Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa Kab. Mamuju Tengah. Strategi Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi telah diakui sebagai salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi Belajar siswa. UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk memotivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas II UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah, kelas II-B sebanyak 27  siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan kelas II-A sebanyak 26 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi dan angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui posttest sesudah penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi  secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa menunjukkan minat yang lebih tinggi dalam pelajaran dan keterlibatan yang lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasiasi efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa di UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan relevan, mendorong peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. This study aims to evaluate the effect of differentiated learning strategies on student learning motivation at UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa Kab. Mamuju Tengah. Differentiated Learning Strategies have been recognized as one of the effective learning strategies to increase student learning motivation. UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa applies differentiated learning strategies to motivate student learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research Quasi Experimental Design. The sample in this study were grade II students of UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa, Central Mamuju Regency, class II-B as many as 27 students as the experimental class, and class II-A as many as 26 students as the control class. The instruments used include observation sheets and questionnaires to measure student learning motivation. Data were collected through posttest after the application of differentiated learning strategy. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the effect of differentiated learning strategies significantly increased students' learning motivation. Students showed higher interest in the lesson and more active involvement in learning activities. Differentiated learning strategies are effective in increasing student motivation at UPTD SD Inpres Ngapaboa, Mamuju Tengah Regency. The implementation of differentiated learning strategies provides interesting and relevant learning experiences, encouraging learners to be actively involved in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKS) based on Differentiated Instruction (DI) to improve the understanding of eighth grade students on the material of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV) at SMPN 2 Enrekang. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes five steps: needs analysis, product design and development, implementation, evaluation, and data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the application of DI-based LKS can improve students' understanding of SPLDV material, as evidenced by a significant increase in pre-test and post-test results. DI-based LKS provides questions with a level of difficulty that is adjusted to the student's abilities, so that each student can learn according to their abilities. Thus, this study suggests the use of DI-based LKS for other mathematics materials as an effort to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The majority of physics learning in high school is still considered difficult to understand and has an impact on low ability to solve the problems given. This research aims to (1) determine students' knowledge abilities in solving physics problems on thermodynamic concepts. (2) Knowing students' understanding abilities in solving physics problems on thermodynamic concepts. (3) Knowing students' application abilities in solving physics problems on thermodynamic concepts. (4) a description of students' analytical abilities in solving physics problems on thermodynamic concepts. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The subjects in this research were class XI students at SMAN 2 Binongko. The data collection technique used essay test questions which were then given to class XI students. The research results show that (1) Students' ability to solve physics questions at the knowledge level (C1) is categorized as high with a percentage of 44%. (2) Students' ability to solve physics questions at the understanding level (C2) is categorized as moderate with a percentage of 36%. (3) Students' ability to solve physics questions at the applied level (C3) is categorized as very low with a percentage of 64%. (4) Students' ability to solve physics questions at the analysis level (C4) is categorized as very low with a percentage of 75%.

