Abstract

Food safety is an essential aspect of human health. Food processed without paying attention to food safety regulations can harm consumer health. This research aims to 1) identify activities with food safety risks, 2) determine the sequence of food safety risks that will be followed up, and 3) determine appropriate food safety risk mitigation. This research uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and fishbone diagrams. A case study was conducted on the Songkem pak Soleh Bangkalan duck supply chain. The research results show that activities that pose a food safety risk include receiving raw materials, storing raw material stocks, using raw materials and BTP, sanitizing production facilities, and storing finished products. The priority order of food safety risks in the Songkem duck supply chain is based on the FMEA method: storage of finished products, sanitation of production facilities, and storage of raw material stocks. Risk mitigation can be done to prevent food safety risks in storing raw material stocks and storing finished products, namely by controlling water activity (aw) and acidity factor (pH); and controlling the room's atmosphere. Meanwhile, to prevent risks due to sanitation hygiene, namely holding training to increase awareness of the importance of sanitation hygiene for restaurant employees monitoring and maintaining sanitation hygiene in the production environment.

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by chronic deficits in social communication and interaction, with sensory processing abnormalities affecting over 90% of individuals across different sensory areas. This study investigated the combined effects of aripiprazole and behavioral therapy (BT) on core symptoms of ASD in children aged 6–10. Utilizing the considerable neuroplasticity still present at this age, we hypothesized that this combined approach might yield superior outcomes compared to BT alone. The 12-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted from February 2023 to January 2024 at two sites of Child Development Centers in Bandung city, involving 51 participants (22 intervention, 29 placebo). The intervention group received aripiprazole and BT, while the placebo group received saccharum lactis and BT. Both groups underwent BT comprising applied behavioral analysis (ABA) and discrete trial training (DTT). The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) assessed treatment effects. The independent 2-sample t-tests and Mann-Whitney tests showed no significant differences in overall CARS scores between groups. However, the analysis revealed significant improvements in three subcategories: VII (visual response, p=0.021), IX (taste-smell-touch response, p=0.035), and X (fear or nervousness, p=0.043). These findings suggest that the combined approach may enhance sensory processing and emotional regulation in children with ASD. The study highlights the potential benefits of a multimodal approach to ASD treatment, combining targeted pharmacological intervention with behavioral therapies. However, limitations such as study duration and sample size warrant further research to optimize treatment strategies for individuals across the autism spectrum.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a physics practicum assessment product in a virtual laboratory assisted by PhET Simulation. This study uses research and development with a 4D development model initiated by Thiagarajan & Semmel. The trial participants were 30 students of the IAIN Kendari Physics Study Program, the instrument consisted of interview guidelines, observation sheets and the main instrument was a performance test validated by expert assessments consisting of Assessment Experts, Education Practitioners, Material Experts, and Colleagues. Data analysis and product development trials consisted of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Physics practicum assessment tool in a virtual laboratory assisted by PhET Simulation developed based on the trial results was declared to meet the aspects of validity, good reliability and was suitable for use.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Sociology through the application of problem-based learning models at SMAN 1 Batukliang, Central Lombok. This type of research is included in the category of Classroom Action Research, which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the increase in learning outcomes in the cognitive domain from cycle I to cycle II was 11,76%. The increase in learning outcomes in the affective domain from cycle I to cycle II was 18,30%. The increase in learning outcomes in the psychomotor domain was 19,72%. The increase in classical completeness according to KKM reached 89,7%. In addition, the average class managed to achieve the target success indicator, which was 65, with an average result of 81,04. Changes in student behavior in cycles I and II also prove that the application of this model can significantly improve student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that by implementing a problem-based learning model, the learning outcomes of Sociology students of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Batukliang in the 2023/2024 Academic Year can be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning) berbantuan media puzzle terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Rantebua. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia modern, namun seringkali terabaikan dalam sistem pendidikan yang cenderung mengedepankan metode pengajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-eksperimen, melibatkan siswa kelas IV sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan observasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan media puzzle secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari hasil observasi dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, di mana siswa dalam kelas eksperimen menunjukkan perkembangan yang konsisten dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penggunaan media puzzle dalam pembelajaran juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendorong berpikir kreatif, dan memperkuat keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berbantuan media puzzle dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis di kalangan siswa, serta memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. This study examines the effect of project-based learning model assisted by puzzle media on critical thinking skills of elementary school students in Rantebua District. Critical thinking skills are essential in facing the challenges of the modern world, but are often neglected in an education system that tends to prioritize conventional teaching methods. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, involving fourth grade students as samples. Data were collected through critical thinking skills tests and observations, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests. The results showed that the application of project-based learning model assisted by puzzle media significantly improved students' critical thinking skills compared to conventional learning methods. This improvement can be seen from the results of observations and critical thinking skills tests, where students in the experimental class showed consistent development in critical thinking skills. The use of puzzle media in learning also proved effective in increasing student engagement, encouraging creative thinking, and strengthening problem-solving skills. This study concludes that the puzzle media-assisted project-based learning model can be an effective strategy for developing critical thinking skills among students, as well as making a meaningful contribution in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman dan sikap kerjasama siswa kelas III UPT SPF SD Negeri Timbuseng Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan Pre-Experimental Design, tepatnya One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, yang melibatkan pretest sebelum perlakuan (treatment) dan posttest setelah perlakuan untuk mengukur perubahan pada kemampuan membaca pemahaman bahasa Indonesia dan sikap kerjasama siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis t-test paired menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model CIRC secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman dan sikap kerjasama siswa, dengan p-value < 0.001, yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kedua aspek tersebut setelah perlakuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperkuat efektivitas model CIRC dalam pembelajaran membaca dan kerja sama, serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pendidik untuk mengimplementasikan model ini guna meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan sikap kerjasama siswa. Model CIRC terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan kedua aspek tersebut di kelas III SD, yang dapat diterapkan pada lingkungan pendidikan lainnya. This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on the reading comprehension ability and teamwork attitudes of third-grade students at UPT SPF SD Negeri Timbuseng, Makassar City. The research employed an experimental design with a Pre-Experimental approach, specifically the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, which involved a pretest before the treatment and a posttest after the treatment to measure changes in reading comprehension and teamwork attitudes. Data analysis was conducted using normality and homogeneity tests, followed by a paired t-test hypothesis test using SPSS 25. The results revealed that the application of the CIRC model significantly improved reading comprehension ability and teamwork attitudes, with a p-value < 0.001, indicating a significant increase in both aspects after the treatment. This study provides a theoretical contribution by reinforcing the effectiveness of the CIRC model in reading and collaborative learning, and offers practical recommendations for educators to implement this model to enhance students' reading skills and teamwork attitudes. The CIRC model proves to be effective in developing both aspects in third-grade students and can be applied in other educational settings.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan aplikasi canva sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V SDN Kanreapia dan pengaruh pemanfaatan terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimental design metode matching pretest- posttest comparison group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V A sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data deskriptif diperoleh hasil bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi canva sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif melalui penggunaanya di kelas oleh guru dan siswa dilihat dari hasil pembelajaran yang efektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial normatif, homogenitas, dan hipotesis maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: ada pengaruh pemanfaatan aplikasi canva sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa SDN Kanreapia Kabupaten Gowa. The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of the Canva application as a learning media in improving the creative thinking skills of class V students at SDN Kanreapia and the effect of utilization on students' creative thinking skills. The type of research is a quasi-experimental design method matching pretest-posttest comparison group design. The sample in this study was 20 class V A students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations and tests. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the descriptive data analysis, it was found that the utilization of the Canva application as a learning media can improve creative thinking skills through its use in class by teachers and students as seen from the results of effective learning. Based on the results of the normative inferential analysis, homogeneity, and hypothesis, it was concluded that: there is an effect of utilizing the Canva application as a learning media to improve the creative thinking skills of students at SDN Kanreapia, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap keaktifan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik di UPTD SD Negeri 11 Parepare. Pembelajaran discovery learning telah diakui sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. UPTD SDN 11 Parepare menerapkan model discovery learning untuk mengaktifkan peserta didik dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka melalui proyek-proyek praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V UPTD SDN 11 Parepare, sebanyak 28  peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan peserta didik kelas V UPTD SDN 61 sebanyak 23 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol.. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner untuk mengukur keaktifan belajar dan tes berpikir kritis. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model discovery learning. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model discovery learning secara signifikan meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik. Peserta didik menunjukkan minat yang lebih tinggi dalam pelajaran dan keterlibatan yang lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Selain itu, keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik juga meningkat secara signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan skor tes berpikir kritis pada post-test dibandingkan dengan pre-test. Model discovery learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik di UPTD SDN 11 Parepare. Penerapan discovery learning memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan relevan, mendorong peserta didik untuk terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka. This study aims to evaluate the influence of the discovery learning model on the activeness and critical thinking skills of students at UPTD SD Negeri 11 Parepare. Discovery learning has been recognized as an effective approach to increasing students' activeness and critical thinking skills. UPTD SDN 11 Parepare applies the discovery learning model to activate students and develop their critical thinking skills through practical projects. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental Design type of research. The sample in this study was class V UPTD SDN 11 Parepare students, 28 students as the experimental class, and 23 class V UPTD SDN 61 students as the control class. The instruments used included questionnaires to measure learning activity and tests. critical thinking. Data was collected through pretest and posttest before and after implementing the discovery learning model. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that the application of the discovery learning model significantly increases students' learning activity. Learners show higher interest in lessons and more active involvement in learning activities. Apart from that, students' critical thinking skills also increased significantly, as shown by an increase in critical thinking test scores on the post-test compared to the pre-test. The discovery learning model is effective in increasing the activeness and critical thinking skills of students at UPTD SDN 11 Parepare. The application of discovery learning provides an interesting and relevant learning experience, encouraging students to be actively involved in learning and developing their critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are institutions established by the village government to manage businesses owned by the village and aim to improve the welfare of village communities. In practice, BUMDes often face several problems, especially related to transparency and financial report performance. Some of the problems are lack of transparency; Financial reports that should be published to the village community are often not done routinely or completely.; Unclearness in Financial Separation, there is difficulty in separating BUMDes finances from village finances. The next problem is Weak Financial Report Performance caused by; Lack of Management Capacity: Many BUMDes are managed by individuals who lack the ability or knowledge in financial management and accounting. The targets and outputs to be achieved are 1) Increased capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Increased implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits 3) Changes Better transparency can also be built through routine reporting. The solution is assistance on increasing the capacity of BUMDes managers, 2) Regarding partner problems, efforts need to be made to improve the implementation of a better financial recording system and stricter supervision and audits. The method of implementing the activity consists of mentoring partners. The methods used are 1) interactive discussion. 2) mentoring/training. This mentoring activity succeeded in increasing the understanding of BUMDes administrators about the importance of transparency in financial reports. Through an interactive approach and constructive discussion, participants can better understand the challenges faced and the solutions that can be applied to increase transparency in their BUMDes financial reports. In the future, it is hoped that BUMDes can implement this transparency practice more consistently to build public trust, improve financial performance and ensure the continuity of BUMDes businesses. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntansi keperilakuan pada bugetary slack di perusahaan jasa kontruksi (PT. Bumi Karsa), khususnya aspek informasi asimetri, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 dari total 90 responden karyawan PT. Bumi Karsa, dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS mengindikasikan bahwa perilaku akuntansi, khususnya dalam aspek informasi asimetri dan komitmen organisasi, memiliki pengaruh terhadap bugetary slack. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku akuntansi terkait budaya organisasi terhadap bugetary slack di PT. Bumi Karsa. Kata Kunci: Akuntansi Keperilakukan, Bugetary Slack.
