Abstract

This research examines the role of the Jambi Province Manpower and Transmigration Service in reducing unemployment through Sibakol Website innovation. The Sibakol website, as a job search platform, is designed to make it easier for individuals to find suitable job opportunities. This study uses data analysis of registered users on the Sibakol website from 2020 to 2023 to assess its effectiveness in connecting job seekers with available job opportunities. The research results show that Sibakol has made a significant contribution to reducing unemployment rates in Jambi, with an increasing number of Sibakol users who have succeeded in finding work through this platform. Digital innovations such as Sibakol have the potential to become an important tool in local government strategies to overcome unemployment problems and improve community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Sibakol Website has made a significant contribution in matching job seekers with available job opportunities, although there are still several obstacles in its implementation. The Department of Manpower and Transmigration plays a role not only as a facilitator but also as a liaison between job seekers and job providers, with the hope of gradually reducing the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan banyaknya peluang bisnis baik nasional ataupun internasional berdampak pada persaingan dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat sehingga menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dan unggul dibandingkan perusahaan lainnya. Dengan banyaknya peluang dalam perdagangan global akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan perbankan suatu negara dikarenakan bank menjadi perantara dalam bidang keuangan sehingga bank akan sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan yang listing di BEI baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan dan teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefesien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan secara simultan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.   Keywords:  CAR, LDR; Harga Saham

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the inheritance of someone whose unknown disbelief or deliberate is concealed. This research uses a type of qualitative (non-statistical) descriptive research, which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using normative approach methods. The findings of the research are as follows: The term unbeliever khafy is not a term in the law of inheritance, but it is a phenomenon that often occurs when there are members of families of different religions. A murderer who hides his iniquity will be condemned to disbelief. When the unbeliever is an heir, he is punished as his family is known. When the news of disbelief comes to them and it is revealed that the heir had changed faith or disbelieved, the scholars differ in the matter. But what is agreed by the majority of scholars (Imam Mālik, Imam Syāfi’i, and Imam Aḥmad) is the view that the murderer cannot inherit his property to the heir and does not have the right to receive the inheritance as the original disbeliever. The riches of the unbelievers shall be the property of the faithful, whether it be in Islam or when it is in disobedience. When the unbeliever is an inheritor, it is necessary to see when he fails. If he dies before or after the heir, he shall be condemned to disbelief, and his inheritance shall be returned to the rightful heir. Those who disbelieve will be punished by their wages and will be given an inheritance.

Abstract

Murabahah contracts are one of the most widely applied forms of sale and purchase in Islamic financial institutions because they are considered transparent in pricing and in accordance with sharia principles. However, in practice, a number of challenges are still found, such as inconsistencies between practice and fiqh principles, limited understanding among customers, and the potential for practices resembling usury. This study aims to examine the mechanism of murabahah contract implementation at Koperasi Amanah Mulia Ikhlas Pinrang and to assess its validity from the perspective of Islamic law. The research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through direct interviews with cooperative administrators and documentation studies related to the murabahah contracts carried out. The data analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically using a juridical-normative approach, supported by classical and contemporary fiqh muamalah literature from various schools of thought. The findings show that the implementation mechanism of murabahah contracts at Koperasi Amanah Mulia Ikhlas is carried out through two main stages, namely the financing application stage and the contract execution stage. In general, the practice of the contract has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of murabahah as established in Islamic jurisprudence, although there are still some aspects that need improvement, particularly in documentation and in members’ understanding of their rights and obligations. This research provides important implications for Islamic cooperatives in optimizing the comprehensive and consistent application of sharia principles in murabahah financing contracts.

Abstract

Using inorganic fertilizers can increase crop productivity, but excessive and continuous use can degrade soil and cause environmental pollution. To overcome this problem, compost from lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) leaves can be an environmentally friendly alternative solution. This activity aims to explain the process of making lamtoro leaf compost and its impact on soil fertility and plant growth. Through this activity, organic fertilizer has been produced in the form of compost from lamtoro leaves and wood dust, which is suitable for use as fertilizer. The manufacturing process includes collection, chopping, mixing with an organic activator, and fermentation until the compost is mature. From this activity, students can gain a direct understanding of compost production and the importance of using local organic materials for sustainable agriculture.
