the financial accountability of Islamic boarding schools. While the population used in this study were all Islamic boarding schools in Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 36 Islamic boarding schools. The samples in this study were Islamic boarding school managers such as foundation leaders, school principals, treasurers and principals, so that 68 respondents were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS 4 software tool to examine the relationship between variables. The test results show that: Islamic Boarding School Accounting Understanding has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Boarding School Financial Accountability in Rokan Hulu District, HR Competence has no significant positive effect on Islamic Boarding School Financial Accountability in Rokan Hulu District, and Islamic Boarding School Accounting Training has a significant positive effect on Financial Accountability of Islamic Boarding Schools in Rokan Hulu District.

Abstract

Gemini AI-based learning design training at SD Inpres Monginsidi Makassar City aims to improve teachers' competence in utilising artificial intelligence (AI) technology to create more innovative, adaptive, and effective learning. The training was attended by 30 teachers who were given materials on the introduction of Gemini AI, how to use the platform to design learning that suits students' needs, as well as hands-on practice in designing and implementing technology-based lesson plans. The Gemini AI-based learning design training at SD Inpres Monginsidi used a participatory and collaborative approach. The training method also applied in the service programme consists of several stages designed to maximise teachers' understanding and skills in using Gemini AI technology. The results of the training showed an increase in teachers' ability to design digital learning that is more interactive and personalised. Despite challenges in terms of infrastructure and mental readiness, the training succeeded in expanding teachers' understanding of artificial intelligence technology and its use in education. Thus, the results of this training contribute significantly to strengthening teachers' competencies and improving the quality of learning in primary schools.

Abstract

The training on Gamma-based instructional design aims to enhance teachers' ability to create effective presentations and slide decks using artificial intelligence (AI). The training methods include delivering material on the use of Gamma Presentations and Slide Decks with AI, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice, where participants are guided in developing engaging and comprehensible instructional content. This training incorporates design software and AI applications to improve the quality and attractiveness of teaching materials. The community service initiative targets teachers at UPT SPF SDN 1 Mongisidi, a leading elementary school in Makassar City. Through group assignments, teachers are also given opportunities to collaborate, exchange ideas, and provide feedback to one another. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in teachers' understanding of instructional design, as well as increased confidence in utilizing technology. This training is expected to have a positive impact on the quality of elementary education, encourage innovation in teaching, and foster a more interactive learning environment.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian berulang oleh konsumen sangat diharapkan oleh para pelaku usaha demi terciptanya loyalitas terhadap produk yang diberikan oleh pelaku usaha. Pengaplikasian layanan yang terbarukan sudah dilakukan oleh pihak Mie Gacoan dengan memannfaatkan sistem pembayaran secara E-Payment, serta bekerja sama dengan pihak Go-Food untuk mempermudah layanan antar produk kepada para konsumen. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem E-Payment dan pemanfaatan platform online Go-Food berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Gacoan. Adapun variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas yaitu variabel sistem pembayaran E- Payment (X1) dan pemanfaatan Go-Food (X2), serta variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y). Berdasarkan hasil prasurvei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada 30 konsumen Mie Gacoan Cabang Ciliwung Kota Malang ditemukan bahwa 26 orang pernah membeli secara non tunai atau melakukan transaksi menggunakan smart card ataupun melakukan transaksi secara online p = 0,87 dan 4 orang lainnya q = 0,13 membeli secara tunai. Dengan menggunakan α = 0,05 dan d (10%) Jumlah responden yang akan dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu minimal 43 sampel. Nilai konstanta sebesar 4,664 menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel E-Payment (X1) dan Go-Food (X2) bernilai konstan, maka keputusan pembelian untuk membeli mie gacoan akan bernilai sebesar konstanta yaitu 4,664. Sistem E-Payment, dan platform online Go-Food secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Mie Gacoan cabang Ciliwung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of intercultural communication between the people of Ternate and the Bugis community, who have long resided in the region. As a port city with a rich history as a center of trade and royal power, Ternate serves as a social space that facilitates encounters, interactions, and negotiations between cultures. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that communication between Ternate and Bugis people takes place within a historical framework shaped by Islamic values, economic ties, and social solidarity. Cultural adaptation patterns are evident. Despite differences in cultural identity, both communities foster harmony through inclusive communicative practices and mutual respect for local values. This study affirms that Ternate is not merely a geographic location but a cultural arena that enriches the collective identity of its people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetensi guru di UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I, upaya guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I, motivasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar di UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yakni penelitian yang berupaya memberikan gambaran tentang keadaan yang terjadi di lokasi U UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I beradarkan pada kondisi ilmiah objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I melibatkan empat dimensi utama: kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi professional, kompetensi social dan kompetensi pribadi guru. Adapun upaya yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa dengan menggunakan strategi ekspositori, strategi inkuiri dan strategi afektif. Guru di UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I memahami kompleksitas motivasi sebagai dorongan internal dan eksternal, dan berkomitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung pertumbuhan motivasi siswa. motivasi menjadi pilar penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan berdaya dorong. Pemberian motivasi dianggap sebagai upaya berkelanjutan untuk membentuk karakter dan ketekunan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat mencapai hasil belajar terbaiknya dalam perjalanan pendidikan mereka. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan upaya guru terhadap motivasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. This study aims to determine the competence of teachers at UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I, teacher efforts on student learning outcomes at UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I, student motivation towards learning outcomes at UPT SPF Inpres Toddopuli I. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that seeks to provide an overview of the conditions that occur at the location of U UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I based on the scientific condition of the object research. The results showed that UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I involved four main dimensions: pedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence and personal competence of teachers. The efforts used by teachers in improving student learning outcomes by using expository strategies, inquiry strategies and affective strategies. Teachers at UPT SPF SD Inpres Toddopuli I understand the complexity of motivation as an internal and external drive, and are committed to creating a learning environment that supports the growth of student motivation. Motivation is an important pillar in creating a dynamic and encouraging learning environment. Providing motivation is considered as an ongoing effort to shape the character and perseverance of students, so that they can achieve their best learning outcomes in their educational journey. Thus, it can be concluded that teachers' efforts on motivation can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran, mendeskripsikan dan menguraikan berbagai faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat tentang pengembangan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah pada jenjang sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dari hasil wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumen dari informan dan melihat langsung kondisi di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan dalam pengembangan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah melalui kelompok kerja kepala sekolah menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah di Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar pada umumnya sudah melaksanakan indikator kompetensi manajerial dengan kategori baik dan sangat baik, Kategori pengembangan baik meliputi: (1) menyusun perencanaan, (2) memimpin, (3) menciptakan budaya dan iklim, (4) mengelola guru dan staf, (5) mengelola hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, (6) mengelola peserta didik, (7) mengelola pengembangan kurikulum, (8) mengelola keuangan dan melakukan monitoring, (9) evaluasi, dan (10) pelaporan pelaksanaan program kegiatan sekolah. Adapun kategori pengembangan cukup baik meliputi; (1) mengembangkan organisasi, (2) mengelola perubahan dan pengembangan, (3) mengelola sarana dan prasarana, (4) mengelola ketatausahaan, (5) mengelola unit layanan khusus, dan (6) mengelola sistem informasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi bagi peningkatan pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dasar pada kelompok kerja kepala sekolah Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar yaitu lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif lingkungan, sarana dan prasarana yang mamadai, dukungan dari warga sekolah dalam memaksimalkan prestasi sekolah. Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dasar pada kelompok kerja kepala sekolah Kecamatan Wajo Kota Makassar yaitu terdapatnya sekolah yang dalam keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, kurangnya pemahaman kepala sekolah dan guru akan petunjuk teknis manajemen sekolah serta kurangnya inovasi dari tenaga kependidikan. This study aims to provide an overview, describe and describe the various supporting factors and inhibiting factors regarding the development of the principal's managerial competence at the primary school level in Wajo District, Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach, the data in this study are qualitative data from the results of in-depth interviews, participant observation and document studies from informants and see firsthand the conditions at the research location. The results of the study stated that in developing the managerial competence of school principals through principals' working groups, it shows that the managerial competence of school principals in Wajo Sub-district, Makassar City has generally implemented indicators of managerial competence with good and very good categories, the good development category includes: (1) planning, (2) leading, (3) creating culture and climate, (4) managing teachers and staff, (5) managing school and community relations, (6) managing students, (7) managing curriculum development, (8) managing finances and monitoring, (9) evaluation, and (10) reporting the implementation of school activity programs. The good enough development category includes; (1) developing the organization, (2) managing change and development, (3) managing facilities and infrastructure, (4) managing administration, (5) managing special service units, and (6) managing information systems and utilizing information technology to improve learning and school management. Supporting factors in the development of managerial competencies of elementary school principals in the working group of principals of Wajo District, Makassar City, namely a conducive school environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure, support from school community in maximizing school achievement. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the managerial competence of elementary school principals in the working group of school principals in Wajo Sub-district, Makassar City, namely the existence of schools with limited school facilities and infrastructure, lack of understanding of principals and teachers of technical guidelines for school management and lack of innovation from education personnel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menggambarkan implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di UPT SPF Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng, Untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menentukan sumber data menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek sumber datanya adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa UPT SPF UPT SPF Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng. Peneliti menggunakan alat bantu pedoman observasi dan wawancara untuk memudahkan mendapatkan data yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi pendidikan Karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng melalui : a) Pengembangan kurikulum sekolah, meliputi program pengembangan diri, pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, dan budaya sekolah, b) Pengembangan proses pembelajaran, meliputi pengembangan proses pembelajaran kelas, sekolah dan luar sekolah, c) Pengembangan kesehatan sekolah, meliputi pemeliharaan ruang dan bangunan, pencahayaan dan ventilasi udara di ruang kelas, dan  fasilitas sanitasi sekolah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan karakter Peduli Lingkungan dan Gotong Royong di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bulurokeng dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal berupa rendahnya pemahaman siswa mengenai kebersihan lingkungan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yakni, fasilitas kurang memadai serta ketidaktegasan aturan yang dibuat oleh pihak sekolah. This study aims to describe the implementation of Caring for the Environment and Gotong Royong Character education at UPT SPF Bulurokeng State Elementary School, to describe the factors that become obstacles to the implementation of Caring for the Environment and Gotong Royong Character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Researchers determine data sources using snowball sampling techniques. This research took the subject of the data source is the principal, teachers, and students of UPT SPF UPT SPF Bulurokeng State Elementary School. Researchers used observation and interview guidelines to make it easier to get data that suits the research needs. After conducting the research, the researcher concluded that the Implementation of Environmental Care and Gotong Royong Character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School through: a) Development of the school curriculum, including self-development programs, integration in subjects, and school culture, b) Development of the learning process, including the development of classroom, school and out-of-school learning processes, c) Development of school health, including maintenance of space and buildings, lighting and air ventilation in classrooms, and school sanitation facilities. Factors influencing the implementation of the implementation of environmental care and mutual cooperation character education at Bulurokeng State Elementary School are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include students' low understanding of environmental hygiene. While external factors, namely, inadequate facilities and the lack of assertiveness of the rules made by the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan model Disovery Learning dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK), serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di UPT SPF SDN Balang Boddong Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental dengan sampel siswa kelas IV-A dan IV-B, yang berjumlah 56 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji one-sample test digunakan untuk menguji validitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Disovery Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi KPK. Siswa yang diajar dengan metode ini menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan lebih aktif dalam diskusi kelas. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan Disovery Learning dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan interaktif, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, model ini sangat disarankan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, terutama pada materi yang memerlukan pemahaman konsep yang mendalam. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying the Disovery Learning model in mathematics instruction, specifically on the topic of Least Common Multiple (LCM), and its impact on improving student learning outcomes in grade IV at UPT SPF SDN Balang Boddong Makassar. A quasi-experimental design was used with a sample of 56 students from grade IV-A and IV-B. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using SPSS. Normality tests, homogeneity tests, and one-sample tests were applied to validate the data. The results indicate that the application of the Disovery Learning model significantly improved student learning outcomes on the LCM topic. Students taught with this method demonstrated better understanding and greater participation in class discussions. The practical implication of this study is that Disovery Learning fosters a more engaging and interactive learning environment, which ultimately enhances students' interest and academic performance. Therefore, this model is highly recommended for use in elementary school mathematics instruction, especially for topics requiring deep conceptual understanding.