Abstract

Pengembangan industri pengolahan rumput laut di Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan produksi dan pendapatan masyarakat. Dengan kondisi perairan yang ideal dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, pengembangan industri ini dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi produk lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas kriteria dan strategi yang tepat dalam mendukung pengembangan industri pengolahan rumput laut di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan metode AHP dengan Software Expert Choice, yang memudahkan peneliti untuk mengurutkan alternatif berdasarkan bobot relatif dari kriteria yang ada. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kriteria agroindustri menjadi prioritas utama, diikuti oleh pemasaran; kelembagaan; permodalan; dan kebijakan pemerintah. Kemudian prioritas strategi yang mendukung adalah merancang jaringan agribisnis rumput laut dan kerja sama antar stakeholder sebagai strategi prioritas utama; diikuti oleh pengembangan teknologi pengolahan rumput laut; dukungan regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengembangan industri rumput laut; serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Improper management of solid medical waste in hospitals has a high risk of causing the spread of occupational diseases and accidents in nurses. One of the occupational accidents that often occurs was being pricked by a needle or scratched by a sharp object, both while working and when disposing of waste. The purpose of this activity was to observe and assess nurses' compliance in managing solid medical waste. This community service was carried out in inpatient room A in a hospitals. There were two activities in this community service. First, compiling a measurement tool for compliance with solid medical waste management. Second, socialization related to the compliance measurement tool, the results of the assessment of nurses' compliance in waste management, the importance of compliance in managing solid medical waste, waste sorting and management procedures. The results of this activity were the availability of two observation sheets, namely: an observation sheet for compliance with the disposal of infectious, non-infectious and cytotoxic waste and an observation sheet for compliance with sharp waste management. The results of the trial of the compliance measurement tool showed that nurses' compliance in managing solid medical waste was still not optimal. The conclusion of this activity shows that compliance with solid medical waste management procedures or nurses' self-awareness towards the importance of maintaining occupational safety and health was not optimal.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut pengembangan profesionalisme guru sebagai kunci utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pelaksanaan pendidikan profesi guru pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia dan sistem kurikulum pendidikan di Jepang, dengan perspektif pengembangan profesionalisme guru. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi, menganalisis bagaimana kedua sistem kurikulum tersebut mengelola pengembangan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis temuan-temuan dari studi-studi terdahulu yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Sumber literatur diperoleh dari database seperti Science Direct, Google Scholar, SINTA, dan Scopus yang memberikan perspektif yang lebih luas tentang perbandingan kedua sistem pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia melalui Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kebebasan kepada guru untuk berinovasi, implementasinya masih terkendala oleh kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan keterbatasan sumber daya, terutama di daerah terpencil. Di sisi lain, Jepang memiliki sistem yang lebih terstruktur dengan penekanan pada pengembangan keterampilan praktis melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi antar rekan sejawat, dan refleksi diri. Model pendidikan profesi guru di Jepang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan profesionalisme guru. Temuan ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa meskipun kedua sistem memiliki tujuan yang sama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, Indonesia perlu memperkuat sistem pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan dan terstruktur untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka, yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, bertujuan untuk menciptakan generasi yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berdaya saing. Namun, implementasi kurikulum ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari kesiapan guru hingga keterbatasan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar untuk mengeksplorasi problematika penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah dasar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pelatihan guru dan peningkatan infrastruktur menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Artikel ini juga menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pendidikan inklusi di SD 111 Botto, Takkalalla, Kabupaten Wajo, dengan menelaah perspektif siswa, guru, dan orang tua dalam membangun lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif. Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pentingnya keberagaman, kesetaraan, dan partisipasi semua siswa, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi kelas dan wawancara mendalam terhadap siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sekolah menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan guru pelatihan, kurangnya fasilitas, dan beragamnya kemampuan belajar siswa, komitmen untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusi tetap tinggi. Guru berupaya menerapkan pembelajaran inklusi melalui strategi adaptif seperti penggunaan media visual, alat peraga, dan pendekatan diferensiasi. Siswa menunjukkan respon positif terhadap lingkungan inklusif, sementara orang tua mendukung program ini dengan harapan adanya peningkatan fasilitas dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, penyediaan sumber daya yang sesuai, serta kolaborasi erat antara sekolah dan orang tua. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang ingin mengembangkan pendidikan inklusi, khususnya di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

This study aims to address the performance issues of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Rokan Hulu Regency, despite ongoing bureaucratic reforms. The phenomenon of suboptimal ASN performance, particularly in key sectors like health, education, and infrastructure, indicates a gap in leadership effectiveness and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of inspirational leadership on ASN performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative research method was employed, using a descriptive approach with a sample of 368 employees. Data processing was conducted using PLS-SEM to test the hypothesized relationships. The results reveal that inspirational leadership significantly affects job satisfaction, which in turn positively influences ASN performance. However, inspirational leadership does not have a direct effect on performance, highlighting the importance of job satisfaction in mediating this relationship. This study provides insights into how leadership and job satisfaction contribute to enhancing ASN performance, offering practical recommendations for improving public sector management.

Abstract

The economy of Riau Province experienced a slowdown in the third quarter of 2024 due to the decline in foreign exports and government consumption, which was influenced by the economic downturn of major trading partner countries. The study aims to analyze the factors that influence economic growth, inflation, and financial stability in Riau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with a secondary data approach from regional economic and financial reports. The data was analyzed using a comparison of economic growth between periods and an evaluation of macroeconomic indicator trends. The research found that the economic slowdown was triggered by the decline in export demand for CPO and other plantation products, as well as the low realization of government spending. Inflation decreased in line with the national trend, mainly due to the stabilization of food and transportation prices. Meanwhile, the banking sector remained stable with an increase in lending and growth in third-party funds (DPK). The study concluded that export diversification strategies and optimization of regional spending need to be strengthened to maintain sustainable economic growth. Theoretical implications confirm the influence of fiscal policy on economic growth, while practically, policy recommendations are provided to maintain inflation and regional financial stability. The uniqueness of this research lies in the integrated analysis between external and domestic factors in influencing Riau's economy.
